Jeremy Odom went above and beyond in customer care and respect throughout the entire process: from explaining the car's stats, to having it cleaned up because we saw one little spot on the center counsel, to walking us out and watching me take a final picture with the old car. His friendliness and fun-loving personality made the 3 hour experience painless and absolutely praise worthy! He made sure we were comfortable (offered refreshments) and filled in the waiting time with stories and interesting chit-chat. In the middle of travels, I had an indicator light come on regarding my rear brake light. I called ahead and the dealer advised that though they did not have any appointments, I could drop in early for the needed repair. I did just that and in under an hour I was on the road. The price was fair. My advisor Ryan explained what was needed and provided updates via text and in the waiting room. All of the dealer staff that I interacted with were friendly. In November I went in to buy my daughter a brand new car for Christmas. I was very nervous due to never buying a new car on my own and this is where I met Josh Crawford. Josh went above and beyond answering my questions and insuring my nerves about the safety of the car and my child. Josh even went as far as telling me I could park the car at his house due to it was a Christmas present and this is November and I needed to hide it! Who does this?? Josh has since moved to a different dealership where he is still helping me with a issue from the dealership! My experience at Allen Hyundai has always been very good! But I recently went to buy a Honda Accord at but decided to stop by Allen Hyundai to check out a new sonata. A person by the name of Eve came to greet me. And she literally is the reason I changed my mind and decided to buy the sonata. Not only was she very helpful in my decision process, she also was so knowledgeable about every inch of every new vehicle. Very impressed. I took my car in to have it checked for one recall. They automatically fixed all 3 recalls. Sadly, none of the recalls fixed an issue I am having with my steering but they had a diagnosis (without me asking for one) and told me exactly what it would cost, including labor. The worst part was getting to the location, but then it isn't their fault the 605 bridge broke.

I just want to say that I was apprehensive about going to a car dealership, but I needed a vehicle. I was searching online for about a month for vehicles that I would be able to afford. I happened to come across a website that directed me to Matt Bowers Hyundai and found two vehicles that might fit me. So I made an inquiry and was able to drive away with the vehicle that was the best fit on the same day. Josh my sales person was friendly, patient and went above and beyond. Good experience...First day was with Allie, who is a very nice and not pushy young lady. Went home with a price for my car, trade and all finance information. Biggest complaint is the service dept seems to be extremely inexperienced. Bought a used car and it took 2 months to get it right only after sending it to a local dealership who actually sold the brand. While that was an inconvenience I will highly praised Allison and her MGNT for making sure me and kids were taken care of in every way possible. Dropped off my Wife's Sonata for regular service and talked with the sales rep Bart regarding some of their used Hyundai Santa Fe autos because my Honda Pilot was getting way too old. Man let me tell you, he took good care of me and we went out for a test drive. He was more that well versed with the product and showed me all of the new technology features that Hyundai has to offer. Well, to make a long story short, I purchased a 2018 Santa Fe from Bart that same day. He and the manager worked out a good deal for me and I highly recommend Allen Hyundai. My only complaint was locating a staff member upon arriving for my oil change. Once I found the staff no one asked if I needed help. The service was fast and the staff did provide helpful infomation as it related to my vehicle which was a plus. My only advice is please do a better job at acknowledging your customers.

These guys are hands down the best. I came to them in my time of need, after trusting one of those “quick change” oil places. They mangled and broke the push pins and screws that held in my skid plate. I rushed over to the dealership and they got me right in, diagnosed & fixed the issue for me. In & out in under 20 minutes. I was a little confused for a moment but they eased my worries and made everything super simple. They took the vehicle back into the shop, diagnosed a failed Tire pressure monitor sensor. Been getting my oil changes here for over a year until recently. I went in to get an oil change and tell them about a tire that kept losing pressure, and they said it was probably the change in weather. Okay, I come about 4 months later specifically to get that tire checked because I was losing pressure every week at that point. Well, there was a nail in that tire, meaning they didn't check at all when I first told them about it. Then they said it was too close to the tire wall to get repaired and I have to get new tires. So I tell them I want to look around for tire prices, and get in my car to leave. Guess what? They didn't even bother to inflate that tire for me. Then I was advised to get it repaired somewhere else, and they repaired it for me for free.

I was headed home from Texas back to FL with my cat in tow and I started to hear a flup flup flup sound while on I-10, it kept getting louder and my tire indicator was not lighting up, I decided to see what was around and Google said Allen Hyundai less than 5 miles away so I got off the interstate and they found that the last 2 of my Michelin rear tires were cupping and one had developed a bubble that was about to burst, they didn't have the same tires as my front ones but they were able to get 2 Bridgestones from down the street and put them on in less than 2 hours time, got me back on the road and safely home.
