Michael E. ended up with my finance application after another salesman basically disregarded it the day before. I immediately fell in love with this BMW on their website and it was what I wanted to be financed for. I do not have great credit so this car was a touch too old and too many miles for most banks to touch. After a solid week of Michael trying to find me something similar (he had great options but I didn’t fall in love with any of them like this baby right here) he texted, called and kept in touch multiple times a day, all while never being face to face with me. He went above and beyond what I could have possibly expected anyone to do. He realized that I absolutely wasn’t going to be happy unless I got the BMW, so once again he went to the finance dept for me and somehow worked out terms that worked for all of us! Finally, after all the back and forth and him trying to make me happy, finally the finance department agreed to in house finance for me. Unbelievable! I am so thankful for you Michael E! I absolutely could not be happier with the car! You are amazing and again thank you for making this happen for me! It was an absolute pleasure and I will be back for the next one!

OMGOSH! Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Tony was my “salesperson” more like a good buddy. I bought a Chrysler 300 and I’m very picky…no problem, Tony handled it like a pro. Prices were absolutely fair. Johnny in financing by far the best guy to work with, very thorough, efficient and genuinely friendly and caring. In and out about 1 1/2 hours. UNBELIEVABLE! I highly recommend next time you need a vehicle look them up and get treated right.

We had never heard of Sharpest Rides, but when we were looking for a particular type of car in the Denver area, we discovered Sharpest Rides had an impressive inventory. We called ahead and made an appointment with Michael England and he greeted us when we arrived. Michael was terrific! He showed us a number of vehicles and we test drove one. We loved it! We decided to do our due diligence and go check out some similar vehicles in the area. None of the other experiences could compare to Sharpest Rides and Michael! We contacted Michael to verify the car we were interested in was still available and let him know we were returning. We got there in time for the complimentary BBQ (every Saturday I believe)! We came to an agreement for our trade-in and Michael passed off to his finance colleague and the outstanding service continued! It is tough to convey the atmosphere or Sharpest Ride. Their branding is over the top...Music is blasting...Customers and sales reps are all over the place...Kids are playing in the playground...and the walk to the restroom is like walking through a classic car museum! It is really a festive environment! We look forward to continuing to do business with Sharpest Rides!

I enjoyed my experience here they went out the way to help me get into a good car Julie was absolutely amazing at finding all my needs in my price range the finance manager Julian was amazing at getting me financed. After I got the car I had a issue with it shaking when I hit the brakes I called and talked to Paul the sales manager and he was absolutely wonderful they had me take it to jiffy lube where they get the inspection done and they found the issue and the sharpest rides covered the cost. I can’t thank you guys enough for being so wonderful with this issue. Also they found a error in my finance charge and called me quickly to let me know and resigned a contract with a lower one which was super fantastic. Started with their online form because I was in desperate need of a car, and didn't have much to put down. The next morning Mike Sena reached out and scheduled an appointment for me to come in. Took the bus, walked into the lot and was immediately welcomed. They found Mike for me, I arrived early so he was still with a customer, so he called his associate Hansel over to help out. Hansel sat with me and worked with me for a couple hours while we worked with what the banks wanted. They got me into a 2017 Sonata, and I LOVE it. I want to thank all the people from beginning all the way through the financing.

Purchased a gorgeous Chevy Silverado from Chris Noel last week, couldn’t be any happier! He gave me a great deal on the truck and when I pointed out the power locks weren’t working on the driver side door they agreed to fix it. Financing was smooth and the staff was knowledgeable. Originally, I gave a 5 star review. The salesman Tony was great. Worked hard to find me the best financing available. The sale went smooth, during the test drive, I noted.things that needed to be taken care of. I was assured they did a 41 point inspection. I love the car, the payments worked for me! Now the bad. All four tires had under 2/32 tread depth, and was told they would replace all four. Also the check engine light was on, he assured me that the car only came in on a trade two days earlier, and they would fix what was needed to get the engine light off. It needed a catalytic converter. I turned the car in the next day, was told a day maybe two. Two weeks later and three to four calls a day, a new catalytic converter and tires were done I could come get it. The catalytic converter appeared ok so far, even though the chrome tips on the end of the exhaust were taken off, and the tailpipe didn't line up with where it should. The four new tires... weren't new. Tread depth wasn't as bad, yet one tire still has a slow leak and will need to be replaced. At this point, I cannot afford to be without a car for another two weeks, while I wait for them to decide the cheapest way out of further repairs, and broken promises. Would I buy another car there? Not sure. My one piece of advice, if you do find a car you want to buy there.... BEFORE you drive it off the lot, make sure everything is fixed and taken care of per your request. I also recommend taking to to an independent mechanic to look over. They rush you through the process. But in the end, Thule bill is much higher than what I was promised, Sadly.

My experience here was pretty good. Although getting the car I wanted was difficult, due to damage caused by a test driver before me, the shop worked diligently to get the car in good clean working order for me. I couldn't be happier with the results. Andre worked tirelessly to help me get situated, and with my patience, and a lot of his help, he got me exactly what I needed. He went above and beyond the standard for customer service. Picking me up from work, working with me to obtain rentals, and overall just having a great attitude. As a tradesman with not a lot of options, it was great to have somebody honestly on my side through the process. Also worth mentioning, was Candice, the financing department manager. She worked quickly to make sure all my needs were met, and all my questions were answered. She also had a great sense of humor. Next time I purchase a vehicle, I'll definitely be returning here.

This is the second car I’ve purchased from the Sharpest Rides. I always enjoy working with their sales team and they have an INSANE amount of inventory compared to most other dealerships I had shopped around at. I had spent about a week going back and forth with JT, discussing different options, sending paperwork, all the usuals when buying a new car and he was awesome. .very attentive and followed up on things that he said he would. I went to the dealership on Saturday and he helped me find exactly what I wanted and worked with me to get a payment that fit my budget. I will continue to use The Sharpest Rides for my car needs, especially JT. .thank you! My ONLY complaint though. .I wish the cars were detailed better before you left the lot with them. My car still had crumbs between the seats and around the seat belt buckles and something spilled on a back seat buckle. Not a huge deal, but still 🤷🏼‍♀️

I really wanted to make a purchase here. I had a car picked out and financing done before hand but then I entered and just tried to get out as soon as possible. When I walked in they had some dude who smelled powerfully of cigarettes outside I just stopped breathing. I arrived on my break from work and before I even got to see a vehicle he had spent ten minutes talking at me about his questionable tattoos then couldn't spell my name (Pat) on the sheet. Just a complete lack of self awareness which was ideal compared to the sales woman I didn't end up using since she only wanted to browse the website instead of show me any of the cars outside, like I hadn't already done that. Her disinterest couldn't be more apparent as she began snacking and did not accompany me outside, only as I was leaving 45 minutes later did she try to flag me down. I would assume she believed I would still be purchasing one of the many vehicle I did not get to see with the poor customer service. I'll never understand why people choose employment where they do not want to do the work. So I just ended up hitting a dealership after and just buying a new truck at VW.

My experience at sharpest rides has been okay, but the person who referred me to Vlad Gubarev I want to thank you. This guy has been nothing but GREAT help on repairing parts on my BMW. So far I was a month over my warranty from buying the car from the Sharpest Ride and Vlad was able to still find a part for my car for a good reasonable price. Instead of me going to the BMW dealership that was going to charge me an arm & a leg. He also helped me get my piece for my car covered so I didn’t have to come out of pocket at all. This will be my go to next time I need a truck. *********************************** UPDATE: I have to keep my original rating because ultimately I did have a good spirit experience buying my car. But, 2 weeks after I purchased the car, I took it to a mechanic to look over. He told me that he used to work for shop not far from TSR. He had said they had been known in the past, to buy cars from insurance companies, that had been totaled or close to. Then fix them up just enough to sell legally. He told me about some shady stuff they would do and how he thinks they got away with it. I wanted to mention this because I really thought it was odd that no other dealership in Denver had more than a handful of cars but their lot was completely full. I wanted to mention this so that you could know to go have someone look at your car before you bought it. My original rating has moved from five stars to four for this reason. However I gave them a 4, because in my case I got a good car and I didn’t have a bad experience
