Mrs.Star and Mr. Jessie in the sales department both are absolutely great ! And I don’t mean this lightly. Both Star and Jessie made sure I was good even after my purchase. She would check up on me every now and again and spread kind words to lift my day. That’s why it was a no brainer when going back to her for my second vehicle. When they say they can work with you, THEY WILL !! Most sales reps don’t even care after you purchase. They just want to sell you a car. But these two, are professional and knowledgeable. I couldn’t feel more appreciated at a car dealership. Jessie helped me with the detailing and proper PDI of my vehicle while Starr was out. Made sure I was ok after I drove off the lot. I purchase my 2022 Rogue SL back in September and I love my new car. My sales person was Anushka Zerpa. She was super sweet and helpful. Even after I bought the car she helped me with questions whenever I would call/text her. She wasn’t pushy at all. She took her time explaining the features on the car which I liked. I would suggest letting her help you if you are looking for a new car.

My Salesman was Mr. Jonhnny Boy and he was GREAT to work with!! I had been looking for a vehicle since August 2022 and every dealership that I experienced was NOT willing to negotiate and did not value my experience. So I’m October 2022 I went to Fred Haas and I worked with Johnny but I just wasn’t ready to purchase just yet. So in December I get a call from Johnny asking if I was still in the market for a new car and of course k was! So I went back and they were willing to negotiate, and I even got my car for below MSRP and I was able to use my pre approval from my credit union for the purchase!!! So I purchased my car 2 days after Christmas, Happy New Year to me!!! Go ask for Johnny!!

I had a great experience at Fred Haas Nissan...from beginning to end. There was no price games there like the every other dealer I went to before. I live over an hour away and it was worth the trip. Everything they told me on the phone was the same as what they told me when I arrived. Honesty and Respect is how I would describe the overall environment. I went for an oil change on 10/19. I received the service report via text (I REALLY wish they would stop doing this. PLEASE print it out and bring it to the customer), which had over $1600 worth of service repairs needed (tires was a big chunk). As I am reading over the report, I see a bunch of "corrections" to each item (one was COOLANT LEAKING!!!!???) which basically was saying nothing was actually wrong but it was "recommended"? Another service needed was for brake service when I literally just got brand new brakes at another Nissan dealership five months ago. I sat there and waited for ANYBODY to come and speak with me. I do try to be as knowledgeable as possible because I am aware women tend to be treated differently at car dealerships. But still, I had questions and would have appreciated someone coming to speak with me. It was coming up on three hours of being there and I finally just got up and asked someone if they could print off the service report so I could go. She said "Jeff" was supposed to be helping me. He came in at that moment, said he could help me at his desk, and asked if I wanted to do any of the recommendations. Really? I said no. Then he told me my bill was over $80. For an oil change. I asked why. He said, "Did you buy your vehicle from here?" No, I did not. "Oh yeah our prices went up in May then." This was such an awful experience and I will be taking it as high up as I can. Hopefully they treat others better. Edit: I received a phone call from the service manager, Robert, the day after I posted this review. He was excellent with how he handled my concerns. He listened to me, and did not make any excused. he acknowledged that what happened was unacceptable and made efforts to correct the situation. He also took the time to go over the service report right there with me on the phone. He offered for me to come back in and look into a certain issue. I just haven not had the time to do so yet. I appreciate everything Robert did to assist in this matter.

I recently had a good experience using this dealership. I applied online ahead of time and that did save some time at the dealership. Once I came in I was able to walk out that day with my vehicle. What a way to start off the new year- Due to circumstances beyond our control. We had to seek out a new car. A process that I truly dread personally. We had a special team that assisted us . Larry and Victor in sales and David in financing. My husband had started the process and took my daughter with him to searching for the right vehicle for us . We have been searching before and I didn’t want to do it anymore. We’ve actually been looking for a few months on and off . He was with my daughter one day and continued looking and finally found the vehicle. He truly wanted. After work that day I had to run an errand and he tricked me and took me by the dealership. lol. He knew I would not go on my own .The next step was to get approval from me.I was not really sold on the car or idea of a new car at all. Mr. Larry took his time and started explaining and showing me everything at my speed at my level{snail mode). Even though he took the extra time and personalized , I still wasn’t ready to buy right away. What I really like is that he was not pushy like most salesman are. To me that’s a big plus. A few days later, we gave him a call back and even though he was in a meeting, he took my call . Again that shows how important the customer is. He called us back as soon as possible. He l listened to what we needed and the timeframe that we had to work with and started the process. We were able to get everything started over the phone and of course Via email. My husband and I were both working and also getting prepared to leave town to attend a funeral. Even though we had a few setbacks, especially with getting back to the dealership, Larry was there waiting for us along with Victor.. mr. Larry had even put a big red bow on the car we chosen. But in reality what we needed was nothing short of a miracle to get into the vehicle and they did it. We’re an older couple and definitely not your average customers. I believe Mr. Larry realized this and definitely catered to what we needed it. Mr. David in Finance was absolutely amazing. He explained things to us on paper. We’re both old school and that’s what we like but don’t misunderstand. He had everything on a tablet and ready to go. Due to personal reasons. I was very upset about our need to get a vehicle before we were ready. There was definite tension in the office, and I believe he knew it and worked hard to assist us and even left the office to allow us to discuss things alone. The end result is we left with a certified like new 2023 Nissan Pathfinder. It has additional bells and whistles, something that we’re not used to. Mr. Larry checked up on us the next day, and even the following day he asked for us to return to the dealership on Monday. We were greeted with his great smile and friendly attitude, that again put us at ease. He answered additional questions and even had the car re detailed for us. The service that we received was absolutely amazing. They were very patient and understanding.. I felt this was more than just making a cell be understood as in treated us like we were human. The service on my car was great. There was very good communication. The only downside to the visit was not having anywhere to go to pump. As a breastfeeding mom, it would have been helpful to have somewhere to go to pump to avoid pumping in the waiting room. I was offered the restroom by the front desk secretary; however, I did decline that as I would not want to eat in the restroom. Thus, I would not want to collect my daughter's food in the restroom. I know I made several other customers uncomfortable pumping in front of them, but a mom has to do what a mom has to do for her baby.

When I was in the market for a new car I must have visited every dealership this side of 249. Nissan was my last stop. I wish it was my first. Would have saved me a lot of hours and frustration from salesmen trying to play dealership games. I had a bad experience at another dealer and went to Fred Haas Nissan, the very next day. I went in knowing what I wanted and they made sure I got that exact vehicle. I didn’t even need to test drive the car because I knew what I wanted. The sales rep, Fabio Segura pulled the car up, helped me check to see if the baby stroller would fit and after that I sat in it and said this is what I want. We went inside filled out all the paper work and the car was mine! The finance manager was very good as well! He made sure the payments were where I wanted them. Then he took us on a test drive. We didn’t buy, but we will be back in 2 months to buy from him for sure. I am leaving a 5 star review for Fred Haas Nissan and their service department, because they are so wonderful! They go above and beyond any service shop I've ever been to. I had a flat tire and pulled into their service area on a late Friday afternoon. Keep in mind I have a jeep commander, not a nissan, and it was not purchased from any of their dealerships. The service manager, John, was kind enough to get the service tech, Ollie, out to jack up my car, pull off the flat tire, and put the spare on. It seems simple enough, but it was no easy job. The tire would not come off, and Ollie was giving it his all to make it happen. He had another tech, Devin, come out to help, and after tireless efforts, they were finally able to remove the tire, put on the spare, and get me on my way to the tire shop. These guys did not ask for any compensation, and they worked so hard to help me. I am so grateful for these nissan emoyees, and I will definitely recommend Fred Haas Nissan in the future to everyone I know. Thank you so much John, Ollie, and Devin! Y'all made my day!!
