John Fitzgerald was very very knowledgeable and the whole experience was very transparent. I was shocked at the no pressure-here's our product here's the pluses and the deals if you wanna but great if not that's fine too attitude at the dealer. John layed out all the scenarios and found the best that fit us. Gary the used car appraiser was great too he valued our trade and was very explanatory on why it appraised at what it did and what websites would appraise it at. All in all a great experience. We originally went to Falcone because of the no dealer or doc fee's like he says in the billboards and it was true. I feel like I can go back with anything or just to chitchat and I'll be welcome.

Falcone is definitely the place to get a Subi in Indy. Alex and Mo were excellent in getting my info ahead of time so that my visit was quick and painless. We also met Bob Falcone, the owner, you hardly ever see that at any dealership. This was the easiest experience I ever had in getting a new car and we love our new Forester Black Edition (which btw they looked at other places to get it for us)! We'll be a lifetime customer of Falcone!

Falcone Volkswagen Subaru and Saab provided me with a great car buying experience. I was looking at cars and they held one for me so that I could take my time and not feel rushed. They never pressured me to buy a car. The sales team was very personable and attentive. Once I narrowed down my search they were able to answer all questions and address any issue I had. I have since serviced my car which was another wonderful experience. The service team knew the exact issue and were able to provide a timely fix. Not to mention, my car was washed and vacuumed when it was finished! I can attest that they do not charge a dealer or doc fee. I would highly recommend Falcone to any friends and family for an all around great car buying and service experience.

Love the staff here. Reached out personally to inform me of a recall on my vehicle well before the letter arrived. Went above and beyond to ensure myself and the car was properly cared for. Everyone was also great when I purchased the vehicle in spring 2016. It was a no hassle, no pressure, no bullshit buying experience. Sat with Bob Falcone to discuss my trade in, and we came to an agreement that left us both happy. It was explained and discussed by a professional, not a number from a book. Vehicle service was fast and professional. Will continue to return here for everything my Subaru needs.

Truly a great experience here at Falcone. I was searching for a very specific pre-owned car within 500 miles of where I lived, and Falcone, only an hour away from me, had the best car I found. My sales rep Justin was nothing short of fantastic. Extremely prompt and helpful with all of my questions, and even in the negotiation process.
I brought my own financing on the day of purchase, and arrived to see Jason and the car waiting for me. The car was SPOTLESS inside and out (Seriously, one of the best detail jobs I've seen from a dealership) and I went on a quick test drive. The car was exactly what I wanted. After that, I wasn't in the business office (A short talk with Jason, getting the keys, paying for the car, and finalizing all the paper work) for more than 15 minutes. I arrived at something like 1:30 and was leaving at 2:10. Falcone made my first dealership experience literally as pain-free as it can be. I'd recommend them to anyone of my friends or family, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back either.

I took my vehicle in to have the windshield replaced after it was hit with a rock. After talking to Safe Lite Glass and first trying to schedule the replacement with them, they alerted us to the fact that Subaru has a 5 year warranty on glass on 2015 and 2016 Subaru's. We took it to Subaru thinking that it was a long shot that they would cover it especially since it is 100% covered by our insurance. Shockingly, the manager (Shelby) said that they would cover it. They told me that it would take 3-4 hours to complete the job, which it did3.5 hours. About in the middle of the time period, Brady came to the waiting room to check on me and make sure that I was doing okay. Luckily I am knitting a baby blanket for my nephew, so I had plenty to do. But it was nice of him to check. About the time my vehicle was done, they had a surprise presentation and award made to Mr. Falcone, which I stayed around to see, as I saw all the Falcone personnel gathering in the showroom. Pretty impressive award. Was glad I could see it! The presentation brought tears to my eyes and I have never even met Mr. Falconeonly seen him on TV commercials! Nice to hear all that he has done and makes me feel good to support such a fine business! Very pleased with service at Falcone! Great job!

Purchased a 2018 Outback. Steve Lloyd was fantastic, and so was Mr. Falcone. They went above and beyond for me, and I feel like I got a very fair price and that they made sure everything was as simple and transparent as possible. So far, the car is wonderful as well. I had done my due diligence and checked out other dealers. They told me they did not have any inventory on what I wanted and Subaru's were selling just that fast. Their prices were high and they told me they are not very negotiable. That told me I really did not want to do business with them. I even checked out a dealer I have purchased now 3 cars with and they had 1 used Subaru that turned out to not what I really wanted. They though were not willing to work with me on getting me in that car. I called Falcone and got in touch with Alex Moffitt. I told Alex what I wanted and right away he had options. He promptly sent me an email with options. Ironically the other dealer finally sent me an email on a car I told them I did not want a day late. Alex and I talked further and I came to look at cars and some options. We came to a conclusion on the car purchase that I think was fair for both of us. Falcone stands behind the no hassle program. I feel like they wanted to do business with me and not act like they were so stand offish and too good to make me feel like a customer. I am in sales and they treated me like I treat my customers. I will recommend future clients to Alex.

When i bought my car here last May, I was shocked at how well I was treated because I have not had good experiences at any other dealership I have been to. Falcone gave me the deal of the century and I still love my car. I had a few issues that needed the service department to correct after I bought the car that I wish would have gone a little smoother, but ultimately this is the place that my family will continue to come back to for all of our car buying and servicing needs. I have been to Falcone to buy a new Subaru Forester, and Steve helped me on this purchase. I must say Steve was very helpful, he searched the inventory from nearby stores and got me the vehicle with the specifications i wanted. I was very happy to deal with Steve. I traded in my car for the purchase, Duke appraised my old car, he was very helpful and took time to explain me how my car cost is calculated and how the new car cost will be changing.
The auto finance and complete purchase was hassle free and fairly simple. Jon Wilson helped me completing the purchase and deal, he was very helpful and gave me enough time to explain everything and helped me to understand all the aspects of the deal.
On the day of purchase Steve took lot of time to explain me the features of my car and explained how to use them, something which i appreciate a lot.
One thing i will say, i called around 10-20 times to Steve for clarifications on small things,if he was not able to pickup the phone at the instant, and at some times, i left voice mail, and i got a call back every time irrespective of the issue or questions. That is what makes my confidence about Falcone.
My overall experience was excellent and i am glad that i chose Falcone. I appreciate the efforts from Steve, Duke, Jon Wilson.
And yeah.. The last price was the one which was quoted, no hidden fees.. i liked it. And everyone in the showroom staff was down to earth and talks to you with a smile, which makes it a pleasant experience.

I don't like purchasing a car. It's not even the money; it's the process. I visited a Falcone competitor first. Almost immediately the game began, including refusing to allow me to take the paper detailing the car and the price! I couldn't believe it! Next day I went to Falcone. What a difference! No pressure! When I returned to purchase the car, the process was quick and very friendly. I got an excellent price on a 2017 and was treated with respect. on the way out the door, Bob Falcone thanked me for the purchase. This is definitely a first class operation. Give them a try!

I brought in my 2012 VW CC for a couple diagnostic services in order to find the problem. Falcone systematically worked through the components and narrowed it down to the turbocharger. They worked with me each step of the way and provided useful information in terms that I was able to understand. Their is only one word to describe my experience at Falcone Subaru, Simply Amazing. The entire staff was top-notch in providing me with the car of my dreams. Especially my sale consultant Ms. Tiffany; I was worried about my service due to being an out of the state buyer, but she was lovely and very professional in working with all parties in making what could of been a severely disappointing transaction, into a successful great deal for myself. The remodeled facility also provides a comfortable waiting area and a colorful play room for your little ones. My time a Falcone was wonderful and I highly recommend if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle give these guys a try and you'll be happy you did!

I recently brought in my 2001 Saab 9-3 SE Convertible for transmission work. I was happy to hear that there were Saab technicians there with over 15+ years experience. I felt confident leaving my car there in the care of experts, especially since they would be working on such a vital part of my car. When I dropped off my car with Patrick, he was very helpful and professional. While I waited for my car to be fixed over the next couple of weeks, he returned every phone call to make sure I was aware of any and all issues BEFORE they did any of the work. I appreciated knowing what needed to be done and how much it would cost ahead of time. When I picked up my car, Megan at the Customer Service desk was also very polite and professional. A few minutes after leaving the dealership, I noticed a potential problem with my interior climate control knob (the same problem I had before coming into the shop), but after coming in and explaining the problem to Patrick, he got one of the mechanics who worked on the car to come over and assure me that the problem was fixed. He also showed me how to alleviate the problem in the future and explained the mechanics behind it. I was very happy to hear that I didn't have to wait another week for my car to be fixed. The car drove great all the way home and I couldn't be happier. Thank you for a job well done.

Absolutely painless. From walking in and being greeting in a normal human manner not hounded. Finance was friendly and not pushy like other dealers, at another dealer, the finance manager was actually rude once we refused GAP and other options. Not here. Moe was great. Justin our sales person was awesome. Had an amazing conversation and you can just sense his love of the cars and product My wife almost couldn't stand how we were like teenagers talking about our cars, and options, add-ons, sounds, videos, and everything. It was just perfect. Even better was the follow up phone call to make sure there were not any issues. Lastly, I found out two other people I know have purchased not only from Falcone but from the same sales person. So many compliments on the car and asking how the process was. Don't waste your time at other places that won't work with you or be upfront. Go to these people, it is absolutely worth it.

My wife and I had narrowed our choice of vehicle manufacturers to 4 possibles. After test driving a 2015 Subaru Legacy, all others paled in comparison. We began talking to another Indianapolis Subaru dealer but felt we were being misled regarding the fair purchase price of the car. We decided to shop around other Subaru dealers and we are so glad that we did. Our salesman, Steve Lloyd, introduced us to a great way to buy a car; no high pressure sales, no hype, no BS and at a fair price. Everyone we have encountered at Falcone Subaru, including Mr. Falcone, has treated us like friends, not just customers. They answered all of our questions, offered us a loaner vehicle while applying paint and fabric protection to our new car, and made us comfortable with the entire car buying process. I happened to pick-up our car when Steve was not working. He had arranged for another salesman to help me when I arrived at the dealership. Mr. Franks was so nice you would have thought that I had purchased the car from him. As I was preparing to leave the parking area, another salesman, Mr. Fitzgerald, stopped me and asked if everything was OK and did I need anything else? My previous experience has been that my salesman would typically be interested in me but other salesmen didn't really have time for me. That was my expectation so this experience refreshing to say the least. I would recommend the Falcone Subaru sales TEAM to anyone.

Falcone Automotive made my car buying experience very relaxing and easy! This was my first time buying a car, so I was a bit nervous to deal with pushy sales people and hidden costs. I did not experience any of that at Falcone! The sales people were very friendly - make that all people, from the financing dept to the owner - and they showed me up-front exactly how much I would be paying and what I was paying for. No dealer or paperwork fees - just the price of the car, tax, and registration. I felt very comfortable discussing all my options with the people at Falcone and knew that I walked away with a great deal! Before I even went out for a test drive, I was given a list of all available cars in the model I was looking at (impreza), with prices included. They did not have the color of car I wanted on the lot, but it was already in transit to the dealership. Since I had to wait two days for my car to arrive and I did not have a functioning car, I was given a free rental. It was the same model as the car I was getting, just a couple years older. I really appreciated that they let me take a test drive without a salesperson, then I came back and asked to go on another drive (to drive on the interstate) with a salesperson. When I came back to pick up my car, I was very impressed that all the paperwork was ready for me, I just had to sign and date! John was very helpful in explaining all the features of my car before I drove away. Overall, I am very happy with my new Subaru Impreza and I am very glad I bought it from Falcone! They made buying my first car stress-free, which was a huge relief! Thanks!!

We visited the dealership a week ago looking into some used vehicles. We worked with a sales associate I believe his name may have been Randy Lloyd. He was absolutely amazing! Unfortunately the dealership didn't have what we were looking for but I would highly recommend going to this dealership and working with this sales associate. I love cars but absolutely hate buying them. Well, I used to hate buying them. I just purchased my second brand new Subaru from Steve Lloyd and i just thought the first time was a fluke... both times the entire process was painless and actually fun. While getting my 2013 Outback serviced I approached Matt Bartelson about the new Outbacks. He answered my questions, filled me in on what's new and left it that I would contact him when I was ready. About a month or two later we stopped by again, a bit more serious about a new Outback.
Matt helped us find the model and color we wanted, even to the point of calling us when an Outback with an interior we were interested in came in to see if we really liked the color or not. And on top of it all, when we decided on the car we wanted, Matt held it for us a couple of weeks until our funding came in. He got all the options we wanted installed and made the whole process easy. I told Matt I would shop his price, to which he said, "Please do." His confidence was founded since no dealership came near enough to make go anywhere else.
Jon ran us through the paperwork quickly, with no pressure or hype. He presented our options and the whole deal was done quickly and professionally.

I went in expecting the typical sales tactics so I came prepared to play hardball. I quickly realized that I didn't have to. Not only did they negotiate a great deal without running to the manager's desk and returning with a ridiculous four square offer; but, with Justin leading the charge, they went unbelievably above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the car financed and at a payment I could afford.
As I sat (for not very long) waiting to sign the paperwork, dumbfounded by the sense of compassion I never expected to experience from a car dealership team, I realized something else - I was being greeted by every staff member who passed by. It was like buying a car from a small, hometown dealership rather than a multiple-building dealership in downtown Indianapolis.
I have never wanted to be a salesperson in my life (it's just not for me); but, if I'm laying all the cards on the table, I have to admit that sitting in that chair, taking in this whole amazing experience, being greeted by friendly (not pushy, not oily) staff made me want to work for Falcone VW/Subaru & Saab.
People make a business what it is - and the owner and managers set the tone. The team at Falcone VW/Subaru & Saab have heart, they believe in the product, and they are more interested in establishing a long-term car buying relationship than padding a short-term bottom line. I would love to come into an insane amount of money so I can walk in and pay full price for any car on the lot, just to give a little back!

I was just looking for some numbers (really not shopping) and that was what I got on my first visit. There was no run around or asking me to shop the cars first, Chase sat me down and we figured out what I could afford and never pressured me to buy, understanding that at that time I was only researching options. Later we found a Beetle that was in my price range (with a very good deal, I might add). Once it was decided that I would lease the car, we ran more numbers and we found out that I could afford to purchase rather than the lease option, which suited my plans even better.
That's when Justin took over - he showed me the car and walked me through the details of new technology. He was patient and willing to answer my numerous questions. He also made it clear that I could call or stop in anytime if I had further questions. He stayed true to his word and has talked to me again a couple times on features that I need help with. No doubt I will be in contact with him again...
Moe handled the finance portion of my experience with skill and was thorough in explaining what I was signing.
I've also used the service department, both with my old cars and when I had a problem with the new car. I just had a couple questions and needed the tires aired up when it was found that I had a screw in one which was causing the tire pressure light to come on. After about 30 minutes - I had no appointment, they had everything fixed and I've been driving happily ever since.
The car is wonderful - I had my reservations because I was used to a station wagon, but I'm loving everything about my new car.
I will continue to do business with Falcone - why change when they have proven themselves capable of LISTENING and HEARING what I said and led me through the process at my pace. In fact their willingness to handle me without pressure is the reason I decided to purchase from Falcone, even though I was just researching options and had not really decided to buy when I stopped in on my first visit.
This Beetle is my 5th Volkswagen and won't be my last. Thank you!!!!!

I came in for a routine oil change. I got much more than that with my visit. They staff recognized that I needed a 60k mile tune up. With this, they still honored my oil change coupon I had and gave me a discount for bringing in a pack of water, even though I didn't have it at the time (I brought one in immediately after I got my car back). I also expressed how my wheel was making a strange noise after repairs from a collision and that diagnosed and fixed it on site, free of charge. I even spoke with Mr. Falcone as he wanted to make sure myself and the other patrons were comfortable. I appreciated the kind service, clean facilities, and fresh Long's donuts of course. :)

My husband and I bought a VW Eos this last Summer from out of state dealer. It was in GREAT condition. My husband researched internet and selected Falcone VW for the check up before Winter. It had no problems, just needed an oil change and the once over. When we got it back I tried to put the top down and it would only give me an error message. I wasn't very happy to say the least as it worked fine prior to the service. We took it back and I was out spoken about how I just didn't understand how it worked then we had it serviced, then it didn't work anymore.
The Falcone Assistant Service Mgr handled the situation in a most professional way. He made me feel as if he heard what I said and they came up with a service agreement that was most satisfactory. The car works perfectly as before, and I am a very happy customer. I really like this car and tend to baby it.

Brought in my 2015 GTI for an oil change and my first service at Falcone since purchasing it. Steve, the assistant Service Manger, was tremendous. He was super courteous and answered all of my questions. He told me to take a scratch off and scratch it off before I swiped my card for the oil change and I ended up winning a free oil change! Just recently my Jetta was swallowed up by a pothole that left me with a flat rear tire. I spoke with John Clark by phone, he told me when the tire would be in (had to be ordered) and set up an appointment right away for me to pick it up. I feel like I hardly sat down in the business center before my car was ready to go again. John was friendly and engaging and he seems genuinely happy at his job. That is always great to see.
Trust me, you will be treated with much more respect at Falcone than you will at Tom Wood VW/Subaru (where I went first, ten years ago), especially if you are a solo older woman. I can say with confidence I am a Falcone customer for life.

I originally had an appointment scheduled for July 3 to have a dashboard light looked at. After speaking with the Service department, they explained the urgency with the sensors and potenial for burning out. Later that same day, we brought my car in. En route to the dealership, my brake lights went out and multiple warning lights came on. I was relieved to get it in the shop before something bad happened.
After a thorough inspection, we needed several items repaired including the sensor issue, the rear brakes were shot, I was ready for maintenance and an oil leak I had previously paid for at another garage was still not repaired.
Steve gave us a quote which we felt was reasonable and the service began. We were updated through the progress frequently. We were very happy with the level of communication and building of customer relationship.
When I came to pick up my car, it ran better than ever. The total amount due was less than quoted and I look forward to seeing them again in 5,000 miles.

Our experience at Falcone was wonderful! I called the dealership on a Monday evening to inquire about what time the dealership closed. Alex Moffett answered that call and was courteous and patient as I explained that we were in Avon at the moment but were actually from Terre Haute (at least 65 miles away). He spent several minutes on the phone with me, determining our needs and even offered to stay past closing time to meet with us. Not wanting to keep him beyond closing time, we agreed to an appointment the next morning. From the time we arrived at approximately 9:15 AM to the time we departed in our new Forester at approximately 1:30 PM, Alex went out of his way to make our buying experience at positive and painless as possible. Alex listened carefully as we explained our experience over the past 13 years with our current vehicle- we thought we purchased the most reliable vehicle but ended up putting thousands of dollars into it for mechanical and electronic repairs of things that should have never had to be replaced. We also dealt with a service department that was not always honest. The final straw was a second breakdown 60 miles from home. He confirmed our feelings that purchasing a Subaru, with the well known records of reliability and safety, was the smartest investment we could make- both financially and for our mental and emotional health. Alex knows the Subaru products inside and out and answered every question we asked. He was up front about the price and financing. He was very genuine and allowed us to make the decision of purchasing without an ounce of pressure. We were also very pleased with Moe as he walked us through signing the documents to complete the purchase. He more than covered all of the information and even gave us some tips on helping our college age son build credit and information on leasing a vehicle for Keaton in the future if the need arises. I can't say enough about the great service we received from Alex and Moe. We were referred by a friend who purchased his Subaru at Falcone 6 years ago. Based on what he told us, we didn't even consider checking out the other Subaru dealers in Indianapolis. My car recently began stalling on the highway (I-69) on the way from Indianapolis to Michigan. We made it to Michigan and were on our way back to Indianapolis when the car stalled several more times. Lucky to get back safely, I called Falcone Service right away. Ryan Thomas called back within an hour and suggested I bring my car in ASAP. I was hoping I'd only need a battery. No such luck - my fuel pump had gone bad. I had places to go, people to see - not to mention not having an extra $700 to spend. Bad luck on the fuel pump, but what happened next was 'above and beyond' (in a good way!). I ran into Bob Falcone while Ryan and I we're chatting. Ryan mentioned he'd try to find me a vehicle to drive for a few hours while my fuel pump was replaced. Bob dug into his pocket and pulled out his personal car keys. He handed them to me and said, "Here, drive mine. I'll be here whenever you get back." Falcone cares: its service folks and Bob. And Ryan Thomas is 'Johnny On The Spot'. Ryan and Bob - and Steve, Dave and others in Service - impress me every time I'm in. They've made me a Falcone customer for life. I can't imagine buying or leasing a new or used vehicle from any other dealer in Indianapolis.

My wife and I were on our way back from Cleveland to Topeka, KS on vacation when I noticed my coil light flashing on my dashboard. I always take my car to get serviced at Crown in Lawrence so I called there and spoke with John Williamson. He is always very helpful every time I bring my car in to get serviced. He took it upon himself to call Indianapolis VW and scheduled us in. He sent me the directions to the location. As soon as we arrived the staff were very nice and started checking out our car. They also asked if I would like to have them do the recalls that had been issued on my car and that it would not take to long. After a short wait one of their staff showed up to let us know what the problem was, that they had the part and that they were almost done. When we got our car back everything was working and my family was very thankful at how fast they were able to get us in and our car fixed.

I contacted Bert via the website regarding a vehicle I was interested in. He responded within a few hours. Setting up an appointment was easy. Bert did not try to haggle or upsell things I was no interested in. The experience was easy, and I felt good leaving the dealership, which is rare. Bert also spent a significant amount of time going over all of the features of the vehicle and helped me connect my phone, which I had to figure out all on my own with my last vehicle.
Overall, Bert made buying a vehicle a pleasant experience, which is amazing.

He never pressured a sale today, was very respectful and was always very helpful in finding my perfect Subaru. My husband and I have made two purchases at Falcone now. On the first purchase, we had seen a Mini Cooper listed on their website and went in to test drive it and potentially buy it (which we ended up getting). We were told had a couple from Chicago driving down to see it that day, and although they had been encouraged to put a small refundable down payment to hold it, the couple did not. Sorry for them, but good for us. The process was very smooth and pressure-free. Bert went out of his way to create minimal stress for us, and the owner was there working, himself, on a Saturday morning. I was impressed at the staff's professionalism and hospitality!
Then we needed to trade the Mini in for a 4-door a few months back, so we went back to see Bert, because he was just so nice and down to earth compared to other car salesmen we had experienced in the past (at other dealers). He wasn't in the office at the very moment so we worked with Dan (I THINK that's his name) and he was good too, but we were honestly looking forward to helping Bert get the "credit", but it wasn't like that -- Bert ended up jumping in and out of the transaction whenever he could to help get us out of the door happy!
What I really love about this dealership is that it doesn't feel like a dog-eat-dog environment. At Falcone, it's more like they are a family and realize that if they all give 100%, they'll all succeed in the end. When we finally were about to drive the VW off the lot, Bert (although he wasn't the one who "sold" us the car) took the time to go over some neat features and offer some personal insight about the car's components. This was on a Saturday and then on Monday, Bert realized we still needed to sign a couple documents and personally came to me and my husband's workplaces due to our special circumstances and availability.
Overall, great experience now twice and highly recommended for a no-nonsense, straight-forward, pressure-free purchase! And if you've seen Falcone's commercials, "no dealer fee --EVER"...it's true!

Bought my 2013 VW here years ago, and always brought it in for regular service. They do offer a courtesy shuttle for drop-off/pick-up within the downtown area after you've turned in your vehicle so that you can get to work. The staff are knowledgeable and personable, and I did not feel rushed or pressured into buying anything.
More recently, I had to have my car towed here because it wouldn't start. The service team took care of the issue within the day, and I couldn't be happier.

I have brought my 04 Saab into Falcone Subaru Saab to have work done many times. I have always found my car in much better condition than when I arrived that morning. Not only did they correct my problem but my car was washed and vacuumed as well as on time they caught a light bulb out and fixed it at no charge. Now that is what I call great Customer service. Over the years I have used many different car repair places since they are lower cost than the dealerships I have dealy with in the past but since going to Falcone the first time I have found that they charge about the same for the work being done and in some cases even lower rates for the same job. Just bought a used Subaru Outback from Tiffany. Had some of the usual "I'll check with my manager" stuff during negotiations, but overall, man, they were really nice. Most car dealers just make me feel disgusting, with their clear disdain for the customer. Tiffany showed me everything about the car, set up my iphone with the bluetooth, ran me through all the controls, and Bob Falcone even came by to thank me and give me a handshake. It's amazing how much better they seem than everyone else by 1) just charging the car price + tax (no other weird fees) 2) having prompt email responses 3) actually knowing the details of the cars they are selling, and finally 4) just being nice! There is just a good, calm, enjoyable vibe here, unlike the super-tense and incredibly aggressive attitude at every other dealership in town.

I recently purchased a 2016 Subaru Legacy 3.6R from you guys. I came in and test drove the car I thought I wanted last summer. When I came in, I wasn't pressured to buy anything and I was able to test drive the car I had my eye on. That's when I had the pleasure of meeting Bert! He took excellent care of me and listened to everything I had to say (I had done my research, so I had quite a bit to say). While browsing the dealership, the new Legacy caught my eye. Bert pulled one around front and let me check out the interior. I wanted to test drive 3.6R, however, they did not have any in stock. Bert was able to locate a car like the one I wanted at a local dealership and recommended I go down there to test drive it. Let's just say I loved the car, not the dealership. Several months had passed and I returned to Falcone. I was on the fence about ordering a 2015 so late into the model year. Bert remained patient with me even though I didn't want to order a car right then. Finally, when ordering for the 2016 opened up, Bert notified me immediately and helped me place my order. Once the car arrived, Bert went over all the intricate little details. Bert made my car buying experience great. When I purchase another Subaru, I will be sure to bring my business to Bert and Falcone.

I bought a used Subaru from another dealership. The car had 100,000 miles on it and I wanted to go ahead with the recommended services, including the timing belt change and an oil change. The mechanic did a great job on these services. He even took the car out for a test drive and found a bad wheel bearing in the front wheel. On top of the great work on the car, the dealership vacuumed the rugs and ran the car through the car wash. This goes above the service I have found at other dealerships.

After months of my warrantied Subaru sitting in the shop at a different dealership for an odd motor noise, Subaru of America decided to send me to Falcone to get a second opinion. I haven't had my car since June of 2016 and it is now almost of October, so I was excited for this potential resolution.
I was treated with excellent customer service at Falcone from the second I stepped out of my car. I waited for about 20 minutes before Jack Ford, the shop foreman, comes out to apologize for me having to drive 2 hours to Falcone because he solved the problem in less than 10 minutes! First, and foremost, I must say that my dealings with the Falcone Subaru dealership have been a privilege as well as a pleasure. I have NEVER dealt with a finer more decent car dealership. A dealership that I actually look forward to going into for whatever reason. Falcone Subaru has gone well above and beyond to meet my wishes. I have owned several luxury vehicles. My physical needs are changing as far as the ease I need in getting in and out of a vehicle. I had the time available to check out multiple makes, models and dealedships. I test drove about everything and I soon realized that I needed a moderate sized SUV. I went online to check the professional reviews and the Subaru Forester took 1st place.
I feel that I'm a fairly easy person to deal with. As far as my dealings with all of the other dealerships, none could compete with Falcone Subaru.
I am a member of the Costco Wholesale Club. Falcone is your Costco Subaru contact in Indianapolis. I made a call and spoke to sales associate Justin Poytner. Well, I hit the Jackpot! Not only is Justin a gentleman, but it was clear that I was being treated fairly. This was paramount to me since I am a woman on my own in a car situation. Justin did not try to pressure me into a vehicle that I did not need nor a vehicle I could not afford.
Now, we come to the test drive. it was a very pleasant surprise that the Forester proved to be an extremely soft and smooth ride.
I had hoped that my next vehicle would be one that I really liked. Well, I LOVE my Subaru Forester in Quartz Blue. I have not named a vehicle in the past 25 years. I am now driving Bluebelle! I hope that I can live several more years just so I can drive Bluebelle!
When I went into sign the check and pick her up I had the down payment and the monthly payment I needed. This deal was more than fair and completely hassle free.

The salesperson, Tiffany, was very professional. She responded to my emails with exact numbers and worked at several options to find me a new car with a payment I could afford. I had been car shopping for a while. Too many dealers just send annoying "canned" messages promising everything.. Then when I got to the dealership, they tried to sell me cars that I really was not interested in. I really appreciated getting accurate information over the phone and through email ahead of time.

Falcone was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Prior to Falcone I had been to Tom Wood Subaru and also had a poor experience at Butler Toyota. The Salesman had always been pushy and unprofessional. I believe they were also biased due to the fact that I'm a woman in my late-twenties with less than average credit (which I had worked hard to build up the past few years in order to even purchase a car).I can understand that after working in this business for a while you can run into the poor habit of stereotyping your customers, but coming from a strong sales background I know the importance of treating everybody the same. People may just surprise you.
I won't even begin to touch on the misinformation, ethical concerns and overall poor customer service you will experience at Tom Wood. That will be for another review.
My fiancé and I went into Falcone and were immediately greeted by a nice man who offered us something to drink and eat while we waited for the salesman we spoke to when we called. The dealership has a "family oriented" atmosphere.
Our salesman Brian Moffitt was superb. It was raining very hard that day and he wasted no time bringing the car we were inquiring about to the service overpass so we could view it (2016 Subaru WRX). We fell in love immediately! My main concern was that I did NOT want them to run my credit again due to all the hard inquiries I had previously at Tom Wood. I knew I was already approved through one lender and let them know. The finance manager was amazing. She made it very easy, contacted the bank herself and got us approved at a lower rate than Tom Wood for the new car. On a side note, Falcone was offering the premium model plus a few extras included at a much lower rate, close to what Tom Wood wanted for just the base model.
Overall both our salesman and the finance manager were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They both knew what they were talking about having worked there for over a decade and they were not pushy at all. We drove off the lot the same day and I will most likely only shop at Falcone in the future. On a side note, when we had finalized our purchase Mr. Falcone himself came over and shook our hands! You won't get that service anywhere else.

More than a month ago, I bought a 2015 VW diesel Sportwagen from Falcone Automotive, and I still feel great about that experience. Nick and Moe were great. I saw the car online, called around 4 in the afternoon, and Nick had the car ready for me to test drive in less than an hour. We moved to Indianapolis in the summer about four years ago, and by winter we had to look for service for our 2010 GTI. We lived downtown, so it was nice to find Falcone so close. I was a bit hesitant, where we lived previously we had a great mechanic, and everyone has heard the stereotype that dealers are more expensive etc. etc.. All I can say, now being a repeat customer over the years, is that Falcone has been awesome in both pricing and more importantly customer service. Every single time we've been in the staff has been exceptionally accommodating, making a effort to respect our time - giving us a loaner unplanned, even if just for a few hours for us to run errands in the afternoon. On the mechanical side the staff has given honest opinions about necessary repairs, withheld service when they found it wasn't warranted (once working on the car), and several times they've come in 10-30% under the original estimated price. Most recently I also took my Triumph motorcycle to their powersports shop (also on 16th) for a post-winter hibernation looksy. My bike is about 10 years old and they found several issues that had performance implications and could threaten my safety - all chalking up to some expensive work . I purchased a 2016 Legacy Premium after having driven a few other cars from other companies, my salesman was far more knowledgeable about the Legacy than any other salesperson at any of the other dealerships I had test driven at that weekend. There are a couple other Subaru dealerships in town but their online inventories seemed to be filled with nothing but fully optioned models with features I didn't desire. We love our car and are not ready to replace her. She began overheating, took her in, thought it was fixed. $400. On the way home from your place, she overheated again and the blower switch broke, so no air/heat able to flow in addition to the overheating. Took her in the next day and you guys gave me a loaner car. SO grateful! Next estimate was $825, that was w/o the diagnostic fee. You knocked off another $100 - SO grateful. Final cost was to be $725, which on top of the $400 we spent just 2 days prior pretty much put us over the edge. Then, Chris B came to the rescue, which we were unaware of. He brought our story to your Team and you all worked and rebuilt the blower switch, which was the biggest expense for round 2 of repairs! Final cost was $279. We were never pressured, but always given valuable information about the vehicle. When it came time to discuss options on purchasing versus leasing, we were given good information. We chose a 2015 Outback Premium, Wildness Green Metallic. This meant we had to order. The order came in in 5 weeks! The fastest I've heard of any 2015 Outback order. I just got a new job and needed to travel to Atlanta on Sunday. I wasn't sure that my old vehicle would make the round trip. While driving to the gas station a VW commercial came on the radio. I took it as a sign and started looking across the net for my next vehicle. According to multiple sources there were 4 within the city and an additional 4 within 50 miles. I got on line with the "Chat Now" representative for Falcone. We talked about the Tiguan listed on their website. This was at 7 pm (or there 'bouts)
Anyway, as I told the rep I would be at the store for the morning opening. Unfortunately the one listed was sold the night before at 6:30 (as I was on line!). The nice sales rep then had a quick chat with someone else and they asked me, if I had my choice, what color exterior and interior I would like. I knew they were crazy - cause i had already searched the city and 50 miles around and found only black! I told them that I really liked the VW Dark Blue - and wouldn't you know it, they found one. Not only that, but they had it on site and ready for me to drive to Atlanta in less than 24 hours!

I couldn't be happier with my Tiguan - the power is more than enough to actually accelerate up the Smoky Mountains in TN. The seats- after 18oo miles in four days - are still very comfy and I can actually walk after the trips! Locations of cup holders, power outlets, spare door pockets, radio sound, everything...it is all very nice.

I brought my 2015 Outback 2.5 Limited to get an oil change on Sat. morning (5/16). I had a commitment in Carmel at 9 so I had spoken to a rep about getting a loaner. When I arrived they said that they could get the car it right away and get it done in 15 minutes. It would take that long to get the loaner paper work completed anyway. All of the people I talked to were extremely friendly. They got it changed in the 15 min window and I was able to make my commitment on time. Excellent!

I am a new customer of Volkswagen in Indianapolis and when I fist came to Volkswagen, there was service center and I went to there. I do not remember the person`s name. However, first of all, I gotta say that I was so comfy because before I came to Volkswagen, I searched what happens with my car. A majority of people say that I need to replace the engine which costs 2000- 3000 dollars. I was shocked and I explained him from the engine came on and the warning showed up. As I am international student, I am not good at English but he listened me anything I have carefully and let me know something that I should do after he checked my car. He let me know which parts should be fixed now and something is fine but the something should be fixed as soon as I am ready. I liked him and the Volkswagen team members.

My 2004 Saab 9-3 convertible Roll over bars popped up while driving into my garage. Came in a little too fast and hit a table. Apparently it messed up the whole air bag system with seat belts and such. I just had an entire safety inspection done. Brady was very helpful and always communicated if something needed fixed. He was always patient with me too. The cost of things were a little higher then expected for such a small thing. I was irritated about the cost but he was very friendly even if I reacted agitated. It was worth the cost because I love my little car. It runs great and most importantly it is safe. It just took a couple of weeks and I had my car. Thanks.

Bought a beautiful 2010 Outback in January 2017. The car soon exhibited some stalling issues when braking. We took the car to Falcone and Brady offered up his team of experts to resolve the issue. I've taken my Saab to Falcone Saab Service at least 5 times (GM's quality issue, not the service center) and every time was great. If they see that your car is dirty, they'll wash it for you. Everybody is very friendly. There's wireless internet if you need to wait there and work. The place is very clean too. I'm glad the only Saab center in Indy is excellent!

While in Indianapolis on personal family business the battery in my Saab failed. I called Falcone Volkswagon, Subaru and Saab on 16th Street, noted the car would not start without a jump, explained I was in town only briefly for a family emergency and was relying on the car to return home some 1,000 miles away the next day. Steve Halloran, the Service Consultant, advised me to bring the car to Falcone's dealership for diagnosis. Although I did not have an appointment that day, Steve quickly worked the car into the service bay rotation. The service technician determined that the problem was limited to a faulty battery and much to my relief that nothing else was wrong with the electrical system. I was back on the road in about an hour after arriving.
Despite a heavily booked service schedule the day I arrived, Steve managed to provide outstanding turnaround service allowing me to spend the remainder of my last day in Indianapolis with an ill relative.
I am grateful to Steve for his attention and help and appreciative of Falcone for the outstanding professional service provided. I unequivocally recommend Steve and Falcone's dealership for Saab and other foreign car service to Indianapolis residents and visitors.

I brought my daughter's 2008 Saab 97-X last Friday to have the side marker lights and turn signal lights replaced and have a new key and FOB programmed as a spare. Ryan, as always was courteous and helpful. even called on Friday to let me know the FOB which had arrived was defective. Ryan also let me know there was a front pinion seal leaking which should be considered for replacement to avoid any costly repairs. I picked the car up Friday paid for the Key & Fob and marker and turn lights and agreed to bring the vehicle back on Tuesday when a new FOB arrived. Provided Ryan the extended warranty contract and he handled the arrangements with CostGuard (who initially refused to pay under the contract). I appreciate his extra efforts in getting it done. I also appreciate your shop for identifying the issue on the seal and making the repair. Thanks also for the shuttle service back and forth to the office.

Justin Pointer did a great job delivering my new 2019 VW Golf R. He gave me a thorough tour of the new features of the 2019 car, and ensured that the car looked fantastic as I drove it away. He was also very flexible in terms of transferring some items from my 2015 car, and made sure the window tinting appointment was scheduled quickly. When issues arose with the tinter being late, Justin gave me a brand-new loaner car for two days, which was nice. Justin is currently working on resolving a minor software update with the new car to ensure it is 100% correct. Kudos also to Chase and Bob Falcone, who I worked with on the pricing of my new 2019 R and my trade-in 2015 R. They worked to give me a fair price on the two cars in November 2018, and stuck to these prices in March 2019 with no issues.

Then he does something that is almost unheard of in customer service anymore, he follows through on his promise.
