They were spoken highly of by my friends who came to the dealership for vehicles themselves because of their ability to build good relationships and have great customer service. Camrielle had great communication skills and a lovely personality. Loved working with her. Had to be there all day due to certain issues rising every other minute but she was wonderful and was very patient with me and helped me as much as she could. So my old car died on Friday. Really couldn't do anything about it until Saturday night. Started looking and found a car I wanted. Well I applied online on Sunday not expecting anything to happen but I was contacted by a customer service person and we chatted. I went in today to hopefully finalize the purchase. It took less than 2 hours to get through all the paperwork and there was no back and forth nonsense. My salesman was Tristin and he made sure I understood each step of the process. He went through the car inspection with me but the paperwork neglected to have the key fob tested. I was back at DriveTime within 2 hours of purchasing the car because the fob wasn't working. They attempted to put a new battery in the fob but ended up sending me to another shop to replace the fob. Honestly, the 2nd least painful experience buying a car.

This was the only place that was a willing to take me with current parameters in place etc. Tristan was my guy he was very professional, got me set up smoothly, didn't pressure for the higher sale he let me decide exactly what I was cool with etc. All in all I highly recommend this place. They also don't buy to sell anything, with major report issues so that's a blessing in itself ...Im driving off with a 2016 Chevy spark with 44,000 miles might as well be brand new I didn't think in a million yrs I'd drive off a lot today with that low of milage in excellent shape etc. Damn !!!!

We went to this location to purchase a vehicle.Both Cam and Eric were awesome from the beginning. We test drove a 2018 Buick Encore but realized that the down payment required for this vehicle was more than we could afford. We asked about a 2015 Encore that we saw on their website (and really the one we were interested in to begin with). They said the vehicle was at another location so They called that location to put a hold on it and gave us directions on how to get there. We felt bad about going to another lot but they quickly assured us that it was no problem. We went to the location on 38th street and not only did they send us there, they transferred our file to that location so we didn’t have to re-start everything we had already done. We were very pleased with the customer service and the attitude of everyone there. Will definitely refer all friends and family there!!!

I would recommend DriveTime on Lafayette Rd to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I researched for weeks before I decided what type of vehicle I wanted and based on customer satisfaction where I wanted to buy it. DriveTime's website was easy to review the different vehicles available on all the lots. Upon our arrival to the Drive Time lot we were met at the door by Seth and immediately he found the car I had spotted on the website. He showed us additional vehicle to make sue the one I had come to the lot for was the perfect vehicle for me. Seth showed us options to make our payments less and special features DriveTime customer have available. Even though Seth was extremely busy the day of our purchase we did not feel rushed or like he didn't have time to assist us. Seth took the time to completely go over all the options the vehicle I purchased had and showed us how the unique features worked. During the processing of our loan we were also impressed by Sean's customer service and ability to make the paperwork easy to understand. I went to DriveTime not knowing what to expect and Clay Calvert really impressed me. From the moment we walked through the door, the questions he asked were based on what I wanted and what was best for me. Based on the features that I wanted he found me several cars that caught my eye. We test drove the cars and numbers were presented to us, but I still did not know what I wanted to do. I told him that I wanted to think about things and I would call him. He told me that was fine, let me know the next step once I thought things over, and he would call me the next day. I finally took Clay's call and told him I was interested but I still needed a few more days. He said okay, I look forward to hearing from you. I purchased my 2010 dodge journey on April 28, 2016. Love the car, Sean was great and for the most part the overall experience was great. Had to have it serviced before my 30 days, drive time covered the problems. 2 weeks ago the horn stars blowing at random while driving or sitting still. My employer nearly fired me because of the noise and nuisance at work. I pulled the fuses and no more horn. It isn't covered under the extended warranty and dodge says no recalls. Not happy. Last week after putting about 1800 miles on the car the oil change required comes on. I take it in for an oil change once again great service at the Shadeland service center. One week later, this morning I go to leave for an appointment and my car is completely dead. Nothing was left on. I find some one to jump start the car for me. Let it run for about a 1/2 hour, take it O'REILLY auto parts, they run a battery and alternator test, alternator is good, battery is bad, no good. Less than 8 weeks and now I have to buy a $150 battery because it isn't covered. Why was the battery not checked to begin with? Why sell me a car wit a bad battery? Not happy at all. I call the service center and guess what. Nope they won't help or cover any cost for a bad battery they should have replaced before selling the car. Seriously considering taking my service issues some where else from now on. So not happy anymore with my car and it's 'apparent' weekly problems and problems that should have been avoided. Giving a 4 star only because the dealer and salesman I bought the car from were very good to me at the Lafayette st location in Indianapolis.

I highly recommend DRIVE TIME for anyone looking for a good, reliable used car. I went there yesterday afternoon. Everyone in the store was very courteous and knowledgeable. After checking my financial status, they told me I was approved for any of about 10 cars on their lot. I checked out 4 ........ a sedan, 2 vans, and a PT Cruiser. I especially liked one of the vans. We ended up purchasing a 2007 Dodge Caravan. It's in excellent condition with relatively low mileage. We used my car as a trade in even though it wasn't in the best shape. Drive Time even handled changing the license plate from my previous car to the new one, eliminating a trip to the BMV!! The location we visited is at 38th and Lafayette Road, on Indy's west side. They also have a facility on the east side of the city. As part of the deal, I have a 36 month/36,000 mile warranty, plus 3 free oil changes for 3 years. I was completely satisfied with their service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car

I had only Saturday to buy a vehicle...Kea has an amazing personality and she took all of my stress away, without even realizing it. The staff were all smiles...it was a fabulous atmosphere. A little area where my son watched t.v. and ate popcorn was GREAT too. I test drove a few vehicles and she in fact encouraged it. Never once was I rushed or pursuaded to buy a certain vehicle...not the slightest pressure!!! I am happy with my purchase :) I recommend this location...
