Joseph and Raymond did an awesome job of getting me into my new 2022 Jeep Compass. Their customer service was out of this world and they were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Joseph gave me his personal cell phone number and promptly answered any questioned I had (even out of business hours! Lol) We ran into some issues with the financial agent Tyler (him sending wrong purchase order, taking a while to get documents to my bank) but all were resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone to get their Jeep here! The process was smooth-sailing and enjoyable!

This place made a dream come to fruition. I had an appointment at a different dealership this morning, but the vehicle we requested to test drive was sold yesterday. And we were not notified. The place was gate. The service advisor was great. Went in for a routine. Oil changed and tire rotation one day after having the service done. My tire lights are on because my tires are about 6-8psi lower than they should be. (And yes I know tire pressure drops with the cooler weather but not that much over night on all the tires.)

I made an appointment two weeks in advance for a recall. The person I talked to checked and the part was in stock. The appointment was made for a Thursday at 9:00am, I got my vehicle there early and was told it takes three to four hours to complete. That afternoon I got a call telling me there was not enough time to finish my truck it would be ready Friday and I was given a loaner. I called about 3:30pm Friday and was told they haven’t started on it yet so I keep the loaner. They did finish my truck Monday great but they washed it and left brush marks all over. Now I have to polish it to get all the brush marks off. This truck has never had a brush put to the paint just micro fiber cloths. Not happy I bought this truck brand new and the service manager knows how I take care of my vehicles and I’m not just a one time customer, I’ve purchased 9 vehicles free them. At least the mechanic did a good job.

I bought a Jeep from another dealership here in Biloxi. They didn`t give me the key for the locking lug nuts. I went back to the dealer after one tire store said it would be from $80 to $200 to remove the lug nuts. They too said they were going to charge me even that they sold me the car I explained it should be free since they were at Falt. They refused. I went to many places looking for help and was refused even if I paid for the service. One tire dealership recommended I go to Champion Jeep Service dept. I went there yesterday, they did it free of charge. That was nothing but good service in my eyes. I will be buying and servicing all my cars there in the future. In a time when people in our economy are struggling to get such good service by a business it is rare. Thank you, Champion Doge / Jeep, Now I can go back to see my family in Kansas without the worries of a flat and not being able to get my wheel off for repairs.

I was interested in the new Jeep Gladiator. I attempted to get a loan from KFCU, but the process was long and drawn out (underwriters for KFCU aren't that good). I almost missed out on an incredible vehicle. Edward offered me in house financing through Chrysler. I was approved and paperwork was done in half an hour. The dealership did fix the brake problem but forgot the most important thing to put air in the tires that I asked for . Andrew was very professional. As far as my tech who worked on my Jeep didn’t get to see him at all. I did notice that other customers were able to talk with their technician. Before I came my Jeep was put on a diagnostic check there are the ones that told me to come to this dealership to get the PCM flash fixed, so the Jeep is still doing the same thing as before , so I’m not sure how one diagnostic reading would say one thing and another one would say that’s not the problem. And the Jeep is still running the same at 60-70 mph on the highway. I drive from BSL to New Orleans every day to work. I really want this problem solved. I was told to take a video of the issue as I’m driving so that the technician could see what the issue was. Best , Karen Emberling

Appointment was made 10 days earlier. Oil change contract used. While waiting in very nice customer area several customers started comparing service they received at Champion. I was surprised none of service work had a good review by these customers. Main complaint was slow service and incompetent repairs. Ms. Brandy came in and asked me to come to service desk. The customers said jokingly they found something to make money on you. When I asked Ms. Brandy what had happened she and oil change tech said the lug bolts were swollen and could not be removed without damaging them. 11.75 each and I need 20 of them. Well since they were the last shop to rotate tires and nothing was wrong then what happened? No explanation given so I said I need to look at the problem. Oil change was fine except I paid for full synthetic oil and tech put in synthetic blend.

It took longer than I thought it should, but I guess that's the case with just about anywhere you go these days. It is considerably more expensive than the Ford dealership's "The Works" package that I used when I owned a F150 that took eight quarts. The ice lady took off the cost of the tire rotation, so it ended up just under $78 for seven quarts. Nice waiting area with gratis coffee and water.

Took truck in for an alignment. Only dealer could perform alignment due to previous drag link recall. Was told I needed new upper and lower ball joints as well as new front hubs and a couple other things. This is the second set of hubs I have had installed in less than 28 months. They were warranted for 24 months only. It seems to me that hubs should last much longer than this. It took 8 days to do the work, meanwhile I was without my truck. Fortunately for me, even though I was out of town, I was able to borrow a vehicle. Communicating with the service rep was difficult at times, but I kept calling daily and was able to stay apprised of the progress. I’m still not happy with having to replace the hubs again, but I relied on the technician for that information.

Great experience! The whole staff was super friendly, respectful and well-mannered. Every staff member that walked through spoke and asked how I was doing, which made my day. The business was super clean, smelled good, neat and well maintained. They were playing some laid back music to set the atmosphere and to make sure you were comfortable and felt at home. They also have coffee, ice and water in the waiting area, which is great if you wanted to drink something while waiting. I went in for a oil changed today there and I was in and out in less than one hour. On top of my oil change, I also received a car wash/detail. Savannah was great, respectful and check me right in with no problems. She's awesome and have a great work ethic as a high school student. No issues with how the work was done or with how I was treated, nice waiting room. But I made an appointment the week before. So when I show up I expect the work to begin when I arrive. I arrived at 0945 for a 1000 appointment time. My truck didn’t get into a bay until after 1500/3PM. I didn’t have the ability to leave my truck. I only have one vehicle because I’m a full time RVer. Would I return yes. Will I make sure when I show up the work begins then yes.

What an awesome experience Went to have my vehicle serviced, oil change tires rotated and spot inspection.Within minutes my truck was in and 20 minutes later I had a inspection sheet explaining that washer reservoir was cracked and leaking they inspected my brakes and transmission and no leaks filled rotated my tires and actually washed my truck afterwards which I didn’t expect. All in all 35 minutes and I was back out the door incredible service from a very friendly service department. I highly recommend champions services.

Mr. Johnson's customer service is above and beyond and is the main reason why I continue to return to this location versus my other location in D'Iberville, MS. Behind Mr. Johnson are hard working technicians that listened to my complaint, identified the issue with my vehicle and swiftly ordered parts. Unfortunately, the part was on national backorder, but I expected that. What I did not expect was the phone call I received from Mr. Johnson a few weeks later notifying me that he'd been tracking the progress of the part daily and saw that it finally arrived at the dealership. He scheduled my truck for the repair the next day and had it all wrapped up before 1700. Customer service like this is what keeps me coming back!

Service department is chaotic and the advisors are a bit rude but unfortunately that seems to be the trend in the service sector lately. Hopefully we get back to a level of good customer service like we had pre-pandemic/Biden era!!! On a positive note I was able to get in same day to get my oil changed even though they lost my paperwork and it took 45 minutes to pay the bill. Overall it was still a "win" I suppose. Updated to 5 stars! Did my second oil change this past week and the service department has greatly improved! Jon was great and worked me into a busy schedule which I appreciated very much. I did have to wait a little longer than I would have liked but that wasn't the fault of the service dept.

Had transmission problems. Took it to Champion and they determined it needed replaced. I had a lifetime warranty by Chrysler, so they had to replace. Unfortunately, because of a number of factors (COVID-19, computer chip shortages, manpower shortages) I had to wait almost 6 weeks for truck to be repaired. It was no one’s fault but it was very frustrating. The workers at the shop were as professional as can be expected since they were out between a rock and a hard place with the customer and Chrysler. Kathy did a very good job. I’ve had my truck into Champion a few times in the past and they were superior in courtesy, professionalism, speed of repair, etc. This was a lousy time for major repair on any auto or truck. We all did the best job we could under the circumstances. I will definitely go back there when I buy another Ram truck.

My wife and I purchased a 2018 Ram 2500 from them a few weeks ago. They forced a power train warranty onto the deal but also sold us a bumper to bumper which is double dipping. There is no reason to have a power train warranty and a bumper to bumper since the bumper covers EVERYTHING. Spoke with the finance department and was told it was part of there certification process and nothing could be done. It did rub me the wrong way but I wont knock an entire business for one bad part in the machine. Our Salesmen Ben Bar was super helpful and made the purchase process as painless and it can be. The entire team from the receptionist to the service center were very friendly and all as helpful as anyone could expect. I would have liked to have not been forced to spend an additional 1k on my already high purchase but can say I am overall satisfied with my price on the actual truck itself and my experience with all of the staff. I would recommend dealing with them but just be very aware as you should always be what is being thrown into the deal. I would like to add that the service department noticed a note from my wife reminding me to go find a key for the lugnuts as this truck did come with aftermarket wheels and tires and the tech must have seen it on the dash and included it in the check up he did which was fantastic. I was going to buy one, they are only $10 but it was a nice gesture.

I had my trailer brake control go out in my 2019 Ram 1500 truck while hauling my car to Cruisin The Coast in Mississippi.I spoke to Kathy in Service and I was able to bring my truck in right away. They diagnosed the problem. Rick in parts called around and found the part. He had it sent by UPS. The part arrived Thursday. Rick called me and let me know that the part was in. Pretext: I was looking to purchase my family our 4th Dodge/Jeep and instead of going to our usual dealership, we decided to try out Champion Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler due to their dealership being closer. Came in to browse (looking for a Jeep Wrangler rubicon) and unfortunate they did not have any on the lot. Met Zach who still worked with us in reference to allowing us to drive another wrangler with a different trim (without showing attitude or disinterest). We already told him we were not interested in a different trim but he still treated us as if we were going to buy something that day. Zach was great, laid back and didn’t make us feel pressured. Long story short.... we ended up buying a rubicon in transit from the manufacturer. Staff was accommodating and went above and beyond. Paul is the manager, he worked a great deal with us to allow both myself and the dealership to make a good deal. Brian notified us he will get with the individual in charge of transit vehicles and would have them expedite the delivery. Brian looked up the vehicle’s location and discovered it was waiting for authorization to be moved (not dealer’s fault). Dazell is the finance guy who was very pleasant to deal with too. Paperwork was quick and well explained. Dazell even purchased a Jeep hat for my wife. Champion Dealership managed to gain my business from their staff personalities, eagerness to work with me in reference to negotiations, and stand up customer service. Other main plus - Bathrooms were extremely clean. To be honest, even if we ended up not purchasing a vehicle from Champion, my wife and I both told each other we would of been fine and happy just due to the customer service. This was the best experience I’ve had yet purchasing a vehicle (this would be my 6th time). Again, great staff: Zach, Brian, Paul, and Dazell. We will DEFINITELY be returning customers. When we arrived, we were greeted by Zach, we went to a few other dealerships but weren’t greeted or had great customer service. When we got out of the car there he was and he wasn’t pushy at all very friendly. We went inside and I was describing my situation and just wanted to test the waters since I haven’t bought a car in 10 years. He showed me a 2021 Jeep Cherokee “Freedom Edition” and it was nice so I decided to have them run my credit and see where I stood. I was hesitant because I worked so hard to build my credit that I didn’t want to have it go down but Zach made sure it was the best scenario. When he came back he asked if I wanted to take the jeep for a test drive and I was floored because I didn’t think I had a chance at it. After a test drive and running the numbers I got a deal on it and negotiated to make the payments as low as possible. I couldn’t believe how hard they worked and they did it because they wanted me to have it. They didn’t try to push me to get add on features or try to squeeze every penny out of me. The staff was great and Zach especially was awesome! If I could have bought him a drink I would have lol as a thank you. He made me and my wife welcomed and was genuinely full of joy that we got the car. I wanted to hug everyone in there for doing an amazing job. I dropped my vechicle off to have a problem checked and had to constantly make contact with rhe repair shop to get updates. It got to the point where I was feeling like it was a hassle for them to work on my vehicle or even to give updates. 5 Stars! My salesperson was Jamie Gieger. I went to purchase a car for my son and ended up buying two vehicles. Mr. Gieger after speaking with him on the phone set up a time for us to come in. He had two cars waiting up front under the awning so we wouldn’t get wet. He had already taken the time to test drive both vehicles for us. Seriously what type of “car salesman” does that? There was zero pressure. He had the keys waiting! We each drove the cars and knew that he had picked the right cars for both of us. The paperwork was simple but a little time consuming. While we finished things up in finance Mr. Gieger even went to the store and purchased us a drink and snack out of his own pocket while he filled the gas tanks up. He is a thoughtful young professional. Who doesn’t hard sale or push the customer. He really wanted to make sure we had the type of vehicle we needed and that would work best for us for years to come. Both finance managers are patient and take the time to explain everything to you. So no worries on that point. I was able to get both vehicles at a great interest rate with zero money down. And they treated me fairly on my trade in. After I bought both cars they had this very sweet young lady walk ya through each and every aspect of the vehicles. Showed us all the things the car does and let me tell you that Chrysler 300 does everything but drive its self. It’s a beautiful luxury car for a fantastic price. Anyway she must have spent 1/2 with each of us showing how to work everything. And said if you need of forget anything give me a call or stop by and I’ll show you again. I found the color combination in a jeep I wanted but it was more loaded than I wanted to purchase. I explained to Joe my issue and he and the staff worked with me on the numbers so that I drove the upgraded Jeep home. In my situation, we met in the middle which was a fair deal for both sides. Joe is a very pleasant man who was able to make my deal work out for me. All of the staff was friendly including the Finance guy Sean Douglass. No pressure to purchase extra items I didn't feel I needed.

We had been looking for a truck and we bought a 06 Dodge Quad Cab and I'm not going to lie we did have a bit of an inside there. But still they treat you right. Did few minor repairs to the truck before we took it at no additional cost to make sure the truck was right and ready to go down the road safely I highly recommend them very nice people and want to thank them for taking care of us. An dollar for dollar I could not had found as nice an clean truck as we got there.

Pacifica is two years old and generally we are satisfied, with one exception.we paid for the navigation system but Chrysler keeps trying to sell us their upgraded maps.I will not pay a never ending fee for using what was paid for, very handsomely Today my gf was driving when a bright yellow warning light came on her dash. She was afraid to continue driving so she pulled over and called me. After several minutes I discovered that it was a warning to renew Chrysler maps. Chrysler, after buying a 2017 Ram, a 2020 Jeep GC and this Pacifica from you, you will not find me in your showroom again Comprende?
