Really busy in the service area, lots of people rushing around. As a customer, you feel like you're in the way. (I was in for a luxury van service) No loaner, no complimentary car wash. No mention of my running light that was out. Nor the horn not working properly. Must not be part of the safety check or perhaps just to busy. Appointments are a week to two weeks out. All were friendly folks and it's clean place. They did offer shuttle service.

Vanessa reached out to me about 6 weeks ago to help me with lease end options for my GLS. She was awesome through the whole process, answering many questions from me about several different topics. They had no problems answering my calls before I bought the car. They shipped it to me and didn't send the temporary tags. I emailed them and they eventually sent me an email with a photo of them. My wife got pulled over for not having tags on the car and we a ticket for it despite showing the emailed tags. Now the picture of the temporary tag is expired too and we still don't have actual plates. They haven't responded to emails or phone calls. What a joke. Update: They did return my call and overnight the plates. Every other part of my experience went well, so I’m updating the review.

This was probably the best experience I had buying a car. They treated me so well. Trent was a real help! Ask for him when you're looking for your new car! There was no pressure involved in the sale, and it went quickly. The dealership was clean and beautiful as is the service center. There's coffee, soda, ice cream and snacks there too if you're hungry. There's also free car washes whenever you need them, so my Mercedes will always look fabulous! :)

As a former military combat veteran, and proud new father of my first-born son, I was in the market to trade in my first real sports car, a 2013 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS 1LE, for a more practical and “newborn friendly” vehicle. After coming across the review of the Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 as one of the top-rated SUV’s by Consumer Reports, and taking one for a test drive at my local Mercedes-Benz dealership, I decided to look for the best “bang for my buck” and started the search for a Certified Pre-owned within a 100 mile radius of my home in the Clear Lake area. Over the next few weeks I visited multiple different Mercedes-Benz dealerships throughout the Houston area, and talked with countless salesmen. In all honesty, I wish I would have started with the Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands. I suppose I did not visit all the dealerships in the Houston area, but of the ones I did visit I can honestly say this dealership was by far the best. Besides the typical back and forth on my trade-in I can say this was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. The original salesman I had talked to the day before unfortunately was on his day off whenever I wanted to come look at this 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300, but within an hour or so I received a call back from his sales manager, and was reassigned to another salesman, Kriss Arbury. Kriss called me directly and told me he was going to take over, and set up my appointment time for 1730. At the time, I was on the way to another dealership to look at another GLC 300. Being that the Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands was over an hour away from my house, I figured it could not hurt to stop at a few other dealerships along the way and check out everyone else’s inventory in person before I made my final decision. Primarily I was doing all my searching using the Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned website’s search engine, and I was hesitant about the Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands dealership for two main reasons: 1. The distance, and 2. Their prices seemed to be a little higher than some of the other dealership’s comparable vehicles. Like I said previously I wish I would have just bypassed all those other dealerships and drove straight to the Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands first. Yes, their prices were a little bit higher than some of the other dealerships, but the quality of their vehicles were well worth the difference in cost. They had a few GLC 300’s I wanted to compare, and since I was going to be stressed for time, because the dealership’s closing time was 1900, I asked Kriss if it would be possible for him to park all the vehicles I was interested in side by side to expedite the decision-making process. I was pleasantly surprised to see all the vehicles I’d requested parked right next to one another as soon as I pulled into their parking lot. Aesthetically this is a very beautiful dealership, with a more modern feel and contemporary styling throughout. But now down to the main details. My salesman, Kriss Arbury did an awesome job of working with me. He was up front, honest, personable, and came across as a good person. He gave me an extensive tour of their facility, which included a relaxing waiting room where you can watch your vehicle being taken care of, washed (since they give free car washes on site), or any other maintenance needed. Not to mention the free to use massage chairs, ice cream bar, and drink bar. I was introduced to multiple people who work there in various capacities, and was amazed at how everyone treated me more like a family member rather than just another customer. If fact, I had an extended conversation with their designated AMG Performance salesman about having to go from a sports car to an SUV because of my new son. The dealership worked with me, and eventually we came to a deal. They took a little off their asking price, and gave me a fair trade-in value on my Camaro. For anyone interested in buying a Mercedes-Benz in the Houston area I’d highly recommend this be the first dealership you go to.

I took a test drive and then worked on what car to purchase. I decided which car I wanted to purchase and Shane got me a good deal and we got the paperwork going. Anthony taught me about the features of my new vehicle. The car was detailed and filled with gas before I left. They are not a classic "hard sell" type location, which I really liked. My sales associate Richard Harper was great to work with. He was very quick to respond to all my queries, transparent, and was very easy to work with. I have been to service department twice and to the parts department twice. So a total of four visits to Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands. Each visit has been an absolutely enjoyable experience. The parts staff are knowledgeable, polite and quick. What more can I say. The service department has been exemplary. One visit was for routine maintenance. The service was done within the time and price quoted. The second visit was a warranty visit. Staff was very pleasant. They provided an excellent loaner and didn't mind that I had to put nearly 800 miles on the car. When I returned to pick up my car the speed with which they handled matters was astounding. I pulled into the service department and their sensors determined the loaner and identified me. I was immediately greeted by name and ushered to the waiting room where I barely had time to get a bottle of water before the Service Manager personally came out to return my car to me. No pressure, no haggling, sure there were negotiations but even that was pleasant. I have been in the market for a convertible, specifically a hardtop bmw 335i. I have been searching nationwide over the past 2 months for the right car. Last week I saw this gorgeous bmw on cargurus and requested information. It was 1am NY time and I left a message for a carfax and more pictures. I received a text message 2 minutes after. I had a wonderful purchasing experience, all thanks to Luis Osawa and George Buchanan! I was in the market for an S class and found a beautiful CPO on the lot. Luis and George answered all of my questions during the initial meeting and most importantly there was no "hard" sales pitch. During the 2nd test drive, my wife and I were not sure if this particular car would fit in the garage and Luis was able to clear his schedule and accompany us on a two-hour test drive to my house to insure the vehicle fit in my garage! This level of customer service proved to us that MB of the Woodlands was not just another dealer, and Luis was going to do what was necessary to earn my business. In my opinion, any business is only as good as their people, and Luis is EXCEPTIONAL.

I visited Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands on June 6, 2018 for annual maintenance. My Service Advisor was Mark Escobar. He was busy with a customer at the time of my arrival, but made sure to find and greet me when he was free. Mark always has a great attitude and a smile on his face. The Service Manager, Anthony Walding, came by to shake my hand and welcome me to the service center. Anthony is very friendly and has exceptional knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz line up. He has answered many vehicle related questions throughout the years with precision. While waiting for the service I had a nice chat with Marcos Morales who works there as a Sales Client Advisor. Marcos is just another example of very welcoming team member of Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands. He is always very welcoming and friendly. Overall my service was done in a timely manner, my vehicle was given a courtesy wash and most of all the all the team members that I encountered were friendly and accommodating. I can honestly say that I do not have a negative thing to say about any of my experiences at this dealership. This is the only place that I would bring my vehicle for service. The guys down the street don't even come close to the level of professionalism and attention to details as these folks. I will continue to do business here. The whole Mercedes Family during the purchase of our car made us feel right at home. The Mercedes Tech Concierge was amazing! The Sales Manager, Joe, designed a car just for me. I was truly honored. Nelson, our sales representative was very patient and very Mercedes assertive when helping us to appreciate that Mercedes was the brand for us. You see, we were leaving the Land Rover family after owning two vehicles (one previously owned and the other straight from the sales floor) and having the same problem. Our purchase and service experience during our 14 year tenure was riddled with horrible service, rudeness, unprofessional employees, and the worst service imaginable. When arriving at Mercedes, I went in with a pessimistic attitude after the service I was accustomed to at Jaguar/LandRover North Houston, to a whole new World of Mercedes Quality which is the standard. The Mercedes standard was/is wonderful. If the goal is to make each customer feel important, at ease, and confident in the brand they chose, Mercedes in the Woodland goes above and beyond. Awesome customer service. They exemplify what car buying should be. I called Nelson, my sales rep, about a car, and he immediately said, "Can I bring it to your office!?" He makes it clear that he will do whatever it takes to make your life easy. I have bought two vehicles from him, and I don't "have the time" to sit around waiting for three hours to buy a car. The first purchase he delivered the car to my house and we signed paperwork on my kitchen table. The second, I was able to go to the dealership, they had everything taken care of and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Nelson, worked closely with the sales manager Nick and I couldn't be happier. Nelson even took the liberty of buying me a key chain from another dealership (the car I bought on Saturday was a pre-owned car, different manufacture) and delivered it to my office!
