I spotted the MX5 I wanted online and filled out a finance form and sent it in, also sent in a message on the site inquiring about the car. I was then contacted by an assistant and then by the salesperson, Lauryn, who assisted me the rest of the way on the purchase. Before I arrived my car had been detailed and was basically ready to drive out before I arrived. Lauryn and the Sales manager and Finance manager were all a pleasure to deal with, very professional. After I agreed to the purchase the car was fueled up and given a touch-up detail. Two things to note on the make ready: 1: The tire pressure was way too high upon leaving the dealer (50 psi) and should have been 29-31 psi per the door sticker. 2: The engine bay wasn't detailed. Neither are huge things for me because I do all that stuff myself, but I hope they set the tires correctly for anyone who doesn't do that themselves. This was my second car buying experience from Jeff Haas, my first being a 2013 Miata in 2013. This was an Excellent experience from start to finish.

Friendly, professional, and really did everything in his power to give me the car I wanted with the terms I wanted, and I can’t say I was one bit dissatisfied at any point of the transaction. This was my first time buying a car from Jeff Haas Mazda and I’m 100% sure it won’t be my last. My salesman, Abe, was great from start to finish. He did an amazing job with answering me and my wife’s questions about the different CX-5s we were looking at as well as being patient with us throughout the selection process. He also allowed us the opportunity to think it over when we weren’t 100% sure of what we were going to go with which was invaluable to us. He also had great communication with us throughout the entire process and did whatever he could to make sure we were up to date and answered any questions we had. After we chose the CX-5 we wanted, we met Danyel who did a great job with breaking down our financing (and she was able to get us a lower interest rate!) as well as informing us about the different aftercare packages they had. I admittedly was a bit overwhelmed at that point but she did a great job of being patient through it all explaining everything and going over each cost. After everything was signed, we met Younghi who was very thorough in explaining the different features on our new CX-5 Carbon Edition. I truly had a great experience and we will be back for our next vehicle. Thanks to everyone over at Jeff Haas who helped us out!

MJ was very helpful and knowledgeable about vehicles! She is very kind and would really help you out based on what you want for your budget and needs. Me and my family enjoyed the whole process of the purchase and there was no dead moment about it (usually when you’re in transaction on buying a car the dealer would just leave you hanging and come back after) which did not happened with MJ. She took care of us until the close of deal! Overall we walked out with a brand new car and very satisfied and pleased with the experience! Great experience overall! Jerry was the guy that walked me through this 2 days process to take my new baby home. He was quick with appointment, kept his word and provide me excellent customer service. The lounge that you wait in when having repair services performed on your vehicle, I find to be very comfortable. The chair are very comfortable. Did I mention they have free coffee made by a machine that can deliver an assortment/ various varieties for your taste buds. My sales lady, Lauren, was very knowledgeable and personable. She was not pushy like some salesmen I’ve come across. She made me feel like I was buying a car from a friend. I liked that the lady that explained the technology of the car, I don’t remember her name, took her time and made sure I had a thorough understanding before I left the lot. Even though I forgot, she didn’t, and notified me when she located the part. I used to drive a Lexus and would always say the experience and customer service there was unmatched. Okay so this dealership upset me at first but I'm over all the negatives. My CX-5 continues to perform like a premium SUV. Everyday driving is less stressful and enjoyable. And my adjusted higher rating is due to the great service team in particular Yajaira who's helping me keep my second Mazda in tip top condition. Positive notes: I'd recommend Mohamad Rahhal (5 stars) as your salesperson because he's blunt. No playing games, just honest upfront pricing on a car. Finance manager was easy to deal with and put us at ease. Julie (delivery specialist) is good and helps you set up your smartphone to your car and answers any questions you might have (5 stars). This dealership is beautiful, I'd recommend anyone interested in buying a Mazda to see the facility in person!

Nick, the used car director, is AWESOME! Pretty much everything was great about my experience buying a nearly-new 2021 Mazda CX9 from Jeff Haas Mazda, but there was one major issue I had. I made an offer on the vehicle, and they initially turned me down. No biggie. I wasn't worried about it, so I left the dealership. A few minutes later I got a call saying they'd accept my offer if I came back. I drove back to the dealership and the salesman (who was very nice), apologized profusely and told me they changed their mind and wouldn't accept my offer. I eventually caved in because the vehicle was perfect and it was still a pretty good deal. We were quibbling about $333, after all, on a vehicle priced near $40k. A week or so later, I received a request to provide a review from Mazda. I was honest about the situation, and the next morning I got a call from Nick. He was 100% professional about the matter and he told me he agreed with me and that it wasn't fair that they told me they'd agree to my offer, but then changed their mind when I got back to the dealership. He sent me a check for the $333 in order to make it right. Now, THAT is the right way to do business!!! I couldn't be happier, and it renewed my faith that there are truly decent people out there who will do the right thing and honor their word. Thanks, Nick! I will be calling you again in a couple of years when it's time to buy a new Mazda for my daughter!

I had a part issue in the engine of my Mazda CX-9 that normally should not go bad at the time that it did since mileage was fairly low. Although I had to do some leg work of my own with Mazda USA, Will was able to help me out and get the car fixed for what I thought was a fair cost. Mazda Got my very first car here in America at Jeff Haas Mazda today. The automobile market has been crazy and it is quite a challenge to buy one nowadays but I was pleasantly surprised as to how easy it is to have this transaction done by my agent MJ. She had everything sorted out even before I arrived to get this unit so this deal went through smoothly. I drove all the way from Dallas to get this car and boy it was all worth it. We were greeted warmly by the receptionists, asked to make ourselves comfortable in their clean and elegant lounge while pampering ouselves with complimentary coffee and tea. She even followed through with us to make sure we are comfortable and had everything we need as we go on with the process of purchasing a car. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. We are also able to speak with the owner of this dealership who made sure his business is running smoothly and that everyone is well taken cared of. Gilbert from finance was also very nice and apologetic and very welcoming as well. He made sure everything on our paperworks were done correctly. The features of my newly bought car was thouroughly explained to me and I even got a Mazda paperbag with some freebies in it. I worked so hard and waited for more than a century to get to America and getting inside my very first car here is one of the best feelings in the world. I would say I am one of the happiest clients of Jeff Haas Mazda. Although I do not know MJ personally and I only bumped on her as I was crazily scrambling the internet to get this car wherever in Texas, doing business with her is hassle-free, fast and also she is very dependable. Due to my circumstance being new here in USA, I feel so vulnerable but I feel like I can easily trust MJ, and you cannot put a price tag on that. I had a 2013 Nissan Rogue that was totaled in a car accident. It had been a long time since I purchased a vehicle, and I wanted something BRAND NEW and safe. Chris answered all of my many questions. We test drove the base model CX5, and loved it. They didn't have the color we wanted in stock, so we were going to have to order one. Well when we went back inside we saw the CX5 Preferred Package vehicle and loved the different upgraded features in that vehicle, so we decided on that one. Once our vehicle came in, we went back in and before financing we spoke with Younghi Song, from the Aftermarkets department about different extras that can be added to our vehicle. We really wanted the power liftgate, so we were able to get that set-up. Then we were handed over to the finance department where we spoke with Gilbert Gaitan. He explained everything about the vehicle protection programs that can be added into the financing. He was also very personable, and made this part of the car buying experience enjoyable. Lastly, Kait Le, from Customer Relations, took us out to the vehicle to look at everything. She set-up my Bluetooth to my phone, and let me know about the auto set-up for the headlights and windshield wipers. Overall this car buying experience was impressive. The dealership itself is very clean and polished looking.

As a follow-up to my previous submission, since the full review wasn’t accessible, once we were home with our newly purchased vehicle, I noticed a sandpaper feeling along the rear side panels of the car. This was the result of paint overspray from a minor repair done by Jeff Haas’ body shop that was agreed upon prior to our purchase. I’ll have to have a Detail Shop clay bar the over spray and hope that this will restore the paint on the car to its original state. If I didn’t live 2.5 hours away, I’d return the vehicle to Jeff Haas and let them remove the overspray. Purchasing the car was a pleasant experience, but the quality of the minor repair was disappointing. Buyer beware.

I have to say, I was finally pleasantly surprised by a large car dealership! I bought a used car, obviously from Jeff Haas. It apparently, had a transmission issue that didn't show up until the very morning after I bought it. I was able to get it back up to the dealership, and the salesman Ren*n, manager N*ck and service manager Tre*t got right on it. They told me flat out we'll take care of it. They gave me a loner car, newer than the car I bought, and took care of the issue. Two thumbs up with a twist! I will be back there for service or my next vehicle.

I was extremely satisfied with the service here. I spoke with Ryan from sales, over the phone, and he was more than happy to answer all of my questions. When I went in, to look at the car, I was expecting the same issues that I've dealt with at other dealerships. Such as, the quote price being different than what we talked about over the phone or trying to talk me into purchasing other "extra packages" that I didn't want. The usual when purchasing a car. Once I arrived, there was none of that. They told me the options I had and took no for an answer right away, on the things I didn't want. I wanted to purchase through my credit union, because of the stellar interest rate that they offered me. However, Jeff Haas Mazda doesn't accept outside lenders, but Dwayne from finance was able to find a bank that I could quickly refinance from and get the deal I wanted. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the upfront honesty and customer service I received from Ryan and Dwayne, at Jeff Haas Mazda. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I would highly suggest making Jeff Haas Mazda your first and probably last stop.

I visited several dealerships along i10 in this part of town and saw some along 290 in the cypress area. Jeff Haas Mazda has the best service and employees I've seen at any dealership as of yet. I've never had a employee bother to sit me in the car and explain all the bits and pieces even if I admittedly knew almost all of it in advance. The detail and care was a first for me to see. The employee who helped me find my vehicle was very helpful, assisting me in finding something that fit my preference . I walked out with a Mazda 3 hatchback off the dealer floor. I wish I could say that my buying process with Jeff Haas was seamless. I went in for service and during that time I found a vehicle I was interested in. Long story short, I didn’t get the vehicle because another customer purchased it just before me. The sales representative Kenneth, made me test drive a similar vehicle which cost a little more than the one I was looking at. I loved the features and decided to purchase. It took some amount of wait time before reaching a finance agent who would complete the loan. When the details were being broken down, I had some amount of apprehension about proceeding with the purchase. Ultimately it took some bargaining time until I signed off on the paperwork. Got the car and after some time drove off the lot. Within days I noticed there were several things missing or not working with the car (mind you, I know I purchased a used vehicle however I never anticipated the issues). There were covers missing on the roof rack of the CX-9 I purchased. I’ll admit I’m OCD and it bothered me that there were covers missing. My sales agent wasn’t in a rush to help me and told me to speak with the service department. Fortunately my saving grace was Younghi Thomas. Ms. Thomas was very attentive to my concerns and took leadership of the issue in order to have it resolved. Within days, Younghi arranged for me to take my vehicle back and have the covers replaced (unfortunately she indicated that the covers aren’t sold and so are only replaceable as spare parts from other vehicles. I’m addition there was a problem with the fuel door that led to it not closing properly and scratched the pain on the car. Again Younghi stepped in to help. Over the next several days I noticed the covers they replaced were still going missing. I reached out to Kenneth who responded in a manner I found a little off putting. Essentially he says the covers shouldn’t just fall off. By the time of the email it seemingly suggested that I created the problem. I responded to the email and Kenneth proceeded to deny that he was trying to be impertinent, and told me he works in sales, not in service. That therefore indicated to me that he wanted no ownership of the issue. He sold a car, and that was it. Any outstanding issues I will have to deal with myself. Today makes the second time I had to return my car to the dealership to get it looked it. As of today there were 3-4 missing covers and the back seat had a seat lever that was not functioning properly. Younghi arranged for Jennifer with service to assist me. I however found that my returning to the dealership wasn’t viewed as pleasant. I was made to feel as if my concerns were invalid and suggestions indicative that I again may have removed the covers. That’s not how you deal with customers. To what benefit will I get by removing the covers? None. I’m just as irritated to having to return several times to get this issue resolved. I’ve come to accept that it may not be an issue they can fix, and I will just have to live with as is. Aside from Younghi, all my other interactions have been less than ideal. I cannot recommend purchasing a vehicle from Jeff Haas, especially one that it used. The commitment to customer care is not consistent. I will continue to do service with Russell and Smith Mazda, through which I’ve always had excellent service. I am not sure how this issue will pan out, but I can say with affirmation that the dealer prefers a walk in sale, and done. No expectation should be had of follow up car or compassion from those working with customers. If it wasn’t for Younghi who treated my concerns as valid, I would have rated them at best, 3 stars. That being said I spent several thousand dollars on a vehicle and I expect it to not have the issues I’ve encountered. Used or not.

I considered another; but Mazda offered more opitions at a lower price, higher safety ratings, and similar reliability. My salesman, Kenneth, was amazing. He scheduled an appointment and had the car I identified waiting when I arrived after work with my child. There were no high pressure tactics and no dishonesty. When I asked to look at a different car, he immediately informed me that it was much more expensive and likely didn't suit my needs rather than try to sweet talk me into something I'd be unhappy in. All my questions were answered. Financing was simple, and everyone was friendly. Julie is a jewel! She completed the initial programming of my car before we left and told me where to focus first as I learned the new tech. She even offered to sit in the car and take me through it all again if needed. First year oil changes included in purchase. Go visit Jeff Haas Mazda! You won't be disappointed.
