I bought a truck from this group here and it needed a good chunk of work. This Group stood by their word and helped me work out all issues to make sure I was happy in this new vehicle I had purchased from them. Cameron was a great salesman and very knowledgeable of the company’s offers and benefits of shopping with them. I was using the Edmonds app and saw a truck online that I was Interested in. Cameron had pulled the vehicle up and sent me a video showing me that I was taken seriously. I had to go see him. I typically stay away from dealerships because of all the horror stories you hear about getting “screwed over.” Although, I was nervous, dealing with Cameron really out me at ease. No B.S. and listens, effectively, to customers’ requests. I’d recommend anybody come and least check out their inventory, if shopping, and ask for Cameron. Great experience.

Came in today after recently having my car totaled. I had originally been interested in an Audi, but it was still in the service process as a recent arrival, so I took a look at a BMW 3 series. Great condition, service records and carfax. Val helped me out after I had scheduled an appointment online. I loved the BMW and wanted to purchase it, and he was very kind and quick to get the process finished up. Including my trip to the bank and the test drive, the whole process only took about 2.5 hours. Very impressed and thankful for what was genuinely a good deal on the car.

Drove 400 miles for a pretty good deal on a 2018 BMW X5. Victor G was my salesman and he did a bang up job answering questions and going over the sales process! Cautionary tail... trade ins over 100,000 miles take a big hit and you WILL NOT get KBB. Overall though, a good dealership to give a shot. Updated 9/20/2022: I have been trying to get an extended warranty cancelled since a few days after purchase. It still has not been refunded and my calls usually go to voicemail (unless you select sales as your option). Company reached out to provide update and reset refund expectations. Will post final review after refund is completed.

Eugene was super friendly and helpful. Nice people to work with and I'm happy with my experience. Update: less than a week after purchase the air conditioning stopped working on the vehicle. It wasn't easy to follow up with indy auto man on it. I had it fixed at the OEM dealership. Had to also purchase a second key, so make sure it's clear if both keys are included or not up front. Lastly I took a risk and didn't get the used vehicle warranty. Think twice as I've had to replace a couple of interior electronics parts costing me a few extra thousand. All in all, Indy auto man had a competitive price and nice finance / sales people. I am happy with the vehicle overall, but wish they'd had stood behind the immediate issue I faced in a more supportive way.

I was looking for a new truck upgrade and was pre-approved in financing already. I found a 2016 Ram Power Wagon on Indy Auto Man website I was interested in. We live close to them and went over to look at it. The atmosphere was awesome as the sales people didn’t hound you, and let you look around the lot without following you around like a puppy dog. When we had questions and wanted to test drive the truck, we were assigned Jamie Walsh, who was knowledgeable and had an awesome upbeat attitude. I gota tell ya, from the receptionist Brittany, the way Cam... i think that was his name, an Jim, they were all awesome! I told the lady I was talking to first I liked the truck! I'M terrible remembering names.. Get me approved first then I will come in. Well yalls lender wouldn't approve me because I have a 14k loan on my daughter's car. I told Jim, well thanks for trying. Called my credit union up an before Jim got to sit down for lunch they approved me! Jim an Cam held the truck for me till I got there to knock out the paperwork for it. Very nice touch putting the paper with my name saying it was reserved for me! I gave them the pre approval letter I was sent. I would say 30 maybe 45 min later we were completely done! Yall definitely took the stigma of being used car sales people away! Was straight to business! No bs, an good people! It's hard to find people that treat you right like that these days! The truck did have a back window that wouldn't come up. Cam an Jim told me they would do their best to get it done by the day I pick it up. The next day Jim text me to let me know that they already pulled the truck in. Man that follow up was awesome! Most sales people would be on to the next sale! The back window wound up with a gremlin. No biggie! Fixed it really quick. They put a check in the mail to me for fixing it myself... some good people!

Although I paid for a private inspection, the 7 day guarantee provided extra peace of mind and so far the car has operated as expected. I purchased a Maserati Quatroporte in early 2020. After owning it now for over a year, I felt it’s time enough to leave a review. Ive owned hundreds of cars, no joke. There is no way I could be happier. I flew in from Colorado after buying online and it was truly a great experience. I’ve put close to 50k miles on it and it’s been flawless. I picked up the twin turbo V6. I am now checking these guys regularly for the twin turbo V8 model. Even though this dealer is 1,000 miles away from me and buying a Maserati is sketchy as it is, I am beyond confident that this dealer won’t sell me a lemon and it will be at a very very fair price. After dealing with them I would have no issues purchasing unseen or without a test drive. I will definitely buy another Maserati from them soon!
