I initially went into ABZ Motors looking to purchase a new vehicle as a surprise to my husband. When walking in everyone from the front desk to the back door was nice, professional and courteous. Marko was our salesman. I say ours because I couldn't pull off the surprise without my husband finding out and him wanting to make sure I was getting a good deal. We never felt like we were at a used car lot and quite frankly received better service from ABZ than we've received before at BMW themselves. Marko was never pushy but he answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure that the deal was seamless. After a couple of week's we settled on the BMW 750 that we we're going to purchase and when we arrived to pick it up since we wouldn't pull the surprise off Marko had the car covered with a big red bow and had the screen programmed to say " Welcome Reginald". It was that thoughtful gesture that took the already seemless transaction over the top. I would buy from them again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a high end, quality used luxury vehicle. The service was top notch and Marko will continue to get our future business. Marko and the whole operation were incredible. Their entire inventory of cars is amazing. I felt like walking around that dealership was like walking around Home Depot (for me) - I was in sensory overload. The transaction was seamless - both the sales and financing (cash deal - took less than 15 minutes). I snatched a black on black Range Rover btw. The moment we got to this place, I felt welcome. They open the door for us, offer us water/coffee, my girls went to the lounge area and sat down and felt like we were home. Everyone greet us with smile and kindness (God knows we needed that). I'm a single mom with kids and ABZ Motors treated me the same way they treated anyone coming to buy a half million dollar vehicle (they have top quality cars!) that spoke to me! Great people especially my agent Louis and Finance manager Kamilah. The two are awesome and make the process a breeze. Make sure you ask for Louis, who is a true veteran and a people’s person. You will be in good hands. ABZ has the best selection of premium cars here in Houston. The best by far. Location is great and you feel absolutely no pressure. Kamilah makes the backend paperwork process seamless. It was the fastest car-buying experience I’ve ever had. My ride unfortunately has some underlying issues that should have been addressed before selling. I called them immediately after driving off and they asked me to bring it in for rectification. It took about 3 days after drop off and I got a call that my car was ready. I picked it up but unfortunately the problem (oil leaks) seems to persist. It looks like ABZ sends this car off to Mercedes for repairs and is let down by Mercedes. ABZ seems to have a willingness to address my issues. The owner seems to truly care about customer satisfaction as well. I read almost all his responses here and I’m really impressed by his dedication to accommodate REASONABLE customers’ concerns and take blame if it’s their fault. That’s what I want and that’s why I will continue buying from them and you should consider them as well.

They are selling good maintened luxury cars. I bought a car one time from Abz Motors. I am very happy to meet this people. Perfect cars, friendly personnel and owner. I have one more car 2016 e400 mercedes and I had an accident, I got the price from 4 different body shop to repair. They said that there should be parts change and were saying 3-4 thousands usd. The price of the car drops when the part changes. Abz Motors has body shop too and they repaired well without replacing parts. They said 950 dollars and I did not even bargain with the price they said, it was very convenient. I did not expect such good paint and repair. Everthing is perfect. I recommend them to everyone.

Let me just say, buying a car during a pandemic is terrifying. I have a Honda crosstour. It's bigger sister by Mercedes Benz came out in 2017 (GLC Coupe). I saw it knew she would be even more comfortable of a car than the Honda, but I never buy a new car. I started saving and planning since that day. Starting this year, I would peek and slightly stalk them used. Fast forward to Monday (July 20) and my sister's car starts making the signs of final death. We have been planning for her to take over my car when Furiosa is found. Monday while pool crashing, I see THE CAR. It's black on black on black. The only one I want. It has low miles, which I never expected, and it's 15 miles away - WHUT?! I email ABZ motors through the USAA app and Leo replies. Leo is polite and gives me more details. I ask if I can come later today to drive her. He's like YEAH! When I show up everyone was super pro. There was some difficulty finding the car because it literally just got to the lot. Woah. I provide my DL and Insurance card and Leo puts my sister and myself in the car and says, have a good time! I'm like, WHUT? You aren't coming? He's like nope. WOW. Even better. To be clear I haven't left the house since March unless I'm going to a private deserted pool or the unpopular dog park - I don't want to be part of the Pandemic Problem. So this feels GREAT to not have unnecessary exposure for all parties. We drive the car and I’m blown away at the comfort. What I thought would be a dream car IS in fact THE dream car! I take the car back to Leo and he shows me all these bonus features I had no clue were on this specific car. He also tells me he wants to make the key start into a push start. Just like that. UM, okay, is this what buying a Mercedes is like or is this how ABZ roles or is this how LEO roles? I dunno, but I like it! I tell him I need to think about it and he was SUPER chill about it. He said, "Yes yes yes, no problem. Let me know if you want the car and we will make it happen." He also assures me if I do want it, no problem they are one of USAA’s car locations and they make the car buying super easy. (That has NOT been the case in the past when I roll in with USAA loan approval paperwork). But, you know I wasn’t really ready to get the car. I thought I needed a few more months to get ready, and I'm not really going anywhere anyway - do I really need a car right now? But I have a compromised immune system. What if I gotta get out of Houston and STAY out? Since I'm selling my sister my car, I would be carless - which may or may not be OK - who knows! I go home and think about it and look at the money. I chat it over more with my sister and now my husband who gets home from working on the ambulance. He’s tired but even he said, yeah, it’s probably a good idea. He knows I’ve been waiting and saving for years. We look at it from all angles. It just feels right. I email Leo at 9 at night saying I’m in. I think to myself, if he sold the car after I left, I know it’s not my car. Leo emails me in the morning telling me he is happy for me and yes yes yes. Asks me to call him when I have a minute to put a deposit on the car to pull it off the sales floor. I call him and he sounds pumped for me and says that he will have the car ready for me by tomorrow afternoon. WOW! I pay my deposit and make sure all my things are in order with USAA. Upon arrival for pick up, we chat for a minute at his desk, all of us masked up and being respectful of space. I then go in and briefly chat with the finance person who just pretty much has me sign 10 papers and then we leave. Leo walks us out to my car. It’s been a month and I still can’t believe she is my car. I saved and saved for her and she is a dream to drive. She has more features than I even imagined. Leo has even fielded texts from me about stupid stuff that is just from me not knowing about MBZ that much. I will 100% be in touch with Leo for any future car needs, although I can’t imagine I will need anything else after getting my dream car. Thank you Leo!

My husband just loves ABZ Motors, and recommended me to get my car from them. I did want to shop around and check out what other dealers had, so we did a bit of research online and it turned out he had a great point upon seeing the car faxes for many cars as well as specific features I really wanted. Firstly, most of ABZ's cars are from the west coast, and if you know Houston, you should know that cars get flooded here all the time. And even if not flooded, there's still a good chance that most cars here have had water damage due to heavy rains and even minor floods. I've experienced the smell before and trust me, it is not healthy to be around, especially for our elders and kids. The whether here alone isn't healthy for asthma patients, do a quick search on Google and you'll see what I mean. Next, most car dealerships in Houston have cars from Houston and after thinking about it, I decided that I'd rather not take any chances with that at all as there's a pretty good chance that the dealers have simply cleaned up the car to remove the orders and what not. And I'd rather not let that thought bother me on a regular basis. So I chose ABZ to get my 2nd car too, a BMW 540i M-sport with the xDrive package with help from Omar. This particular vehicle was from New York, has tons of quirks and features, and is very fast to my surprise, and I know fast. As my husbands bought 3 cars from here, which had outputs of 449 to around 500hp and with tourqes ranging from 443 to 516 lb-ft. (S550 4matic, 750i M-Sport xDrive and the AMG-GT.) I've had the car for 1 year now and I'm glad that I picked ABZ Motors to get my car. This car has seat massagers, heated and ventilated seats and steering wheel, a heads up display, as well as other cool options which my previous E300 Sport did not have. I love Mercedes E-Classes and never thought I'd get a BMW 5 Series, but now I am a fan of both! The Bowers and Wilkins Surround Sound is better than any surround sounds I've heard in a car, personally. Special thanks to Omar for helping us out. I would have never known how great the BMW 5 series was without your help!

I am so happy that I ended up at ABZ Motors!!! I had been looking at cars online for weeks and had narrowed it down to 2 different BMW’s. One I had owned previously and another that I had never been in or driven. I went to 2 different large used auto dealerships to see and compare them. On their website, they stated that they were available. After taking a day off work and driving over an hour, I was told at the first one that it is available, but for shipping only. The only way I could “see” it was to purchase it, pay an extra $999 delivery fee and they would deliver it to my house. If I didn’t like it, I had 7 days to return it. Of course then there is the hassle and wait time for finance to reverse, etc. The other dealership was too busy to see me, I was told that I needed to make an appointment. BYE!!!! I walked in to ABZ, somewhat frustrated, but everything happens for a reason. I was greeted with a smile and directed to my salesman Omar. Within a few minutes he had both vehicles pulled up side by side. Within 5 minutes I knew which one I wanted. They had just gotten it and wanted to have a recall fixed on it before selling it, which was fine with me. Omar kept me up to date on the progress and let me know when it was ready. We found a time that would work for me to come pick it up and went from there. I did decide to come pick it up on a Saturday, so naturally they were pretty busy. I used the time to sit in my new car and start to get familiar with all the settings and started getting my phone, app and other stuff setup. Working with the lady in finance was a breeze, the only hiccup was that they did not charge my card the full amount of my down payment, but we got it taken care of. This was literally the easiest car purchase I have ever made. They are top notch, extremely helpful and Omar was amazing at keeping me updated. I HIGHLY recommend ABZ and Omar!!! I have to say that I was very skeptical of this place. The vehicle that we found AND for the price seemed too good to be true! My husband ended up working out a terrific deal, with a great interest rate; as well as the monthly payment that we wanted. My husband called multiple times trying to get the best possible deal, and they never grew tired of his calls. They also didn’t blow him off by saying it was the best they could do. They worked hard to get us EVERYTHING we asked for! They also stayed open past business hours in order for us to drive in from another state to pick up the vehicle. Every staff member was kind, accommodating, and honest. They didn’t try to pressure us into anything we didn’t want. The only thing I would have to complain about is the amount of tread on the tires when we purchased the vehicle. We will have to replace them within a month or two. I have now been driving it for a week and have no complaints. We will definitely be visiting this dealership again when searching for another vehicle!

We went to ABZ just to look, and I was only interested in getting an SUV, Mercedes GLE, Leo was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and professional. After test driving the GLE, we saw the E class, but it had higher mileage than I was interested in, so Leo found another one on the lot, in my price range, and lower mileage. After test driving the E class, I was torn because I really wanted an SUV, but Leo convinced me, with great reasoning why the E class was the better deal. So, while I just went to shop and look for a vehicle, I ended up purchasing that same night, and got my car not exactly where I wanted it, including GAP insurance! It was so easy and seamless, it almost seemed to good to be true. I’ve never had a car buying experience, that was so good. In by 5. , out by 7. Leo was amazing, and the young lady, who’s name I can’t remember, who completed the sale with document signage, was very friendly and explained everything to me with great knowledge. I will definitely return, if I ever want another luxury vehicle. Because it was closing time, by the time we finished the paperwork, it read too late to get the car cleaned up, so Keep told me I could bring it back the next day and they would detail it and make sure everything was good with the car. Not your typical car buying experience. I called ABZ late in the afternoon to inquire about the availability of a GLS they had on their website. Leo, my sales person, met me on the sales floor upon my arrival. He was very knowledgeable about the GLS that I was interested in. (For those who don't know.. it is uncommon for a sales person to know the ins and outs of cars on a USED car lot.) needless to say his knowledge of this vehicle boosted my initial confidence in purchasing this vehicle from ABZ. Leo was more than accommodating when he met me the following day - his day off- to do paperwork. I was originally going to use my credit union for this auto loan but the folks at ABZ beat my CU apr by almost 3% AND got me approved in less than 15 min. (Yes, 15min). Even though the company had increased the price of the vehicle over night by $1500.. Mathew took out his time to explain things to us and got the manager to take out $500, but still left it at over $1000. The financial aspect was kind of....cannot really say much. My down payment was $7000, but only $5500 reflected as my down payment and I was told that the rest of my $1500 went to the car dealership, because they got the bank to reduce my interest rate, therefore the bank then asked the dealership to pay the $1500 directly to them.... Maybe it’s me, but, it didn’t really make much sense to me.

Tremendous experience with ABZ. My previous car was stolen and it was time for a replacement. I scoured the internet for a few weeks looking for a very specific combination of features and ABZ was the only place in the country that seemed to have it (2015 3 series wagon, saddle brown interior). I was skeptical buying a car from out of state, especially as I didn't have the ability to get there to test drive and review it in person. This particular model was a BMW certified lease in its previous life and had impeccable service records and clean carfax. A few emails later and Alex (the sales manager) and I had worked out a price and shipping schedule. He was very helpful in walking me through the out of state process and he turned the paperwork around very quickly. He even arranged to have the car shipped to my door on the East coast free of charge. From the deposit to delivery was just over a week. All in all a streamlined, easy experience. Honestly it was less stressful start to finish than one day on the lot of the local BMW dealership. The car is gorgeous, exactly as described and runs beautifully.
