This was the most efficient dealership I have ever worked with. I was in and out in just over an hour. Charles Gabus was was quick but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. The process was stress free and pleasant. I recommended them to everyone.

They were able to do something that no one else had been able to and get me out of my hated van. Not only were they able to do that but they got me a better deal, better interest rate and got me into a brand new cord explorer which I love. Anthony is a great guy along with being an excellent salesman. He actually takes your needs into consideration and cares. We bought a truck from him back in January and he has made sure we were taken care of. We came back in for service and stopped to say hello and he actually remembered we had kids and thought to ask about them! He didn’t try to push a vehicle on us but just chatted until I randomly asked for some keys. Then while I was driving he told my husband that they could definitely do something for me if I really wanted out of my van…….of course I was like heck yes and he did it!
The service guy Michael that we work with is really good and friendly. He makes sure that the work gets done completely and correctly and communicates with us which is a huge thing. I very strong recommend this dealership and both of these team members. I guess I’m a ford girl now!

I have begun bringing my car here for oil changes and am super happy with it - appointments are easy to make online and my whole oil change and tire rotation this last time only took 30 minutes. They text you a video going over their inspection points while you wait which I thought was neat. Everyone I interacted with was very nice.

Our new Bronco Sport is our second purchase this year from Charles Gabus and Steve Sanders - both experiences were exceptional - from the time and help given to us from Steve with all my questions and concerns about the cars both pre and post sale I would highly recommend him and the dealership. I always receive stellar service from Charles Gabus Ford. I have been a customer since 2009 and when I decided to purchase a new vehicle early this year, I stopped into the dealership and met David Geyer in sales. David listened to everything that I wanted in a new Bronco build and took time to understand the vision I had in mind for my new vehicle. We discussed what was available from Ford in the way of a 2022 build and it turned out not everything I wanted was available. David was patient with us, put together an amended build, suggested sandstone interior (something I did not know was available), and gave us the print out. Then, we decided to leave the dealership and he thanked us for our time.
My wife and I went across the street from the dealership, had a coffee, and discussed the build that David helped us put together. After about 90 minutes, we went back to talk to David and ordered our new Eruption Green Soft Top Bronco Big Bend.
Trust is very hard to come by these days. David listened to us and helped us get a new vehicle despite the supply chain issues Ford is experiencing. He assured us that Charles Gabus would not adjust the MSRP like other dealerships in the Des Moines area with exorbitant "market adjustments." On Saturday, May 21st, we took delivery of our Bronco, three months after we ordered it.
If you are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, know you can trust David Geyer and Charles Gabus Ford. You will not be disappointed. If you do end up disappointed, he and the staff there will make it right. They always do.

My husband and I were on the hunt for a new or newer Ford F250, which seemed impossible with the truck shortages. We are from Omaha, NE. We looked as far as Colorado, the price gouging that is going on now is insane. I found the perfect truck at Charles Gabus. I made contact with David Geyer. He was fantastic. It was difficult for us to get to Des Moines during the week due to work and the 2+ hour drive. I set up a time with him for Friday and asked that if he sold he he let us know. We had missed out on 2 other trucks because we couldn't get there fast enough. We arrived and test drive the truck. David was professional, friendly and not pushy at all. I felt immediately we could trust him. We settled on a price, within 30 min we signed and they even gave us lessions on the electronic/ bells and whistles of the truck before leaving. David was by far the best sales Rep I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend Charles Gabus and going with David Geyer. We love our new fancy truck!

Appointment for oil change was at 9 and they were done around 9:30 fast but not convinced everything was checked in that amount of time.They are suppose to check all the fluids and belts tire pressure, etc. and I asked specifically if they did,because I was going on a long road trip.
After I got home,I checked the Ford Pass app on my tires. NOPE.... tire pressure was still low on all 4. So I know that wasnt done. Yes I can put air in my own tires,but if they failed to do that,what else wasnt checked?

From my first contact with Ed, a service advisor, for a recall on our vehicle, to the last person we spoke with, we were treated with courtesy, concern for our repair, and complete customer service! While waiting for the recall repairs I decided to look at and just get some ideas on a vehicle we were thinking about in the future. The salesman, Kelly Cornish greeted me just after entering the door. Asked what he could help me with and I told him I was just gathering info for a future purchase. We chatted about a couple vehicles, he took my information and stated he wouldn't call me. The next step was up to me. Refreshing for a salesman to back off and not try to sell you something! We talked more about a new 2018 Edge, which is what I wanted into on, and he politely asked if i wanted him to explain some if the programs available. After discussing several aspects and some terms, i spoke with my wife and she was as interested as i was. Knowing our current vehicle had a lot of miles on it and was going to start having more issues. He offered to see if we qualified and we agreed. Never once did he push us to go beyond looking. After qualifying we decided the deal Kelly had worked up for us was too good to pass up. I spoke with the sales manager, and others in the dealership and was treated almost like a friend. Nothing like the old Gabus ford from years ago. This staff was personable and genuinely wanted to help us with whatever decision we wanted to make. I can't say enough about Kelly. He listened to us and had answers we needed and let us go at our own speed in the decision process. He stated if we wanted to wait that was fine just let him know if he could help in any way. Back to Ed in service. He made sure we were happy with the repairs and immediately had an issue addressed and fixed. Well we decided to trade our newly repaired vehicle for the new Edge. The meeting was fair and they took care of all the hassles and paperwork. They made it very easy for us. The credit manager was just as nice as everyone else and explained every detail as we went thru the purchase. Then came Dillon in parts and vehicle delivery. This young man was so patient and knowledgeable and went over our entire new vehicle with us. From the new technology to explaining the coating for the paint, interior, and rust inhibitor they put on our new car. It's his job to ensure the vehicle is properly prepped for us, and when I found a flaw in a fender he assured me that it would be taken care of when they install the remote starter they ordered for our Edge. When we were all done learning everything he could teach us, Dillon, Kelly, and the sales manager all made sure if we had any issues or questions to stop by or call and they'd do anything they could to help us. Saying I'm satisfied doesn't cut it. It was the best car buying experience with people that genuinely cared about making sure we were happy, not just selling a vehicle. Outstanding customer service, and some of the nicest people I've dealt with in a long time at a large dealership! They have made a customer that will definitely come back when I'm ready for another vehicle. Because they make it my decision not theirs by pushing me into a purchase. Fantastic experience and completely happy. Don't know how to put it snow m any other way. Perfect buying experience.

I took my Ford Edge with 35,000 miles in for "The Works" which includes an oil change, tire rotation and vehicle inspection. They even included a complimentary car wash. The waiting area included coffee and complimentary WIFI.
I was in and out in 45 minutes. The service advisor reviewed what was found and shared that the tires were starting to show some wear and to keep an eye on them. I was very pleased that she did not try to sell me new tires before I needed them and did not try to sell other unneeded services that some dealers are known to push.
I was very happy with this experience.

The process was simple for me as I knew what I wanted. My sales person (Jonathan) was very knowledgeable as he had owned the model vehicle I purchased. There aren't any perks from the dealership really, but my salesman has been great about following up and answering questions as I have them. That's more valuable to me than free carwashes or cheap oil changes. The pickup/closeout process was quick and easy, greatly appreciated when when scheduling is tight. Britton, the delivery coordinator was also very helpful. I'd definitely work with these two in the future.

We recently were looking for a reliable dependable safe used vehicle for my daughter when we stopped by the Charles Gabus Ford dealership to see what they had on their used lot. That's when both Todd and Sean helped us by showing used vehicles but also a brand new Escape they had on their lot. After test driving it, my daughter fell in love with the way it handled, all of the amenities and Ford quality. Todd and Sean made it super easy as he made us an incredible offer that rivaled other dealer's used car prices.
I rarely buy such large ticket items "on the spot" without thinking them over but this deal was too good to pass up and we decided to purchase the vehicle right as the dealership was closing for the evening. The entire staff never made a fuss and processed our new car sale well past an hour after they closed. Todd, Brenda and Sean could not have been more accommodating during the entire process. And after we bought the vehicle, a service technician spent another 30 minutes going over the entire vehicle and answering all of our questions.
Our daughter was thrilled with all of the technological features the Ford Escape had such as a mobile app, Apple CarPlay, Apple GPS navigation, remote start, keyless entry, backup camera, side warning detection, etc.

He introduced me to his service managers and assured me that Gabus Ford, and its employees, are here to help their customers no matter what.
While our car buying process this go-around has taken longer than usual (due to family circumstances), we are close to finalizing our purchase with Gabus Ford, and I can't emphasize enough how much this dealership cares about its customers. Ford STILL deserves 5 stars in my book after all of this time!! I was greeted in a very friendly manner and my service tech immediately got to work signing me in and sending my car off for my scheduled oil change!. He then personally escorted me to the department I was wanting to speak with regarded extended warranty coverage. I did not have to wait, even though I didn’t have an appointment for this part, and I spoke with someone as soon as he found an available associate to answer all of my questions (and more!) regarding two vehicles we have with you. As soon as I was done speaking with the helpful gentleman on warranty/ extended coverage questions, I came out to find that my car was nearly done already! It was an in/out experience and I was extremely satisfied to be promptly on my way! I also was thrilled that my car was freshly washed to top it all off! A+ service, hands down!!! (If only I didn't need additional service though... I trust Ford's assessment on this however, as this is the first time I have needed something in addition to just the oil change, as long as I wasn't having another issue it came to be looked at for. I am around 50k miles too, so the additional stuff seems right about on target.)

In the most recent experience, a module was replaced and transmission fluid was checked and topped off, the former repair my responsibility and the latter acknowledged by the service department as an earlier oversight for which they assumed responsibility. Both of my interactions with the service department and Michael - the most recent and extended situation in March & April of this year - involved a third party, the extended warranty company. The third party was not always easy to deal with, but Michael continued to advocate on my behalf, and on behalf of the dealership, and all matters were resolved favorably. My contact was Michael, A very amiable fellow. Who politely listen to me complain with reckless abandon about Granger Motors. and How it was now going to cost me 1200.00 to fix what should have been fixed years ago for free. (warranty). We had to order the part and pay for it in advance. I get it came from a 3rd party and no returns.
It came in repaired in one day arranged for the F150 to be left out. Worked like a charm.. Now can anybody tell me why by Sirius Radio cuts out when I drive through major intersections.

Generally, our buying process went well, save for one part. First, our sales person Eric was excellent. Very nice, willing to partner, provided great information and really helped us in the process.
The sales manager on site was terrible. Never got a name, but completely unwilling to help or let us test the car for more than a short drive. There’s a way to handle people and he didn’t have a clue. Really not customer friendly at all and almost ended up turning us away from buying. Maybe better said, we bought the car because we liked it, in spite of his attitude. Another environment, and we wouldn’t have bought from him.
The rest of the buying process was very smooth. Offered us car care and extended warranty packages without shoving them down our throat, which we appreciated. Had a group after we bought it walk us through the features and gave us some tips, which we found very helpful.
So far, we generally like our Explorer ST. Nice car, comfortable, roomy. Drives well. Generally very happy with the purchase. The sole drawback so far is that the infotainment interface is working very poorly right now. Supposedly a problem with their connection with SiriusXM and the modules that support Sync 3. Never had a car that was so bad at providing the functions it says it should (Travel Link, recording on SXM stations, etc.). Hoping they actually do something to help, as it is making us like the car less and less by the day.

Thought I’d try Charles Gabus Ford’s’ service center after having a bad experience elsewhere. How refreshing! The service area was clean and well organized. The people there were friendly and knowledgeable. My Service Advisor, Tonya, asked me if I wanted to use FordPass points to cover the oil change and tire rotation (that’s never happened elsewhere). I was provided some pricing on replacement tires should I need them in the future with a price match guarantee. They thoroughly washed my car cleaning off all the bugs from a recent road trip and pulled it up for me when I was leaving.
Can’t speak to the car buying experience here (but probably will be able to in the future) the service here is first rate!

I had 3 concerns after I purchased my vehicle. 2 were not even addressed. I work full time for a large Iowa employer where I always want to exceed our customer’s expectations. I have come to accept that I can’t expect the kind of service from many places anymore. It is rare to find. I just feel my overall experience could have been better. With a large (at least to me anyway) major purchase I would like to have my expectations exceeded but they were just at about meeting expectations. Even if I was incorrect on my 2 requests it still would have been nice to have those acknowledged. I mean one was an owners manual. Maybe they stopped making those in 2016, the year of my car? I would still recommend Charles Gabus but you may have to buy a Ford or brand new car to exceed expectations.

Friendly service, shuttle drivers are great, my main issue is that they replaced something that wiped out my door entry code and didn't bother to tell me that! Later that evening i ran into a store and locked the vehicle, came out arms full and couldn't get in. Luckily the app on my phone worked once i sat all my stuff down on the wet ground to get it out. However, i don't always even take my phone with me on a quick stop, so it could have been worse and i was stuck somewhere locked out. This is definitely something they should explicitly tell people and offer to help them reset it right there when you pick up the vehicle!

I have had service on my focus here twice. Both times were exceptional. I went to get my after factory remote start removed because it was causing other issues. I was told it would only take about an hour. It took 3. Normally, that would be something to be angry about but they waiting area had WiFi so I was able to work. When the service guy did come to tell me my car was ready - what he had to say was above and beyond any experience I’ve ever had. He apologized of course for the long wait, but then went on to say they weren’t going to charge me labor for today’s work because I needed a new part that the cost alone was double what they had quoted me that morning. He gave me the cost of the part, said it’d take a couple weeks to come in but then they wouldn’t charge labor for that day either. Exceptional. They anticipated a customer reaction and already remedied it before I could even be mad. Being newer to Iowa and from a small town in IL where you always go to the same 1 or 2 local guys, I am pleasantly surprised by the dealership service at Charles Gabus and have found my new go to place for car service.

They greet you warmly, professionally, and listen to your issue to fix it. The gals at the cashier desk were always pleasant. My husband and I have never driven Fords. No specific reason, just never found a vehicle that we liked. However, this may be our new go to brand mainly because of the service we experienced in our recent purchase. We were looking for a 2019 Ford Edge which are seemingly hard to come by at this time. Charles Gabus didn't have the vehicle we wanted on the lot, but they were going to reach out to another dealer to get it to us. In the meantime, they suggested we come in and drive the 2020 model to be sure we liked it. Of course we did, but were told there wasn't much difference between the 2019 and 2020 models. We left right after test driving without them pressuring us or trying to upsell us. They knew what we were looking for and were doing there best to get it for us. As soon as we left, we sent a text to see what they could do for us with the vehicle we just test drove. Awesome price, awesome deal and quick answer. We decided to go back the next morning and buy the 2020 model. During the financing process, each person we talked to was knowledgeable but also honest. They showed us all the options to weigh but again, never pressured us. They were honest with what they would do in our positions. I would recommend Charles Gabus to anyone and everyone. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Gabus Ford. After my first purchased I was 100% satisfied, not only with what I purchased but also the service and price. After I was hit and my vehicle was totaled out, I went and purchased a vehicle at a different dealership and the service was nothing compared to Gabus Ford. I regretted the purchased (was a used vehicle) and where I purchased it not only because of the service, but also the price. After that I purchased my next two vehicles from Gabus (both brand new) and continue to be satisfied with the service of the sale and price.
It's after the purchase is why I provided only 3 stars. All the vehicles I have purchased from Gabus - I would get them serviced at Gabus. The quality, service, and the friendliness hasn't been the same for a long time. Almost 3 years ago, I was rear ended on the interstate so took my vehicle to Gabus to get it fixed. Ever since my vehicle was fixed, the rear end makes an odd, almost a rubbing sound. Also, the rear tire firewall protector (unsure the name of it) piece started coming off 3 months after it was fixed. Which makes me question if it was put on correctly.... I have also had my tired rotated 4 times since and not once was offered or asked to get it fixed.
Secondly, my husband hit a pole and the entire front in of the vehicle (including the radiator) had to be replaced. It was a quart low of radiator fluid when we received the vehicle back.
Lastly, I hit a deer. The deer smashed the front driver side of the vehicle, including the horn. Again, brought my vehicle in to Gabus to get fixed and later in the day after I picked my vehicle up I found that the horn doesn't work. So, now have to figure out a time to bring it back in.
The service after the sale is not what it use to be. The quality seems to be decreasing. After 3 issues now, I no longer have the trust I used to when it comes to Gabus fixing my vehicle correctly the right way the first time. While I used to be a huge advocate of the dealership over the years, unfortunately I am no longer. While I still believe the salesmen are great, it's after the sale is where I am not 100% satisfied.

I also had my blue tooth go out and needed it to go to service. Service told me to let body shop know it's to go to service after. I told the body dept. this when I dropped off. was called to say my car was done at the body shop 4 days later. I ask did it go to service they no but, I see that there is a note to do so. As the customer, I should not have to be responsible for how the shop runs.

The Gabus service staff has done all the maintenance on my 2015 Lariat. Actually, other than oil/filter changes, new tires, and recommended items at specific mileage, not much additional has been needed. Good vehicle and good technicians. I decided to buy a certified used car and stopped by Charles Gabus Ford. I bought a 2015 Ford Focus. Shortly after I bought it I noticed it was not driving right. The problem was on and off and my fear was if I brought it in they couldn’t diagnose the problem if it wasn’t acting up right then. Anyway, my fear of this and past bad experiences kept me from going in for about 8 or 9 months. I finally got it in and unlike any other car shop experience I have ever hadthis one was great! I dropped it off and they shuttled me to work and I got a call with a diagnosis maybe an hour later if that. My warranty covered the issue. They found a couple of other issues that they fixed. The only thing I paid for was my oil change and my tires needed balanced. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, especially Dave Nagel. The first good experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop. Thanks all, great place to buy a car and get it serviced.

While traveling on I-80 on May 1, 2020, our Ford F350 truck lost its turbo power. Popped an intake hose called a CAC tube from air cooler to throttle body. We called Charles Gabus Ford and Robert/Service said they would look at it. We were able to reconnect the hose and limped 47 miles to them. Disconnected our 40 ft. fifth wheel in their parking lot. Robert was very helpful and so was the service tech. They understood we were trying to get home and worked quickly...within 30 minutes and got us back on the road. The Service Department was awesome. Best I have ever experienced in my lifetime. My diesel truck was emitting some oil smoke under the hood. They got me right in, discovered the oil filler cap had not been replaced when I had it serviced in MT. They put it on, cleaned the underside of the hood and even replaced a windshield washer valve I had a part for. All for NO CHARGE! Everyone should trade at Charles Gabus Ford!

We had a wonderful experience getting our cars detailed from the minute I called to make the appointment to now. They called to let me know the cars were done as soon as they were dry, and they did an EXCELLENT job! They made things shine on my 13 year old car that I didn't even know could shine. When we went to put the mats back in one of the cars, we discovered one was missing. I called yesterday (5 days later because we didn't put the mats back in right away) to inform them that we were missing a mat. Robert (service manager) told me he'd check on it and get back to me. This morning, I received a call from Joel saying he was trying to locate this mat and would make things right if he couldn't find it (I didn't even have to ask).
Well, we checked the garage one more time to make sure the mat wasn't in there. Guess what.
I feel TERRIBLE for falsely accusing them. I did call both Joel and Robert back to apologize for this. Both were very gracious. I appreciate the wonderful job they did, the wonderful customer service, AND that they were going to make something right that, in the end, we found wasn't even their mistake. I appreciate them following up with me.

I emailed Jeff Turner about a vehicle I saw on the website. I told him I would be there on Saturday. My daughter and I met with Jeff. I told him I am looking for a car for her to take to school. I told him my budget and he began showing me vehicles in my payment range. He was really good at asking Chloe if she liked a smaller car or a midsized car. He made her part of the experience. She is the one who has to drive it. There was a plastic piece on the windshield that was broken. They ordered the part and it was put on the following week. Great experience from start to finish. I had the lowest price in the area estimate for a new car I was shopping for in about an hour with a personal call and emails directly from our salesman. No bait and switch tactics and they had a low document fee. I was able to purchase the exact car for the exact promised price two days later with several cars of the desired color in the inventory at the dealership to pick from. The salesman was in contact with me the day before and early the day of the purchase to be able to coordinate an exact time to show the car and he was ready to go as soon as my wife and I got to the dealership. I brought my Taurus in to have some work done on it, one was a recall item, and while it was going to be there I requested that 2 other things be done on it. When I returned to pick it up the recall item was done and 1 of the 2 items I requested was fixed. I was told the service man did not find a problem with it, although when I brought it in the service adviser (and I) could not get it to work. Since it was working I took the car home (even though they did not fix it like I requested, which disappointed me. I had a feeling it would continue to be a problem). Within a week it stopped working again. I called and brought the car back in. The service adviser argued with me about wanting me to pay my $100 deductible AGAIN, but if it had been fixed the first time (like I asked them to) it would not have cost me anything extra. I called the manager and he agreed he would not charge me another $100 deductible. I am thankful for that but I had to live without my car another day while it was getting fixed. I would not want to work with this adviser again.

Service Advisor Brandon is one of a kind! My 2007 F150 needed an oil change and had a ticking noise. Brandon advised me of the diagnostic charge and scheduled oil change. As I said, it's an '07 with 90K miles and I haven't had to do any maintenance whatsoever.. He advised me of several items that needed to be replaced. We prioritized them with the costs. Brandon let me know he had all of the parts and then he let me know when the work was all completed. He did what any customer expects, and often times that is hard to find. In July 2015 we were looking at a new car for my wife, and she didn't have any Ford vehicles on her list to test drive. We did stop to see Steve out of loyalty, and he took the time to show us many of the available Ford models. There was no pressure, but he found a car we both found comfortable in, at a price we felt was very reasonable. We left that day with our 2015 Ford Fusion Hybrid, and we have been very happy with it.
We just returned from a 3100 mile trip with it, and were very happy to discover how easy it was to run 700 miles a day, while getting 41 mpg.

Charles Gabus Ford was clean, and friendly. My truck was serviced and I received a courtesy wash. There was free coffee, a clean bathroom and almost everyone was wearing a mask. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars as I did not receive a checklist of everything that was to be inspected during my oil change. I generally get my truck serviced at Tom Boland Ford in Hannibal, Missouri and they always give me a sheet showing what they checked and how things are holding up, ie: my brakes, tires etc and Charles Gabus Ford did not.

I will try to be brief. I purchased new shocks for my Ranger pickup at Charles Gabus. They explained that they did not have Ford shocks but could install another after-market brand. i agreed.
The new shocks were extremely stiff riding. Every bump was enough to rattle your teeth. I hoped they would perform better after they were "broke in". They did not. I was trying to give Charles Gabus the benefit of the doubt that they surely had installed the right kind of shocks for a Ranger pickup. Finally, two weeks ago I hit a pot hole and the shock absorber for the right front wheel broke loose and was hanging down inside the spring. I could drive it that way. I made an appt. and talked to the Shop Manager about what had been going on. At the appt. you again did not have Ford shocks on hand. i could either come back 2-3 days later while you ordered Ford shocks, or let you put on after-market shocks again. You assured me they would be the right ones for my truck. I asked if they were the same as the ones they were taking off. They said they couldn't tell.
I asked for some adjustment since the first set of shocks were not the right ones. They said no. I have to wonder if anything else was broke when I hit the pot hole and the shock broke loose.
I would have thought one set of replacement shocks should have lasted for the life of the pickup. They did not.
This new set of shocks is much more of a smooth, safe ride. Bumps are much less of an issue. I am convinced you put on the wrong ones first time. You should have made an effort to adjust the price when I had problems with them and had to replace them so soon.
After posting the above comments Charles Gabus contacted me. They listened to my complaint and offered to share in the cost of the second replacement shocks. i accepted their offer and have received their check in the mail. I believe they stepped up and treated me fairly. It restores my faith in them as good business people who genuinely want to treat their customers right. Thank you.

The selection of trucks to choose from was so complete that I found exactly the truck I wanted, even down to the color. That allowed me to buy in the price range I was expecting without paying extra for things I did not want or need. Noah worked with me without any high pressure to buy. He helped me find what I wanted and then followed through with the best deal he could get the very first time.
Then Brad worked with me on the financing and got me a cheaper monthly payment than I expected to pay.

On a 2013 Ford Focus. The fan behind the dashboard responsible for pushing out heat and AC through the console vents had died. Previously took the vehicle to an independent electronic shop, and they charged use $100 for a diagnostic, but were unable to resolve the issue. Brought it to Gabus Ford in Des Moines during the pandemic slow period. Within 2 hours, they called saying the power connector to the fan was corroded. Replaced the connector, added corrosion resistant sealant, and it was good to go. Also performed a (Ford covered) oil change and tire rotation, and even through in a wash. Total cost: under $150. Friendly, professional service.

Had body work done there. Only reason had work done there was because it was warranty work. Pros: Truck looks great. They damaged one of the tires and replaced it at no cost to me. Cons: Took longer to get truck back then what they said. I had to call to get updates and they never call me back. Nothing was said about the tire they damaged. Not my first choice to get work done.

I had a service woman by the name of michelle. She took the time to listen to my concerns and talk with me before I even scheduled. She explained everything to me about how my warranty worked and even told me I had extra miles on it that I didnt know about. She called me within a hour of my car being there for a 7am appointment and told me what they had found. She answered my questions about how long it would take to fix my car. She said they could do it and have it done the same day. Mind you this was almost 45 minutes after I talked to her the first time. She told me she would call when done. So around 9am they were told to fix my car and at around 130pm my car was done. Michelle called me and worked with my so I could have my car back the same night after hours and to collect payment because I was driving back from Kansas city for work. She set it up for a late pickup. They even washed my car for me. I can say that the dealer I bought the car from didnt even do that when I brought it back for my first oil change. They took care of replacing the part. But it was a pretty expensive part. I'm sure they use the factory parts for everything . Then I had another problem that pops up once in a while. That would cost $ 120 just to diagnose it. Repairs are beyond that. I paid a lot for my warranty when I bought the car, raising my monthly payment. But it seems like nothing is ever covered.

The Geico Auto Body Shop had my car for two weeks and I’ve had to take it back three times. First my front passenger door would no longer open which, wasn’t a problem when I dropped it off. Second I noticed that they had hit my driver side mirror on something and they hadn’t fixed it. And lastly I have to take my car back once again to get the back passenger door fixed because it no longer opens which, again, wasn’t a problem when I first dropped off my car. But I don’t want this to be all negative because they have been quick to respond and solve these problems. But I just wish they weren’t problems I had to deal with to begin with.

We purchased a new Ford Ecosport 4WD at Gabus from Steve Sanders. This was our 4th new car purchase from him since the 2010 Mustang, and all have been very easy and enjoyable from start to finish. We are already planning with Steve on a Mustang convertible in the future. Steve listens, and provides us with the best deal possible each time.
I was also impressed with the tutorial Anthony Graham gave before we left with the car. Heated seats, heated steering wheel, moon roof, towing hooks, navigation system, all were demonstrated. Our iPhones were paired, and the app installed to remotely start and unlock it from anywhere. Excellent treatment.

She is the one who made this deal happen. I had been looking for a week, knew I was buying soon, and had visited at another Ford dealer. I never felt I was taken seriously. They wanted to go home (it was late on a Saturday) couldn't answer any of my questions, and then failed to do any homework for me during the next 3 days when I found the car I wanted myself and found Erika. She was a delight. She knew everything about the car I was looking at and could answer any question I had. After the last dealer I bought a car from I was a little hesitant on buying another car from a dealership. I decided to look for a used car for my wife and she was wanting a Focus, so I found one that she and I both liked and after talking with Noah and running the numbers it actually came out cheaper to upgrade our current car with a 2010 Focus from Gabus Ford. We gave Noah all the information over the phone and he took care of the rest, so all we had to do is test drive it, sign the papers, and drive our new car home. This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had hands down, and I will definitely go back to buy another car and would highly recommend Gabus Ford t anyone!!

I have a 2017 ford explore with the lane assist feature, and all of a sudden the feature disappeared. I called them and one gentleman knew exactly what button I had pressed in advertently and was able to solve my problem with in one minute. Awesome customer service!

I had my car towed to charles gabus Ford on 3/7/2019 I had been having trouble starting it for about a month I spoke to Phillip the advisor he had it in the shop had the problem diagnosed within 30 minutes I authorized the repair and they had it complete in a lot less time then I had been told. Now it starts everytime I am very happy I give Phillip a 5 rating and I will ask for him going forward.
