I’ve bought my last 5 cars from another Acura dealership in Indy. My lease was ending and that dealership didn’t seem interested in keeping me as a loyal customer. I came to Hubler and 45 minutes later we had a deal. I’ve never experienced a dealership so happy to earn a new customer. I was use to the runaround the previous dealership gave me with every car I purchased. Hubler may be a little further drive but, it was definitely worth it. Started noticing a low frequency whine seemingly coming from the front area of my 2017 MDX which I bought in 2020 from a dealer in Louisville, KY. Had all my previous service done at Louisville dealership due to them offering incentives with my purchase there. Incentives all used up, I scheduled next oil change and tire rotation with Hubler Acura in Greenwood, closer to my home. Was anxious about working with new dealership service since Louisville dealership had been excellent. Told them about new noise mentioned above. Was prepared for "we don't hear anything out of the ordinary" which I've heard before at dealerships over the years with lesser brand vehicles. Taylor, Hubler service writer listened and took notes. I ok'ed a diagnostic charge applicable to any resulting repair, and hoped for the best. Got back to me that failing front wheel bearing was diagnosed and part was covered under manufacture warranty. Repair and service accomplished, all contact personnel very personable and attentive. Very good experience!

I have had only two(2) Excellent car buying experiences in my 55 years of life. This was certainly one of them! My Sales Consultant’s name was Bryan Wehlage. He was Amazing. The minute I spoke to him on the phone, he treated me as though I was a family member. My husband and I flew in to see the car in person the very next day. Bryan was so kind to volunteer to pick us up from the airport. I thought to myself, is this guy for real, I don’t have to pay for an Uber? I sent Bryan our itinerary for our flight, and we we arrived, I know Bryan was there waiting for us at the airport for a while. I was so fascinated with Indianapolis airport because I have never visited there before, I took my time. When we met up with Bryan outside, he never mentioned how long he had to wait for us, nor did the waiting for us put him in a bad mood. Instead, he welcomed us as though we were truly his family members visiting from out of town. What a great feeling it was for me, being in a strange town not knowing anyone. When we arrived at Hubler Acura dealership, everyone was just as kind as Bryan was. I Highly Recommend Hubler Acura. Purchased.a Lexus RX from the Hubler-Acura , Greenwood location today.. From the moment I showed interest in the vehicle to the time I finalized the transaction, the whole process was flawless. They even allowed me to take the vehicle to my independent mechanic 15 miles away for inspection with no issues. We have been customers of Hubler Acura's Service department for the last two years. We have been amazed at how fast they get us in and get our car back to us. They also do a good job of diagnosing issues and haven't ever tried to rip us off on unnecessary and costly repairs. If you do have to wait at the dealership, their lounge is fantastic, kid friendly, and actually a comfortable place to spend a few minutes. We have always received excellent customer service there and liked their service department so much that we decided to give the sales department a chance the next time we needed another car. He never tried to push us into costlier option packages, and was very transparent and honest with us about pricing. We had never leased a car before, and Sean took a lot of time to carefully explain the terms of the lease and what we could expect so that there would be no ugly surprises down the road. We ended up buying the car that day and we are looking forward to working with Hubler Acura in the future. Buying a car can be a tremendous hassle filled with pushy and inattentive sales people who are just in it for a quick hit and never care if they see you or work with you in the future. Hubler Acura is the complete opposite of that, and they seem to want to build a long term relationship rather than just make a quick buck. Barb in financing was tremendously helpful as well. It was the most positive car buying experience we have ever had. Even the sales staff who didn't work with us or make a dime from our purchase were amazingly helpful. We weren't on the lot for more than three minutes before someone offered to help us, and everyone we dealt with was genuine and friendly, not corny and fake like you find nearly everywhere else. After 5 years of not having a car payment, i had to tow my car into the Hubler Acura dealership and from the moment i walked into the door, i had THE BEST experience! I worked with Bryan over text a couple days before and he knew what i was looking for. He was really helpful with getting things lined up for me. But i also had the pleasure to work with Demetrius and with the manager, Geno. Walking into a car dealership as a single female can be a scary thing, but i can 100% hands down tell you Geno went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me doing everything he possibly could to work those numbers so it was something that worked for me and wouldnt put me in a tough spot financially. Great experience! Some salesmen are not real interested in dealing with a woman if the husband is not present! However, this is the second TL I have purchased in three years and have received nothing but professional treatment. Even though I already had a TL, Scott still took the time to do the basic setup of seats, mirrors, etc. Acura is such a reliable car that I did not need anything but oil changes in the last three years. Of course, all service departments try to sell something when you get an oil change, but a simple, "No thanks!" was all that was needed! You can schedule your service online which is very helpful! I've had good, bad, and terrible service and experiences with dealer service departments for four decades. This time the dealer, Hubler Acura in Greenwood, held my MDX for three days. When I called to talk about service and scheduling, Jonathan, the Assistant Service Manager, talked to me and gave me very accurate price and time estimates, scheduled my arrival, and said he'd give me a loaner. I arrived and Jonathan was waiting on me. Check-in took less than 5 minutes, and he had my loaner waiting, and it only took a couple of minutes to get inside it and drive away. Jonathan called every day, one time twice in the day, to give me an update on the service and repairs, and of the parts that had to be ordered and shipped. My car was ready exactly when he said it would be and everything was done perfectly. I have never had such good service from a Service Manager. In forty years, Jonathan has been the best. Maybe that speaks for how bad all the others have been, but I think Jonathan went above and beyond to keep me happy, and he sure did. Now I will not hesitate to go back to this dealer for more service, as long as Jonathan is there. Thanks!

I purchased my 2007 Acura TL type S from here new and have had every service done since. Most recently, last week, my alternator decided to finally die at about 100k on the vehicle. I called Tabitha, which is always wonderful, and she had my appointment scheduled for the next morning with a courtesy vehicle waiting (how convenient!). Later in the day, Michael from the service department called me to inform me of everything they found that needed attention. Normally, I'd be wary because most dealerships do this to drive up the parts and labor cost. Michael stated the alternator was bad, but I also needed a new battery, window regulator fixed and a few other things. I was expecting to pay a lot, but Michael went above and beyond to accommodate me and made sure I got a good deal. I picked up my car a few days later, good as new. Waited over 4 hours for sales manager to finally close my deal. He seemed to be the only one actually handling customers while 2 or 3 others were standing around. Would have much rather dealt with one of the consultants so I could have gotten out in a reasonable amount of time. Price on the new Acura changed once I actually got to the dealership, even though I had documentation of what I had been quoted from other dealers and promised from this one. I would have actually walked away if i hadn't have driven nearly 2 hours. Would have been better off dealing with Martin Acura. Wanted the higher end MDX trim but was told mark-up wasn't as high, so I would have actually had to pay more then sticker price difference between the trims. The APR dropped two days after my purchase, to 0.9%, but the finance manager wouldn't adjust. I really wish they would have been straight forward and told me it was going to drop later in the week. Claimed he didn't know, however, I highly doubt that is true, seeing as manufacturers would need to keep dealers updated on upcoming promotions. The finanace manager tried to get me to accept a higher payment amount, which included extra 'junk' items. He didn't explain these to me at all or the payment differences. He simply wanted me to breeze over the screen and sign. I think this is a very deceptive practice that some customers would not question and have probably fallen into this higher payment tactic. In the end I should have stuck to a local dealer. 'Buyer beware' and 'If it sounds to good to be true' definitely come to mind. Thanks.

Anyway, Sales Consultant Aaron Smith, Sales Manager Richard Wright and the Finance Manager at Hubler Acura were the most forthcoming, respectful and transparent during my search. Their pricing was reasonable and they worked with me to find better auto financing arrangement with their many lenders. They were not playing bait-and-switch games! It was definitely worth my while to drive 250 miles from Ohio to Indiana in-order to make this purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for new or used car. This is an AWESOME team!

Took my MDX for an oil change last Saturday without an appointment and a Service Rep greeted me right away. He asked about what I wanted done to my vehicle and then he walked me to the waiting area in another building since the Acura dealership is undergoing some renovations. Shortly afterwards he came by the waiting area to remind me that my MDX had a recall and asked if I wanted to wait, reschedule for another time, or use a loner vehicle and come back when it was ready. I chose the loner vehicle, which was a fairly new TXL, and received a call later that day when my vehicle was ready. When I shared I did not know if I could make it back before they closed, the Service Rep shared that was fine and I could make arrangements to pick up on Monday. I phoned back and asked if I could pay by phone to get my MDX after hours and he said fine. So that's what I did. Everything worked out great and received great service. 7/24/2012 This was not the first, second or even the third car our family has purchased from Hubler Acura and from Scott Combs. This was our forth car, and I am sure it will not be our last. From the beginning of the process to the final orientation, Scott was there and made sure we departed fully informed and happy with our new RDX. Here is what really made this purchase different for us. I called Scott while on a trip out of state. I told him what we were looking for from, color, features, options and time frame to purchase. Because he really took the time during our very first purchase to get to know us, he was able to provide a high level of customer support. To us, that is the difference, purchasing a new car can be stressful, but not with Scott. Scott worked out all the details, even on his day off, he called to confirm everything. You see, the car we wanted was not on the lot, in fact it was not even built yet. So he made some calls, kept us updated and made sure that our time at the dealership was more about getting to know the safety features and options then negotiations and paperwork. Before we even came in to buy, I knew the cost of the new car, my trade-in-value, cost of options, documentation to bring. In fact, in the time it took for our other car to get an oil change, we were done and ready to leave. The entire process did take time, two weeks, yet we were on a trip anyway. My advise, if you are looking for a car, and sales team who are professional, go to Hubler Acura, ask for Scott. Tabitha was a pleasure to work with very "by the book" lady and is just what is needed in her role. My 2009 TSX was consuming oil and under a warranty extension for the piston rings. This resulted in a rebuild of the entire engine from the new pistons up. They were great communicating at every step of the process letting me know when the parts arrived/when the engine was tore apart they let me know of wear items that needed replacing. Because I bought a certified used Acura they replaced several parts free of charge and others like the timing chain tensioner at parts cost only since they already had the engine apart. They drove my car 12 miles after the rebuild to ensure it was correctly assembled knowing that I was inbound from Caribbean with my whole family in tow for a late night pick up after hours. I felt very safe picking up the car and driving the 2.5 hrs. home. I was even given a loaner car a 2015 TLX AWD-SH a $42k pleasure to drive and will be my next used car! I love Acura Service A+++
