I Worked with Omar to lease my first BMW, and it was one of my better car leasing experiences. Omar took the time to explain all the great features of the X3, including the particular features that my wife and I were most interested in learning about. He then helped negotiate a lease deal we were both happy with.The dealership itself is beautiful and there was even a friendly dog at the showroom the day we were there! I'd recommend this dealership and Omar in particular. We're so excited about our new X3! Thanks Omar!

My friend Malik Neal referred me here years ago and I have been a repeat customer ever since. My family has leased two cars from here and I purchased a used one for myself. This is the best dealership in LA hands down. Normally I dread dealerships and the sales reps but this was a different experience. John Daley from Nick Alexander BMW was awesome! No pressure sales. Sold us a car that my daughter absolutely loves. John is honest and easy to work with. Very personable. The transaction ran very smoothly and he found us a good deal for a lender with options to pick from that fit into our budget. Check out the beautiful, clean dealership. The finance officer was also very friendly and did a great job. Thank you so much John, for making our 4 hour round trip well worth it. You made a 19 year old extremely happy!!!! Thank You!!

Henry Ryu, John Won and Steven Gomez truly made my experience so easy and actually fun. Getting a car (lease or purchase) is a pain, and you always wonder if you truly got a good deal. However, this was not the case for me, I have had BMW since 2013 and this was my best experience yet. Not only was it so simple and quick, but I know I got an amazing deal with top of the line customer service. No sales tactics, pressure or misleading. I had the opportunity to see great offers that were within my budget, Henry sent me all sorts of options to find me exactly what I was looking for! Once I got to the dealership they answered all of my questions, and I had A LOT of questions. They made me feel comfortable and gave me the time I needed as well. Once everything was said and done, they still went out of their way to reach out and see how I am feeling about my new car. I am beyond satisfied with my choice and eager for the next 3 years. I used to go to Beverly Hills BMW but Nick Alexander is my new go to, it is worth the 1 hour drive. Henry, John and Steven are exceptional and I will never go to anyone else!

Best BMW dealership in the whole Los Angeles/Orange County area! My lease was coming to an end and I was in the market to lease another BMW since I only drive a BMW; nothing else. The current market is tough and it is not the best time to lease or purchase any vehicles right now due to limited inventory and premium pricing. With that being said, Omar was still able to get me into a beautiful black X5 with M sport package. There was a bit of negotiation in the process but both Omar and the Sales Manager Henry was able to offer me a reasonable down payment and a monthly payment. They were both very courteous and understanding of my situation in the process. I will definitely be back when my lease is up in few years. If you are in the market for a BMW, please ask for Omar and Henry from Nick Alexander dealership and you will be able to receive your Ultimate Driving Machine with a quality service and quality pricing!!!

I inquired about the vehicle and in a matter of minutes he got in touch with me to get the process started. I was actually able to get most of the details sorted via text/email. Just like any other dealership, you'll have to prepare yourself and set aside at least a few hours. Unlike others, Alexander BMW was very professional, accommodating, and patient. They are willing to work with you to make the deal happen. Walter was a very good salesman, and I appreciated working with him. And hey, they said they couldn't go any lower on pricing, but they did. I might just go back here again.
