Everything was easy and went without a hitch...except the whole supply chain issues - but that has been felt everywhere - so that wasn't a deterrent, especially since they kept us in the loop and were honest along the way. I see that when it comes to buying from here the reviews are outstanding, as you can imagine. Why would they not, need to make that sale, turn numbers, and up sale on warranties. Now so far my experience with the service department is far less than impressive. I can see by the reviews I am in for a struggle like many others have experienced. I am currently waiting to have my F-250 checked for a check engine light and another warranty related repair that they may or may not be cover. I did agree to some services that was recommended and fell in line with my service goals, around $1000.00. NOW I have an extended warranty which allows for rental car coverage for the warranty repairs. I called Ford Headquarter to see about filing a claim for the rental car that comes with the Ford Extended warranties. They looked in the system and was unable to see any claims entered by the Butch Oustalet and without them opening up a claim Ford could not start one for me for the rental. Question??? Ford Dealership, how can I use a benefit I paid for when you have not even filed a claim with Ford?? I would decline any warranties if offered at financing. I would use wholesale warranties next time. So moral of the story, I should have read the service rating prior. I would be more than happy to change my rating and experience if I am proven wrong and they still believe in customer service, I will keep you posted. I encourage more people to provide positive and negative feed back so Butch Oustalet can improve upon the feed back. Remember if your have money to buy a car and complete services considering covid and companies struggling, shop around. I am hoping for a favorable outcome only time will tell.

Easiest car buying experience ever. From arrival to departure. I spent just over an hour at the dealer. Most of that time was looking at the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Salesman and especially the Finance Manager (rare these days) were super easy to work with. No hidden fees and straight forward pricing. I Got everything I wanted, and left happy. I think that what matters most when buying a new car, especially in these times . They cleaned the truck, filled it full of gas and even programmed my phone for the Ford Pass app. Not required, but the little extras helped the experience. While taking a road trip from Houston, TX to my home in Orlando, FL I noticed a weird rubbing sound coming from the left front tire area. Took the wife's car in for repairs, the Quick Lane personnel were great, needed a loaner while the car is in the shop, so we went to the service writer's. They said there was nothing they could do as all their cars were out. Went in and spoke with our salesman who originally sold us the car, within 5 minutes we had a loaner and were out the door. He also told and showed us that service had a loaner sitting right outside. Service writer treated us like we were beneath him and he didn't want to be troubled.

This is my seventh purchase of a vehicle and the third purchase of a Ford product. This has been the least stressful of all. I negotiated a price for a truck that fit my needs via internet until I was satisfied we had a win/win price. I then went down to the dealer's office in Gulfport and met with salesman named Louis. He was great and very knowledgeable about the truck I picked. We kicked the tires and took a test ride. I then purchased the truck and drove away in it within a couple of hours. Granted I just got an oil change and tire rotation, but service was friendly and the wait was not so bad, even at lunch time. My wife and I were able to look at new Lincolns while we waited and met a nice sales consultant, Louis. Louis showed us the inventory and we are please with the selection at this dealership.

It’s your standard car dealership. Check out a car, have every reason in the world why you should buy it thrown at you, buy the car and have the book of extras thrown at you. The pricing here is standard, and you’re not getting a deal. My advice: get your own financing before coming here. The finance manager is pushing for his bonuses from partnered financiers and will glance over or not even apply you to places he doesn’t make his money. As typical, as soon as you sign the dotted line niceties are out the window.

Took my 2017 Lincoln MKZ in as the driver seat bladders on the side of the drivers seat would not stay inflated. All other bladders in the seat would work correctly. Also both front windows would not roll up/down correctly. Had to hold the button to roll up on one side and hold the button down on the other. Would not roll up/down without holding the button. Service dept let me use a loaner vehicle which was a Ford Ranger pickup. Called me in about 3 days, (had to order a door module) and said the car was ready. When I got there the windows worked correctly but the driver seat still had the same problem. I took the Ranger back home. Was notified that they had to order something to fix the seat that they were having problems finding so had put in an emergency request to Ford. Took the Ranger back and got a Ford Escape SUV as my wife didn't like getting in and out of the Ranger. Got the MKZ back in about another week. Was told problem with the seat was a busted bladder. Really happy with the service I received from Rick, and also the use of the loaner vehicles.

En route from a week spent in New Orleans to our home in Michigan on July 2, our 2005 Ford Freestyle suffered a loss of brake pedal response, so we pulled over in Pass Christian to evaluate the problem and our options. Knowing that we had hotel reservations in Biloxi that day, and with the brakes again responding, we warily continued our coastal trip. I asked the hotel clerk for a repair recommendation, and an appointment was made with Firestone Complete Auto Care at 2707 Pass Road, Biloxi. Their initial inspection found what my ASE-certified brother suspected, that the master cylinder required replacement. But, coupled with that repair came the recommendation to replace all calipers, rotors, and brake lines as well. This initial estimate was over $2,500, but after some exasperating discussions, was reduced to $1616.92. I telephoned my brother for a second opinion, and he recommended that I locate a Ford dealer, which brings me to why I write to you. Knowing that the July 3 date provided holiday scheduling and repair pressures, but with a pressing deadline to return to work in Michigan following the weekend, I hurriedly called Cheri for an appointment. Arriving around 10 A.M., Cheri registered me and the Freestyle, and I waited patiently for a mechanic’s evaluation. Around lunchtime, Cheri provided me with a menu of a local eatery, asking if I would like to join the Oustalet Ford employees in an order. The Freestyle finally saw a mechanic, who declared it problem-free; he could not recreate the mechanical problem, and gave me advice for continuing our 1,000 mile drive north. With the worries of transporting my family that great distance, and attempting to acquire such extensive automobile service during the impending holiday weekend, the timing of the Freestyle’s temporary mechanical problem created much to concern me. Oustalet Ford's exemplary staff, particularly Cheri Noantay, alleviated any of my anxieties, and did not take advantage of traveller. It’s dealerships such as Oustalet Ford and employees like Cheri that make travel and car service much easier endeavors to undertake.

Loaner wait time 45 min - 2 hours... I had to drop off my vehicle 3 times in the last two weeks for continued maintenance (unavoidable, and beyond Ford control). First time I dropped my truck off, I found out they changed their loaner vehicle process. In past, the service section would provide me the loaner at drop off of my vehicle. The process gas changed to now I have to walk to the front sales office and they would take care of getting me the loaner. In theory, it would only be a matter of walking to the front if the building vs getting it at the service department in the back. The part that was not considered prior to changing the process is the service section is open at 7:30AM, but the sales section does not come in until 8:00AM.... Both times I got the loaner, they had to be filled with gas...takes about 15 to 20 minute longer wait. Last week the loaner they gave my wife (small Chevy car), the hood was not shut properly; she found the hard way when she got on the highway...no damage/no accident, was able to pull over to shut it properly. The positives are the 1) Gary, the sales manager; he has helped me both times to get the loaner quicker (would hate to see how long it would have taken without him). I was given a 2019 F150 XLT the1st time, and a 2015 F150 Lariat the second time. Very nice vehicles. Overall impression, the dealership is still the best Ford place on the coast so far....just the loaner process needs to be followed up on.

Very friendly and helpful crew from my experience. Just avoid the grumpy geriatric in the Service Department’s Rick Stinnett office. Fella has the empathy and customer service skills of a rock. Probably time they let him move on and replace him with someone who at least looks like they care when you show up.
