What can I say about this place. Bought my first car in 2013 from Roger. Great customer service and was super pleased with the easy process. No pressure at all. Returned to island almost 10 years later and bought a truck from Mike AK...super chill salesman, doesn't pressure you and will get you a good deal from the sales manager. Glad we had the same experience twice and was nice to see Roger still working there which proves their commitment to employees.

Demand is much higher than supply lately (effects of the pandemic), but Servco Toyota was outstanding. Shout out to Jason Hijirita (highly recommended) who helped us get all of our questions answers, our order placed and after 4 months of waiting, we finally got our new car! We switched from an AWD (16 mpg) to a hybrid Highlander (35 mpg) and wow, love the gas savings and all the new features! All the staff here were friendly, helpful and overall outstanding!

The service by Manny was great! It was a long wait but they maintained me informed with updates every hour or so. My car cameout the service without being washed, so I had to ask for it to be done and waited a bit more. Other than that and the long wait overall, a 4 star review seems right to me.

Great customer service from Derek! This is my second vehicle I’ve ordered from him (2022 limited 4runner and 2023 capstone sequoia) and it’s always a easy process working with him. I live on the bigisland and I have not got good customer service from my local dealer. Good news! They can ship any vehicle, new or used to the bigisland. Because of the amount of inventory Oahu has you CANNOT BEAT THEIR PRICES!! I will always use Derek for my purchases. I asked him months ago about the sequoia and as soon as it was ready he contacted me. I did not have to follow up with him, he followed up with me and that’s how you do it in sales! Being on the bigisland you do have to wait a few weeks for the vehicle but the price and the customer service you get from Derek is worth the wait! You can also have them install a bunch of custom options like ceramic tinting or a console safe. ASK FOR DEREK! He’s the man with the plan.

I just shipped my vehicle from the mainland, called many different places and everyone was super rude. But i called this location and a woman, Keani was so helpful! I was already in a bad mood. But she helped my husband and i set up an account to get us scheduled. We had many questions and she was able to get more information and call us back to update us! Very professional, kind and went above and beyond for us! I recommend everyone to call her for anything! She is patient and we appreciate her for helping us after a rough day.

BEST EXPERIENCE Thanks to Derek Hanson! I won’t exaggerate my experience. I’m not a fan of dealerships, but if I have to go to one, I want to be able to get in and out quickly and receive decent customer service. If you have similar expectations and you don’t want to deal with a dealership with high marked up pricing - I’d definitely recommend this location. Derek got me the vehicle I needed which happened to already be on the lot already and I was driving away within a couple of hours. I had just arrived on island and was in need of an suv with third row seating for my family. No games or gimmicks! Awesome experience!

Recently bought my first EV, and had a wonderful experience here. I'm so happy we were able to to find what we were looking for from such a reputable dealership as Servco Toyota. The price was fair ($50 below KBB) and the process was stress-free, quick and easy. I feel confident that I good a good car and a good deal. Thanks, Servco! In particular though, our sales consultant, Mike Ikehara, was flat-out amazing. I am so impressed with his outstanding customer service!! He was friendly, knowledgable, and able to explain all the gritty details in plain language. He was always ready and available to assist and answer all our questions, even at odd hours of the night and weekends, when I really wasn't expecting a response. The car was beautiful and sparkling clean down to the details, and Mike stayed late after closing to show me around the car. He then offered to help drive the new car home, alongside my old car (which I had decided to keep instead of trade in)-- literally, going the extra mile to help me out. Thanks, Mike! The car came properly registered and safety certified of course, but I realized a week after signing the papers, that we needed particular paperwork to present at the DMV for a driver's test. We had just 2 days to get it done before the test to avoid having to reschedule for some time 4-6 months later. We turned to Mike for help, and he bent over backwards to make it all happen for us-- within just 24 hours! And better yet, he got us the all paperwork FREE of charge (we would have paid fees anywhere else), and got us in for service before normal business hours, just because that fit my schedule better. I'm honestly blown away at how helpful Mike was. We thanked him a million times, but he just said he was glad to help us and he hoped we would be back next time. You got it Mike! Honestly now I'm too spoiled to go anywhere else. Next time I'm ready to buy a car, I will definitely be coming back to Servco Toyota-- and asking for MIKE IKEHARA! Do yourself a favor, shop at Servco, and try ask for him too. He's the best!

My family and I went to Toyota on a Thursday looking for a used SUV and left the same day EXTREMELY SATISFIED. We were looking for something somewhat cheap and reliable while we are stationed on island. We found a vehicle that not only meets that requirement but can possibly be taken back home to the mainland for the long run . Our salesman Frederick K is an exceptional man. He is by far the best salesman I have ever purchased a vehicle from and I have had over 5 experiences. Him being a former soldier, I can truly tell he still lives by the ARMY values. The whole process was painless and fast. We ended up buying a 2012 Highlander for a good price. The dealership itself was one of the nicest I've stepped foot in. They are military friendly and settle for nothing but the best service. They have a huge pre-owned inventory. I've never owned a Toyota until now, but I think I've just turned into a fan. Their brand screams quality and reliability. Fred is a stand-up guy. If you're looking to buy a used vehicle don't settle for anything sub-par, go to Fred.

Hello, just want to share my experience and though about the staff and store location. Since I needed a family car my wife and I shopped together for our first car and we looked around until we found the right one. The location is convenient for us since it is closer to where we live. The lot was big with many new cars, trucks, suvs to choose from. The service was not too bad since the seller did not hustled us. They gave us all the time we needed we decided to buy. After we found the right car, the loan and sales process did not take long to completed. There was a guy who assisted through the process told us to give him a four stars rating when the mainland survey called and I did just that. He even promised us for a dash board cover accessory, something he was willing to throw in just to made us a better satisfy buyer but never happened. I called to followed up but he never return any of our calls. I decided to stop and not bothered with it. I don't know if everyone there is like that but yes I think they should not promise anything if they not going to follow through.

Great staff, no BS, honest workers! I went here looking for a vehicle that they had sold earlier in the day, which made my unenthusiastic mood even less enthused. Not once was I asked the amount of money I had in my pockets, or my budget. The one question that was asked of me was "Do you drive a manual?" James brought me to a '16 Scion, manual trans, good mileage, and good lookin (but not too flashy!). I took it for a test drive, and looked at some other cars, but I couldn't get my mind off of that Scion. My girlfriend test drove it, and gave her approval, and we were inside in minutes. Before I went here, I was confident that I was gonna be taken by the ankles and shook for all my quarters, but the price I saw was the price I got. Cliff, in finance, was just as impressive as James. I've always been told "Finance is where they get'chya!" If they meant getch'ya in and getch'ya out, then they weren't lying. James and Cliff were as honest and helpful as they come, and I never thought I'd be leaving a dealership with a smile on my face. If you want a car without a headache, go to Servco Toyota!

Vince helped me by informing me that the mechanics from Goodyear just forgot to reset the odometer since they last serviced it. That was such a relief to hear after such a busy day. Our van was stolen and eventually found trashed. It was a terribly inconvenient time for our family. Seemed like it lasted forever as we tried to move on with our lives. Finally we got money from insurance and we now had to go car shopping. NOT something we were looking forward to. Thankfully we found ourselves at Servco. Seiji really impressed us with how quickly he moved to get us into our car that day. He assured us that he would be waiting outside when we arrived, in which case, he was. He was standing in the parking lot with keys in hand, and everything was just quick that day. We had been shopping for three days already, and we were growing tired of being dragged by salespeople everywhere, but Seiji did not waste any time at all. He took the concern in my voice and acted upon it. He didn't try to haggle us (which is a big plus), he didn't keep us waiting for more than 5min at any time at all, and we didn't even have to negotiate the price. Overall he and Mr. Sohn stood out as exceptional customer care providers. Mr. Sohn did not try to force us into buying anything that we didn't want, and the process was just really smooth. Overall, if given 10 stars to judge, definitely a 15! And of course, consider us returning customers, because we will be back. After that amazing experience, no way in hell am I going anywhere else, and I will be referring all my family and friends to your dealership!

Having lived in Honolulu for the last 37 years, I have always dreaded buying a new car. Reason? All the drama that goes on at the dealerships. Making you wait for half a day, Salesmen pretending to talk to the manager etc etc. What a waste of time! I was returning from overseas and needed a car. Decision was already made that I will buy a Prius. I wanted to avoid the drama and buy a 2 year old car from a private person. At the last moment I took a chance and sent email to Servco Toyota on their website. Mackenzie young replied. After some back and forth, we agreed on a price. He sent me VIN to arrange for insurance. Mackenzie picked us up at the airport straight to the dealership. Basically he had arranged everything before we stepped into the dealership. We were in our brand new Prius in under 40 minutes! Mackenzie gave us a preview of the car, basic instructions and had me drive the car in the area and off we went! Mackenzie did a thorough job for us. I requested not to be dragged down with paperwork and numbers. I want to make it clear that it was the Salesman Michael and his boss, Greg, that made my experience easy, not SERVCO (eachtime a negative Servco experience it was Servco Subaru...I loved my experience with Servco Toyota! I am disappointed with Servco Subaru with a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek that I bought brand new. I had continuous, ongoing problems with the vehicle and service. I was extremely disappointed with the manager on a Sunday who was rude and degrading and required me to only be able to purchase with the highest interest rate (I did hear that he does not work there anymore, his name was Mike, August 2014). He was aware that I had to make a quick purchase due to the misfortune of falling asleep while driving my last brand new car and I needed a car to drive for my nursing job. Also when I came to pick it up Monday morning, the vehicle died in mid-teach. There were no other vehicles on the lot and they insisted that it was just a random accident. When I complained about more "random" incidents with the battery and electricity over time, I was told that "all systems checked out" and there was nothing to do...this happenend many times and lots of waiting. When I discussed my concerns I told them that I would be interested in trading it in for an older model that I hope I can trust. I was shown another Crosstrek, one year older, 10 thousands more miles, it was not a hybred and it did not have any of the upgraded accessories of my current Subaru such as the GPS, Moonroof, etc. That is why I wanted a more basic car due to that I did not trust the electric capabilities and my warranty was about to end. They actually wrote up an offer that would require me to pay 5 thousand dollars. That alone was such an insult. So mean. Although they were extremely nice, the offer makes no sense with the numbers. I'm aware how car dealerships make money. Also wanted to add to the many complaints I had about the Subaru Crosstrek, most of the time, none of the staff had any idea about the vehicle's GPS, Radio system -- even last week when they could not connect an Iphone. Ridiculous. Many of my questions went unanswered only by saying, it's a safety feature....Never again deal with Servco Subaru.

Thia place reminds me of Longo Toyota in Southern California. It has lots of service bays and a good sized sales floor with a very nice waiting area with coffee and water. Staff is very courteous and friendly at both sales and service. Wait for service appointment (at Mapunapuna location) is usually 30 days for any standard service and sometimes up to 45 days when recall notices are sent out. I find it easier to get an appointment at the downtown Motor Imports location. Their lobby looks more like an auto shop lobby. Prices are high like any dealership and unfortunately there are only so many locations and it is basically a monopoly. However, looking around oil changes around Hawaii are expensive so a few bucks more is not bad. Big ticket itwms I am not sure since we luckily haven't had to get that work done yet.

Service has really gone down hill. It can sometimes take awhile for you to get in and get your oil changed. Check around as there might be a cheaper place for service.
