So we worked with Robert, but started with Eddie. Honestly if I could give these guys and this place a 6/5 stars, I would. I will definitely come back forever anytime a car is needed. The best car salesman ever. Robert was not pushy at all, listened to all of our needs, and helped us get exactly what we wanted. First off let me say my situation coming into this deal was not the best. Due to covid & life my credit was not great by any means, however to them it didn’t matter. They found me a solution and put me in the car I wanted ever so badly. During this process there was quite a few unforeseen bumps in the road (none of which New Wave) could control but Terry made sure to fight for me and my deal to finally get done. Terry made himself available to talk to me whenever I called and even allowed me to vent when I got upset due to the banks. Most car salesman have really bad reps of just wanting to get the deal done but that is not the case at New Wave Auto. I dealt with several salesman through out my buying process and each one was always very polite and helped me to the best of their abilities. I plan on buying another in 6 months or so and Terry will be there first person I call when that time comes. Give them a chance to put you in a car and I can assure you you’ll come out happy.

We weren't in the best shape after losing a car to an accident and weren't ready to finance but they worked with us and we were able to get an uber(they provided) there and leave that same day with the vehicle we actually wanted to!! I would recommend to anyone especially if you want the process of buying a vehicle to be easier and enjoyable!

I don't need or want to be bothered by the place I bought a car from every day of the week. So far I have recieved a call every single day from this business after purchasing my car. When I do answer and get things settled, someone then calls the next day about the same thing. It's blatantly inefficient and something I wish I would have been aware of before purchasing a car from this business.

My car was stolen and I needed a new car. I had bad credit and Edgar made sure they got me approved! Unfortunately the car I got is nothing but problems. It said it was safety checks but it has bad tires, bad brakes, tires were completely unbalanced and missing lug nuts and was dangerous when driven over 60. They did cut a check for the balancing and alignment of tires but this car is full of issues and I should of had someone inspect the car first but I was desperate. Lesson learned.

I'm thrilled to have my new vehicle. I've spent months researching what I wanted and the right price. New Wave's sales team was very responsive. As an empath, from the first call to the official send off from their office, I could tell the sales reps and mechanics truly care about their customers and helping them get the vehicle they want. Being self-employed, they helped me find a good, affordable loan. Negotiating with them on the price was easy, informative, and positive. And their sales process is very organized, which is super key. My only hurdle was communicating with the sales reps about the actual process was a little difficult at times. I understand they're super busy right now, so having the time to "really walk someone through the process" (anticipating customer's questions, providing them all the info about future steps in the process, etc.) maybe this wasn't something they could provide me at the time. So I became very vocal about my questions and needs (like wanting several hours to get the vehicle inspected, wanting to speak to the mechanic who repaired my car, etc.). But New Wave was ALWAYS very pleasant, friendly, and accommodating to my needs, which was great. After taking the vehicle to another mechanic for an inspection, New Wave actually made the repairs in-house (saving both of us money). The mechanic, Paul, even sat down with me to go through my inspection report so I clearly understood what was repaired (and he offered me wonderful tips too). So as long as you go in informed and pro-active, no doubt you can get an excellent deal. Thank you again to Nick, Sussy, Wilson, Alma, Pam, and Paul! I'll be referring people your way.

I went in with no expectation of getting anything. As most I do not enjoy car shopping. My car broke down on Friday and I was not happy. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Sussy. Friendliest face you could ever see. She was great she gave us the keys to try a few cars to test drive we found one and decided we were going to go with that one. It was pretty late on Saturday and we had to wait for the finance companies to get their wake up call on Monday which gave us a night to sleep on it. After sleeping on it we decided we didn’t want that car we were gonna look for some thing else. So my husband went in Monday right after work and picked out a car. You know when I first went I thought it was going to be good , a nice day . A day I get a new car . For me and my family . Little did I know Edgar was doing me dirty the whole time , gave me a messed up car and said it was the “ gas cap “ but lied . It was my oxygen sensers , cracked and leaking exhaust . Smelled like burn etc ….. beyond disappointing haven’t had it for a month . Got it the 15th till today . & not once did he answer or text me back … ONCE ONCE I got it fixed he wants another 400$ in deposit? And wants to take it away once it’s fixed but didn’t want it or answer or call me when it was messed up . I don’t suggest getting a car there and if you do DEFINITELY DEFINITELY DEFINITELY DO NOT TQLL TO EDGAR
