Crystal CastoI really like how well everyone, especially Zach, worked with me on this. This is my very first new car and because of past financial issues, I wasn't even sure I would qualify to get a new or even a used car. I love that there was no judgment shown that I had less than stellar credit and that everyone still worked to get me the best rates they could. Even the issue with the windshield cracking (due to a rock off of a truck during the test drive) was handled amazingly. Would, and already have, recommend Valley Imports. No haggling, no negotiations, no hassles. You know what the lowest price is right off the bat. No worries that the salesman is pushing you to buy something more expensive than you can afford so he makes his commission because that's not how they earn their pay. Will return if I am ever in the need for a new or even used car again. Thanks so much for restoring my faith in getting car from a dealer/lot!
Anita SmithDefinitely not a Place you hear of often, or at all..but you should! I bought my first, used vehicle from here and I am very pleased with not only the vehicle but the employees as well. We worked with Zach, who was very thorough, kind and patient. He was always quick to respond, via text or call. He made sure everything was perfect for us. I never felt uncomfortable or out of place. If you're looking for a trustworthy place to buy a vehicle this is the place!

It was very comforting to talk with Michelle in the serve department about this and clearly had done this many times before. She took the time to explain things and listen to me and answer all of my questions. My car even got a wash before I came to pick it up!!!! I was 1$ short in cash to pay my bill, I had a card but she insisted she give me a dollar and made me put my card away and would not take it. I then proceed to dig for change to get the exact amount and she said I got it and I said I have some right here. That is beyond kind of her. Valley Imports needs to give this lady a raise. She is an amazing employee!!!

I believe his name is Ben in sales helped us program the app to my wifes car. Even though we didn't purchase our vehicle from Valley Imports all three of these gentlemen were great to work with. My wife and I left there discussing how pleasant of an experience we had dealing with all three of these men. GREAT customer service. Jessica HeuerThere were no spots available for my car so I had to park it by the Valley Imports sign. The service office was very messy with food boxes and paperwork all over. In the grand scheme of things this really isn't that big of a deal so that is why I give 4/5 stars.
Linette BennettI’ve been taking my car to Valley imports for years, and have traveled hours just for this place. The Service department and sales people have always been friendly and knowledgeable. I take my fun summer car there and they remember everything about my car and treat me amazing.
I personally haven’t purchased a car from the dealership (yet) but from what I’ve experienced second hand is the salesmen are willing to work with you and help out those with credit issues or any issue like figuring out how to get a third-party payment. Highly recommend.

Joshua BoscheeDue to me not being able to approve the suggested service work in a timely manner, the service center was going to have to complete the work on my vehicle the next day. I shared that that wouldn't work for me as I needed my vehicle that evening, so could reschedule to bring in the car the following week. My service advisor went to inform the technician, who responded by saying he would stay late and complete the work that evening so as to not inconvenience me. WOW! I always get great service from the Valley Imports team, but this was over and above. Another reason why I will continue to work with them in the future.

T.SkottAsked for a explanation of empty coolant and I feel like I was giving a run around answer so the issue didn’t need to be fixed. In the 15+ years of driving I’ve never had to fill coolant because it just evaporated…seems like a odd answer to me.

Lee PaulsonOn March 18th; a Saturday, I called over to Valley Imports to request information on a used Audi A4 that I found on their website. I was transferred over to one of their sales team members, Tana, who helped answer my questions about the car. Unfortunately for me, I live up in Minnesota, so the drive itself was almost 250 miles away. Even so, I was so eager to see the car that I requested we make plans for that Monday to make the purchase official and voila! That Monday, the car was all mine.
A few days down the road I noticed that the right tail light had some burnt out LEDs. Was it a deal breaker? Not in the slightest. Was I sad that my car's bum wasn't fully function? You betcha.
I cried to Tana about it and she couldn't have made it easier for me. She told me she would ship out the new tail light to my address at no cost to me. She explained how to get the old tail light out and how to install the new one. We ended our conversation that she would follow up with me in the next few weeks when the shipment is out.
I get a call from Tana a few weeks later.
"Lee, we're sending a team your way!"
Next thing I know, Valley Imports is in Minnesota, at my house, installing a new tail light. As their customer, this was grade A+ customer service.
This is my first car and therefore my first car purchase, so I don't have a lot of experience in the car buying/selling world, but I honestly can't think of this process being any easier than with what Tana and Valley Imports has done for me.

Joseph DSales team did a great job (March 2013) until I went to actually purchase the car. The VW dealer in MN was over 3k cheaper than the ND dealer (Partially due to costco discount(500),rebate difference (500) partially due to price (2k)) and the ND dealer wouldn't adjust down to meet their price. I ended up going to MN. SO Glad I did. April 2014 I had a problem with the DEF tank heater and the ND dealer couldn't find the problem. I went to MN they found and fixed it same day.
2021 Update: My 2019 Atlas had a steering column defect. The service advisor diagnosed the failure as the clock spring just by my description (which was my suspected cause) which I was really impressed with as that was the best technical service I had ever received at this dealer. They replaced it very quickly and it resolved the issue on the first time. I had considered raising the rating to 4 stars unfortunately during the service a nut wasn't tightened or ended up loosening up, and began clunking. I paid for their "inspection" process and that didn't catch the clunking noise in the system. I will NEVER pay for their inspection again. I then took it in for a 3rd time explicitly showed them the issue at which point they found the cause (loose nut on tie rod), fixed it the same day... All in All, the service advisors are fairly nice but I really am left scratching my head at the competency of their technical staff. Overall the fact it took 3 visits to fix the initial issue and subsequent issue that the initial fix caused, I'm moving this down to 2 stars.
Update 2022:
My 3rd vw, 100%, had the clock spring go out, this time it took away airbags. Took over a month to get in to get it repaired. They covered that under extended warranty as this is a known problem. Other Services were expensive but they did a good job again so I moved them to 3 stars.

Melinda DuenowThis the second time my car has been in for service in the year and a half I have had it. Not happy about that and also the issue that brought my car in cold weather and that it could be repeated but not fixed is an issue when selling vehicles in North Dakota. Not satisfied with not being able to get a replacement car either time I had my car in which was one of the big selling points. I will be trading this as soon as I'm able and as a nurse I'm asked frequently from my colleagues what they should buy as a new vehicle I will definitely make sure they know if they plan to stay in cold weather climates Mitsubishi is not the brand for them. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope you have better luck with your product in the future. I loved my car when I first got it but not happy with the results of my service or the response to the issue.

Melissa SnyderBrought my car in to be diagnosed, I had an appointment at 1:00. I had not been to this particular place before so wasn't exactly sure where to go as there are separate entrances for each make of car they sell. I found the VW door and went inside, it took me a few minutes to find someone who then told me to go drive up to the service door which will open and I can just pull my car in. I did that and was not able to pull my car in as there were cars lined up in front of each door, 2 deep with quite a bit of space in front of them. I parked again and walked in, I did eventually figure out where to go to talk to someone and get my car dropped off .The courtesy driver was friendly and timely which was good. Repairs were explained and options offered to me prior to leaving.

I have gotten many services completed at Valley Imports, and right now, I am waiting to have my starter repaired for a 2nd time in 2 1/2 years. My vehicle issues are not because of Valley Imports, but John Aarfor personally reached out to me to help resolve my issues and to make sure I have a positive experience with Valley Imports. I have been a loyal customer, and this is what I look for when in need of service. John's time to address issues and work with me was very much appreciated.

They do a great job with fixing any issues that my car has. Plus they provide shuttle service and courtesy drivers are so pleasant and friendly.
