We had been looking for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee for about a month and were having difficulty finding the "one". We called Gengras and they had two we were interested in looking at so we made an appointment. Of course we were late but our salesman Mo Salama was very understanding and never rushed us. My experience with Gengras was very good. Mo Salama was my salesperson and helped me through the buying process of a 2022 Ram 1500. He was outstanding throughout the process. Although we couldn't find a Ram that met my needs on the lot, we did work together and configure a new truck order that was exactly what I was looking for. The truck took 3 months to be delivered, but Mo kept me well informed of the status and answered all my questions. When I went to pick up my new truck (and turn in my trade) the entire team at Gengras did an outstanding job and I was very satisfied with everyone's professionalism. Jacob did a great job helping to get familiar with the truck and all set up with uConnect and Frankie was super efficient and helpful finishing all of the finance portion. There was one issue that frustrated me significantly and that was the truck I had ordered back in Oct 2021 was to have power folding mirrors, but at some point in Nov/Dec Ram stopped putting them in this model and I did not find out until I went to pick up the truck. It was an option that I really needed to more easily pull into my garage. This is not an issue with Gengras or Mo, but something that Ram needs to do better at communicating and compensating for a feature that they remove after a purchase. As far as Mo and the team at Gengras, I would highly recommend them to anyone buying a new vehicle (and trading in theirs as well).

We walked in to a very clean and well organized showroom. We were greeted by Alejandro Cabrero, and got a comfortable feeling immediately (and that doesn't happen EVER at a dealership). Our new car purchasing experience at Gengras Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was excellent. Our sales professional, Mo Salama, was the main reason. He was knowledgeable and courteous and did not pressure us. He explained tax credits and other intricacies of purchasing a hybrid vehicle. At one point, my wife and I turned to each other and agreed, it was probably the best car buying experience we have ever had. I also felt the pricing of the lease payments was very fair at a time when many car dealerships are using supply shortages as reasons to sell vehicles at much higher prices. First day after buying the car, the Jeep’s already a mess after hitting the mountain. Thanks Mo and Gengras. As an update, I was in the market for another vehicle 3 months later. After going to multiple car dealerships for variety of car brands and getting indifferent sales professionals and sometimes ridiculous pricing, we decided to head back to Mo Salama and Gengras Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We spent about an hour with Mo, walking us through his inventory of trims, which he knew the exact differences across every one (I'm surprised at how many sales professionals don't). He then provided us a reasonable price, during a very unreasonable time in the car buying market (June 2022). Again, we were pleased with fair pricing we received at Gengras. On pickup, we were processed quickly and Victoria spent ample time with my wife helping to do the initial setup of the vehicle and walk her through the main features. Another strong experience with Mo and Gengras. Two cars in 4 months!

A few years ago, I gave this business a 2 or 3 star. They listened. The new “check-in” system now is orderly, simple and convenient. I made my service reservation online and requested a ride home. I dropped off my Jeep Gladiator (which I bought there), got a ride home and a few hours later Khori, the service advisor, called me to pick up the car before 5pm. I will continue to buy my Jeeps (this was the third one) at Gengras and will continue to use their after-market services well into the future. Again, kudos to whoever redesigned the entrance and interaction area with the service advisors. Also, thanks to Khori for his professionalism and genuine friendliness. It was a pleasure to do business with Gengras, again. The changes made to the service area are great!

My plan was to trade in for another used car but the numbers did not add up in my favor. Purchasing a car can be stressful. It’s a big, and often a long term commitment. The dealer you “deal” with can ruin the experience, or in some rare cases, as it was with Gengras, can actually make it an enjoyable moment. My sales consultant was Scott Tesla. He was patient with all of my often weird questions. Let me just say: I am not an easy customer. I’m amazed by knowing how many people still shop from shady dealers even though most online reviews do warn about it. Do yourself a favor; make sure the dealer you work with places your needs before their profits. Once a sale is done, profit will be there. It’s a matter of how they gain that profit, not when. Right now I’m waiting for my NYS registration (yes I travelled all the way to Connecticut to buy from them). I’ll update my review/rating if anything changes.

UPDATE (10/27/2018): My previous vehicle was totaled. I of course went back to Gengras to speak with Devin Booth and purchased my second vehicle from him in 6 months. I got a screaming deal on a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I only wish Devin could be around for all of my vehicle purchases in the future. If you go to Gengras you HAVE to see him. Thank you again Devin! On Sunday I visited Gengras to look at my options in purchasing a new vehicle as my previous vehicle had died the day before. I went to Gengras after seeing a Used 2016 Cherokee Trailhawk I liked online. There was a bit of a wait (they were open on a Sunday, dealerships rarely are) and unfortunately the gentleman before me put a deposit on the Cherokee I liked. It all worked out for the best, however. I was assisted by Devin Booth and wish he could assist me with every vehicle purchase I make for the rest of my life. Devin was a valuable partner in my vehicle buying experience and was able to get me into my first brand new vehicle. The best part - I purchased a 2017 Renegade Trailhawk (which turned out to be the better vehicle for my needs, thank you Devin) for less that the used Cherokee. Oh, and I was prepared to pay sticker price and Devin came back with a price that was $3,500 lower due to rebates, incentives and promotions. If you are looking for a Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler go to Gengras and ask for Devin. Make sure to tell him I sent you!

We got the whole deal done over the phone. Upon delivery Sam walked me through the car and explained anything I wanted to know. Great team there and very unlike most car dealerships. Update: Its been two months since I got my Jeep and I have to adjust the star rating. While the buying process has been great, getting my car registered through them (which still hasn't happened) has been a nightmare. I keep getting the run around and no answers as to why its taking so long. My questions are ignored and calls to the finance department aren't returned. I've asked multiple times for contact information to the 3rd party company they use for registration and no response. If I knew to expect this ahead of time, I would have done the registration and paid sales tax on my own instead of through them.

Bought my 2019 1500 Laramie a couple years ago. Buying experience was smooth and simple. As of right now my truck is in for a water leak repair that was coming in through the 3rd brake light. This is the 3rd time it has been in for that issue. I understand repairs take time and I have been as patient as I can be. No loaner vehicle has been available for the last 9 days they have had my truck, and no answer on when one will be available. First couple days the communication from service department was satisfactory. Now it's almost non-existent. Left messages, no returned calls. Buying experience is great. Got my jeep serviced here after another jeep dealer couldn't fix an electrical problem that has plagued the vehicle for quite some time. Lucky for me, Gengras found the source of the problem and all is now rectified. Can’t begin to express how AMAZING my experience was at Gengras! First of, we went expecting to “just look” and see the inventory. While walking around the lot, I kept looking over my shoulder for someone to come and hound us about what our needs were. Not one salesman followed us, just a few nice hellos if we passed by. When walking into the lobby, Adam Brown greeted my parents and I. He was super personable and broke everything down to it levels. With never doing a lease before, my questions seemed endless, and he was SO patient and informative. As I look at the License Plate cover on my new 2021 Ram 1500, I read the line Fast, Fair and Easy- Gengras. These words ring true in terms of the most fantastic vehicle purchase experience I've in my life. Gengras was not the first dealership I explored working with recently to purchase a RAM but definitely won a life-long customer because of their attention to detail, focus on great customer service, knowledgeable staff and a seamless purchase experience. As I walked into the Dealership day 1 I walked into a clean, bright open space with a series of welcoming faces at the front desk. The culture in the place was full of laughs and felt like the folks that worked there liked each other. As I was greeted I was taken to the desk of the shining star of the experience Mo Salama. Mo is the epitome of professionalism. Mo was focused on my needs as a customer and ensuring that I had enough information to make an informed decision. He did not at any point push me to a point of making a decision. I test drove multiple vehicles and when I let him know I was ready to make a decision, he felt more like a trusted friend in the decision making process as opposed to a salesman. When I let him know my choice I was concerned what the next series of steps, having experience in previous vehicle purchases, would proceed. What occurred was the most FAIR, FAST and EASY purchasing process. Negotiating the price and services was so easy I thought i was being "duped". I was met halfway for most areas with a FAST decision by the GM. (he was great as well) My trade in for my older vehicle was better than FAIR, it was outstanding. The estimate that was provided at the time of sale was honored at the close of sale. NO BS here from Gengras they are a dealership that honors their commitments. Gengras also has technology capability built into their processes that enables sharing of information/files. I worked a lot with Mo via texts, sending files via texts. Easy easy. Mo was very clear of the expectations of what would be required to close the deal. No surprises and no issues at all. On pickup day, my vehicle was clean, ready, and sparkling. It was parked inside the dealership which felt really cool. Their Sales Exec Domenick Bukowski, walked me through the vehicle in detail. Showed me all the features, walked me down to service and helped me register log on to an app that shows my service schedule etc. Knowledgeable professional with great service. You'd think Mo would proceed on to his next deal, but nope he checked in frequently making sure I was in good hands. Customer first at Gengras. The financing process was easy and the rep who facilitated that was professional as well. The day after my Sale Mo called me up to check and see if everything was ok. Part of my negotiation was adding a spray bed liner to the truck. Mo called the shop that would be performing the job and facilitated getting that scheduled. I commend the leadership/management of Gengras, they train their folks well and have created a culture that makes a customer feel valued. Can't wait to see them in a few years for my next purchase!
