I just purchased my new GMC Sierra from Kia of Fargo and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Clay was my salesperson and he did a phenomenal job! He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that customer satisfaction was the top priority. I also dealt with Kelsey in finance and she got me a better rate than I could get through my own bank. One and a 1/2 percent better in fact! Saved me thousands in finance charges alone!
When I asked the Federal Credit Union which I have accounts with if they could beat the rate/term, they told me they couldn't beat it. I'm a savvy purchaser, and have sold cars myself in the past (not for Kia of Fargo). I know what to look for as far as misleading information and I can attest that this was an honest, transparent deal: one which I was happy to sign.
The car itself is amazing and it's the exact model, color, trim, year, etc that I've been trying to find for the past 14 MONTHS. Caps to illustrate that isn't a typo.
Bravo for making this the easiest deal I've ever had too. Did everything online, and I was literally in and out of the dealership in ten minutes and think that I was in the bathroom for six of them. GREAT JOB PEOPLE!!!

I have always enjoyed my interactions with this dealer. The salesman Mike is a good guy. I was surprised this time though. I bought a new car and told Mike to get the paperwork ready and I would be in the next day. When I came the next day I had to wait 1.5 hours to sit down with the finance guy. Then after I was in his office he wanted me to sign saying I had insurance. I wanted to take 3 minutes to update insurance info since I didn’t have the serial number up till that point. The finance guy said I couldn’t do that and we just had to finish this paperwork to not waist his time. I was in his office for 6 min total and you made me wait for you for 1.5 hours I’m sorry but 3 more minutes so I could be factually correct when signing a document shouldn’t be the end of the world. Next car I’m just going to tell Mike to get the paperwork ready and call me when it’s ready. I don’t want to wait for a specific time so they can try to sell me a warranty. I just want the car I bought and to not be rushed through paperwork. He spent more time trying to sell me a warranty than I was allowed to actually do the transaction.

Good price for quick oil change. But they couldn't reset the oil usage meter. And they didn't even tell me about that. When I went back, they told that they don't know how to do that. I mean it should be the easiest part of the process for a Honda CRV, one of the most available cars out there! People there should care more!

Loren was super…he verified that I ordered the 20,000 Service Package when I made my Appointment in person and I said I just wanted the Oil Change and Rotate the Tires. I didn’t need new filters since I just put them in. He remembered I said that and that’s why wanted to verify that. I know some places would have just not checked and would have charged me for the whole package. He mentioned a Recall I have and showed me the 30,000 Service Package which I will probably do next time,

I SPECIFICALLY said to check the tires , the tire pressure light on and off. Checked with my gauge after 40.5. 41. 41 and 34.5 psi had the technical advisor check and correct. Same thing last time !! Oil slightly overfilled again! Miguel was on top of the service. 4 of us drive KIA VEHICLES Quality control continues to slip.

I was a bit disappointed With the service yesterday when i got my oil changed.. usually i get right in on schedule.. i had an appointment and got right in and was told the workers were running late, i was the first appointment of the morning.. the workers did not show up to my oil back in for another hour.. i know everyone is working short handed, but shame on them for coming to work an hour late and making everyone wait… not cool… i felt bad for everyone who had to take the heat for them…. People need to start taking pride again in their jobs and show up.. otherwise everyone was friendly and trying to accommodate us…

Wonderful service received on my 2022 Kia Carnival! We had a blown fuse that was preventing my automatic seats, outlets, seat cooling from working in the second row. The fuse was tricky to find and replace, took the service technician over an hour to find it. The fuse was not covered under warranty so we should have been charged shop fees. The shop fees were waived, they vacuumed my car front and rear washed all exterior windows and gave me a free car wash from Don’s car wash. Excellent service, I highly recommend purchasing from Kia of Fargo and or servicing your vehicle here. Thank you Brian Huso for the wonderful service, we very much appreciate it!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I first went to Kia of Fargo since there is a car shortage. I was able to talk to Mike Aguilar and he put any worries I had at ease. Within minutes of being there, I knew my options and even ordered a car. A couple days after ordering, Mike reached out and let me know that they had a car incoming which wasn't sold yet. He sent the window sticker and gave me time to think things over. Mike and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and amazing to work with. I felt like I was dealing with long time friends and not with people I had just met.

Rod Bjerke and Kelsey at Kia of Fargo have been a great help in getting us our new Telluride. They have been kind and helpful from the beginning when we test drove (no high pressure sales, no pressure at all!) and then easy process to place an order. Drove up to Express Service Bay to get an oil change. Waited less than 10 min for a Rep to check me in. There was one car before me having service done. The service rep, Miguel, was friendly and efficient. I waited 30-40 minutes for the oil change. Miguel went over all of the checks done on my 2018 Kia Soul as part of the oil change service. I was very satisfied with tge excellent and quick service! Thank you!

Fast and clean oil changes with free carwash. They do a basic service check and provide 'recommendations' but are never pushy to get additional work done.
They also sell and service Kia automobiles but I just go for the quick lube.

I do wish that they had kept me a little more informed about all the delays while my '17 Soul was being repaired from an accident (and then not starting) but overall, most of the problems were either insurance's fault or pandemic related and mostly beyond their control (ie: shipping issues, chip shortages, etc).
I will definitely keep going to Kia in the future. My car looks like new and drives great after being repaired! I will, however, be ditching my current insurance company for a better one after their failures during the 56 day repair time! This is NOT the fault of Kia though; insurance just never told me that they don't work with them "In Network".

Staff was really friendly and helpful when booking my service and adding a tow package to my KIA. I arrived a bit early and they accommodated me with a ride to anywhere while my car was being worked on. Price was reasonable for the work conducted. What I feel could have gone better was the surprise “safety” inspection completed without my knowledge. When I got the call my car was done, I was immediately met with the service advisor suggesting numerous items should be changed and replaced - cabin air filter, engine air filter, differential fluid change, etc. I religiously take my car to a different service provider - so this felt like ploy to boost sales and services. Yes, I care about my car and safety which is why I take this seriously. I’m not doubting KIA of Fargo for recommending these services based on their mechanics’ findings… but I just came in for KIA “recall” to be fixed so my car would spontaneously combust and a tow package be added. That’s it. No other expectations were discussed or mentioned. What happened to starting a relationship before going after my pocketbook? Perhaps that’s why my other service provider will keep my business for now… and my car safely maintained.

My review isn't about a purchase but rather the customer service. I was looking for a vehicle and I saw a Kia that I was interested in. I contacted the dealership and Beth responded promptly and helped me set up an appointment. I was using a 3rd party app that had an error in the listing and informed that I was looking for something else. She called me back with a follow-up on the actual features and recommended some other options that fit my ideal price range and mileage. I ultimately went with a different dealer only because I found a vehicle that better matched what I wanted and was across the street from my job since I live an hour away from Kia of Fargo. In May of 2021 we ordered our Telluride. We picked it up on Monday, June 20, 2022. I would give them a 5 if there had been more communication about when our vehicle would arrive. The long waiting period was frustrating and unfortunately the local staff wasn't able to provide feedback as to when our Kia would arrive. Being impatient we did call them a number of times, but again, they could tell us it was in the pipeline. Once the Telluride was in transit we were notified and soon the day was here when we could take possession. Mike and Kelsey provided top notch service. Kelsey finalizing the deal and Mike showing us the great features the Telluride offers. I would highly recommend buying a Kia from the Fargo staff. After owning a Sorento, we know the Telluride will be just as great a vehicle!

The sales people (Rod in this case) are very patient and not pushy, I feel like they are attentive to what I want and need in a car. The person that took care of the financial aspects was great and made sure that I knew exactly what I was to expect from inquiry to end of lease expenses. The initial appointment I was told it would be mid July before they would be able to even look at it, fortunately they got it in sooner. They were instructed to do the repairs through the extended warranty for the car, however when called to advise it was complete they billed me the full amount and I had to have them correct it and bill it correctly which delayed getting the vehicle back another day. I tried using their courtesy vehicle service to get to the shop to pick it up however they never answered or returned my calls, so I ended up paying for a cab to get out there.

I've lost count of the number of vehicles we've purchased from Kia/Lunde over the last 20 years, so obviously we've been satisfied and keep coming back. The minus 1 star from 5 review is not because of a "person" per se (I had a very thorough mechanic/technician today) but for a flawed "appointment" system. I understand, that service appointments for repairs, parts, etc., are unpredictable as far as time needed. What I don't understand is why there is an option for an appointment for an oil change if that isn't going to be treated any differently than a "service" (aka...we'll get to it at some point) appointment? One of the four gentlemen at the service counter I was speaking with all at once said to me, "your appointment is just to hold a spot." Ok, well, traditionally, an "appointment" is for a specific time for a specific service. Again, fully understanding this "hold a spot" is logical for service/repairs/parts....this appointment system should not apply to oil changes. I arrived at 8:40 am for an 8:45 am "appointment" for an oil change I made nearly two weeks ago,
saw my car "go back" to wherever service door oil changes go at about 9:30 am, only to be the very last customer from the group already there and at least 3 that came after me....leaving the dealership at roughly 10:20 am. I take responsibility for obviously being confused on their "appointment" system but honestly, unless they plan to put appointment oil changes ahead of drive ups, there is zero advantage to planning ahead and making an appointment for an oil change. I also understand that this may not seem like an excessive amount of time and they were very thorough with my car, but when someone has an appointment, they plan other things accordingly. I'm sure the appointment system works splendidly for everything else, for oil changes, don't count on it.

This was my first time buying from a dealer, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Caleb Brush was super helpful and patient with all of my questions. Kelsey in finance was also incredibly helpful. She had all the paperwork ready and always wanted to make sure everything was in perfect order. There was a little confusion with financing because I was going through my credit union, but that was simply because they were unfamiliar about my credit union's process, nothing bad on Kia's part.
They went above and beyond with preparing the car for me; this included fixing the minor crack in the windshield, and replacing two tires, all at no cost. I was genuinely impressed. I would definitely recommend Kia of Fargo!

Terrific car buying experience! I'm from out of state and Matt answered all my questions, was always friendly over texts and calls, and was very knowledgeable about the Sorento PHEV. Kelsey in finance knocked it out of the park, getting our loan sorted and even overnighting our paperwork so my wife could sign everything.
No gimmicks, the pricing documents were anyways accurate, and there was never any pressure to buy extras. I purchased the 3M clear bra offered and the price was way under quotes I received from 3rd party installers in my home state. The document fees here are some of the lowest I've seen while searching for a Sorento plug-in hybrid.
Overall I'm very impressed with Kia of Fargo. The Sorento is so fantastic, and they made everything go so smoothly.

We had gone out just looking when a salesman named Gordon came out. He asked us some questions about our needs and evaluated our budget. He showed us what would work for us and gave us options. He wasn't pushy at all. He told us he didn't need to sell us a car, if we chose not to buy today it would be no problem. He was honest about the process and led us to the right people for questions the whole way. We were there from about 3pm to 8pm test driving anything that was in our price range and a few that we're out of the price range to feel what we loved. At the end of the day I decided what I loved and since they were closing, he put the car on hold for us to come back for the next day. We came back the next day and bought the perfect car. I 100% recommend this dealer. They care about your needs and wants and actually keep your budget in mind.
I cannot recommend Gordon any more than I already do. He was so friendly and honest. He treated my Fiancee and I as HUMANS. Not just a big paycheck. Overall I’d say the service is pretty good. The only complaint I have is with their communication with the customer as repairs progress. Twice my car was in and both times parts had to be ordered that took extra time to get. Neither time was this delay conveyed to me in a timely manner. Otherwise I’m happy with the work.

My taillight bulbs burnt out and so I called the front desk made an appointment for my Kia to be serviced immediately. When I got there, they were so friendly and had all the COVID precautions in place. Alcohol gel was out front, everyone was wearing masks. Even the courtesy car drove only one passenger at a time when someone preferred it. I got a free ride back and forth from home and my car was fixed right as rain (for a reasonable price). Even the front desk ladies that gave my dog treats had sealed and saved the fancy coffee I forgot about earlier that day. All in all they went the extra mile and made me, an out of towner, feel welcome.

I bought my Kia Sorento new from the dealership that they took over from, and have had all my service done here. This was the worst experience I have ever had. Took my car in as the brakes were leaking. First day they called to say there was no leak. I told them again were it was leaking and that I had a that I put a full bottle of brake fluid in over 3 days. They checked again and found TWO holes in the brake lines. Said that they would overnight the parts for an extra fee. I said do it. Never heard a word from them for three days. Finally I called to see what was going on and was told they were still waiting on the parts. If they would have let me know that they could not overnight the parts I would have kept the car and not rented a car for 8 days. They cost me an extra $300 of car rental fees. I am giving this car to my daughter and plan to buy a new Telluride. But it won't be from Kia of Fargo now. Nor will I ever use them for repairs again. Terrible service and nonexistent communication.
(Later) So the manager did call me and apologized for the way my repair was handled. He also offered to pay for my entire car rental. I am not one to take advantage of them so said I would be happy if they would split it with me. I got a check for it. I'll change my rating to 3 stars but am still leery of future dealings.

I called looking for a spare tire kit for my 2017 Kia Optima. They answered promptly and directed me to the parts department. Kelly looked things up and checked physically to make sure the inventory was correct and that the parts were there. He set it aside for me to pick up the next day. When picking it up, the guy at the parts department (didn't catch his name) helped me with set up. Overall, it was refreshing to work with a dealership that has the parts needed on hand and communicates effectively.

This dealership is a flat rate, no negotiation dealership. I personally find that manipulative and similar to extortion. Their "fair price" was far from fair, but we were looking for a very specific vehicle. Also why has car buying become such a harrowing ordeal? We knew in the first 30 minutes that we wanted the car, but they kept us sitting at the dealership for 3 hours and we didn't even use their financing. I hate car buying these days!

Brought my vehicle in for a voluntary under-body spray coating for rust prevention. This service I didn't have to pay for since it was issued by KIA to owners of specific vehicles, of which mine was. The accommodating staff was quick to assist me and offered a ride via their shuttle service since the process would take a couple of hours. This also came free of charge. Later that day, when the process was complete, I returned to reacquire my vehicle and was promptly attended to by a member of their team. I left with some paperwork of items they had checked pertaining to suggested maintenance for my vehicle, which they didn't have to perform but still did as they would for someone bringing in a vehicle for other types of service, such as an oil change. I then left the facility without incurring any charges. This level of customer service and the process of addressing a potential issue with my vehicle is astounding. The employees at this business, as well as the manufacturer as a whole, went above and beyond to stand behind the product that they represent. I'm not in the market for a vehicle currently, because the KIA I currently drive is just fine, and I'm a bit short for new vehicle funds at the moment. However, if a situation arises where I am shopping for a new ride, this will hands down be the first dealer that I would consider. Kudos.

BUILDIN/STAFF-Coming into the Kia building you are greeted by one of the nicest people at the front desk. They will help you find the right person you need for the purchase of a vehicle; or help get a service scheduled for your vehicle.
Also during the winter time the sidewalks are cleaned up to prevent slips trips and falls. I know that all places of business do this but the people of Kia WANT you to be safe while you are shopping around for a new vehicle.
VEHICLE PURCHASING-purchasing a vehicle the sales team will help you find a vehicle in your price range and make sure that its something that you will be comfortable in. Even after purchasing a used Kia Optima, my car salesman sent me a thank you note, and also a follow-up call so that if I had anymore questions about my vehicle. Also they will help you find a vehicle for your specific needs.
If you want the newly designed vehicle ex-(Telluride, K5) they will order you one (and of course the longest part is waiting for your vehicle to come in) but its well worth it.
Service- The service team has fantastic!!! Today(11-12-2020) I (YES ME!!!) FORGOT to let they guys know that I take synthetic oil in my vehicle, as soon as I remembered I walked back there and asked what kind of oil they put in, and they had put in the correct oil (I am so THANKFUL for the people who work on my vehicle!) They had looked up the previous maintenance schedules and saw what kind of oil i use in my vehicle. To me the small details and huge for me.
Overall- It is by far one of the best dealerships I have been to. I highly recommend anyone going to Kia and just seeing for yourself how kind the people at Kia are.

I called Lunde service center this morning last minute to get in for oil change, they were booked up but suggested Kia express lube as they are first come first serve. I wasn't sure where to go so I went to the front desk where I was helped right away from a very friendly gal who told me where to go. As I parked my car in line another gal came out right away to get my information. I waited no more than 30 minutes. Although the service staff said they were not informed by this other dealership I was coming, they were able to work me in knowing I had a three hour drive home.
