If you're thinking of selling your car and getting the most bang for your buck - AUTOZILLA is the place to go. The amount I received was very close to what was on KBB. The plus side, they pay more for luxury cars. My initial appointment was with Mo, who went over all the details and was patient. My registration had expired two months prior and he went and renewed it. The title was under my mom and they sent their worker to meet her to sign off on it. Today, I came to drop off my car and Jay was assisting me. He was very kind and helpful. I cannot say anything bad about this place and would recommend everyone to buy/sell their car here. Professional and seamless experience! Editing and lowering rating to 4. Buying was seamless and a positive experience but I got a temporary registration. Have called 5 times now to get my official one since the temporary one is expiring and every time it either goes to voicemail or someone picks up and claims they will call me back in “5 minutes” and they never do. Going to just have to show up randomly at this point and hope it’s there since my temporary registration expires in 2 days.

From the first phone interaction Mo has been exceedingly helpful. He called me shortly after I initiated the Kelly Blue Book offer and we set up an appointment for 2 days later. On the morning of the appointment, I met Mo at his office and he offered me coffee and water while he inspected the vehicle. He walked me through the process and we went through each line item in the Kelly blue book evaluation form to make sure that we both agreed on the determination. Upon the confirmation he submitted the updated valuation and we both waited patiently to receive the updated offer. Used car dealers in general have a reputation and I was pleasantly surprised. These guys are easy to deal with. In the past, I have always bought a car from a private party and exclusively search classifieds like Craigslist. In buying a car from Autozilla, they worked with me when I asked to have my favorite mechanic shop look at the car that I was thinking of buying. To find a gem of a car, sometimes previous owners don’t want to hassle selling it themselves & instead use professionals to find a new caretaker for an orphaned car. To find a car that fit my crazy parameters (2011 Prius with 22K miles! + 1 previous owner & garage kept!), sometimes only a dealership will have that awesome car. Autozilla was very organized and took about 30min. to get through the paperwork & stuff before I drove off with my new purchase. Ok. Nay sayers: a Gen 3 Prius’ have few recall items✔️, battery degrades when sitting a long time- ✔️No problem. Doesn’t dealerships make $/profit?
