We have had lots of problems with a used vehicle we recently purchased from a different dealership. We happened to stop in and meet Dan in your service department one day, and that has been such an incredible blessing for us. He has done everything he can and gone out of his way to help us get to the root of the problem we are experiencing. We are so grateful for his kindness and knowledge. I also had Amy give me a ride to work one day when I had to bring my vehicle in. She was also so friendly and kind. While we might still be holding our breath to make sure everything is fixed. We have been so happy with the service we have experienced.

Thank you Assad for assisting me in purchasing my new GMC Terrain! He was wonderful!! I mostly appreciated his fast responses and patience. He got me exactly what I wanted and kept me updated every step of the way. One thing I might suggest for future buyers — check out the protection plan before the day of purchase. with all the excitement and logistics that go into buying a new car, I would have liked another couple days to consider the options!! The finance guy Devon definitely knew the program by the back of his hand. He explained everything about my loan, etc, clear as day. It was just a lot to think about in the moment, information overload! Luckily Assad was so gracious and said we can set up a time to go over all the features of my new car at a later date - you can tell he genuinely cares! I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a GMC or Buick.

I have very mixed reviews for Todd Wenzel. On one hand, I purchased a terrain, that I love. On the other hand when I went to buy the original terrain with a sunroof that I wanted was sold from under me. (I even asked to put cash down on the vehicle so I wouldn't lose it but was told to not worry that it was fine) Also on the day of purchase my credit was run multiple times for the purchase. Todd was a good sales rep but overall it was disappointing as a sunroof was a must. Recently I brought it in for my first oil change and Vince was fantastic and the waiting room was outstanding !

Took my 2020 Terrain for a oil change and 30K service. The service man gave me a price and when it was done it was $100 less because the service tech said I did not need a procedure done. And to make things even better, it only took 1 hour and 15 min. His name by the way was Dustin. Good JOB!!!!

From first contact to delivery, the Todd Wenzel dealership personnel went out of their way to make sure we were pleased with every aspect of the buying process. I normally equate buying a car with going to the dentist. But not so at Todd Wenzel. Our salesman, Todd Combs, worked diligently to find the exact vehicle that we were searching for and stayed in constant contact with us to achieve the goal of getting into a new vehicle. The sales manager, Heath Dutton, was professional, caring and easy to understand as he explained how our two trade ins would apply to the purchase and went line by line to make sure we understood the entire purchase agreement. He truly bent over backward to provide a fair price and a satisfying deal. Because of him we plan to return for our next vehicle and encourage others to do so as well. I believe this type of service is rare today. A car purchase is a big deal for us. Everyone's help was a blessing and an answer to our prayers. We have always been pleased with the service department as well and look forward to their service in the years to come.

I’m basically happy with the “Service”, I say basically because I specifically asked for my tire pressure to be checked and equalized, I was told they would be…they were not even checked, I know this because they were still low and uneven pressures. The Customer service was fine, but the oil change / Tire rotation / Safety Inspection was not complete if even completed at all.

Before dropping the truck off, I requested a few things to be looked at. The only thing that still needs to be looked at is the Climate Control Panel. When turned on to use the fan blower dial, the horizontal bar that displays on-screen is still not fixed. It disappears more often than it appears. It would be great if this can be fixed - the high cost to purchase this truck should not have this kind of issues.

I don’t have any issues with the quality of the work or the technician who did the oil change. But as a company, why don’t you have a dedicated bay just for oil changes ? It shouldn’t take over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation.

Honest reviewer Back in the beginning of January 2022 I bought my dream car which was the 2015 yukon denali with only 82k miles. I bought my vehicle from 1127 central ave. Shortly after putting 2k miles on it the egine went. My vehicle sat for almost a year at 196 regent drive location. I started complaining how I was getting treated, and questioned why i was waiting for the service manger to approve the work to be done. The financial advisor from 1127 central ave reached out, and he asked me if i was offered replacement parts for my engine.. I explaied i was never offered ANYTHING. I called my warranty company, and asked for everything to give to my lawyer. My vehicle was sitting due to 196 regent drive location because service manager James got into it with my warranty company zurich because he didn't want to do the extra work of documentation. Getting all that information I sent it off to my lawyer for documentation. I had my vehicle back within a week Shortly after i noticed my transmission was shifting hard when going from 1rpm to 2rpm. Over the course of 2 days in one week i brought my vehicle back to 196 regent dirve complaing about the hard shifting, and excessive shaking in the cabin. James stated he corrected the issue. However when i was driving over a highway overpassing my steering wheel lost control after the excessive shaking took place, and i almost went over the overpassing on the highway with my family in the back seat . Imagine the trauma a 7 year old went thru in that situation. Extremely frustrated i drove my vehicle back to 196 regent drive, and told James what happened he grabbed the tech who quote on quote "worked" on my car, and we went for a drive . On the highwayd the tech noticed what i was talking about, and then confirmed with James it was at "Highway speed". So the vehicle was then again looked at, and James later explained my tires needed to be changed and the transmission was fine. Frustrated, I spoke with 28th st. todd wenzel dealership where i met Vince at my appointment. I explaied to Vince, 196 regent drives service manager James, told me he dropped a scope in my transmission, and told me it was fine, however i should buy new tires. Completely frustrated vince told me i would be taken care of, and not to worry. Vince, later found the transmission had metal shavings in it after dropping the pan. Vince also replaced the front right axel, and a drive shaft, and universal joints. If you find yourself in my position you are not talking to the right person . You need to go see Vince at Todd wenzel on 28th street.. I have not bothered going anywhere else. You do not find honest people anywhere but at the Todd wenzel dealerships. I promise.

A couple years ago I purchased an suv from the Todd Wenzel dealership and it was a smooth and comfortable transaction. Knowing my truck lease was coming to an end and the difficulty of getting a new vehicle I contacted the Sales team and gave them what I wanted for my next truck. I purchased my 5th car a couple of months ago and needed new tire replacement for a hole in the side wall. The insurance I purchased only covers one tire but with all wheel drive I have to replace all four. Overall the experience with buying my truck was great! Everyone that we spoke with was very nice and accommodating. The only reason I would take off 1 star was that we were really pushed into buying an extended warranty package from them that we did not want. We were paying cash for a vehicle and they tried talking us into financing the car specifically so we could add on the extra $5,000 package, and then we were kind of made to feel dumb for not wanting it and choosing to fix the vehicle ourselves if something came up. Other than that, it was a great experience!

I was shocked it took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. It would have been nice to get a heads up on the time at check in as I had my toddler with me. Also, if you’re not going to have any signage as to where to go when you arrive, your staff should be ready to advise customers upon arrival. I had several people notice me clearly looking around confused, and was ignored by everyone. When I finally approached someone they were very courteous and I was told they’d come get me when my car was finished. After 2 hours my husband texted me that he had been alerted that our vehicle was ready. I waited a few minutes for a staff member and when no one came to get me I went back to the counter I started at. They looked at me like they’d never seen me before and then another associate said “oh, I didn’t know you were here.” I was told I was all set and sent on my way, so I assumed my keys were inside my car and it was parked right out front where I had just seen it. My car wasn’t out front and I again walked around clearly looking for something, this time with a crabby toddler, when someone finally gave me my keys and told me where my car was parked. The work seems to have been done just fine and it was nice to see the car had been washed. Everyone was very kind. But the process was so unorganized, and I did not appreciate that not a single person offered to assist me on more than one occasion.

I arrived at 11:30 for my 12 o'clock appointment, I was greeted immediately and went to the lounge to await my oil change on my vehicle. The dealership appeared quite busy although I was confident since I had made an appointment it would be in-and-out within an hour. No doubt the influx of people had something to do with the delay and the dealership was more than apologetic and made up for it with a discount on my services. UPDATE 9/27/2021: I took my second vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation, and the wait was much better than my previous visit, noted below. I am happily changing my star rating from 2 to 4. Thank you for the great improvement! PREVIOUS REVIEW: I made an online appointment to have my car's oil changed and tires rotated during my recent visit at this dealership. My Service Advisor advised me prior to service they had only one person doing oil changes at that time. Since I had an appointment, I was not concerned and assumed my vehicle would receive prompt service. After 1.5 hours had passed, I asked for the status of the service. My Service Advisor checked the shop and said my car would be ready shortly. After a total of 1.75 hours waiting, my vehicle was ready. I understand the limited constraint of the dealership (having 1 person doing oil changes); however, even with this constraint, feel this should have been done in less time, especially with an existing appointment.
