Team Mitsubishi is a great dealership and I highly recommend them. Everything from making the deal with Walter (sales manager) to completing paperwork with Michael (finance manager) all was done professionally. Coming from out of state (New York, 90 miles away) Team Mitsubishi had the car I was looking for, and though it was a drive it was worth it. I LOVE MY CAR! The final delivery went great too, I appreciated the fact no dealer emblems or stickers on the trunk lid, and plastic covering left on the radio display - really factory fresh! Thank you for everything, YOU GUYS ROCK! It was a pleasure doing business.

I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Team Mitsubishi in Hartford! I came in with a dream of getting a new car and Dionis and Moody made it happen! Dionis’ beaming personality and positive vibe was a welcome departure from the regular “car salesman” persona I have encountered before. Right off the rip he was smiling and happy! All this on a Sunday! He listened to what I wanted and did everything he could to make sure I was driving home in my new car THAT SAME DAY! As a woman who has purchased many cars you become accustomed to having to go in on the defense, proving you understand cars, the process and the financing. Arnold was the ultimate gentleman, no pressure, and genuinely kind. So much so that after I had already purchased the car and was waiting on the phone with the DMV, for far too long, he came with his laptop and sat and waited with me. When the initial vehicle I went in to look out turned out to be not what I wanted, he searched the knortheast and found me a better one! Loved my experience. Im used to people say no to me buy Trayce Lyon was very diligent with me. She insisted until I got it. And a pretty good deal as well. Thanks Trayce! The only bad thing is the car Service. They broke a log nut of my car, I didn't had no emergency brake and the dude thats up front with the long hair made ot look like it was my fault. I can not say enough good things about Corey this would be a 5 star if I was at the shop to purchase, unfortunately to be honest it needs to be a 3 purely based on how bad i feel it went for what I WAS there for. This is a shame on both Mitsubishi and on Premiere consierge auto insurance. Dont do it guys either leave premiere out of the equation or leave mitsubishi out. My catalytic was stolen out of my car thursday, the car was towed to mitsubishi friday afternoon (kudos to Jays tow service the driver was awesome). Mitsubishi claimed they sent the estimate friday if they did it was in a format premiere did not recognize. It was a holiday weekend so I followed up tuesday. Nothing was in motion and by the end of the day i had called the sales dept to get messages through to the shop. Here’s where Corey and the incredible sales manager come in. Wednesday they went down to follow up with the repairs manager on the status. Wednesday morning when I called Premiere they claimed they never got the estimate, i called the shop and it was buried in the images, I called Premiere again and told them how to find the estimate and move forward i reminded them we are using their service based on the guarantee of the fastest service possible, and that by now i could have gotten the part delivered and gotten my car back of it will take even 3 more days I want it released to me and i won’t need their services I’ll work directly with USAA and the shop and get the job done myself. (Since it’s taken 15+ calls over 2 days plus a dedicated sales person getting involved I feel like I already had) the estimate was expedited as was the repair and i picked my car up a full week of them not even starting it later. This morning I woke up to a call from Corey making sure I got my car and everythings ok. 100% use them for purchases 100% do not use their shop for repairs OR do not use premiere auto with them the companies mix as well as water and oil.

Mitsubishi motors improved a lot after joining Renault-Nissan alliance with their 2022 models, and their inventory recovered quickly despite the disruption caused by the pandemic; you'll find the car you're looking for without the wait. However with the list of strengths, there is room for improvement when it comes to effective communication with customers, teammates and different departments within the dealership. For instance, I had to renegotiate the price multiple times to bring it close to the initial deal: twice with Sales, and once more with Finance after making the downpayment. Purchasing the car could have gone smoother, ensuring a less stressful and more enjoyable experience for their customers. I hope my review would be considered constructive, and also make new customers aware of what to expect. Yet, looking forward to start building a long term dealership/customer relationship with TeamMitsubish, and I am sure they will meet expected after-sale support.
