I came to Everest because of a specific used car they had listed online. I am often wary of unfamiliar used car dealerships but I am glad I gave this one a shot. The price they had listed online was a good price but that doesn't always mean there is a deal to be had. The moment I walked up, I was welcomed by Brad. He invited me and asked how he could help. In glancing at the Google reviews for the dealership, I recognized him from several of the positive reviews I read in route to the dealership. I saw him standing with several reviewers in the photos with their respective purchases. I felt this positive vibe the whole time I was there. Brad was cordial, interested, he asked questions, and he wanted to help. When he brought the car around and I got to look it over, I was impressed by how good of condition it was in. Brad took my info and handed me the keys. I always appreciate a solo test drive, and so I did my part and fell in love with the car. When I got back communication was open and forthright. They held it for me with a small deposit while I waited for a pre-purchase inspection. When my inspection netted some issues, they had their mechanic confirm and repair them (with a nice amount of photos documenting the work). Negotiations were short and painless and I think in the end we both got what we wanted. I got the car I fell in love with and they got another happy customer. I highly recommend working with Brad if and when you visit Everest Motors, Inc.

I inquired to Everest Motors about a 2019 Ford F250 Lariat. I was connected with Brad Esmaeili and worked with him throughout the entire purchase. His customer service and communication was exceptional. I reside in Waco and made an initial trip to Houston to check out the F250. Truck was in excellent condition. A few things I noticed cosmetically I mentioned to Brad and after some back and forth he was able to take a bit of listing to account for items discussed. Drove home on Saturday in the new rig and couldn't be happier. Everest Motors pays attention to the details of the vehicles they select to buy and sell. Their standards are high regarding all aspects of vehicle sales and even higher when it comes to customer service. Give them a call today or even better, call and ask for Brad.

Alex was great to work with and very accommodating considering I am stationed out of state and flew in on leave to buy the truck. Pricing is fair but firm. Quality is high and overall experience was great. Hopefully this damn used car bubble comes down one day and I can buy another truck with Everest.

I've never had a good experience buying a car, new, used or certified. Maybe I expect too much, but I would like to buy a car without being upsold or lied to. I purchased a diesel SUV (Cayenne) from Everest for a reasonable price. It looks great and it still has engine warranty. I was also offered a reasonable trade price on my car. They also did not dig through my car and beat my trade value down, like a typical dealership would. Shervin went above any salespersons expectations and made it completely painless and helped me understand every part of the sales process. He brought the vehicle over after hours for a test drive because I was so busy. I was, frankly, dubious until I got a third party check on the car. Everything checked out fine after pulling codes at a local garage and reviewing them with a local dealer. I also had a specialist pull codes and there were no deal breakers. Shervin was not pushy with extended warranties. The sales and financing were about what was good for my personal needs. Shervin even explained all of the additional charges you get from the state for processing, and tax savings you get from trade ins. Zero surprises. He assured me he wasn't going to disappear after the sale and actually did follow up. Used car salesmen have such a bad reputation, so much that it's become popular culture. Everest is turning that around. They're a niche company and their niche appears to be quality used cars and treating their customers well. I will refer people looking for diesel vehicles here. Also - everyone here is a car freak - they will probably toss you the keys to their exotic / rare cars if you want to go have a look. I got to check out a 1980s 8 series BMW. Very cool.

I wanna start with admitting that I am an incredibly difficult customer to please. I am picky, pushy, and opinionated. I know what I want, and I especially know what I don’t want. That personality style does not always bode well for dealing with car dealerships. I was lucky enough to find this vehicle within minutes of I’ve been posted on the website. I called the dealership and was assigned Brad as my sales point of contact. Brad got back to me immediately and so began the best customer experience I’ve ever had. I i’ve been searching for this vehicle for months but every time I would contact the dealership, the vehicle was already spoken for. I was striking out left and right. When I saw the immaculate, low mile, clean LX 570 on the website I didn’t have very high hopes that it would still be available. To my surprise, the vehicle had not been claimed yet but they were interested parties already traveling to the dealership. Brad recommended that I put down a refundable hold deposit and I just so immediately. Everest motors is located in Houston but I live 900 miles north in Lincoln Nebraska, so I leaned heavily on Brad for providing me with accurate and honest information about the history and condition of the vehicle. Brad went above and beyond and sent me dozens and dozens of photos and videos of every inch of the vehicle, especially highlighting any blemishes. Brad took every measure possible to make sure I felt comfortable deciding to drive 14 hours to buy a vehicle site unseen. When I arrived at the dealership it was close to closing time but they stayed open for an additional hour and a half past closing to finalize everything with me. Brad asked where I was staying the night and even offered his own home for me to stay at if I need it. Brad is not just a good sales person, he actually is a great person. He genuinely cares about people and providing them with the highest level of respect and customer service. Every single interaction with Brad and the entire Everest motors sales and finance team was positive. Overwhelmingly positive. I don’t even care that Everest motors is literally halfway across the country, I am on Everest motors customer for life and will contact Brad anytime I am in search of a car. I am an actual customer and not just a fake reviewer. Trust me, it is nearly impossible to impress/please me as a customer but somehow Brad and Everest motors completely blew me away. No matter how far away you are from Evers motors, I can assure you it is worth the trip to work with an honest and ethical business In a world where good customer service is getting harder and harder to find.

My husband found a great deal on a truck at Everest. Brad was our salesman. We did have a couple of hiccups on trying to get my info over on the credit app. It wasn’t a big issue but I was a bit frustrated that he didn’t communicate with me a lot on it. I would wait 2 hours in between updates that I would have to text for but he did say they were busy so maybe that’s why. He was friendly and worked on getting us a better deal on our trade and getting the deal where we needed it. We drove 3.5 hours to Houston. The truck was as advertised and they even put on a new windshield for us since there were 2 rock chips (that were shown in pictures and we knew about ahead of time) that I was concerned about. They did that without me even asking. The only things we were a little disappointed with is that they said the DEF fuel had been filled when on the drive home the warning light came on saying it was less than half full, so it hadn’t been filled. My husband bought some the next day and it held all 2.5 gallons of the container he bought. They also do not fill up your vehicle with fuel before you leave. I’ve never experienced that at any dealership I’ve ever purchased with. I asked Brad and he said they just don’t do that. After checking the air filter, it was filthy so they definitely aren’t changing the oil or air filters on any of the vehicles they’re getting, so that’s a let down. We’ll have to spend the $100+ to have the oil changed already. The last thing is that we had to wait over an hour and a half to sign paperwork. We understand things happen and they were busy the night before and he thought we would be there later in the day so that’s not the issue. I just wish they would have told us to go have lunch and come back instead of letting us think it would be “any minute now”. We could have had the kids fed and not have to wait at the dealership. Overall, we had a good experience. We’ve only had the truck for a couple of days so so far, so good. I’ll update if anything changes.

I dont usually take the time to leave reviews, especially for a pre owned lot, but my experience warranted the time. I found myself in a situation that made getting financing difficult, being self employed, and needed a truck to get around the country from job site to job site. I found these guys on marketplace advertising approval for anyone and made the call. Brad assisted me through the whole process, was able to pull some strings, and get me approved for a truck I picked out on the website. I drove from St Louis to Houston to buy this truck sight unseen and was VERY impressed. The truck was in excellent condition with new bearings, balljoints, tie rod ends, tires, wheels, and more that weren't even advertised. Typically this is can be seen as a sign of a cover up, but as ive already put 30000 miles on the truck towing with zero issue, that isnt the case. The process went smooth when I got there and was out the door in under 30 minutes. Thank you guys again for proving that not all truck lots are the same. I sold my house and bought a Big Damn TRUCK for a travel adventure around the country. The EVERESTweb site was informative and upon my first trip there was no fluff between promise and offer. There were NO ORDER TAKERS OR HAMMERS. Brad was knowledgable and enjoyed sharing what he knew after answering a question even followed up and researched the info to affirm what he understood. I know what I dont know but I ask questions. I assumed anything I missed would be covered in the hand over so when I climbed into my MONSTER we made our goodbuys and I LASHED myself to seat and sat there thinking WHAT NOW and then remembering the 1949 open cocpit LaFrance Fire ENGINE roaring down RIVER ROAD to the end of KORBEL VINEYARDS and then back through the redwood canyons of Rivers Nest to Mount Pleasant and the Firehouse that became a family touchstone. So I wrasseled thoes damn Fire Trucks as the boy. This new beast was bred for towing and it found its manners partnered with 11000 pounds of fifth wheel and preparing for unfolding roads widening vistas.
