Ryan our service advisor was great!! He worked with us very well and helped us figure out the issue with our bmw. The only improvement I would suggest is for the ladies at the cashier area to be a little more professional towards their customers. When I asked a question about the bill “where on the bill does it show the oil change?”, I was told in a not so professional tone that she can’t help and I would need to speak to the service advisor. She did not even say “thank you” or anything to me as I completed my payment. It appeared as if I was putting her out by even being there. Hopefully my next experience there will be better.

Despite standing for 10 minutes with nobody ahead of me no employee sitting comfortably behind their desks offered me any assistance. Left my house at 4PM on a Friday before New Year's to go get something in Hartford. When I started my X7 it registered like 6 different error conditions (non that impacted drivability). So, after completing my first errand, stopped at New Country, explained the situation, dropped the car off and they said they'd look at it on Tuesday. By end of day the issue had been diagnosed, resolved and ready for pickup. Great experience, super quick, unplanned service, and a great resolution.

Upon arrival into the service area I was not greeted. Two of the service advisors looked as though they were finishing up paperwork and one service advisor Brandon was on a call. After standing there for about 5 minutes I asked if I was going to be helped. At that point the other two service advisors said it’ll be a minute or so. The service Brandon ended his call and began to help me. I had already made an appointment and was only dropping off my car to be serviced the next day. Also, the shop repair cost per hour are above the average in the area. I really don’t think it’s cost effective for me to continue having my vehicle serviced especially with the cost of food/electricity etc going up.

I had the pleasure of working with Michael Iancu to purchase a 2023 X6. I was currently in a 2020 330 and wanted to get back to a SUV. Michael talked to me about all the great things a X6 had to offer and explained the differences between the two cars. Michael guided me through building my new X6 and placed my order on 1/23/23. The original timeline for it to be ready was early March. To my great surprise I received a call from Michael on 2/9 that my car arrived. We set up a time for the following day to complete my purchase. Michael walked me through everything I needed to know and then had me meet with the Product Specialist Cuba to cover all the ins an out of the car. Cuba did a great job and by Noon on 2/10/23 I was on my way home with an awesome new X6. If looking for a new car I highly recommend New Country BMW and of course Michael Iancu. Both are top notch.

This young lady is top notch. Knows the product well. She answered all my questions on a particular vehicle that I was interested in and never hesitated for a second to give me information on that vehicle.....meaning she was completely familiar with the car!
The process was quick and easy because she knew what the hell she was doing!
Most salesmen at car dealerships don't have ready answers other than to say "let me check with my manager". Nermina never once was grasping for answers. Knowing your product gives off a sense of confidence from the buyer and the seller's representative and that means that Nermina is the car salesperson that I will seek out on my next automobile purchase!

There is no doubt the quality of the service from the minute you pull into the service area, until the time you sign your receipt - is absolutely top notch. I've never felt like I was oversold unnecessary services, and I've always been thoroughly impressed with the ability to communicate in a timely fashion and with the appropriate amount of details necessary to make educated decisions about my purchase. My only negative feedback would be that I find their prices to be a little higher than some other equally qualified service stations.. but nobody ever said owning a BMW was cheap!

Its 2022 and as a consumer the entire car purchasing experience as well as expectations have dramatically shifted for the worse, except at New Country BMW. As the saying goes, choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life – this is exemplified by everyone at this dealership, from sales to finance and even service department. When the people working at a dealership are also avid owners of their vehicles, it only speaks to the level of trust and passion towards their product in addition to having unrivaled knowledge about the vehicles.
Given supply side challenges in the market, I contacted close to 20 dealerships in search of an M vehicle with results wildly ranging in terms of timeline, cost, and professionalism – New Country was ahead of the competition by miles. When it came to timeline, they were candid, did not pretend to have an allocation they didn’t, with no promises too good to be true just to get a sale, said 4 months, got my vehicle in 4 months. On cost, they stuck to MSRP, while “unacceptable” by pre-pandemic times, can be considered a deal these days. Especially when considering sales practices at other dealers with “market adjustments” of $5 to $20K, non-refundable deposits, or supposedly mandatory undercoating / rust proofing / diamond encrusted gas cap at obscene mark ups. As for service, you will be treated like a person and not a number. Throughout the entire experience, timely, accurate, and detailed level of communication is what ultimately earned my trust and put my mind at ease. Thank you, Mark K., for being a gentleman and a BMW scholar.
At the end of the day, whether its your 1st or 10th BMW, definitely give them a visit, you wont regret it. The level of satisfaction and fulfillment you feel doesn’t just end with the new vehicle but continues for long after as they welcome you with open arms to become a member of their family.

So this was my first time going here as I just got my BMW a few months ago. All around was not terrible service but there could be some improvements. Like the fact that they waited for me to respond to a text to work on my car even though I had signed the envelope for overnight drop off giving them permission which held up my day alot unfortunately and made me late for work when I had requested to have my car back by 12. I had to go early to pick up my car as that was the only time my ride could bring me and waited 3hrs to get my car just for a brake fluid change. The only person that was actually friendly and actually talked to me would be my service advisor Ryan, super friendly guy and helpful. He is the only reason why I'll even consider coming back here to get service done next time it's due.

Our experience with New Country BMW Service was overall very positive. Chris (our assigned representative) was extremely proactive in keeping us notified during the process. Our vehicle was in service for over a month. We had repair work on the Turbo feature. August is a month of Holiday in Germany, so we had to wait to get our vehicle repaired. While I am extremely happy with the service that was performed, am a little concerned with the vehicle overall. At 50K is not a lot of miles on a vehicle, and to get issues with the Turbo on an X3 with the miles it has, seems a bit concerning. We only use premium gasoline as well as maintain the vehicle in compliance with scheduled service. After research, it is common for Turbo issues to surface, and it seems oil changes should be performed prior to service schedules. Although the Turbo repairs were honored under warranty even though we were over the warranty miles, am concerned it may not be covered in the future if another problem with the Turbo happens again. Aside of the vehicle, the service and support from New Country BMW was very impressive. Thank you!

I simply have to write a little review to New Country BMW for an exceptional experience with the purchase from their collection of used vehicles. After months of looking for a used Jeep, New Country acquired just what I had been looking for in a recent customer trade in. When I called to inquire about the Jeep I explained that I lived over an hour away and didn’t want to waste their time or my time if the vehicle had any issues. I was put in touch with a young salesman, Karim, who was outstanding to work with. Right away he took the time to walk around the car with me virtually and answered each and every question I had regarding the car itself, extra fees beyond the online listing, and we discussed financing options.
As I said, Karim was nothing but polite, professional and always took the time to promptly answer any questions I had whether a quick call or text message.
I made the drive to take a look at the vehicle, and it was in great shape, no issues that I could see while looking it over. We took it for a short test drive and I quickly made the decision to move forward with the purchase. I told him that I planned to get financing through a credit union, and he also looked to see if their financing could beat the rate I obtained (which it didn’t this time). He was understanding and didn’t even once pressure me to change my mind.
So we moved forward, and again, he went the extra mile on the day of delivery, all I can say is I wouldn’t ever ask anyone to go out of their way for me, but he offered, which helped out for some personal plans I had over the coming weekend and beyond. Karim was beyond helpful.
I also got to work with Marco, who helped close the sale on the day of delivery. He was also polite and professional and easy to work with, as we signed all of the necessary documents to complete the transaction.
My only suggestion (especially since I was financing outside of them) would be to offer the additional amenities a little sooner than sitting down at close. I opted for an extended powertrain warranty, which was honestly a sweet deal, but it would also be nice to sleep on it since it’s an additional cost. But like I said, no complaints in working with these guys whatsoever.
One final item of great appreciation was the amazing job their team did on handing the Jeep off to me after completion purchase. Inside and out the vehicle was immaculate. Super sharp detailing inside and out, I thank them for making me feel like a truly valued customer!
If I was more of a BMW guy, I would definitely purchase their brand, or if I see they have anything I like in their inventory in the future, I will definitely remain of customer of theirs purely for the fact of their professionalism and not feeling pressured in making decisions.

This review is for service. The drop off went great. Very helpful greeting, detailed service visit review and loaner was ready. Upon pick up i was directed to the cashier to pay. There was no review of the services performed or how the discount was applied. I would seriously like to review the findings, services provided, and what I am paying for before paying and picking up my car.

Needed some work done. They are expensive but if you schedule far enough in advance you can get a loaner. If your car is with them long enough it ends up being worth it as rental car fees are expensive these days. Monesha and Brandon have both been helpful.

I waited two hours for an oil change and for them to replace a wiper cartridge. I thought that was a very long time for what the service was. I had to go ask when my car would be done after waiting there 2 hours. Told they were backed up but not sure how that can happen if you need an appointment. Very discouraged at this service appointment.

Very good dealership. I purchased a used car from them about a month ago and worked with Michael and Marco. Car was more or less as advertised (I was told no dings in the car, but there was one small ding). Marco was very knowledgeable about BMWs generally, and answered all my questions without the "uhh, I have to check" response that you normally get at a dealer because the sales people don't actually know what they are selling. I am from out of town and the communication was pretty good as well. I would buy another from this place.

My interaction with the dealership and sales person we’re fine. The car that I requested took a short period of time before they found it. My main complaint is that when I picked up my X3 the individual from the Genius Bar that was supposed to review the car with me was not available. The instruction from the sales person was inadequate. My phone and voice recognition we’re not set up. The radio and set up of the stations were also not explained. I could see Karim was in a hurry and we were told to return in a month to answer any questions we might have. I got the feeling that once they had my check it was adios. I’ll be interested to see if the dealership responds to my complaint

Obviously the only place for some service repairs, and the service is excellent, but WOW expensive. BMWs are fantastic until they need a major repair (which is not often). BMW will sticker-shock you compared to other vehicle repairs.

I love how New Country texts a video of the inspection of your car so you can see exactly what work needs to be done and why. They literally show you the bottom/ insides of your car and explain everything as they go along in the video. Their communication is the BEST and that's something incredibly important. Walked into New Country in Feb. naively thinking they had all new cars available and after quickly, but nicely, being told about the allocation process I left with a mix of shame for not knowing and lack of hope to become a future M owner. Just over a week later, I received a text from Karim T, the absolute best sales professional, stating that they'd secured an allocation for me with a June delivery. Over the next four months, Karim responded to all my texts on status, and when the day came last week, he had my car delivered just as I'd asked -- with all the shipping wrapping still on it. I want to leave a higher rating but in good conscience I can't. Bought a used vehicle from here (not a BMW).
Simply put-- the amount of effort I as the customer had to do after the sale was not worth it. It wasn't until the GM got involved months later did my situation finally get resolved. It's unfortunate the way things unfolded, but I understand why they did-- It's just business.
Suggestions to New Country going forward: improve communication between departments, don't rush paperwork that will (and did) cause headaches regarding warranty work, and use better judgement when subcontracting out jobs.

The service manager really knows how to treat customers. I made an appointment for a tire replacement, but when I arrived I was told that they didn't have the tire in stock and I had to go home and wait the next day while the tire was being ordered and installed. I complained to the service manager about it and he took responsibility for it and waived the labor fee which I think was a professional thing to do. All in all I was pleased with the service that they rendered and the management approach to the issue. Would definitely recommend.

The loaner cars are increasingly harder to come by, however the convenient shuttle service will take you anywhere & pick you up again. A young student Drew and a kind older retired gentleman shuttled me around with no problem, and no waiting. It’s a great option!

Just purchased brand new 2019 X5. I don’t know where to begin. Top notch white glove treatment. Jeff K was the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He made the process easy. I have been a New Country customer for over 10 years and I have always received excellent sales and service. I could rattle off at least ten names but the important thing to know is treat people nicely and they will treat you nice in return. It's not the service advisors fault your car is having issues, they will do everything they can to fix your vehicle but sometimes parts have to be ordered or cars have to stay overnight.
I have always had transportation or a loaner offered to me and was always dropped off and picked up on time. My service advisors have always kept me up to date on the status of everything throughout the service.

I give Marissa & Joey 5 stars for their excellent customer service to me when I brought my vehicle in for a flat tire. Marissa kept me updated throughout and Joey helped me with a loaner vehicle twice. The technician replaced the tire (it was still under warranty) but failed to drive test it the first time that I picked it up as the tire light was still on so I left the vehicle with them. The 2nd time that I picked it up, the car was making a loud rocking noise so I immediately brought it back. The technician replaced the valve but failed to torque the lug nuts correctly. I advised Marissa to flag my account and not have that technician work on my vehicle in the future. My vehicle was in for a total of a week so I give the technician 1 ⭐️. I’ve gone to New Country BMW for service for years and this is the first time that this has ever happened.

Front desk people were very nice and explained what needed to be done. The car had 2 issues that were to be addressed. One was an oil leak the other was the passenger side door had no electrical power. Diagnosis cost was going to be over $400. Extremely high. I had the oil leak fixed which led to having a radiator hose fixed. Totaling over $1600. Four other items were identified as needing repair. I will have all items repaired but not at this facility. The receipt states that the car was taken for a test drive however, On my drive home I had to pull over on 91 to close the hood. Not good! If the cost was reasonable I would return however the price of doing business At this establishment is absurd.

I had a fantastic experience with New Country BMW. I was looking for a 2019 pre-owned 330i and I reached out online. Karim Tarabishy responded quickly and gave me a video tour of the car. He was a pleasure to do business with. 100% straight forward and knowledgeable about the cars and answered all of my questions. I live about 90 mins away, so Karim stayed in touch to make sure everything was in place for delivery. The Business Manager, Staci Davis made the transaction quick and painless. When I was about 20 mins away heading home, I ran over something on Route 84 and got a flat. (my luck). I called Karim and he said to come back (on the run flats) and pull right into the service bay. The Service Advisor, Manesha Estabrook, and the team in Service could not have been more accommodating. They didn't have a replacement tire in stock, so they sent someone 20 mins away to pick one up. While I fully expected to pay for the tire since I ran over the object, they didn't want my first day with the car to be negative, so they sent me on my way. From the first contact with Karim, to working with Staci & Manesha, this was one of the best car experiences I have had. They earn lifetime customers every day.

1. I reported a warning message from the tire pressure monitoring system that the system was not functioning. Service advisor indicated a service technician had determined that a pressure sensor in a tire was faulty and needed replacement. I authorized the work. The cost to diagnose the problem was $172. The cost to install new pressure sensor, parts and labor, was $240. When the work was completed and I started my car, the same warning light came on indicating a problem still existed. I paid over $400 for work that did not correct the problem I reported upon my arrival at the dealership. I was not a happy camper. I had to make another appointment for the following week.
2. When I returned to the dealership, they did additional diagnosing of the problem and cleared it at no additional cost to me.
3. While working on my vehicle, they noticed another warning light was illuminated indicating that it was time to replace the brake fluid. I authorized the work to be done; it was performed at a reduced price.
4. My service advisor, Ryan Tillotson, worked with me in a very professional manner under less than ideal circumstances. He listened to my complaints and tried hard to address them. His efforts helped lead to a positive outcome for me.
5. I want to thank service manager Brandon Small for taking a personal interest in my problems and following through until all issues were resolved to my satisfaction.

I had a great experience today with the New Country BMW Service Department for my 5-Series! They took care of a mechanical problem that appeared this morning, and addressed it without any hesitation. They thankfully didn’t try to upsell service that wasn’t necessary. I bought the car from here and have put over 100,000 miles on it with relatively minor repairs. I will continue to come here for service and when the time is right, I will strongly consider purchasing my next BMW from here, as well. The first staff member who greeted me in the Service Bay was great, and the Service Tech/Advisor, Kurt (I believe), was equally impressive! Thanks for a positive experience!

This was my first time buying a car from out of State (I live in CA) and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He picked me up and dropped me off at the airport. This dealership is about 2 hours away from me and that doesn't stop me from purchasing all of my cars here. I reached out to Karim about 2 years ago after being unsatisfied with my local dealer.
