I have bought many cars over the years, this was my first experience through email and an out of state dealership. The sales rep. Yolanda Aldrich was great, quick to respond to questions I had with detailed answers which made me feel at ease. One of the days I had a few more questions, I was informed by the Sales Manager Caitlin Conley that Yolanda was off, and she had step in seamlessly answering my questions, again easing any concerns.
Once the price was agreed upon I then had the pleasure of meeting the two in person. They were both so friendly and full of personality which made it seem like I wasn’t even buying a car. I can tell I’ve never felt that way at a dealership.
I would buy another vehicle from Liberty Honda because of these two women who made it so easy and delightful.

Staff is friendly, environment is low pressure and they are very accommodating. I purchased a used one owner 2013 civic Si. Even with their free auto check report verifying all my concerns I was able to inspect the car in full detail, test drive both street and highway. I personally wanted to feel confident in my purchase and Justin Dingle, senior sales consultant met all my special requests prior to purchase involving nearly every member of their team to make it happen. Huge shout out to everyone at Liberty. They are a no haggle dealership (only reason not 5 stars) which for me was not my preference but as stated before they provide an excellent buying experience and would recommend to anyone.

A tire place in the town where I live, tried to tell me I needed to replace all four tires for one damaged tire because Honda Pilots are sensitive and quoted me 1600. so I called Liberty Honda and got a super fair price for one tire and got it replaced super quick. In a world of chip shortages and delays, I got the car (2022 Civic Si) I was promised, having been kept up to date on a weekly basis with delays and when I could expect delivery. We can't say enough about Amnon Udi, our sales person- personable, knowledgeable, honest, a great person.
The entire sales management team treated us fairly and honestly, including in regards to the Accord we were turning in. The finance manager was also very helpful and flexible.

He kept me informed as to when my new vehicle was going to be delivered and came in on his day off to meet with me when I took delivery. Liberty quoted me the best price for my lease compared to three other Honda dealerships and they were able to get me into the next trim level up compared what the other dealerships had quoted. I was traveling though the area with my Ridgeline, and realized that I needed new wiper blades before heading into a snow storm. Parts department had the items in stock at a fair price. Little did I realize that these were wiper inserts, I was able to pull into the service drive and met the new service manger. The trade-in value we were offered on our old vehicles exceeded other offers we’ve had from alternate dealers. They need a frequently updated, accurate, online system reporting current wait times for customers who cannot afford to wait 2 or more hours. I never would assume a short wait. The last repair was for a Liberty recommended fix on a 2013 Accord. The car was dropped off at the scheduled 9:00am appointment time. Picked up at 1:00pm and pricing was as promised. No issues.

Made an appointment to have a recall on my CRV taken care of. When everything was completed, I was called and notified. When I went into Honda to pick up my car, I wasn’t exactly sure where to go. I walked into the Service Floor and a woman noticed I looked lost. She was super helpful, sweet and pleasant. She asked me what my last name was, and immediately I thought, “how is that going to help? Like you’re going to know which car is mine based on my last name?” I told her, and she immediately knew everything about my car and what had been done. Mind you, this was a Saturday. Probably one of their busiest service days. Anyways, I got my paperwork and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. And on top of that, the associate informed me that my car should have been washed, and if it wasn’t, let her know so it could be. I dropped my car off and within minutes I was in the loaner car and on my way home. He returned my calls promptly and when I picked up my car, he had all my paperwork ready with the cashier so all I had to do was pay and again, I was on my way home. The service department even put a new battery in my key fob and fixed it because it was loose when they gave me my keys back. I was looking to get a used car quickly. They are a "lowest price facility" so their cars are all priced as low as possible which was awesome. I called in about a car that I saw on their website and was transferred to Pablo. He scheduled me to come in as soon as I could, working around my schedule. I went on a whim to check out Liberty Honda's inventory. I was supposed to work with a specific contact through a Club Membership offer, but was not able to get in contact with them. So, I stopped by and spoke with staff there.
The conversation we had was good because it focused around how sustainable my car purchasing goals were. What car did I want? What monthly payment was reasonable for me? The salesperson I spoke to didn't want to just sell a car, but wanted to make sure that it was a strategically sound decision to make.
I ended up not matching th same quote I got through the Club Membership, but came to the conclusion through a reasonable conversation that I need to wait a bit to buy a car. They were respectful and not pressuring, which allowed me to make a decision that, when I'm ready to buy a car, I will go through them.

When we entered for a recall, we were quickly flagged in to the Service bay. I was told it would be 2hr wait to replace the passenger side airbag. I let the service clerk know I specifically asked on Tuesday 23rd when I was called by Liberty around 3:20-3:30pm how long it would take? The woman said "2014 CrossTour right?" I told her yes she put me on brief hold and said 1/2hr but give it 1hr just to be on safeside.
The Service clerk apologized for me being told that, she said she'd let her manager know as the ladies should not have provided that incorrect information and said she'd do her best to get us done sooner if possible. She did not want to rush the technician as they have to be precise in the replacement of the airbag. We agreed.
Liberty Honda got us out in 1 1/2hrs. We were very appreciative. Friendly, professional and honest service. We may reach out to you in the future for used Honda for our teen boys who are now driving?

I was told by a mechanic outside of liberty Honda at a private shop that I needed a new transmission. I decided to go to liberty Honda for a second opinion. Immediately my technician explained that it was very unlikely that the problem could be my transmission. Instead he said it was probably a loose gasket or something of that sort. It turned out that he was 100% right. Throughout the time that I was there he checked in with me and give me updates on how things are going with my car and was very helpful. From going into Liberty Honda to coming out, my visit was very good. The staff were very nice and always smiling. My first point of contact was Charmaine, I spoke to her over the phone, and then she introduced me to John F, he is such a nice person. The sales professionals are so knowledgeable about the products they sell. John F was a BEAST and let me tell you, he KNOWS car, he speaks the language of cars literally lol. The car look just like new and I took my car for a long ride and it handle excellent. I recently purchased a Honda civic from Liberty Honda. The experience was phenomenal. They had a nice selection of Certified Pre-owned civics to choose from. The pricing was fair and straightforward, but what really made the dealership stand apart from others was the service.
My salesperson Udi was friendly, knowledgeable, and he answered all my questions without problem. My finance manger Ryan did the same and was very thorough with the paperwork. The rest of the staff was friendly as well. It seemed every time I was away from Udi someone was asking how I was or if I needed help.
Lastly, the service after the purchase was surprising. It was like buying a customer service warranty with my car. I got a call from Udi the next day making sure everything was great and the dealership even offered to take me to my work (which is close to the dealership) if I had to drop the car off for anything. Highly recommended, great service!

Five or so years ago I became a “customer” at the dealership, before becoming an actual customer in 2016! LOL I’ll explain ...
In 2016 I did my first lease on my first ever new car - only my 2nd vehicle! But it was in 2014 when I began frequenting the dealership, teasing myself looking at all the models, always talking with the staff about the brand, the cars, making small talk - I was never in a financial position to commit to anything, but since I visited from time to time I befriended many employees like general manager Mike Plumber, Bill LeConche, Jason Behan, Amnon Udi, TJ Graham and others! Some have since lift, but many of them still remain today.
But I always said that some day when I’m financially able to commit to something I’d come and do business here.
Three years ago Honda ran a crazy promotion during Presidents month to celebrate the major redesign for the Civic. So holding true to my word, on Presidents Day I came to see Bill & Amnon to do business! I was one of their easiest deals ever! There was never any convincing for me to lease or purchase a vehicle, never a “hard sell” - I had wanted a Honda for a few years and I was finally able to come get a brand new one!
Besides my figurative bumpy road with several hassles and inconveniences for about the first year and a half of my first lease I still respect the brand, never having had any intentions of going elsewhere after my first lease was set to expire. I’m now in my second lease with Honda and Liberty for a 2019 Civic Sport! I’ve built a strong relationship with Amnon Udi evident by me personally arranging for him to be who I work with. He has handled the process for my first two leases!

The entire purchasing experience was very laid back and low key. Our sales associate, Mike Hull, did a great job of showing us a few vehicles. He was extremely knowledgeable with all the bells and whistles included in these vehicles, and if you're familiar with the Odysseys, the bells and whistles list is pretty long!. The vehicle was delivered on the date they said it would be, with a couple of my issues (scrape on front bumper, and scrape on side view mirror) addressed as promised. The paperwork at delivery was smooth and efficient. To top it off, they offered me more money for my trade in then another local Honda dealer!! cough cough, Hoffman, cough cough. I was planning on a purchase in summer of 2018 but when I got the trade-in deal mailer, I was impressed with the amount so I thought I would check things out. I examined the website and went there with a specific certified pre-owned car in mind. The place was mobbed but when the salesman, Amnon Udi, sat with me it was like we were the only ones in the dealership. As soon as I mentioned the car, he immediately stood up and grabbed the keys so while we were talking about my needs, the car wouldn't be snatched out from under me. I really appreciated that.
The price was right, the test drive went well, the paperwork went smoothly but THIS is what really impressed me: the day I picked up the car Udi sat in the passenger seat while I was in the driver's seat and he patiently went over every single switch, button and tab and didn't move on until I felt comfortable with everything. That thorough attention to detail - when the sale had already be made and he nothing to "gain" - is a great mark of customer service!
This is my second car from Liberty and I would buy from them again.

I have 2 gripes though.
1 not enough updates on the progress. Communication can be improved.
2 When they delivered the car I expected a proper detail on a new car. There didn't seem to be a wax on it. Or it was done quickly. But either way I had the car waxed again. I shouldn't have had to do that.

Salesman John Cassidy was very helpful in showing us just the type of car that we said we were interested in. Agreeing on a fair price was relatively painless. Financing that matched my C.U. rate was easy and quick. You may be obligated to listen to the finance person's somewhat pressured pitch to add one of the different Extra Warranty Option$ that they offer (and I never buy) during closing, but that is fairly standard these days and was the only reason this rating is not 5 stars. John even remembered to throw in the floor mats that I requested. Best of luck to you in finding your Honda.

There are no words to describe how fantastic the Liberty Honda team is! I purchased my Accord Coupe from them last August and I LOVE my car!! Yesterday, I was having a weird noise coming from my brakes - it was about 6:15pm when I called them. Despite the service department being closed the receptionist was able to find a technician to get on the phone with me. Jeff eased my mind that I could drive my car to the shop (thankfully I work about 2 miles away). When I walked in I was greeted by Udi, a salesman, and the very sweet receptionist (I believe her name was either Stephanie or Jennifer - I could be totally wrong with that guess and I apologize for not remembering). After Udi tried selling me a new car (kiddingly), he assisted in getting me all set up with a loaner for the night and my car tucked away for service in the morning. The GM, Mike, personally came out to see what my concerns were with my car and assured me I'd be taken care - he wasn't lying! I was truly blown away by how wonderfully I was treated. I received a call around 7am this morning from Taran, the Service Advisor, following up with my issue. An hour later he called back and said my car was ready!! Turned out a rock got stuck in my brake - easy fix! Liberty Honda has certainly earned my trust with this experience. I can't thank them enough!! :)

After looking for a car locally in RI with no luck I came across Liberty Honda in Hartford CT. I found them online while searching for my car since they had the vehicle I was interested in buying. The 2 hour+ drive was well worth it. One of the first contacts with the dealer was Caitlin the Sales Coordinator. She went the extra mile to make sure I had all the info that I requested before I made the trek, going as far as sending me an updated picture of the car which she did without hesitation at my ridiculous request. Next I met Kash the salesman. Forget everything you think you know about car salesmen. Kash was courteous and knowledgably answered my questions about the vehicle. Every step of the way he was there to insure I was updated on everything that was going on. Great Guy!! Bill is the sales manager that worked me who also went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the deal and to make sure I would be able to take the car home that day. Knowing my family was waiting, he speed up the process without missing any details. Another manager whose name escapes me brought out two pumpkins for my young girls to take home since they would miss the weekend fall family festivities planned at the dealership. I worked with Jason for the car loan and though I was preapproved with my bank with a good rate Jason found a better one. I got the sense right away that he had my best interest in mind even as far finding a better rate after I had already approved a bank offer. Bottom line, don’t hesitate to buy from this Dealership, by far the best experience I’ve had purchasing a car and I’ve purchased plenty.

My experience with Liberty Honda was a good one. It was two months until my lease ended and I spoke with Brianna Sotnick and Tony Braglia about my options moving forward. After giving me a good offer I went home to sleep on it. They weren't pushy and allowed me to think it over. I did ask for some movement on the price and they were receptive. We agreed on a deal and started the process of trading in the old lease for the new one. The car (CR-V) was so new it had just come off the truck and only had three miles on it. A few hours later I drove the new car off the lot feeling good about the deal we made.

Twice in 2 1/2 years my front bumper, grill, hood, both fenders were damaged (through no fault on my part) while driving my 2008 Civic. The first time my motor mount broke. The second incident took out my air conditioner. Liberty Honda Auto Body and Service departments worked with my insurance and got the job done to perfection. Both times they returned a newer car to me! Replacing the front end of this car two years later was traumatic and extremely stressful. Mr. Robert Grandahl in the Auto Body Department put me at ease from the moment I turned the keys over to him. He saw to it the work was done quickly and professionally. I once read: “you don’t buy the product, you buy the salesman”. Well, after considering Toyota, Volvo and some other brands, and visiting and test driving a few other cars, I visited Liberty, where I met Mike Petrella. After only a short time with Mike, I wanted to give my business to him. A few days later when I returned with my wife and kids, that feeling was only reinforced and we drove away with a 2016 Accord. Mike was considerably more knowledgeable of the "product" then any Salesman I’d met in my prior searches. But more then that, it was Mike’s kind demeanor, good manners and integrity that made me feel like whatever the car, Mike was the person I wanted buy it from. Its is very rare these days, to have an experience like this... I think Mike has great future in front of him! Do yourself a favor and ask for him at Liberty.

I have bought three cars from Liberty Honda. I have had numerous Civic, Accords and now a CRV. I like the Honda brand. Before that I drove Dodge, Plymouth, etc. before switching to Honda I drove two Dodge caravans and both died at about 118,000 miles. I like to buy American-made products. But for many of us it comes down to economics. Hondas can run for 200 to 300,000 miles. I know several people who have Hondas that have been driven forever. I bought my current CRV new. I love the fact that it came with a service manual that spelled out exactly what needed to be done at each service. my car now has about 107,000 miles on it and I've had every service done at liberty Honda. For the most part the car has run flawlessly. I like the fact that sometimes when I go in the service advisor will search for coupons for me. I like the convenience of the express service. I like the Saturday hours. I like the fact that they will drive you to work and pick you up.
On the constructive feedback side you have been my experiences.
Several years ago they had one crazy driver who took customers back and forth to work. One time, instead of gassing up the van before he picked up his customers, he picked us all up and then we had to sit through him driving to a gas station and filling the van. This same driver used to drive better extremely high speeds in town. And one time after dropping me off in the north end of Hartford, probably assuming that I was not familiar with the area and not knowing that he used to live in the North and the Hartford he apparently decided to take me to a leisurely stroll through his own neighborhoods before it went back to the dealership. I don't know if he was trying to scare me but I knew that he was taking me be long route back. If he was a taxi driver I would have demanded his license. Fortunately, I did complain to the dealership and that person no longer works there. The drivers that I have had have all been courteous and efficient. The often arrived a little early to pick me up which I appreciate.
Another concern is that sometimes I feel the service charges are a little on the high side. I suppose I could get service is done at an independent garage but I like the fact that the mechanics know Hondas. I have been religious at keeping up with my services. The cost do add up but then again in the long run I trust that my car will always start and drive well. I guess the adage is true that you get what you pay for.
A big regret, which is my fault is that the dealership pointed out two years ago that I needed new tires. They recommended a couple of brands. I decided to go to a tire dealer because sometimes the prices are cheaper. I was advised to purchase a set of Cooper tires which turned out to be a disaster. Just driving away from the tire dealer I did not like the feel on the road. Prior to that the CRV would come along. Now I feel the pumps more. I have since been told that I need to stay with the tires recommended by the manufacturer.
My final comment is that even with the detailed service outlined in the service manual, apparently wheel alignment is not part of the regular service. At my last service when I was told that the tires were feathering, possibly because they needed an alignment, I learned that it is not done except when you buy the tires. I hope this is a glitch because for those of us who don't always pay attention to what needs to be done I like to rely on the dealer to tell me that is due for alignment.
Overall I am very pleased with the dealership and with my Honda.

I called a couple days prior to comming in, I had recieved a letter stating that Honda CRZ's of 2011 and 2012 were being recalled because of the IMA battery software. I own a 2012. I was told to come in the morning and I could have someone drive me home or to work if needed. I got there that Monday morning and I explained that I've had to jump start my car quite few times during the last few weeks, could this be part of the recall? The gentleman who serviced me, I think his name is Ralph said he would run a test on the battery and let me know. He told me about prices of replacing the battery if that was the problem and they were very resonable. The letter told me that this recall would take 3 to 4 hours. Ralph told me it would take about an hour and if i wanted to wait and I was all for it if they could take one hour to do it. So I waited just over an hour and my car was pulled up. He told me everything was set with the recall and as for my battery. They went ahead and replaced my battery free of charge since it was a part of my warrenty. So the recall and my battery was all set! No more jump starts lol He gave me tips and prices of other areas that could use some attention and that are possibly covered by the warrenty as well if I wanted to come back in and get those things serviced. I appreciate the fact that there were no complications, Everything was done very professionally. & the battery was HUGE for me. Ralph and Sam (The technician) didnt ask me if it was on warrenty or make a big deal ,they found out and just replaced the battery. You just dont get easy, painless service like that anymore. I always go in somewhere expecting to come out of my pocket or to be given a hard time. Having a car isnt cheap. The service I got here set the tone for my entire day. I left the lot smiling and laughing with a much healther car than when I came in. Thank you Ralph and Sam and Liberty Honda!!

This past Saturday I stopped by Liberty Honda to have the oil changed on my leased 2012 Honda Accord and a few hours later I drove home in a beautiful 2015 Honda CRV!? How the heck did that happen? It happened because John Franceschini, the salesman who helped me lease my Honda three years ago, answered all my questions, had me test drive the CRV, and expedited the entire process including contacting my insurance company and having them fax over the necessary paperwork to make the new lease possible and legal THAT VERY SAME DAY! In addition to that, he sat with me in my new CRV and patiently talked me through all the new features. Other than calling me Patty, it was a wonderful experience and chances are great that I will lease another Honda from John in 2018. See you then!

I initially wanted a Nissan Rogue because I previously owned an Altima. Everyone was convincing me to go with a Honda vehicle so I went over to Liberty Honda. Leo was our sales person and he was amazing from the very beginning. He gave me a good gut feeling and treated us with so much respect and was extremely attentive. I did fall in love with the CR-V but honestly the way I was treated was what sold me. Nate in financing was also awesome. Made the finance process pain fee and very smooth.
