She explained the process of purchasing my 2022 Ford Bronco Badlands and the benefit D&M will provide me that was so easily understood. The delivery process was PERFECT! We first reached out, inquiring about a Tahoe lease for our family. The Tahoe was a bit out of our price range, so when Chris asked if we’d be open to other vehicles, we agreed that we were somewhat open to other options. He stayed in close contact with us through the purchase process and always called when he said he would- that goes a long way with us. Chris really went to work for us and found some decent options, but we still weren’t entirely sure. He then comes back with “How about a VW Atlas?” It was a car I had never considered, seeing as though I’d never heard of it lol. After looking at pictures of the car and reading up on it a little, we went for it. Let me tell you how absolutely perfect it is!! We love the car, the payments are right where we needed them to be, and signing docs and delivery were seamless! Another great experience with D&M! This is our 2nd time to buy a vehicle from D&M. We’ve been leasing from D&M now since 2014 and I can’t say enough about the quality of their service. Chris Stewart is who we’ve been working with for years now, and he has absolutely made sure to look out for our best interests and walk us through reasons for and against why trading up may or may not be the right time. Beyond that, he has gotten to know what our tastes in vehicles are and has gone above and beyond to go to bat for us when necessary. The economy being what it is today, it’s definitely a sellers market - which is a double edged sword because trade values are higher which is great for breaking even… but MSRPs are higher overall as well Despite these challenges, Chris has made sure we always had the best options with high residuals that help keep the lease payment within or as close to our monthly budget as possible, complete with a plan to refinance the lease within a year or so. Brad Torsch at D&M Leasing makes car leasing super easy, very convenient and fun. Gone are the days where you have to spend hours at a car dealership waiting for a manager’s price confirmation and lease documents to be drafted. This is the new era of automobile leasing. Whether it’s commercial vehicles or for private use, new or used, the range of services is fantastic. I have tried it all and love it! A traditional car dealership will never lease you a used car. This is a great advantage when you have teenagers that start driving and make mistakes, you don’t really want to own their first car. Another huge advantage for me is the lease term flexibility. Unlike a conventional car lease you can get out of the lease earlier when the circumstances allow it. Brad Torsch is very experienced, extremely friendly and professional, he offers customer service at the very highest level. Please allow me to explain why the 4 stars and no 5. First of all, D&M provides a great service, and Shaina was over the top in term of taking us through the entire process. It was far easier than we initially though it would be. However, depending of what type of customer you are, there are a couple of things you will expect and might not get. In our case, we just got a 2023 Chevy Silverado. Since they do the entire process for you, you might not have the benefit to see or test drive the car before signing the paper work. So, you are pretty much blindly trusting that you are going to receive a very neat new car. We just received 2 pictures of the truck itself, and both were exterior pics. So, make sure to ask for pics from different angles, from the interior, the truck bed, etc. I feel that since you are not having the benefit to see the truck by yourself, a good amount of photos from every angle should be the standard. Another thing that could be better, again depending on what type of customer you are, is to receive a nicely clean truck, inside and out. I am not talking about tire shine or nothing like that, but it is really nice to get a new car, and that when they deliver you it has been at least washed and vacummed. Ours came somewhat dirty outside, the new rubber carpets were somewhat dirty as well, and I found a whiteish spot on the driver seat that I will need to take care of myself, or take it somewhere for shampooing. Even if its a lease, there are some minor things that, not a deal breaker, but worth noticing, just for the sake of an excellent experience overall, and come on...everybody appreciate a nicely clean new truck after all. Again, Shaina was class apart in the service and transparency she provided, but the car part of the deal, pictures and cleanliness at delivery could be improved a notch to make it trully excellent. Edit: I edited my review to 5 stars. This company is really good at following up with the reviews. They called to hear my opinion on the service and offered to pay for the detailing on the truck. I appreciate the follow up and that only shows commitment to customers from my point o view. Thank you again Shaina, for such an amazing service, for your profesionalism and respect to us.

Anytime you are thinking about walking into another Car or Truck Dealership, you should stop and call D&M Auto Leasing first. In my case, leasing a car makes sense like it does for many others but trying to find your perfect car and dealing with dealerships has never worked for me. At D&M, you can lease any vehicle you chose. You can seriously send them a picture of the car you want to lease, give them a few hours and they will have it nailed down! I first went to D&M about 6 months ago and looking at my situation, they helped me decide that financially, I may not be ready to dump my large, negative equity newer car. I even spoke with my financial advisor and he agreed. D&M told me they would welcome me back when I was ready and they sure did. Two weeks ago, I called Heather Miller, at the Houston office for D&M, who I had previously worked with. She of course remembered me by name and the position I was in and we were able to find the exact Truck I wanted, at the perfect price, in my driveway within a day. They even picked my old car and all of the paperwork was taken care of over my phone. The rate I paid was also much lower than what was quoted to me at three different dealerships, while they also hit my credit with about 8 hard inquiries! The Dealer also tried to put me in a truck they had on the lot, that I didn't want, and didn't do much to help me find something to transfer. When you call the D&M Houston Office, make sure you speak to Heather Miller as from all my experience, she does everything possible to make the car leasing experience painless, convenient, and overall enjoyable. She walked me through different models, packages, prices, and had pictures of the actual vehicles we spoke about to me in minutes. She is definitely dedicated to me and all of her customers and I WILL be calling her when I am ready for the next new car or truck, which I've been told is even an easier process. I usually don't take them time to write a review like this but the service, courtesy and timely professionalism was worth my time. I am absolutely astonished with this establishment. It is not like your typical dealership by any means.. It's WAY better! This company truly goes above and beyond to make sure that the car leasing/buying process is as convenient, fast, and transparent as possible. I had a family friend who leases a car from this place and he told me how easy the process was, and I almost didn't even believe it until I experienced it myself! You literally do not need to go up to the dealership and wait for hours to get a car any longer! Everything is done via phone, text, and email and the process is very fast, easy, and revolutionary. Delbar did a fantastic job at everything from picking out a car with ALL of the specs I want to quoting me a great monthly lease price and working with my credit (I've only been building for a couple of years). Not only that, but she even delivered the car to my doorstep and came into my home to sign only a few papers. I guess we just had bad luck with our initial 2 agents. We recently leased a new Hyundai Santa Fe with the help of Shaina Pepper at D&M leasing in Houston. I live in the Beaumont area but decided to give D&M a look. Shaina was incredibly helpful with finding the car we wanted to replace the Honda Accord that was at the end of the lease agreement. The process of leasing at D&M is a little different than leasing through the dealer leasing method. Shaina was very knowledgeable and explained how the D&M agreement was much more flexible in the lease terms. New vehicles are extremely difficult to get right now and I had looked fairly extensively on my own however, Shaina was able to use her extensive contacts and essentially do what I could not on my own. I recommend you request Shaina if you decide to call D&M, she worked seemingly tirelessly for us to get us a good lease.

Know the car you want and don't settle for anything less. They can make it happen!! For years, I have always worked on getting the best priced car for the lowest interest/payment. Followed by the hard push to pay it off early and get out from under the cost of car ownership. Only to find myself back in the need to replace that car with a more reliable one and start the process all over again. I really appreciate the fact that however he got my lead, as he is listed as "mid-cities" he delivered cars to North Dallas as well as the Medical District to me. Don't be fooled by the picture though, never seen the guy in a tie :) Overall, very Happy with D&M. Only suggestion I would make, is not to advertise cars until they are ready to go. When John and I found the next car, it was still a couple of days until it was ready to go. Not an issue most of the time, but when your car gets totaled and the insurance calls you at 5:30pm on a Friday saying you are on your own come Monday, it would be nice if the new ride was ready to go.

Charlie immediately set about obtaining the exact specification of SUV that I had requested. I know that the exact specification of the SUV was not available locally as I done some research on-line, but within hours Charlie had found my vehicle out of state. I was in no hurry, but Charlie worked tirelessly to make sure I had my vehicle before Christmas and even located a vehicle locally to speed up the process and managed set everything up for a Christmas Eve delivery.
