I found a used car they had I wanted and he let me know they were awaiting the title and it could take a while as the finance company was processing and sending. The sales gentleman Mark was awesome. I had been to a couple other dealerships prior to visiting Tony Betten and I was not impressed with their sale’s tactics. Mark was the right amount of “pushy” while still being respectful and even told us to sleep on it and get back to him in the morning. The gentleman who helped us complete all of the paperwork was patient with my dozens of questions regarding the warranty even though it was close to closing time. I can’t speak to the longevity etc. of the car yet as I’ve only had it a couple weeks but I can say that the staff at Tony Betten is top notch.

We were greeted, which didn't happen at the other dealerships, told our salesman Mark what we were looking for, didn't find what we wanted, he said I have one that I am driving around back,( basically we didn't like any of the colors) and my wife liked it. We were visiting from out of state which made things a little more difficult, but Mark did a great job getting it done, along with everyone else. Drove from Michigan to Florida and back to New Mexico, it was just the ride we were hoping for.

Extremely helpful. Having issues with myv2022 Ranger sensors going crazy in the winter months and all this snow. To be fair, the 2021 Ranger has had the same issues all 3 years I owned it. These sensor faults not only affect the crash warning, but also the brake assist and the adaptive cruise control. A car wash can temporarily correct the issue, and Prestone De-Icer sprayed directly on the front grill will also do the trick.

I never give 5 stars but I had a wonderful first experience purchasing a car from here about a month ago. Tim was very professional, very patient and not pushy. Once they received everything the paperwork was quick and between Tim & Mike, I was able to take my new vehicle that day. They even stayed after closing (on a Sat) due to the insurance company. They filled the tank & would’ve washed it but it was raining that day, however, when we went back a cpl days later for the plate they gave it a wash. These 2 men were seriously amazing! I’ll definitely recommend this dealership. Thank you!

Went there on 10/25/2021. They worked fast to diagnose and fix the issue with my car. The issue comes with when they were fixing the issue one of the bolts on same bracket they got out a bit and then it seized up. Instead of getting it out and assembling it correctly I got a call saying they can leave it where it is or pay them ~$200 and they would fix that too. So now my car has a random clunk that happens when I drive. Pros: Will diagnose and fix your car quickly Cons: If they break something, they will charge you to fix their mistake 10/29/2021 Edit: Tony contacted me shortly after being made aware there was an issue and is currently working with me to solve it. I am happy they take customer satisfaction seriously. I will let everyone reading the final result when it happens. 11/30/2021 Edit: Everything is all sorted. Thanks a lot for the high quality customer service! I would definitely recommend them for repair work.

I recently had my 2020 Escape not starting. I thought I maybe did something wrong so I called the service dept and asked if someone could come to my house and check it out in that I live very close. Jason came and realized the car needed to be checked out at dealership. He called the roadside and arranged to have it towed. A young lady named Colleen kept in touch with me for 2days. She was kind and pleasant and arranged for me to get a loaner. I feel both these employers deserve a special recognition for representing Ford and your dealership so well. I am a woman who lives alone and am 76. It made me feel so o good to know they looked out for me.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I have purchased a couple of used vehicles from them over the past couple of years. My truck was 1 year old and they have taken care of most of the issues I have had with it. They will not address an issue with my tires leaking air due to a manufacturers defect. This is an $80,000 truck that I have to put air in the tires every week, one of them loses at least 20psi. My only option is to buy new wheels at my cost. Truck was exactly 12 months old from manufacturing date and had 20,000 miles on it when purchased. They have been leaking since I bought it.

I went for an oil change, and technician also checked my engine filter and inside cabin filter as part of the service. Cabin filter was horrible-thank goodness he checked. Only took 20 minutes? Oul change, 2 filters changed and I was on my way.

I’ve had my car repaired at a different ford dealership in town earlier this year and it took almost a month to complete. However, when my escapes started to have a transmission fault light come on I brought it to Tony Betten and they dismantled my engine, and had to take apart my transmission to fix what was needed and it took less than two weeks. Not to mention the follow up with every step of the way from their team. Wonderful customer service, made me feel valued and cared for. And my car is also working great. 10/10

Normally I do my own oil changes because I don’t trust anyone else to do it right, but I was running behind and didn’t have time to change it before a long road trip. I can confidently recommend them. Very fast service and the price was perfect i don’t think I could have beat it changing my on oil. Plus they aired my tires up checked my filter and were honest enough to let me know it didn’t need changing for awhile. Will use them again no question about it.

My, new to me, used car had an airbag recall. I was able to book my appointment online, 1st available was within 2 days. They estimated 2 hours but it was only about 45 mins. I can't comment on pricing because my service eas free due to the recall. Overall great experience. Would highly recommend.

Even though the 2016 Ford Fusion that I bought did not have all the features I wanted, Dan and Mark assured me that this was a great and reliable vehicle. On top of that, Peter in financing did some shopping around for me to find the best interest rate and a payment range that fit my budget. First, I have dealt with Betten Ford for a number of years and Mr King has been my primary first contact. To me, his smiling face IS the face of Tony Betten Ford. I want to thank FoMoCo for the opportunity to move into this very nice 2020 Fusion from my old 2015 Focus. I just received a mailing that informed I could have had 3 months of "No Payments" which was not offered to me at the dealership at lease time, but no problems. SURE WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE! This social security recipient could have used that money. The new 2020 Fusion with the 1.5 EcoBoost drives wonderfully. It has a much bigger trunk, carries my old golf clubs plus extra room. It has so much new equipment that my 2015 Focus didn't have that I am still discovering and getting used to it. At my age, I am still trying to understand how a 1500cc 3 cylinder engine can be so peppy in this size car and still have good gas mileage. Years ago I had a VW Beetle with that size engine and it was a joke for acceleration. Anyhow... Great Car, Wonderful Service. Thanks Jim King (as my face of Tony Betten Ford). PS: A niggling little thing keeps bothering me. The stoplight engine shutdown is OK but why does it have to also shut off the 12v power point/cig lighter jack? The car does not have a cd player in it so I have been using a portable plugged in to the power point. Every time the engine shuts off so does my cd player. It is getting ANNOYING! It is enough that it reduced the rating by one star. Get in gear Ford engineers!

So real story. I moved to Mi and came to Tony Betten 3yrs ago, leased a F150 and promptly lost my job. When I asked for help my original sales guy was less than helpful. 3yrs ago this review would be 1 star with lots of explictives. Today I was under water in said lease, credit issues do to said job loss, but Paris and the team made it right. I have always been very pleased with my services here, until recently. I took my Explorer in to have the seat belt replaced under warranty. It took much longer then I was originally told, which was fine. I picked up the vehicle and less then an hour later, I put my daughter in the car, and the seat belt was still broken. Nothing was fixed! I called first thing in the morning and was told they fixed the other side because it fell apart in the tech's hands. I was never told any of this, and was never apologized to. So I wait another week to drop my vehicle off, and was told I needed to wait for a loaner vehicle because somebody was driving the one they had? When I dropped off the car to get fixed, I was given a different loaner, so I didn't understand. Everything is fixed and it was all under warranty, I just feel the customer service was very poor in this situation.

I bought a Ford Focus here almost 2 years ago. The deul clutch was replaced right before I bought it and went out before it even hit two years! Do NOT buy this car if it’s a 2014 they are known for this problem. Originally they contacted Ford to see if they would cover my repairs and Ford turned it down. I am very disappointed in Fords response to that. Fortunately I was able to find a very nice car salesman who took his time to work with us. Dominic spent almost a week going over our numbers and finding the best way to keep us in our price range. He was patient and found us an amazing car. If this rating was for him alone it would be 5 stars. The only reason I am giving it 3 starts is because I feel like Tony betten could of done something for me with my car, regardless they sold it to me and It didn’t even last 2 years before it needed me to put over 1,000 dollars into it. I just don’t think they gave me all they could. I just upgraded to a 2016 Ford Escape that we can afford and love. Again Dominic did everything he could to make it right and get as much for us as possible. Unfortunately some of it just wasn’t in his control. So I really appreciate all his hard work and recommend anyone who plans to go their to ask for DOMINIC! Thanks for all your hard work we will be back to work with you in the future!

When I had my warranty I pointed out my rear axle was le as king fluid. They said it wasn't. Now when I took it to have some maintenance done and a inspection that was one of first things they picked out along with many others ford should have found. Once you get a warranty they only wanna fix what you bbn point out. I don't own a Ford. My cars are German and Swedish. Two days before Thanksgiving I hit the pothole from hell late at night. The next day was the day before Thanksgiving and I needed to get my tire fixed asap as I was going to be traveling 6 hours for Thanksgiving the same day. So at 8am I went to Belle Tire, no deals, then Discount Tire, same thing...too busy, no deals. So I went to the Toyo dealer, everyone was off, couldn't get me in until the next week. So I tried Tony Betten. This is where I ran into Andrew at one of the service desks. Probably the best service adviser I could have randomly bumped into, he's a European car guy too. So, I explained my situation, showed him the scuff mark left from the pothole and asked if they could just get my tire balanced so I could hit the road. He was super friendly, very helpful and happy to help. Even though it was really hard to tell, the sidewall of my tire had been damaged and the tire needs to be replaced. He picked up on this first thing. This was on my German car, which has performance tires on it that are not commonly stocked. It just happened that I had a winter set of tires that I was waiting to have put on after Thanksgiving. Andrew told me they could put em on for me if I brought the tires back. So that's what I did, turned and burned, back in half an hour with my winter set and had them installed in no time. The price was right, but the service was the best! Even brought home a can of diet coke for my Fiance. So today, driving in the rain, this time in my Swedish car, I noticed that my carpets were wet, as in really wet. So this time it's the day before Christmas. I had no idea where to go, only knew I wanted to get my car in the air to inspect the underside for damage that might be letting water in. Even though I was clear over on Alpine, I thought maybe I could get my car in on a hoist over at Tony Betten. Andrew was working. He remembered me from last time. So I told him my situation, asked if he could get my car in the air for an inspection. Turns out the garage was closing for the day, but we took it over to the oil change bay and looked at it from the basement. We couldn't find anything obvious that was a possible cause, but because he has knowledge of Swedish cars, he thought maybe my moon roof drains were plugged. He pulled out the air hose and blasted them a few times, everything looked clear, but we won't know if that's the key until everything dries out. Bottom line, my cars are not domestic, let alone Ford. Andrew could have told me thanks but no thanks. Fact is, he didn't. He helped out and was happy to do so. Service like Andrew provides is the reason I will go to Tony Betten. Service like he provides is a reason I may consider buying a Ford in the future. Service of Andrew's caliber is uncommon. Glenn Betten, if you read these, reward Andrew handsomely and make sure you keep him around.

I have come over the last 4 months to Tony Betten Ford to look at different cars so I could buy a new car. I have driven a Fusion, an Escape, and a C Max. I was most intrigued with buying a C MAX because it handled well, had good spaces and design, and was a Hybrid. I was helped along the way by a salesman, Dave Hill. After much thought and research I narrowed it down to a C Max. Dave was able to find a basic C Max, I'm a no frills guy, and had it driven in. He found some discounts for me that helped bring the price of the car down which I appreciated. When I was about to drive the car away, Dave sat in the car with me and synced in my smart phone and explained all the gizmos in the standard car. He was patient and took time to explain things to me and answered my questions. Now I am driving a C Max which I am excited about.
