I purchased my first car online and it was a great experience. The process was quick, the dealership contacted me in a timely manner and delivered the car to my home (over 2 hours away) with a full tank of gas. They were honest with a few defects not shown in the pictures as well. Went to the dealership 2 weeks later and had all of my questions about technology and future service needs answered by all the appropriate departments. They ordered me touch up paint and had it shipped to my home address so I wouldn't need to come back. Will purchase future cars from Valley Imports!

Michelle is the best, super friendly and accommodating service writer. Gavin is by far the best Audi tech I've ever worked with. He let's me know what does and doesn't need to be done at the time, then gives me a time frame for when I should get my vehicle checked again for any known problems. 150% recommended.

If you’re looking for a nice looking, reliable vehicle, this is the place to check out. I called about a vehicle that caught my eye and my salesman immediately helped me in figuring out how i can get it ASAP. My car was in perfect condition, no issues, and an absolutely beautiful car. The gentlemen I spoke with got back to me in a timely manner and within a week or so, I drove the vehicle off the lot. They are very knowledgeable on the foreign cars they sell and it made me comfortable knowing that I was in good hands. 10/10 recommend.

Tyler in Service took great care of my car. I was in from out of town with a flat tire on Labor Day weekend. Took the time on a Saturday to find my correct tire last minute and got it in the same day. Service time was less than an hour. I had called many other tire shops and this was the only place willing and able to do a same day service.

Great mechanics and they really know there foreign cars. If you have trouble with your foreign car that your local mechanic cant fix, this is the place. But very spendy and expensive to fix. But they'll get the job done
