Can’t wait to go back next year and trade for what I REALLY want but all in all, my experience was great. I let them know exactly what my situation was and they promised to come through for me and they did. Everyone including front desk was pleasant, my son cried and made a lot of fuss but no one looked annoyed or batted and eye. Great customer service and understanding goes a long way.

Bought my car from Hartford Toyota today. Everyone at the dealership is really nice and friendly. I had the pleasure of working with Kaleb as my Sales Consultant. He was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable in the field. Kaleb answered all my questions, walked me through the details of the car technology and truly took time to answer all my concerns. He also wrapped the car with a giant size bow! Brianna was my Finance manager. She was really fun and easy to work with. I was able to get all the paperwork done within 30 minutes. I’ve been to a few car places in Hartford and I haven’t met someone with so much knowledge and the patience to explain such a tech savvy vehicle that my grandma was much interested in like the young man Kaleb. I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to the ins and out of a vehicle but Kaleb was very patient and willing to repeat any answers he previously gave my grandma. I just bought a RAV4 hybrid from Hartford. This was absolutely the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. The salesman, Omar Rivera, couldn't have been nicer, spending a lot if time to explain each feature before I even took it out for a test drive, never high-pressure but always interested,, helpful and engaged in making sure this car would meet my needs.. Once I made the decision to purchase, he followed up with both me and my insurance agency to make sure I was able to receive the car on time, spent more time helping me set up the app so the car could sync with my phone and again, making sure I understood all the features and how to use them.
Andy Montanez, the Business Manager, walked me through the financing process and had great patience with me asking so many questions. Please, folks at Hartford Toyota, get Andy a shade for his window!

Had a great experience with everyone I made contact with at Hartford Toyota Superstore.
Met Kaleb out in the lot and helped me out right from the start was professional and friendly not pushy and I got a great deal on a Toyota Avalon.
Ask for him you will not go wrong.
Then met with Business Manager Andie Montez after checking car out with him I noticed a few marks on the car could not tell what they were.
Andie said let me get it back to detailing and let them look at it in the mean time I said lets finalize the paperwork.
Andie response was wait till they bring the car back from the detail shop and your fully satisfied with the car.
Try that at another Dealership see if you get the same response.
I will and have already started recommending Hartford Toyota Superstore to friends since it was referred to me by one of mine.

Took in my 2003 Yoda Corolla for the factory recall on the Airbags , and emissions test. Hadn't ever been there prior. My first impression is it's a nice dealership. Was recently built , and is loaded with all the current up to date needs and technologies.
They have a large waiting area , and 2 large screen 📺s. They got my car in and out in relatively no time at all.
I would recommend this location for all your Toyota and lexis needs.
They also have very clean and well maintained 🚻 facilities. 👍

I have bought numerous vehicles in my lifetime and always dreaded going to the dealership from the back-and-forth haggling to the pressure, I can tell you that none of this was present in my transaction with Hartford Toyota every one was courteous, kind and welcoming. My brand new truck had a manufacturer defect that ended up being catastrophic, the dealership wasted no time finding me a very limited availability truck (TRD PRO) with in the same week I’m telling you that satellites in space had to a line for this to happen. Their communication throughout the whole issue was on point never had to reach out and ask what was going on. Hartford Toyota is by far the best dealership I have ever bought a vehicle from. I will continue to buy all of my Toyotas from this dealership. And I can’t say thanks enough to Rich senior, Rich Junior, Jenn, Bri, and all of the staff at the dealership that help me out.

5 stars?? PSYCH!! they dont let you post with 1, had to post it as 5, but really its a 5 minus 5. Had the misfortune of steve being my customer service rep. seemed okay at first but quickly became rude when we tried to ask the status of my vehicle which was VERY CLEARLY READY TO GO after an hour of being driven to the exit. my appointment was at 11 am...i left after 4pm. failed to consistently communicate with us in those 7 hours - granted i had my brakes fixed and a new battery delivered but there should not be '30 people ahead of me' if I am a customer with an appointment made 2 days in advance!
steve became very whiney and sassy prior to us leaving about being understaffed or some other bs...is that my problem? he does not need to be in customer service if he takes his frustration out on PAYING customers, in addition to his illiterate boss chip who could only say 'yup' after a complaint was made about it. But you know what, i would be mad too if i was round and bald. diamonds are made under pressure and let me tell you...he is not that. Would NOT recommend! The customer service we received SUCKED. Also the place is dirty, if you want to sit in a waiting room with finger nails scattered like rose petals on valentines day (see attached), this is the place for you.
Update: I *had* reached out friday and received nothing, who exactly would i be contacting? You don't seem willing to resolve this issue.

Huge shoutout to the amazing and talented service advisor, Estelle Percoski, who went above and beyond for us today when we were really in a pinch! We had some issues with one of our school transportation vehicles at the DMV inspection lane that needed to be addressed by the end of the day and went to Hartford Toyota in hopes that they could perform some very last-minute and unscheduled walk-in service. Estelle totally accommodated us and got us right in! She listened to and understood our particular dilemma and made sure our paperwork was in order, even adding notes to cover all our bases for the DMV inspector. We went back to the inspection lane and got our Sienna through without a problem. To Estelle and the entire service department, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

I am very pleased with my entire experience at Hartford Toyota from calling to inquire all the way to leaving in my new truck. Dakota was incredibly helpful in setting up an appointment and easy to get a hold of when we were unexpectedly going to arrive late. I had never thought to make an appointment before but incredibly glad she suggested it as it streamlined the process. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful and the environment was clean and spacious.
I can’t recommend my salesperson Gae enough. He was knowledgeable and honest. He did not try to sell me anything that I wasn’t interested in. I am naive to the car buying process solo and am grateful that I chose this dealership as I left with the exact truck I wanted at the exact price I wanted.

I believe i have purchased my last 4 vehicles here. This is experience was just ok. My previous salesman left the company, the one we used this time was nice but unresponsive. I had left my e-z pass in the vehicle I traded in. I called him and he said he would call me back to let me know if he found. He never called back. I tried calling several times even had messages left for him. I had a few questions…very unresponsive. The sales process was later in the evening so we had to make seperate appointment for the car to be cleaned. It was not the best of jobs when finished. Overall just not that impressed this time around even though i love my vehicle.

Salesperson was friendly and helpful. As with most dealerships recently, inventory was very limited. Still awaiting post sale service, ie. the spare key to the car, a sincere apology regarding unapproved credit authorizations, the courtesy of a callback.
I was very unimpressed with certain finance tactics that I was assured would not happen. I went in with a pre-approved loan from one of the nation's largest banks who they already had a standing relationship with. I was told by the bank that the dealership would not need to run my credit unless I wanted to shop around for a better rate. With a witness present, I told the salesperson AND the sales manager that I did NOT want my credit run again. The sales manager looked upset about this and said, "so you're not going to finance through us?" I re-explained my decision and was assured my request would be honored.
It was not. My credit report was pulled 2 to 3 more times causing my score to plummet 35 points! When I questioned the sales and finance managers about this, they tried to blame it on my bank. In addition, the numbers on the purchase agreement were sloppy and not what I agreed to originally.
When I called the lender to check on the story, I was told the dealership chose to run a new report even after they were told it was pre-approved. They only needed to edit the type of car on the loan. Instead, I was approved for an additional loan of the original amount. In essence, I could have bought 2 new cars that day.
When I called back to say that the spare key was not in the car or in the package given to me at pick up, I was treated as if asking for a 2nd key to a car purchase was ludicrous. Why would I possibly believe that a car dealership would sell a car, used or not, with a spare key?!
I researched the replacement cost of this key on the advice of my insurance company. Potentially, the missing key could be used to steal my vehicle. If it is, my insurance will not cover the loss.
Ironically, there is a fee this dealership keeps trying to pawn on me about window etching to protect my vehicle from theft. The spare key will cost nearly $500. I was told that they would look into getting me a deal on a spare key. That was weeks ago with no response to my texts.
Buyer beware.....maybe now someone will reply and resolve this satisfactorily.

My experience at Hartford Toyota was a big relief after a difficult wrangling with a previous dealer. I thought both my sales rep (Devin) and the finance manager (Asad) were excellent, both professional and direct. They put me at ease about the whole thing. They made it clear about my expectations versus what I was capable of having, while at he same time showing me multiple possibilities in a clear and gimmick-less manner. Although there was a long wait for the finance manager due to other patrons, when I got to him, he was just as energetic, attentive, and professional, as if the day just started. I'm glad I was able to get my car and make it through the whole process with my legs and arms in tact.

The service is good - the waiting area and show room is excellent and comfortable BUT as with ALL dealerships I have dealt with in my lifetime, I know nothing about what is necessary-what is not AND the final bill total is ALWAYS twice as much or more than what I was expecting to shell out for the service I thought I needed. For example: paid $300+ for fuel injection cleaning and wonder if all that was done was to empty a $5 can of STP into the tank. Always leave EVERY dealership that I have dealt with feeling taken advantage of.

I drove out of state to come here when we seen an ad on a car we wanted. We talked to Dakota on the phone before going and she wanted to make sure the car was ready for us before we made that long drive there. After the dreadful traffic we finally got to the entrance and was greeted and they offered coffee, I needed it lol I had the pleasure of meeting Jeannette who assisted me. I took my privately acquired Camry in for a multi point inspection, emissions test, and CarPlay installation (without an appointment) - all were completed on the spot with minimal trouble or cost. A day after my visit, I discovered that the previous owner’s license plates wouldn’t come off the car - the screws were rusted on. I brought it back in, again with no appointment, and the service department replaced the screws and plates on the spot, free of charge!
If the sales department is anything like service, I’m sure I’ll eventually be trading in my Camry for a newer vehicle from Hartford Toyota.

Purchasing a car is no easy task as it partakes extensive hours of searching, analyzing and then finding out what will be the best option for you financially. During this process Jeanette ( a sales representative ) was very attentive, very helpful & very realistic and honest. She did a great job at allowing me to find the best car for me. Once I picked the car Tony the financial director was EXTREMELY helpful at explaining the leasing & financing options as well & he helped me find the best option for me. Finally during the last step I was helped by Carlos also an amazing representative who was very attentive, very thorough at explaining the process and made the entire process extremely painless. I went on the first Saturday that the Superstore was allowed more than one person in the showroom at a time. The process was a little hectic at the start, but is TOTALLY understandable given that it was the first time they were opening up to many people after working with such low numbers for so long. After we got the ball rolling, I was treated very respectfully by all parties and felt as though my time was valued. I ended up leaving that day with the model car I had my eye on. The vehicle was delivered as promised with no hidden or additional costs (which I have experienced before elsewhere) everything was put right in front of me and explained thoroughly. Dave my salesman knew the vehicle in and out, and Eduardo made the financial end painless. Dakota was quick to respond to my requests and courteously followed up after each communication. The experience that I had at this dealership is beyond words. I have never bought a car before, so I had no idea what to expect and after an awful experience at a different dealership, I was not sure what was coming. But this staff was absolutely amazing! I bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla TODAY. My credit wasn't stellar and I didn't qualify for many of the incentives, but the sales associate, Guy, went above and beyond to make sure that I was in the best car for me that I could afford. When I went in today, on a Saturday, I was fully anticipating not leaving with a car for about a week with a high interest rate. I was told that I could leave TODAY through some miracle of insurance and financing. I left for awhile while the car was being washed and prepared and when I came back, I was told by Tony in finance that he had managed to get me an absolutely INCREDIBLE interest rate. The whole experience was nothing short of amazing and I will forever be referring people back to this dealership and they have gained a customer for life.

Update - So this review needs amending. After posting my issues I was contacted by the service manager. He went above and beyond to fix all the issues. He contacted Toyota to have them cover the parts under warranty (even though I was out of warranty) and waived the labor fees. I was given a car for the day of the service and compensated for my uber rides. Truly service recovery like I have never seen before.
Absolutely horrible experience. Was just told 1750 to fix locks on my car...1750 that is probably 10 percent of the cars value. I could probably buy a car with working locks for 1750. Also the locks failed independently of each other - 3 of them which seems weirdly coincidental and just super poor quality. The pickup service he said will not really work due to traffic and I was told I would be better off getting a ride - why offer the service if people can't use it. That is one reason to use the dealer cause they can bring you to and from work. Local place is going to do the locks for $800 - we are done with the dealer.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the Hartford Toyota Group. I've always been skeptical of the whole "car salesman" thing but the team in the office did not give me that vibe at all. My salesman, Mike B, was very helpful, warm and friendly. He even came in on his day off (very commendable!) to help me get settled. My previous car had been totalled and I was stressed trying to buy a new car. As a single mom, I was nervous about the whole process but Mike helped me and made me feel comfortable adjusting with the new car. I had already contacted 5 other dealerships over two weeks. Was not in a good mood because all the other Toyota dealers B.S. Showed up on time and they had the car ready and waiting. They spent most of the time showing me how to use it. Everyone was nice and professional even with me being short and to the point. Now the BEST part, the price I was given was the price I drove away paying to the penny! NO and I mean NO extra charges, None! Let me say that again. No extra charges, taxes, or fees. Thank you Andie Montanez for the under 10 minutes paperwork. Now I have a new Rav4 with a no added cost lifetime limited powertrain warranty! Total time I spent at Hartford store in my one and only trip there was about 54 minutes. I plan on coming back to buy another vehicle soon because it is worth the drive to deal with professionals.

Very pleased with my car buying experience at Hartford Toyota. About 2 weeks ago I was looking for a secondary vehicle to help with large shopping trips for my restaurant and found a 2007 highlander online. A friend of mine recommended to see Sonia in sales, so I went down right away and asked to see Sonia. When I arrived at Hartford Toyota I was greeted by a gentleman in management and I told him I was looking to see Sonia about a used highlander. Even though she was preoccupied with 2 other customers, she showed me the respect to come by and see what I was there for. I told her I understand shes busy and wanted to lay eyes on the car real quick to make sure we weren't wasting each others time. The car was great, managment was great, I came in first thing the next morning to take delivery and finance was a breeze. My salesman was Francis. He was a doll. Funny, patient, knowledgeable and personable. Others may differ, but if I am going to part with a huge chunk of money, I want to get the sense that I can come back to this person sometime in the future if I have a problem (with the car, of course) and he will be there to make it right.
No need to go into details, but even though we haggled for over an hour on the price, I closed the deal feeling stress-free and confident that I had made the right choice to buy the car at the price I did, with this dealership. When the paperwork was going into overtime, the entire team was there, after-hours on a Sunday, patiently working for me to make sure I would drive the car out that evening. Yes, it is in their interest, but some people make it feel like torture when they are getting your business. Not these guys.
Since my purchase, I have raised a number of other issues with the dealership team (new accessories, plates, etc...), and they have all been there 100%.
My only complaint is their coffee. Yuck! If you want good coffee when purchasing a car, don't come to these guys. Otherwise, you are in good hands.

I had a very positive car buying experience. I had a couple cars in mind that I wanted to test drive and research. Dave took me on a test drive of the Prius and did a good job of highlighting the car's safety features. He also sold the included warranties and the service work they do at the dealership. I think he would have been happy to sell me right then, but understood I wasn't ready to make a decision and backed off. I test drove a car at another dealership and spent the week weighing the cars I saw and researching before deciding on the Prius. I appreciated that Dakota followed up at the end of the week rather than calling me all week. When she called back I was ready to move forward and things moved quickly from there. Dave did a good job of explaining the options and after I purchased the car, making sure I knew how everything worked. It was a very easy experience and I look forward to visiting Hartford Toyota again for service.

I went to Hartford Toyota earlier in May. I was greeted at the door by Leslie. He came inside with me and we sat for some time and discussed what I was looking for and my options. Leslie was very knowledgeable and kind enough to answer All of my questions without getting frustrated or tired of them, because there were many! We test drove a car and we talked about features. When we got back I explained what I did not like about the car and my concerns. Leslie immediately said "then we must try something better for you". I explained that I travel for work and am in my car all day. I let him know that comfort was so important because of this. We found another car and it worked out great.
Leslie was very attentive and patient with me, as I hesitated to sign anything without 100% understanding of what I was doing. He explained to me multiple times and was very calm and reassuring and he took the time to explain why he thought something would or would not work for my situation.
Marc was honest and knowledgeable and made sure that you also understood what you were signing before you signed. As my first car buying experience I would tell you how fortunate I was to work with an Amazing team. People that did not make me feel like a bottom line and were willing to make the experience a great one.
I Highly recommend working with Leslie, especially if you are nervous, or don't have much experience with buying or leasing. His attitude and willingness to work with you and inform you puts you at ease and he never pushes anything. He let me come to all the decisions by myself but provided information so that I was confident in my decision.

We had an appointment with Dave on Sunday and we could not make it. He called up an hour after and asking nicely if we are still coming and when we said sorry no, he was very polite and understanding even though he had the car ready for us. We ended up coming in on Monday and had to drive 2 hrs from Troy NY and he understood the challenges and said the car was well worth the trip and he was right. No pressure sales but was right about the price and condition. We drove the car home and had a minor electrical problem on a switch and instead of saying sorry not my problem he went in to bat for us and is going to get it resolve at no cost to us, wow. I know I can trust they will keep their promise. Normally you drive off and they forget your name. It could have left a bump in our purchase experience, a gift to our son, however Dave and the dealership made it a great experience. Still smiling.

We live in Troy NY so it was a 2 hour drive to Hartford. So we called first to make sure the car was worth the trip. thanks to Dakota she went the extra mile, went out checked the car and even did the smell test for us, none smoker none dog as best she could guess and called me right back within 10 minutes with her honest opinion of the car. Even though knowing that we were coming in on her day off and someone else would be selling us the car, she made sure everything was set up and ready. We delayed the trip by a day and we were so happy to meet her, once again someone else ended up selling the car to us but she still greeted us with a friendly smile super helpful and cheerful and knowledgeable.

Both Mikes went out of their way to first let my wife drive both cars to feel how it would be daily, and then to give us the best possible deal. After we closed the deal, our positive experience continued with a great person called Tony Mumtaz that signed us on the papers and explained everything in details (Thank you Tony). We scheduled a remote start installation for two days later and this was also a different experience than the one we had with our previous car brand. I have always been a Honda owner, but when a friend introduced me to her 2017 Prius Prime, I had to investigate it for myself. I showed up at the Hartford Toyota Superstore, mid afternoon of Memorial Day. I was met by Gabe and things went smoothly from there. He was informative about the car, answered all of my questions and provided good advice. I never felt that this was a hard sell. After the test drive, I was converted to this car. They gave me a great deal on my 2010 CRV and the Memorial Day sale was also a great deal. They also didn't call us once a day annoyingly like other dealerships. We arrived at the dealership and the two cars were sitting there ready for us. The salesperson Devin McMahon showed both of my daughters every feature of their new cars and how to operate them. He was very friendly and helpful. We were then taken to one of the offices and after a few signatures the cars were ours. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family! It was so worth the 5 hour car ride!

We visited this dealership to look for a Tundra for my husband. He had one many years ago and has wanted one again ever since. Five weeks ago he was hit head-on by another driver, totaling his current vehicle and causing catastrophic injuries to my husband. This was the 4th dealership I had went to. I had bad experiences at the other 3 and put in an internet request here to try again. Natalie put me in touch with Mike who was able to ease my concerns answer some questions and give me a good price estimate over the phone. The price given was several hundred better then any other dealership had given me right off the bat. I'm talking several hundred less then any other dealers price after "negotiation". One of the other sales people at another dealership even suggested the price Hartford gave me was so low they were probably selling me a demo car. Nope, I checked and asked at the dealership, it was not a demo and everything was still packaged up. When I got to the dealership I was handed off to Dave, who was easy-going and not pushy. He still explained some things about the car that some of the other guys hadn't and seemed to know more about how the car actually worked then the other salesmen too. Process to get the deal written up and then pickup the car and sign all the paperwork went smoothly and quick. They showed me everything on the car and made sure I really knew how everything worked and was set up before I left. The experience here was excellent and much better then anywhere else I had been.

Three years ago, my husband and I leased our first vehicle at Hartford Toyota. With a baby on the way and two young children at home, we were looking for a vehicle that would accommodate our growing family. I had never leased before, so I was a bit anxious about the process. We dealt directly with Rich McAllister, Jr. along with Tony in Finance and they made the experience incredibly positive. Fast forward to three years later at the end of our lease, I was not sure about how the lease process would end and what to do next. My husband and I made an appointment with Patricia to come in and discuss our lease-end options. Though we thought about "shopping" at other dealers, going back to Toyota and working with Lui Gillen and Rich Jr. again sealed the deal that we were definitely going to stay. Lui and Rich made the process seamless, answered all questions that we had and were available to chat any time that I needed them. We spoke with Rich, Jr. about our financial plan for the vehicle and he was completely transparent with us about what we would be able to do with the money that we had to put down. When we were ready to trade our vehicle in, Lui began all the paperwork prior to us coming in and spoke with the insurance company so that everything would be ready when we arrived. Once there, we worked with Dave Goduti who was also amazing, incredibly knowledgeable and also helped moved the process along so that we weren't spending a long time at the dealership. We dealt with Tony again for the financial end and he was just as wonderful as last time...so friendly and great with my two youngest children who came along for the trip. Dave gave us his business card and told us to contact him at any point with any questions about the vehicle or functions inside of the vehicle. I had a question about payments a few days after we left, so I contacted Dave and he responded right away and contacted Tony for me to ask my question. Overall, we are extremely happy with the service and with the outstanding employees that we have dealt with from start to finish. I would also like to add that all of my service appointments during my first three years of leasing, every employee who came to pick up my vehicle where I work and every mechanic that I dealt with have all been fantastic! But TK showed me the brand new one, took me for a test drive, and him and his manager gave me an amazing deal that i could not turn down. He knew i was in love with that sport model with the extra features so he did what he could to make it affordable and comfortable for me. Now I did not buy my car here ( Got it at another dealer). I can't say enough good things about this place. VERRY friendly. We made an appointment from seeing a car on line. They had the car already pulled up and the sales rep was very knowledgeable on that car. It didn't have all the options that it said it did on line, but they said they would honor the listing and make it right.
Like I said we didn't buy a car from them only because there was another with less miles at the same price. That being said I would definitely recommend this place for others.
The only down side is that it's next to a "gentlemans club' if you're into that, that's cool, but don't bring the kiddos

The car we initially went to test drive was ten years old. While the used car was beautiful (and impeccably maintained), we felt more at ease knowing that the maintenance and service would be included with the newer, leased car. After choosing my mother's model (she went for the Super White exterior which is gorgeous), it was time to sit down with Eduardo over in the Finance Department. Eduardo made the process as easy and stress-free as possible. He laid out all of the maintenance/service package options, and was never pushy. Once my mother found a package she felt was the best fit, he was able to customize it to her needs. The rest of the staff at Hartford Toyota was also very friendly. We were offered refreshments by team members who we weren't directly working with, which made us feel very welcomed and at ease (and showed us what a great team they are). By the time we wrapped everything up, it was almost closing time. We never felt rushed, nor did the time negatively affect our experience. Jeannette scheduled a detailing appointment for later in the week due to there not being enough time to do so before driving the car home that evening. When I walked in to Hartford Toyota Lisa greeted me and within minutes introduced me to Jim Palumbo; she said, "he will take care of you." And he did! He was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. I looked up the Rav4 on their website which was great and set an appointment with Leslie Richam to test drive and proceed with the sale. I went to the dealer to look at used cars. Met Mike Pembroke. He was very helpful showing me the used Camry's they had available. At that time was not sure what make or model of car I wanted. He worked with me and I drove a couple of cars.
I then went to other dealers to drive other cars I had in mind. I went back to Toyota and Mike spent quite a bit of time with me. They did not have the color I wanted in a used car. He suggested a new car and he volunteered to show me how their leases worked. My knowledge of leasing a car was very dated and he explained very clearly how a lease works today. He answered all my questions. I again had to think it over and left the dealership. Two days later I returned and drove the car I had liked again. At that time, after all my questions were answered I decided to lease the car. There was no pressure and I felt comfortable I had made a good decision.
The next day I picked up my new Camry. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and made sure I was happy. It was a very positive experience, Mike was very patient and made sure I was comfortable with my choice. I love my new car!

After a very disappointing and frustrating experience in 2010 I was confident I would not return. As my lease came to it's maturity I received a friendly reminder email from Tina Zarlenga and after a few emails she had me convinced the store has changed.
Tina was absolutely correct and my experience this time around was outstanding.
As I arrived I was politely greeted at the front counter and was introduced to my salesman Dave Goduti. Dave was great to work with and attentive to my car buying wishes. He assisted me in discussing all my options with my ending lease and we then proceeded to purchase the leased vehicle.
My second goal was to get a second car. Dave was very good about showing me my options. I left with a second car and a great experience. Rich McAllister Jr. was also very attentive to my situation and was there step by step. Even went out of his way to help fix the issues I had back in 2010.

My car buying experience with Jill was the best I ever encountered in my 25 years of buying cars. I was shopping locally at first spending hours at dealerships getting the run round so I decided to broaden my search for a better deal. Jill at Hartford Toyota is 3.5 hours away from me and it was well worth the drive. Jill and I did most of the deal through email with a couple of phone calls thrown in. She was very quick to respond and was always very helpful. I asked her to send me some pictures of the truck I was buying and she had them to me in 10 min, thats awesome service.
The day I went to pick up the truck went so smooth. Gaetano Pagliano who was also helping out on this deal was a pleasure to work with and had me in and out in an hour. The deal couldn't have gone any better.

Since Calr Maratta left The service department , their hasn't been good service. My last service there the associate didn't listen to my request for service, I called to speak to the manager and customer service is really good at screening calls they sent me to voice mail. I left a message for the assistant manager and he never bothered to return my call.
Recently, I made another mistake, thinking that I could trust Hartford Toyota, I bought a certified vehicle, only to find that the carpeting had a big hole , which had been concealed a mat.I will never trust these snakes again

and I can say that I was very pleased with the service that I received from
from Lisa Taylor,( service advisor.)Lisa took the time to listen to me. In the past, I had taken my vehicle in for maintenance and the service advisor was rude ,condescending and did not listen , he acted as if he were talking to his child. After my car was serviced, Lisa took the time to go over the inspection sheet and explained and answered my questions. which was unlike my previous maintenance appointments At the end of my visit, Lisa drove the car out of the bay for me.. In the future, I am going to look for Lisa Taylor as my service advisor. I hope that management and the other service advisors would take notice and learn from Lisa on how to treat customers.

I recently purchased my second car in less than 12 months from Hartford Toyota. Last year Andrew Lombardo was incredibly helpful in ordering me a brand new Tacoma. Andrew has since been promoted and this time around I dealt with Michael Delemos. I showed up on a Saturday having thoroughly researched the Toyota Prius. I came in to test drive one really just to make sure I didn't hate it. Michael was very well informed about the vehicle. He and my wife came with me for a test drive during which he was very cordial and answered all of my questions. At the end of the test drive I was up front with Mike about my intentions which were to call around to all local dealers in order to solicit the best price. Mike appreciated this and asked that instead of talking price that day, that I come back to him last and offer him the opportunity to beat whatever price I had in mind (this is what I did with the Tacoma). I did exactly that.
Mike and I went back and forth via text a few days later. We were initially about $1k apart but he ultimately agreed to my asking price. Hartford Toyota did not have a vehicle on the lot with the specs I was looking for, but they sourced one from another dealer and had it on the lot the next day. 24 hours after agreeing in principal to pricing via text I was driving off the lot in the vehicle.
Price is #1 for me when purchasing a new vehicle but the customer service I have been shown at Hartford Toyota by both Michael and Andrew as well as other employees I've interacted with over the past year while servicing my Tacoma has been phenomenal. I have never felt pushed around or that I was just another sale. All employees are very friendly and genuine, especially Andrew and Mike.
I value the relationship that I have established with the folks at Hartford Toyota and when my wife begins her search for a new vehicle in the next few months the search will start and end in Hartford.

I purchased a 2010 Hyundai Sonata yesterday from Thisady Khongdy. As a fellow sales professional, my customer service standards are set high. I found TK to be motivated, sincere and extremely courteous. He did all he could to make my experience at Hartford Toyota as pleasant as possible. During our initial meeting, he provided me with a Carfax Report for the vehicle I was interested in immediately, which I appreciated. Moreover, he was very patient on the two test drives we took together, answering all of my questions to the best of his knowledge. After my first visit, he also made himself available to me with follow up emails/calls for help or questions.
What I found to be most impressive, however, is when I requested to take the vehicle to my own personal mechanic to be inspected, he encouraged me to do so with confidence.
After we concluded with the paperwork, he followed me with my new car back home so I was able to drop off the Jeep I had driven to the dealership with. This eliminated the need for me to get a ride back to Hartford the following day to pick up the car, making things very convenient.
In conclusion, TK was extremely accommodating throughout the entire purchase process which put me at ease during what can potentially be a stressful time. I truly enjoyed working with TK! He is an invaluable asset to Hartford Toyota and I highly recommend him to all car shoppers! Thank you again, TK!

For example, usually, 1-10 ratings with 10 as best service. I recall the review I completed as set up in the other direction with 1 as best service. My intentions are:
Hartford Toyota Superstore directed to service representative, Brandon Chin. I visited for service on 12/18/18.
Brandon was professional and took his time to review a conversational history about my car and its service. He made recommendations and asked me questions about the vehicle. Brandon also printed up his advice on parts and labor. He navigated me through what was needed for parts and service and what future expectations would be for service.
He is a true fiduciary advisor.
If 10 is the best rating for an advisor, Brandon receives a 9.
Recommending others to Hartford Toyota would be a 9 also.
Comments left at previous review;
Critically, there should be a more facilitated manner of recalling specific history of the vehicle instead of recalling from memory or reviewing each paper invoice, in order to avoid duplication of what services may be needed.
Brandon recommended well and is trustworthy as an advisor.
Later, at home, I reviewed toyota Highlander’s timing belt and water pump was replaced in 2012 at 71,000 miles. Now, at 182,000 miles, Brandon recommended replacement of these parts along with Toyota’s recommendation. Brandon left me with a list of services I would be able to direct at a more appropriate time for vehicle and for my peace of mind.

A little over a week ago, I took my Tacoma for it's 15,000 mile service check. 2 years ago I said to Lilia; "Tundra is my dream truck", every time I visit the dealership for maintenance, she remembers that. I saw Lilia from afar, she welcomed me as a Toyota family member and after a brief conversation, I asked Lilia to test-drive one of the Tundras. And oh boy!, at that moment I saw the finalization of my dream come to an end. Lilia and her team worked for an entire week to get the numbers to where it was affordable within my budget and after so many years, she made my dream a reality. Walked-In, met Ilia Browne; told her what I was looking for and she met my expectations from the truck selection through the payment amount. So this is my first experience buying a vehicle from a dealership. I knew Hartford Totota had a good reputation, as my mother has worked with them in the past and also I have a coworker who previously was employed by them and gave me the inside scoop. I had been researching SUVs for a couple of months prior and was keeping my eye on two particular vehicles they had in their inventory. On my first visit, I met Adam Foley who greeted me with a level of respect which I appreciated. We talked about my interests, my financial situation, and the buying process in general. I took a test drive with him and his level of knowledge concerning all makes of vehicles and genuine honesty had truly impressed. Now here's where they earned a customer for life...My credit situation isn't horrible, I just don't have any, which can be just as bad. There was about a 10K difference between the two vehicles and On my second visit I was basically approved to purchase it. That would have meant a bigger payday for the dealership. Instead of pushing me to sign, Adam took a timeout to explain how the financial aspect works and after taking a few days considering the details, I concluded that opting for my second choice was the smarter play. So on my final visit (signing/pick-up day) I had one last obstacle to hurdle. I needed a copy of my insurance. Adam took a 1 1/2 round trip drive with me to go and pick it up!!! Who else does that. I visited 4 other dealerships during this whole process and none came close to the level of class Hartford Toyota has and it's because they have guys like Adam on their staff. It's two months later now and I am one happy man. I drive a beautiful 4X4, have a easy payment, and am building my credit exponentially in the meantime. Definitely go to Hartford Toyota and MAKE SURE to ask for Adam.

My certified 2012 Camry LE buying experience at this store was good. Chen Cheng was helpful with showing the car and explaining my options with the purchase. Gloria Fernandez was very friendly, and detailed all the paperwork in a lucid manner. However, I won't rate my experience excellent because-
(a) I didn't receive any discount off the internet price despite my request.
(b) The $200 VIN etching charges shouldn't be charged to customers, who didn't ask for it. And many dealers waive it.
(c) Car exterior detailing could have been way better. Though they masked few scratches on left door, there were many more obvious scratches on the left rear bumper.
(d) Later I found faint stains on the passenger and driver seat, scratches on the front passenger window edge, and on front overhead storage above the windshield. I've already spent $50 in buying stuff for detailing the upholstery better.

I got my oil changed with their service special. I always like to go to the dealer to get things done but sometimes the cost is too high. Not this time, it was 32.67. Plus, they treated me great. Carl, the service guy was very POLITE, very nice, and very professional. It was a great experience. This is a real review from a real person.

Jennifer Rinaldi reached out to me and asked what car I liked. I told her I wanted a Scion tC, but I was pretty confident there was no way they could get me into an affordable payment within my budget. My wife bought her first car in Hartford Toyota. Therefore we went back and least a 2014 highlander. I guess it was something new they were trying because it was 2016 and they allowed us to least a 2014. The car was certify however It had a crash bumper in the front and the back was also crashed. I asked them to fix both but they fixed the crash bumper but the back Dent they just dent it back out a little bit. At first I said whatever it looks good however now I'm scare that it will chip and rust. It don't stop there!!!! I complain about the tire pressure light and they said put air in the tire and it should go away but it didn't. I just kept putting air and air I even put a picture so it will stop annoying me (the light). I thought it was the sensor so I kept going with it like that. Brought it for service and told them about it and they said they fix it again the light came on and the tire kept getting empty. After a year of that I brought it back and they told me I need new tires (2) and brake 800 gone. I pay for somebody else negligence I got the truck with 30,000 something miles. I only put 25000 miles and it has 50000 now so I wonder what tires are those that they put on these truck. I take care of it too because I lease to buy so its not something I drive crazy. To Finnish the bad experience the car was scratch because I left it over night !!!!! To get the 800 dollar service. 3 stat because Cassandra and Luis from service was nice!!!!!

I purchased my first car from Hartford Toyota on 3/19/16. I just recently moved to Hartford and made and appointment to have my Yaris serviced, as an afterthought I figured I would look at some new vehicles while I was there. I was hooked up with Luis who I talked to about my budget and preferences and he got me into a Scion iA which was an amazing price with a lot of features. Anyway I loved the car so I decided that was what I wanted. I had to wait a few days to pick up because as a new CT resident I needed to get a license here before they would let me take it home. To my surprise when I came to pick the car up on the following Tuesday, the GM (I believe he was the GM) Tony had pulled some strings because of my military background and gotten me an amazing loan even with my slightly subpar credit. Luis also came and picked me up from my apartment in downtown so that I didn't have to arrange for other transportation. Everyone at the dealership was amazing professional and friendly, they took great care of me as an individual and I would recommend anyone looking to buy a Toyota, even if you're a little bit outside the area, take the time to give these guys a visit. It was a great, no hassle car buying experience.

We were fortunate to have her as our salesperson. She proved to be friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to understand what we were looking for. Or, in a single word, she was "helpful" - exactly the type of salesperson we wanted! Over the course of the next week or 2, Chen answered our many questions as we tried to decide which Toyota model best fit our needs. I recently purchased my second Toyota Highlander... When I woke up that morning, it was not my intent to drive away in a new car. When my wife and I arrived, we were introduced to Dave Goduti. He seemed pleasant enough, greeting us with a warm hand shake and telling us the car was already warmed up and waiting for us. He was a jovial man with a big smile and a welcoming manner. He ushered us both outside and got us situated- I behind the wheel and my wife in the back seat. He directed us out of the parking lot, and onto the highway. Usually, the test drive is "directed" by the sales person- 'turn left... take next right... etc' Dave told me just drive until I want to turn around. I appreciated being in charge and control. It gave me the feeling he was 1- confident in the car's capability to handle anything, and 2- respectful of me and my desires to get a good feeling for the car in my own way. During the drive, he got to know us as people, rather than just focusing on the car. He did interject little bits of info about the differences between my current highlander and this one- size differences, performance differences, features, etc. We headed back to the dealership, and asked me my thoughts. I told him it seemed like a good car, and was a good driving experience, though I wished I could have seen the AWD in action but couldn't imagine how. He instructed me to drive the car to the back of the property where the snow had not yet been plowed completely. I did as he said, not quite sure where this was going to end. He then had me drive through high deep snow banks, over icy patches, up/down steep inclines, and into conditions that more closely simulated realistic winter driving conditions. The car performed incredibly well, handling every challenge I posed to it. No snow bank, ice chunk, or slick patch was too much for the AWD feature. It was a highly unusual but incredibly valuable test drive experience. Dave wanted me to get EVERYTHING I wanted out of this test drive experience. We went back into the office and sat for a while. I was expecting this to be it, perhaps a "Let me know when your ready to talk/have a nice day" ending. But Dave instead sat and talked with us- asking us about what we wanted, what our concerns were, and getting a good idea of where we were coming from. We expressed our financial scenario with him and he listened sincerely. He was finally able to find a way to make it work for us- there was no haggling, there was no "this is my final number" game, it just was what it was. He didn't push us, he didn't pull us, he just presented the numbers, adjusting what he could to make it work. He wasn't really trying to "sell" us the car, but rather help us "buy" the car. It made a typically stressful situation far more relaxed. We weren't first time buyers, but he removed a lot of the "been there/done that" feeling of jaded "car salesmen" attitude. Dave is a real asset to Toyota of Hartford. You are fortunate to have him, and I will be recommending him to friends and family. You can also expect me to contact him for my next Toyota. Thanks Dave! Marc Clemons- also made the financial side of the deal very easy. Even when we wavered back and forth on the wrap around coverage- he patiently went with us showing us the numbers, working out the details, explaining the fine text. He's a fine upright individual who made his part of the buying experience as easy as it could have been. Thanks Marc! At my first visit to Hartford Toyota I had visited two other local dealerships. I knew what my options were with my trade in and what car I wanted. Sales associate Lui Gillen took the time to explain all the features offered in the new model Highlander I was looking at. He helped me weigh the benefits of purchasing new vs pre-owned, and leasing vs. purchasing. He was knowledgable and low pressure. Ultimately he and his manager Jim offered me the same payment I found at the previous dealership but without the $1000 down payment the other dealership required. I was able to leave that day with my new Highlander and I couldn’t be more thrilled. On a side note about my Highlander...i have been driving all around town all week and I’ve barely broken the 3/4 mark on my gas tank! It’s one of those cars you don’t want to get out of and I’ll admit I look at it each time I walk away from it. When I had questions about my financing and about one of the technology features (post-purchase) they were answered in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Hartford Toyota and I highly recommend the new 2018 Toyota Highlander!

Despite the new job, he went out of his way to help me and pave the way for a great experience. My salesman, Henry Montgomery, was awesome from beginning to end. There was a slight glitch with the initial pickup and Henry even offered to bring the car to me. Henry explained all the features of the car, paired my phone, and made sure the the car mats and second key were waiting when I picked up the car.

I take ownership of my third new Toyota Tundra Limited in eight years from Hartford Toyota Superstore.
Starting with the new 2011 full size. Truck of the Year!! Then a 2014 to maximize equity,. And now, the 2019 Tundra Limited which is awesome and will be my blast to the last.. The technical and safety upgrades since 2014 are so very impressive. Old bugs eliminated. My insurance actually went down by $3 per six months because of the safety enhancements. I'm insuring a 2019!!

I came into the dealership wanting to buy a new car, but not needing a new car. I had a two-year old Subaru. I went in wanting to look at a Rav4. the one on the dealership floor was the one I wanted. a real sweet magnetic grey with a pinstripe Luis Gillen came over right away to help. he answered all of my questions, was thoroughly knowledgeable and more than willing to schlep outside in the pouring rain to describe the difference between the different versions of the Rav4. it took no time at all to put dealer plates on a car and to take it out for a test drive.
When we negotiated the price, I thought that I got a good amount on my trade-in. I think I was offered a good deal, so I bought the car.
throughout the process, Luis was personable, knowledgeable and helpful.
I purchased the 8-year, 80,000 mile warranty because I felt it was a good deal. I did not feel pressured when dealing with the paperwork

Back in August, purchased a Toyota Rav4 Hybid Limited. Now we've leased the 2018 Toyota Camry XSE V6. OUTSTANDING - I had read a number of negative reviews and I can assure you that in my opinion, the dealership, in reorganizing and bringing in new talent, has taken the proper steps to correct any deficiencies. I arrived with a specific car and agenda in mind ( Corolla, standard package, no options or accessories ) and was within a minute John Bartell was working to make it happen. Absolutely no hard sale ( I would have walk out if there was ) and very willing to meet my wish for a quick best and final price. Needless to say I purchased my new 2014 Corolla within 2 days.
……..My only MINOR negative comment is the mandatory window VIN etching that apparently every vehicle on the lot has – if I want it I will ask for it……

I first started with Rich McAllister who listened to my needs and showed me a few cars, he was very attentive and understood what I was looking for and what was in my price range. He looked at my trade-in and then assigned me to Mike Delemos. My Daughter and I were interested in Leasing a New 2018 Corolla for her first vehicle to drive to work, school and around town where we live. We heard such great things about Toyota of Hartford and wasted no time and drive up their. When we arrived and were walking to go inside, we were immediately, greeted outside and welcomed by two Salesmen who were outside helping out other Customers. They were smiling, took time to acknowledge us walking outside the Dealership and say hello. Already feeling so welcomed, we entered the Reception area and to our suprise, the Receptionist greeted us with a big smile and welcomed us right away and asked us what they could help us with. We had a vehicle in mind that we were already interested in.
Immediately, a Salesman, by the name of Luis Gillian introduced himself to us. Again, very nice, smiling and he was very attentive to our needs and what we were looking for in a vehicle. He sat us down, spoke to us about all the Toyota Corollas that were on the lot. As soon as my Daughter expressed what she was looking for, Luis wasted no time and we were directed outside and within 5 minutes or less, showed my Daughter exactly what she was looking for! I couldn’t believe how quickly we found her dream car. We took the car for a test drive with Luis and he pointed out different features to her and was extremely knowledgeable of everything. When we returned, we were so happy, we wasted no time and we were ready to take the next step.
We were feeling so confident with this purchase and in no time, were ready to move forward. Luis quickly introduced us to another gentlemen. His name was Tony Mumtaz, who is the Director of Finance. He greeted us with a big smile and was extremely so kind and attentive to our needs. We knew we were in great hands with Tony, who went above and beyond for myself and my Daughter. My Daughter rarely asks questions, but she felt so comfortable speaking with Tony Mumtaz and asking him about her other options. The best choice we made was to lease a Corolla. We felt so comfortable talking to him and he took the time to listen to my Daughter and made sure she was happy with her decision. We knew Leasing the Toyota Corolla was the perfect way to go and so affordable for her. Tony took the time to sit and listen to all of our concerns and questions and was extremely knowledgeable and made the entire process so easy for us to understand. He didn’t rush us to sign papers, which I found other Dealerships to do. Instead, he explained in great detail what we needed to sign and what it was for. He made the process of Leasing the Corolla such a breeze! Tony Mumtaz was so professional and kind to myself and my Daughter. From the second I parked onto there lot I was just amazed, everything was very clean well kept, they had a huge selection of different vehicles to choose from so I started looking around. We all know now what happens next, a pushy salesman will be over any minute to put me into whatever vehicle that is best for them!! well that is totally wrong, I had this very nice extremely knowledgeable salesman GAETANO PAGLIANO come over to me introduced himself explained how Hartford Toyota works and how the cars are all parked out on there enormous lot, so that way it will make it a lot easier for me to look around. Gaetano was not pushy at all in fact very helpful. he was extremely concerned about what brought me in and what Our family's needs were in our next vehicle. WOW completely different from any were else we have ever been or looked at. I felt very comfortable here at that point I realized Gaetano really was concerned about myself/my family/ and my long term needs/happiness with our purchase. I thought we were there to buy a new car thinking a Toyota Camry witch was a gorgeous vehicle, se special edition, I thought we were all set. But me and my wife have always wanted a truck and we expressed that to Gaetano but had thought it was just too far out of reach. After Gaetano explained the pros/cons and benefits of the new Toyota Tacoma versus the new Toyota Camry we were looking at we just couldn't make up our minds. I want to thank everyone at Toyota Superstore for their superb service all the way around. I was driving alone from Massachusetts to Pennsylvania when my car started to act very oddly, the check engine light came on and the car began to shudder. I pulled off at a travel center and long story short, got a AAA tow from Willington to the dealer on Sunday afternoon. The folks at Superstore were very kind and took my information, my keys and my car. I was able to spend the night in Hartford (thank you, Holiday Inn) and get the hotel shuttle back to the dealer Monday morning. To my very happy surprise, Toyota Superstore took my car in first thing Monday morning and got me on the road before 10:00 AM. (The problem was a coil pack.) It was further than I usually drive in one day, but I made it all the way home (300 miles) by 5:00 PM. I was pretty shaken to find myself alone in this situation, but it all worked out fine and it's thanks to the fine folks at Toyota Superstore.

Several years ago I purchased a 2010 Toyota Tacoma, the initial process of buying the truck including the financing was simple, quick and hassle free. Since then the Service Department at Hartford Toyota has been there every step of the way - from regular service like oil-changes to solving any issues from daily driving, my Tacoma has remained well cared for at a great price and with the comfort of having only Toyota Certified Technicians to address any needs.
Knowing all of that, the decision to use Hartford Toyota again this past weekend to lease a new Toyota Highlander was an easy one and of course, Hartford Toyota continued to impress.
The staff were quick with returning calls and working with us to create the perfect Lease within our budget. They took in our current Ford lease and handled returning the old car to the appropriate dealership which saved us time and the hassle of coordinating the end of lease with another company.
Needless to say that the new Highlander is a fantastic edition to our family and now having 2 vehicles from Hartford Toyota in our garage makes life even more easy.
We will be back in a couple of years to get a new lease and find the perfect car or truck for our son when he gets his license!

After I hunted for my car through many CT dealerships, I found Tina + Jill helpful in getting the Car Fax and info on a Used Certified Vehicle via phone and email. They were on top of things. Quick + Fast Response. I told them I didn't want to waste my time driving out to check the car if the car smelled like smoke. No Problem. They said they would have a NON Smoker check it out and get back to me. Within a couple of hours within the same day, they said no smoke smell.
I drive in and was introduced to Guy. He has been doing this for 12 years which in auto sales mean's "he's good at it". Through the process, I got to find out why he is good. You see.... I did my research on this car and have gained more knowledge from dealership hopping along the way. My knowledge helped me gauge his integrity. He passed with flying colors. I grilled him on everything I could think of and he answered with direct eye contact without any hesitation. You can tell that he loves what he does, because he'll go out of his way to show extra features that can be missed in a good quality test drive.
I would also like to acknowledge that when he says he'll do it, he will. He went out of his way to make me happy more than once. He is a man of integrity and a man of his word. He's a good GUY.

My wife and I recently purchased a new 2013 Rav4 from Hartford Toyota Superstore, and I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle. Rich McAllister Jr., our sales manager, has been excellent to work with every step of the way. We initially visited Hartford Toyota on a busy Saturday afternoon and within minutes Rich was helping us, including bringing us on a test drive of the Rav4. Since my wife is the primary driver of the vehicle, I wanted her to have a chance to drive several other makes before deciding which one she wanted to buy. We ended up visiting the dealership two different weekends to test drive the Rav4 before deciding it was the right car for us. Rich supported this decision making process, and I never got the sense that I was being pushed into purchasing a vehicle on the spot like you do at some dealerships.
Once we decided on the Rav4, I did some comparison pricing and Rich helped us get a great deal on the purchase without the pain of having to haggle back and forth on price, which was important to me from a buyer perspective. Rich was then able to locate the exact exterior/interior color Rav4 we were looking for in less than a week. When we picked up the car, we again had an excellent experience. Eddie Calderon, the finance manager at Hartford Toyota, was also great to work with and was able to help us secure a competitive financing rate and navigate through all the paperwork quickly and seamlessly. Before we drove off the lot, Rich walked us through all the car’s features and operations along with pairing my wife’s phone to the vehicle.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with our experiences to date at Hartford Toyota Superstore. All the employees I have had contact with were very friendly and helpful. As such, I plan on buying additional vehicles from Hartford Toyota in the years to come. We also plan on doing our Rav4 maintenance at Hartford Toyota. For those interested, I will post an update to this review to provide further input on my experiences with the service department. Bottom line, I am confident that we will continue to experience excellent customer service each time we visit Hartford Toyota Superstore.

Our Sienna buying experience was full of kissing lots of frogs (other dealerships) to find our prince (Hartford Toyota)! We scoured the internet looking for a used Sienna and our interactions with dealerships was riddled with overaggressive dealers who were not really listening to what we wanted, dealerships that just did not call back (even after I said I was ready to buy and what I wanted.... does it get easier than that?!) and vehicles that were not what was advertised.
Hartford Toyota really listened to our needs/wants and were able to meet them with a 2017 (YAY me!!) for just a little bit more than the used Siennas we were looking at, but with a lifetime warranty on the powertrain. The experience there was was a seamless team approach. We appreciated their working together to find us the best possible vehicle for our family at the best possible price.
