I have owned several Honda vehicles. My most recent is a 2019 Black Honda Passport Touring. I have taken it to Pat Peck Honda twice. Had to replace a tire and I had a Factory Recall, Oil Change, and Front Brake Pads replaced and Rotors Turned. Had a problem but it was resolved runs and drive great now! Thanks. They also have a Courtesy Van if you live under 10 miles away.

I visited, told John what I was looking for and what I'd like to spend, monthly payment wise. Quicker than an oil change I was driving a Honda Ridgeline. I love my truck !

We have used Pat Peck Honda to service our vehicle since moving here. When we last took it in we found out there was a significant repair needed, we decided to trade in for a new vehicle. John McFarland in the sales department answered my call and was quick to respond with a trade in offer - we were pleasantly surprised by how much we would get without any repairs made to the old vehicle. We agreed to move forward and chose a new Pilot that was on it's way to the dealership. John was very good at keeping me updated on the process, answering my calls with questions, and making sure we were aware of what was needed every step of the way. He was flexible with setting an appointment to finalize, ensuring it was around our schedule. Not only did he make this process the smoothest I have ever experienced, he was personable and friendly - two things that are sometimes hard to find these days. In fact, the entire staff at Pat Peck Honda (from the service department to finance team) were a pleasure to deal with. We have told everyone we know about our experience. I wish we could give more than 5 stars.

After purchasing my first brand new car from here almost 10 years ago, I was back in the market for a car this year (I still have my old car in fantastic condition, but it was time for a four-door). Mr Lee Morgan sold me my last car, and was here for this sale as well. This time I went in for a certified pre-owned car which I was nervous about because I wanted a brand new car, but pricing and rates have changed drastically since the last time I bought. I wanted to stay within a pretty strict budget, which is why I considered the CPO. I went to look at the car on a Friday, and it was a little bit out of my range, so I ended up going out of town to a couple of other dealerships. After the shenanigans that ensued at the other dealerships, I found my way back to Pat Peck Honda. I had all intentions of negotiating the car price, but after what I experienced at the other dealerships, I didn't even have it in me to haggle. I knew that I was getting a good price at Pat Peck, and I did not feel pressured or hustled into adding on exorbitant fees and things that I did not need. I had all intentions of buying a new car elsewhere, but the customer service here is unbeatable. The other dealerships basically handed my business over to Pat Peck. I love that the price that was listed online and what was on the sticker is what it was. Mr. Lee is the go to guy. You can DEFINITELY tell when a dealership just "reads up" on inventory vs when a dealer really knows what they're talking about, & Mr. Lee just knows those cars in and out. I wish he would be there in another 10 years to sell me my next vehicle, but I think retirement is on the horizon, so if you're looking for a vehicle in the next few years, get with him. Also, the finance manager (I BELIEVE his name was Mr. Darnell, but don't quote me) was fantastic as well. I went back late in the evening just to look at the car with no intention of doing paperwork that night, but when I decided to buy, they both stayed past the dealership closing time to finish up my paperwork. I will never again stray from my home at Pat Peck. They truly are one of the rare gems in car dealerships.

When I walked in I was instantly greeted by Ms Katrina and I’m so happy I was able to work with her! She was so patient and kind! Exceptional service as always from beginning to end within a professional atmosphere. I recently had a tire blow out on my 2020 Civic Type R which had sidewall damage and could not be repaired. Honda Roadside was on site within an hour of my call and promptly delivered my car to Pat Peck Honda. I ordered a set of 4 new tires to be installed since mine were in about the 4/32nd tread range(getting low in tread terms). The low profile tires had to be shipped into town of course, so my service advisor, Brandon ensured I had a way home. The day the tires were received they were installed and ready before closing. I was contacted when my tires arrived and again when my Type R was ready for pick-up. Can't stress enough how worry free my experience was. I use this dealership for all my auto service and purchase needs. A well deserved 5 stars!

Good pricing, Finance guy Joe was great! John was our sales man. Not too happy they reset my oil life without changing the oil. After a day driving the oil light came on. I had only 15% oil life left. Makes me think what else could that have done. Glad I bought the bumper to bumper warranty.
I would also shop online, work everything out over the phone or online before you come in. Much quicker that way.

Pat Peck Honda's Service Dept is and has always been top notch! Not once have I been disappointed in my personal visit, nor have I felt my expectations were not met after having my Honda serviced. There are always discount offers available, and if you can't locate your offers via email or mail, they offer it to you anyway. Can't think of any reason I should go anywhere else for service!
On today's visit, I pulled up already frazzled. From arrival to departure, my Service Advisor (Brandon) was very pleasant and eager to assist. His first words to me were, "Let's see what we can do to help make your day better". The warm smile that followed immediately eased my mind. He checked on us periodically and Brandon showed genuine concern when answering my questions after receiving the multi-point inspection results. I would like to thank you, Brandon, for helping to change the pace of my day.
I would also like to thank the service member at the counter and service member at the check-out window. Forgive me but I cannot recall their names, however, the young man was very nice, answering questions and letting me know about the play room my 3 yr old grandson might enjoy, and the young lady was very sweet and had a great conversation with my 16yr old daughter about school. You can't beat the feeling of knowing you're in good hands. The manager does an awesome job of choosing her crew! 👏

Tire blew out. Called Pat Peck Honda. The parts department checked to ensure my tire was in stock. It was. Parts Manager stated, "I have pulled your tire and will place your name on it. The tire will be ready when you get here." My relief was enormous. I can always count on Pat Peck to take care of my transportation.
Arrived, tire was there and a short-time later, tire was mounted and balanced, and all other tires were "air-checked". Great Job. Honest price.
Can always depend on Pat Peck Service department to be professional with honest and trustworthy top-notch mechanics. Only use another dealer when I am out-of-town, and hold my breath hoping they are as trustworthy and dependable as Pat Peck Honda.

I recently bought my car a month ago from another Honda dealership that sold me a clunker for $31,000. My Service Tech was not experienced it seemed. He never had me sign off on work prior to being done, left me hanging. Then tried to charge for work that I had done myself at home(change air filter and cabin filter). He finally checked with mechanic and charged for brakes only. He just needs to have a supervisor retrain or check on him before having customers get charged for work that’s not done. I usually have Great Service and will give it another chance.

10/28/2021: The first time I ever brought my vehicle to a dealership. I was coming in to get a key fob reprogrammed for my Honda Accord. Every one was really friendly and the service was prompt and well priced. Huge shoutout to Vincent Nguyen. He was so incredibly professional, friendly, and transparent that he made the whole process easier from to start to finish. Thanks to the over all experience I will be bringing my car back in for its regular maintenance and to get a transmission fluid change real soon.

Friendly staff. Satisfied with the work they do on the car. Only frustration is how well they track their own service records.
Example: they replaced the serpentine belt on my Fit in 2020, about 16,000 miles ago. The next two times I went in for an oil change, they recommended replacing the same belt. (For reference a serpentine belt should last 100,000 miles.) I'm left scratching my head wondering: did you not replace it when you charged me for it? Is that why the tech says it looks worn out now? Surely you're not trying to scam me, are you? But when I asked, the customer service rep. just said, "Oh our mistake never mind."
This is an issue for me mainly because I have a spouse who sometimes they bring the car in not me, so work gets done on the car that I don't necessarily hear about. I need my auto shop to keep good track of the service history.

If I could give them a million stars I would! A year ago I had a fuel pump recall done on my Honda Accord at a different Honda location and they botched it and then lied to me stating there was nothing wrong when my car shook and sounded awful transitioning from electric to gas after the new fuel pump was placed. Recently those issues finally came to a boiling point where my car broke down in the middle of the street with the message “Power System Failure - DO NOT DRIVE” and was towed to Pat Peck Honda. My service advisor Alina listened to my concerns about the fuel pump recall being the cause, did her due diligence and discovered that my fuel pump recall was improperly installed and the o-ring was torn in half. She went above and beyond and made sure my recall was redone at no charge to me. Can’t thank her and the team at this Honda location enough!! After feeling like my concerns were not heard or taken seriously at the other Honda location to you guys going above and beyond for me. Thank you a million!!!!!

Friendly helpful staff. It's not their fault that it took so long to fix my car. There has been a parts issue for years since the pandemic started, but they finally found one at a local parts store and got me out the door.
Update: my 11 year old key broke, called them and they had one in stock. Zoomed over and they had a new key programmed and ready in under 45 minutes. Great service.

The attendant was very nice and professional. He informed me that my brakes would need replacing soon. He wasn’t pushy like some are when they try to get you to add on additional services. He even noticed that I was military when I was checking out and informed me that military discount is provided at Honda. I have been going there for years and was never told this. He changed the paperwork and gave me the military discount. Very nice guy!

It was one of the best new vehicle buying experiences I have had. There was plenty of communication even before I visited the dealership and since I was coming from another state they made sure the vehicle I was interested in was still available.
The salesman, Teddy Taylor was excellent. He was very personable and knowledgeable. We did a quick test drive, and then we got right into the numbers, which were acceptable to me. So we closed the deal, I got a good finance rate and great deal on an extended warranty.
I came home with a great looking Honda Ridgeline and feeling very good about it.

What a great experience my wife and I had buying this vehicle we selected the car, it was brought to us so we could review it and test drive it. Once we decided it was just right for us, it was detailed and serviced and brought back to us with a full tank of fuel with all the paperwork to sign all within 8 hours, oh yea the dealership is 90 minutes away. They made me feel as if I had just walked into the dealership and I never had to leave my house.

First, I never write reviews primarily because I literally loathe the new car purchase experience until I met Katrina Vance! When most dealerships have well trained salesmen to get the most money out of you they can, Katrina was only interested in what we wanted and getting answers to the questions we asked. When I told her how easy she was to work with, she responded, "I treat my customers exactly how I would like to be treated when making such a huge purchase!"
Because we were looking for a specific vehicle and new vehicles are scarce in January 2022, we began calling dealerships. We told every dealership the exact same thing - what we were looking for, the accessories we wanted, and asked for an out the door price. Of the 3 Honda dealerships Katrina was the first and ONLY one to give us an out the door price and did it in record time! We had to repeatedly ask for pricing to the other dealers and they continually wasted our time and hesitated to itemize why the price was way over MSRP. Not Katrina. She went right to work. She was such a breath of fresh air!!! I can't recommend her enough!!! If you are looking for an easy, no nonsense, great, car buying experience, ask for Katrina.

People there were friendly and the salesman was very professional but in order to get me to the notes that I wanted they stretched the term out six months which I didn’t pay attention to till later but should have noticed sooner since I have been in the car business before hand. I test drove a vehicle similar to it minus leather seats I was told and the one that I drove like it had the lane departure and and some kind of safety braking system when you’re driving. I was told it had all this but when it come to the end of the deal it did not have that which was really no big deal but he could’ve checked it out and let me know. I was told that I had mud guards that had not come in yet to come put on but nobody has called to let me know whether they’re in or not and the salesman has failed to call me back and ask me how I enjoyed my new ride just seems like all he was really ready for was just another sale under his belt.

The automotive work is great. The customer service was poor. This is the first time I have had a bad experience and I hope it does not happen again. I dropped my car off at 0930 and did not get a call or text to let me know it was ready. I did not get my car back until after 4 pm. The person helping me lied and said she called at 1030. She did not call me. I understand things happen and people make mistakes. She should have simply said that and apologized. Instead she lied and made me wait to get my paperwork and process my pay. I am very disappointed with the customer service.

Always excellent service at Pat Peck Honda in Gulfport, MS! I recently purchased a new Accord and needed to get it serviced and have something fixed that had been recalled. I was able to easily schedule an appointment online. Jonathan was the person who took care of my car. I was technically due for an oil change so he called me to let me know that I still had some time, but when I told him that I was leaving on a trip by myself, I just wanted to make sure everything was in tip top shape and that I wouldn't have to worry about the oil change when I returned. When I told him how many miles I was going to be putting on the car for my trip, he was quick to say that he would absolutely take care of the oil change now so that I wouldn't have to worry about it. Super polite and professional. His attention to detail and his efforts to save me from having something done prematurely was incredibly kind.
My husband and I have been Honda vehicle owners for over 6 years and have only had our vehicles serviced at Honda. Pat Peck Honda has always been good to us!

I was very pleased with the maintenance service I received in terms of quality, timing, and price. I didn’t have an appointment, since my battery had just begun having difficulty starting the vehicle the day before. I asked the service representative if there was other recommended maintenance beside the battery replacement. He recommended two additional services that I suspected were overdue. They were able to work me in and completed the work within the timeframe quoted. The cost for all three services including parts and supplies was very competitive.

When they didn't have them in stock I figured it would take several weeks of phone calls and reminders to get them. He had them FedEx to me and I had them in less than a week! My service representative was fast and informative and did not push anything on me that was not necessary. However, I was not proactively informed of my car status requiring me to call for updates. Additionally on my way home my tire pressure light came on as low. After I inspected the tires two were slightly lower than recommended pressure and the new one replaced was extremely high. I had to aid air and bleed one down which is surprising since I had my tires balanced and rotated. I would have expected them to be check for pressure and inflated to factory recommendations.

Service was excellent. I will be getting my car serviced there in the future. I do suggest that you not wait for the car in the lobby during the pandemic. They were lax about protocols inside the building about wearing masks and social distancing. Seating arrangements were in compliance and sanitizer was available. Maybe masks are optional in Harrison county? I had my husband pick me up. They called me when it was ready. They did everything I asked for a very reasonable price.

Visited Pat Peck Honda service center on Tuesday, February 2, at 8:00am for a prescheduled oil and filter change. I found excellent service by the customer service agent, ( I've forgotten the agent's name ) but he is tall with black hair and a well groomed black beard and very courtious and knowlegeable and he informed me that it would take approximately one hour as the service center was very busy. While waiting in the customer lounge area I ordered some outside window weather stripping for my 2013 Honda Civic EX from the parts department and found the customer service by the parts department manager and employee to be friendly, courtious and knowledgeable and they took less then five minutes to place my order and stated the would contact me Thwhen my order came in and within less than one hour my service agent came and informed me that my vehicle was ready . On Wednesday, February 3, 2022 the parts department contacted me to inform me that my parts had arrived and could be picked up at my convience. It's hard to find this quality of service any more and in my opinion Pat Peck Honda's service department and most importantly it's employees are truly an asset to not only Honda owners but the public looking for a reliable service center for their automotive needs.. I was traveling through Gulfport when I encountered a couple significant issues (temperature gauge fluctuations and soft clutch) with my 1999 Honda Civic. I dropped it off on a Sunday, leaving a description of the problems. The service team was in constant communications with me throughout the repair process and extremely accommodating regarding picking up my car after service department hours! My car broke down on the Interstate on a Saturday as I passed this dealership at 7:30 in the morning on a road-trip. They got my car in and found the problem. Went to Pat Peck for first time repair service on my 2021 odyssey after being displaced by hurricane Ida. Was handled expeditiously and courteously by Cuong Nguyen. He was extremely empathetic for my problem and made every possible effort to get me same day repair but was prevented by need for necessary part. He then extended himself to assist me in arranging a rental van for my wife’s trip next day to Minnesota while taking my van for warrenteed repairs. He provided me transportation to the rental site. Later he notified when the repair was completed. Mr Nguyen was unflappable, patient, attentive and kind in being so helpful to me. I would highly recommend him and Pat Peck Honda.

Great experience purchasing my car. I found a 2016 Genesis Coupe online at Pat Peck Honda with 2600 original miles. I'd been to other dealers and knew exactly what I wanted but hadn't found the right one. When i seen this one online I automatically knew it was the one.... I made the trek from Panama City Beach to their dealership and wasn't disappointed, the car was exactly as described... There was a little snafu with financing as I had brought a preappoved bank draft from my credit union in Florida. Since I was leaving the state they couldn't release the car until the funds cleared which wasn't going to be that day. Knowing that my bank, Tyndall Federal Credit Union had a location in Spanish Fort, Alabama, I mentioned it to my salesman Jason Howard and suggested that they should establish a relationship with them as they are absolutely the best bank in terms of car loans hands down. Not wanting to drop back and punt and seek financing at their dealership, Jason asked if Tyndall could turn the draft into a bank check and offered to go pick it up in Spanish Fort if they could. We called the bank and we're able to arrange it... So I went to the casino for a bit while Jason drove about 2 1/2 hours to get the check... Now that's service!!!!! I highly recommend Pat Peck Honda, Jason Howard, and Tyndall Federal!!!! A+

The representative wasn’t aware of the alignment “special” on their website with the purchase of 4 tires, so I don’t believe it was done. It was time to change the oil in my 2019 Ridgeline. I was used to the quick change places that charge you a hundred for full synthetic oil change. This is half the price and I know that only parts/fluids that are meant to be in my truck are used.
Also did a courtesy inspection and $30 to rotate my wheels since it was also time for that.
Easy to make the appointment online and has a nice greeting when I drove up to the service area.

I took my daughter 2014 Honda Accord to Pat Peck in Gulfport Ms 1 day after experiencing difficulty of vehicle rough take off..
I made an appointment for the next day at 9:30 to have the vehicle looked at. I even scheduled a ride back home once the service person explain to me about the process. I received a ride home 3 and a half hours later.
Service Representative informed me that once the Technician drive the vehicle they'll let me know. I was constantly asking the Service person how much longer, eventually after several hours, I was given bad news.
Service Representative informed me that according to Honda, they recommended that service of reprogramming the computer first and that should rectify the problem. Was not informed if that in fact took place. I was sent pictures of the transmission showing shaved metal inside after opening the transmission. I was charged $170 plus for diagnostic of which I don't agree.

I have owned multiple Honda vehicles over the years and have been to many Honda dealerships for service. Pat Peck’s Service department does not meet the quality standards of other Honda dealerships. I was charged $200 for two minutes of work, plus $24 miscellaneous shop charges. The work completed was simply putting in two screws and cost me $100 per screw. I would avoid this dealerships service department at all cost. I have reported this dealership to Honda USA.

My car was repaired, but not under warranty like I would have hoped for. Service was ok, but having car problems on vacation is horrible and scary. But when your employee (Vincent) is rude and almost arrogant it makes the situation even more terrifying. Vincent didn't let me speak without cutting me off and when I said something about a warranty he really lost interest. Telling me my car may have to sit there for weeks, like another customer or I may have to tow it back 6 hours and so on. Finally I told him sir the car is running hot, so I have got to do something. I also told him to stop talking so harshly to me. Vincent really need to have a refresher course on customer service. Thanks to your mechanics for getting me back on the road.

Great customer service and friendly staff. I was greeted immediately by Rueben Bridges upon arrival and received his attention 100%. My previous car was totaled a week earlier in a flash flood (that I just purchased) and found myself needing a new car asap. Rueben and the staff took their time to help me out and got me a new car without stress and breaking the bank. Rueben followed up with me a few days later to make sure the car was good and that I was happy. I absolutely recommend Pat Peck Honda and highly recommend asking for Rueben!

Just bought a truck from these guys. The only reason I am doing 4/5 is because the last dealership I had dealings with were super accommodating and polite,. And quite honestly it would be difficult to beat that now... My secondary reason is that although the vehicle I purchased was mechanically sound, I do feel like there was a little bit of deception involved. Here's why. While test driving the truck I ultimately ended up buying, I didn't see any issues. The next morning I got in and it smelled like a cheap hotel room (smoke). Upon returning to the dealership I was given a "what? Smoke..? That's crazy" reaction, and promptly handed a 1/2 empty can of smoke odor neutralizer spray and told that I could try this to see if it works. Once back in the truck I gave it a little spray and wouldn't you know... The smoke smell went away and it instantly and guess what else? It smelled like it had the day before during the test drive! Lol. Long story short I got my hands on an ozone machine and got the smell taken care of permanently. That's what I get for calling them to tell them I was on my way to test drive. Thanks for the truck tho, it's great!

My fiance and I went to Pat Peck Honda looking for my next vehicle. Mr. Lee Morgan greeted us and made our entire experience looking for and buying a car an absolute pleasure. I seriously cannot say enough good things about him - he was kind, friendly, sincere, professional, and is the complete opposite of a "typical pushy car salesman." I test drove several 2019 Honda Accords with him and eventually decided on the LX. Since this was my first time buying a new car, I brought someone with me to do the negotiations. Well, the person I brought told me that Mr. Lee began negotiations with a fair price, so that made negotiations much easier. After settling on a price, we went to the billing department, and the gentleman who worked there was also very kind, friendly, and professional.
Everything about our experience was positive and stress-free. Everyone we came across was so kind. Even just walking to the door to enter the building, employees would greet you and make sure you were helped. People would say hello if they walked by you. While we were waiting for the car to be cleaned and its gas tank to be filled up, every employee who walked by us asked us if we needed help. The entire building had a wonderful, positive vibe. I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend coming here if you are looking for a new vehicle. I am so happy with the experience I had here and with my new Honda Accord!

Dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation today. They said it would be about an hour. They called me an hour later asking what service I wanted as if I hadn't spoken with them. They didn't know what they were supposed to be doing at all. They hadn't started at that point because "the paperwork wasn't in the car" as if that was my fault.
I waited an additional 45 minutes for the car to be ready before coming back to check on it. It was just finished up at that point.
Edit: They called and offered a free oil change after this review went up. I added a star for their apology and attempt to correct the issue.

The process was very easy on purchasing my certified preowned vehicle which was amazing. the sales man was great as well as the mechanic on site. I had noticed an issue with the back window not going down and they quickly got the piece in. Just waiting on being notified on when to come in to have it installed and repaired. The only thing I will say I was not pleased with was that the car wasn’t detailed cleaned properly. there is still dog hair from the previous owner in the back and a weird odor in the car that won’t leave. They didn’t seem to clean it well which I was told they would make sure it was throughly cleaned when I brought it back in for finishing up with the oil change/ new break install I thought they also knew about cleaning the car but when it was returned it still had the same dog hair and smell. That was disappointing considering it was a certified preowned had to have repairs done within 3 days of purchasing and I am having to find a good service to have the car throughly cleaned inside as well.

My advisor today was Jorge Rico and I was so surprised and impressed by his service. I’ve taken my vehicles to Pat Peck for most routine maintenance for years. I’ve had several service advisors and I’ve like all of them. BUT the service today was different. Mr. Rico was just amazing. He promised he’d get me in and out within an hour; he delivered! I have 2 little boys who were running up and down the hallway from service to the showroom. Not once did anyone snap at them or me about it. Although I was told to be there first thing in the morning on Labor Day. The service department opens at 7:30 but I arrived at 8 am to a long line in front of me. I was roughly car number eight, but left around 10 o’clock so my oil change and tire rotation took two hours. The service was great but get there early. It was a good experience overall with my car and they took care of my car but there were a lot of people in the waiting room and i had an appointment so they could have lessened the # of people in the room by requiring appointments and it would have made the wait less for my oil change if everyone had to make an appointment. The salesman Ron Duccini was great. He is knowledgeable, friendly and no nonsense. We were very favorably impressed with him and because of that interaction we bought the car from Pat Peck Honda. At the level of negotiations the dealership struck me as petty and greedy. They overcharged for dealer imposed options such as rubber trays lining the trunk at 3x what you can get at Amazon locks for wheel lugs at 10-20x Amazon. In addition they decreased our proposed decrease in list price by some arbitrary value down to the dollar, something like 346 dollars. Oh come on!! . This was the petty part. In the end the negotiations with the dealer diminished our otherwise strong impression of the car and salesman.

I love my Honda, and bring it to the dealership for routine care even if they're a little too expensive on oil changes these days.
Mostly great service even though there's been a dud over the years. Overall they are helpful and fast with maintenance. They quote prices before service so you aren't surprised by any extra fees. I've really only had problems with one particular employee and he's gone...the rest have been fantastic.
Their waiting room is stocked with goodies which is nice for longer waits.
Deducting a star because I can't stand spending an hour in the waiting room listening to blatantly partisan news (Fox). I think it's inappropriate to force political views on others. Listening to these talking heads drivel on and on is incredibly obnoxious, and inspires others with similar leanings to engage in awkward conversations with people also trapped in the waiting room corral. My mother raised me to avoid religion and politics in conversation because it displays poor manners. No amount of free cinnamon rolls will make this better, though they do help.
I'm going to start bringing headphones I guess.

Let’s move on to their Service Dept. This is where they really shine. Most people stop using dealerships for service after their warranties run out because of the expense of using a dealership for service. I do this to unless it is a Honda. Pat Peck’s price for service is not going to be beat. They stand by their products.

I went in to have the airbags fixed (due to a recall) and I needed an oil change as well as an 'inspection' considering I just hit the 100k mile mark and was pleasantly surprised to find out all it really needed Was the oil change. After having so many bad experiences with car shops that try to tell you you "need" this and that when you know full well you don't, it was refreshing to not have to deal with that kinda b.s. And the oil change was cheaper than they quoted me over the phone due to the year of my vehicle. They were packed with cars getting serviced but I was out of there faster than I expected as well so between all that, as well as the Extremely friendly and accommodating staff, I've gotta say that was the best dealership experience I've ever had and will certainly be going back if any issues arise with my CRV in the future. Leased our car from here. The gentleman that worked with us was very professional and did a great job letting us know everything involved. We got the protection plan for the upholstery and found out you have to go through a very long and tedious process for them to redo your car seats. That was dissapointing and very misleading. They should be up front about the process and the fact that Pat Peck doesn't fix this and you have to go through another company located in their building with a referral for them to even go about addressing the issue. Honda is a great company but Pat Peck needs to be more honest about their offers.

The reason for the 4 stars is that initially I was quoted a high price for a new battery. I called my Honda dealership back home and was told their price was way too high for the battery. When I mentioned to Tammy what my dealership said she was able to find an online coupon for the battery. That was a little disappointing. But in the end all came out well.

And my Ridgeline had an issue (cracked and loose heat shield that was looked at by a Honda dealer while we were traveling in Houston and they said we needed a new heat shield). The service man who assessed our car was super helpful and told us everything that needed to be done. they didn't try to up-sell work and they offered us several options for fixing the more expensive repairs with regards to what really needed to be fixed urgently and what could stand to wait. I was traveling through Mississippi on my way to Texas in 80+ degree heat when my ten year old Honda CRV air conditioning decided to only blow out hot air. To make matters worse the interstate was closed as a result of a wreck. When we finally were routed off the interstate I headed for the closest Honda dealer to check my a/c unit. I could not have had a better experience at Pat Peck Honda. My service rep Tammie was super nice and helpful. She got my CRV in the shop and me in the nice air conditioned waiting room ASAP. She came in and checked on me to make sure I helped myself to water and snacks and let me know they got my car in right away and were checking out the a/c problem. They ran tests, loaded up the Freon and got me back on the road in no time at all. I’ve had no further a/c issues! Thank You Pat Peck Honda and Tammie!!!!!

When you contact them via email, they always try to get you to come in for a test drive. When you come in, they keep you there for hours going back and forth with a manager in the back. Current rating a 3. Hatchback lock was replaced and when I arrived home from picking up my car and running by Sam's Club, the hatch did not work properly. The hatch would not close then finally got it to close. Now the doors won't lock with the keyfob. I did call the service department and they said they will fix it but now I will have to make the time to get over there again with my schedule. Until the issue is fixed I will remain at a rating of 3.

We get all of our service done at Pat Peck honda as well. Most of the time it was a near perfect experience. When we had a bad experience with a maintenance mistake.. They went above and beyond to make the issue right. I couldn't ask for more.

My wife and I were traveling from Memphis, TN to Biloxi and the tire on our 2019 Honda was punctured. I located the nearest Honda dealer which was Pat Peck in Gulfport. I called and Tammie answered the phone. Tammie directed me to the dealership, replaced the tire with the exact model tire that came on it in less than 30 minutes. She offered me water, coffee and other refreshments while I waited.

Couldn't be more grateful for the entire team at Pat Peck Honda. My family and I evacuated Miami during Hurricane Irma and stayed in Gulfport, MS. During the drive, my air conditioner started malfunctioning right as my 36k-mile warranty was set to expire.
We were able to conveniently schedule an online appointment and the next morning at 7:30 a.m. the team at Pat Peck was servicing my car. Ms. Tammy and Jonathan were very attentive and courteous. Not only did they help fix the AC under the warranty, but they rectified a recall alert on my vehicle, topped all the engine fluids, and conducted a complete inspection of our vehicle to ensure the 800-mile drive back home would be a safe one.

Even though I am a young vehicle purchaser, Mr. Lee Morgan was very patient and let me get plenty of time to collect my thoughts. They even kept the place open while we waited for my payment to come over for the auto loan company. They also were very helpful in taking my down payment via my debit card, even though that department had closed. We have a 2008 honda accord that has been in and out of local shops for ab a year. I knew the Honda dealer would be expensive but when the car failed to start one day we took it to Honda Dealer for a final shot. The price to fix it was very steep but for a paid off car and fixing the problem, in the end the price was worth it. The mechanic seem very knowledgeable and I would give 5 out of 5 stars but their parts markup for customers is extremely high. However, their mechanic shop seems very knowledgeable. And Miss Tammy was a blessing to work with.

I was due for an oil change service and because I feel like the dealership normally charges an arm and leg for this service, I normally just go to a shop. Not to mention, the dealership is about 30mins away from where I live. Nitrofil sent me a reminder about my tire pressure inspection along with a coupon for an oil change and since I was on that side of town I decided to put it to good use. Jonathan Ellis was who I dealt with when I pulled into the express service lane and he was courteous enough to ask me if I had gotten my car from this particular dealership and if this was my first oil change. I replied that it was and he let me know that my first oil change was free. Now maybe the salesman told me that at some point when I bought the car, but too much time had gone by for me to remember. I appreciate him stepping up to the plate and playing his customer service cards right...he is the true meaning of customer service.
