We had such an awesome experience buying our camper in Gulfport. Shout out to our salesman, Levi Mayo, who really dedicated his time with us and really worked to make our purchase happen. All of the staff here was so pleasant and helpful to make our purchase happen. Just one minor thing, picked up camper on Saturday and received a call from service department to bring the camper in for a recall. Just wished this was checked before we picked up the camper as we are two hours away.

I just got a new travel trailer from these folks and am so excited!!! They were so incredibly helpful, too. After I put a deposit, they held my trailer for almost 2 weeks so I could drive 9hrs to pick it up, they stayed almost 2 hrs late on a Friday night to do the walk through, get the financing settled, get it all hooked up for me, they were incredibly friendly, from the front desk girl who was super sweet to the salespeople who were the BEST, to the guy who helped me sort the financing, to the guys who got me all set up and on the road. They even called a friend and asked for a favor for me, at a local (great!) RV park to help me get a spot after they were already closed for the night! And the financing rates and options I got through them were better than USAA and Chase and are really great. I am so happy with the service they provided and would 100% recommend them to everyone looking for an RV or camper trailer

The entire staff at Dad’s Camper Outlet in Gulfport was absolutely amazing going above and beyond to get me set up with my Grand Design Momentum and back home within the same day. I was a bit nervous to commit to buying something so far from home without seeing it in person. My salesman, Norman, provided every detail, pictures, and videos to help ensure I was making the right choice. I needed a 5th wheel hitch installed and asked to get everything done in the same day with little time to spare. They ordered everything needed to install the 5th wheel in my truck but the hitch I brought was not rated to pull that much. Instead of telling me I would have to wait a few days to get the correct hitch, everyone quickly went into action to get what I needed. On top of everything we had problems with the generator. Ray, David, German and Norman all stayed after hours to help get this fixed. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. I appreciate everything. My family loves our new camper and we are ready to make many new memories in it.

We started the process of looking to purchase a camper over a year ago, and had yet to find the perfect deal suitable for us or a sales representative we felt comfortable with until coming to Dad’s Camper Outlet and meeting with the sales representative Shane. The ENTIRE staff made the whole process as effortless, comforting, and informative as possible until we found the right unit that suited us both financially and in living space amenities. The service technician manager that did our walk through was one of the most knowledgeable and personable that we had encountered. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!

To begin with, I went to Dads Camper Outlet because of its large selection. I knew what I wanted, but I was asking for a lot. To make it worse, I really hadn't decided if I wanted to buy new or used. Ashley had the greatest patience and showed me around for hours with the friendliest attitude you could ask for. I decided to buy new because it was the only one to fit my needs, but spending that extra money was killing me. So then Marc submitted the finance application, and made me feel a lot better about my decision while we waited for the response. Now since I was driving through the state, I had to sit and wait for that response, which took the finance company hours. Well it seemed like the whole sales staff took turns providing me with great conversation in that whole time. Then German prepped my RV and showed me how everything worked. He was very knowledgeable and detailed, but this was a whole lot of information, and I didnt want to leave until I understood everything. I continued to ask questions without realizing that it was passed closing time, and he never once complained. As a matter of fact, he insisted that I not worry about it. I think this is the friendliest down-to-earth staff you would ever expect to meet at a dealership. I'm glad I went there.

If you are ever in Gulfport Mississippi, stop by Dad's Campers on HWY 49. Make sure to ask for Larry Williamson. My wife and I knew nothing about travel trailers and he was very patient and informative. He took the time to custom fit us with a new rig. Larry even went as far as to send me multiple video links when I didn't fully understand something. The whole experience was very delightful without any pressure. I will return to see Larry in the future.

German serviced our camper and covered every feature with patience and expertise. Glenn did an awesome job getting it clean. We drove here from Mobile, AL after visiting a couple local dealers where we felt like we were buying a used car. It was definitely worth the drive. The service was excellent! Our “salesman” Norman, was exceptional. He asked a few initial questions to feel us out, listened to what we wanted and didn’t want, but after that he just kinda showed us different options. Never once did I feel like he was trying to pressure me or sell me snake oil! Once in Finance, Richard made the normally daunting paperwork task, relatively smooth, Jessica made sure our new rig was ready in time for a trip the very next day! Dad's Camper Outlet is hands down a genuine place to buy from. I recently purchased my sec9nd camper from them. The process was ridiculously smooth from start to finish. Huge shout out to their swrvice manage David, and our salesman Norman. They are a no pressure dealership, and will let you look at anything on the lot. I went back 4 different times and looked at multiple campers before finally deciding. During this whole process they never tried pressuring me or tried going over my budget! I purchased a new camper from Dad's Camper Outlet in Gulfport about 3 weeks ago. This place is amazing with great employees! Ashley, our salesperson was exceptional and always returned phone calls in a timely manner and was quick to answer any questions. Marc, the finance manager was well educated and helped us get the best rate and term for our purchase! German, our service tech guided us on a walk through and couldn't have been more thorough! He explained how everything worked and even gave tips on how to repair minor issues that may arrive! I was very pleased with the entire process! I recommend for anyone looking to purchase a new or used travel trailer, fifth wheel, or RV! I just brought my new 2019 Starcraft Launch in this morning for a minor repair issue, and expect that the service department will be just as professional and efficient. Update: The service department is great too! I dropped the camper off Tuesday morning and picked it up Wednesday morning! I couldn't be happier with the all around experience!

These guys were so friendly and helpful when we purchased our fifth wheel. We recently had trouble with a slide out and they bent over backwards to get it fixed for us. They handled all the warranty approval from the manufacturer and once we actually took it in for repair, they were done in a couple of days. Ray and his team at Dad's are outstanding. I was looking for a specific Forest River camper that was light weight and easy to tow and happened upon it at Dad's in Gulfport. It's not easy finding a camper less than 3000 pounds. William came out to greet me and showed me the units in their inventory that I was looking for. He was knowledgeable but not pushy. Loved the fact that he stepped back and let me browse without hovering. I bought the one I wanted and the whole process was smooth and easy. One of the friendliest bunches of people anywhere.

My wife and I drove over to Gulfport from Mobile, Al and met with Norman and Ricky. Norman, did a great job showing us trailers that had the options we were looking for and at the price range we wanted to stay in. We purchased a 2017 StarCraft Autumn Ridge 24'. It was in our budget and had all the options that was important to us. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and made us feel like we were family. They even stayed over past closing time to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed so that we could take our new camper home with us that day. I must say it was well worth the hour drive over to Gulfport to do business with Dad's Camper Outlet. The man that worked outside getting our new camper ready for delivery was extremely helpful and friendly as well. We look forward to doing business with Dad's Campers in the future for all our camping needs.

We recently took delivery of a 2020 Beacon from Vanleigh. Our experience with Dad's was awesome. They went above and beyond in meeting our needs and making sure we got delivery that day. We drove about 4 hours to get there. Ashley was awesome. She made us feel welcome and coordinated everything very well. She also made a special trip to Biloxi at the campgroud we were staying in to pick up the sink toppers for our trade in that were inadvertently packed in our crates. Great customer service and extremely pleased with how they handled a major issue with our camper, that unfortunately wasn’t covered by the manufacturer. It took a little while to recieve parts, but I was updated several times on where they were at in the process. The staff has always been wonderful, specifically Teran, Ray, and David... who aim to please, and went above and beyond to make sure we walked away happy. They even stayed late on a Friday because it was the only time convenient for us to pickup. Plan to upgrade in a few years, and won’t do business anywhere else!

We were having some warranty work done and Heartland is being very difficult to deal with, however, Teran and her crew are doing everything they can to make it right despite the difficulties with Heartland. Because of Teran and her crew, our camping trip this past weekend for Trucks Gone Wild that had been booked since 12/31/18 wasn’t ruined!!

I had some warranty issues with my camper and needed repair. These guys still took my camper in for the repair with a loaded serice lot. If you look around the lots you will see that not all Contractors that get paid for parking lot work are good. The contractor that put in the new lot should have to come back and fix what they did not do correctly. Despite all the bad these guys where able to work around it and find time to schedule my camper for its repairs. These guys do all that they can to help you. It's a great place to buy and get repairs. We love these guys.

Today we went to Dad's in need of help with our RV. We are traveling through from Phoenix to as far as Georgia for two granddaughters graduations. We just bought a Hymer. My husband has had a stroke and sometimes can't understand how to do things. We went there for a beeping sound and the electricity wasnt working either.We also couldn't get the hot water to work. The service director Teran Freytag was so nice and helpful. She had David the service expert help us. Within 5 minutes he had all problems solved. They don't know how grateful we are for what they thought we little acts of help, that to us were huge. All of the office people were so very kind. We are so grateful for their help.
