This place is amazing! They worked with me when I had a few obstacles to over come and got me in a very clean, lower mileage newer vehicle for an insanely good price. Daveen was the best part. We connected on a personal level but she kept it very professional and stayed late after hours so I could drive home with a car and finally be able to drive myself to work in the morning again. If you’re needing real humans that understand how difficult this process can be this is place. The staff has all been there for quite some time and the manager really knows what he’s doing. Absolutely A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! Company! They live by their word, & I couldn’t be more greatful😊 As old as I’m getting, I’ve never financed a vehicle, until JD ByRider. Hadn’t built much credit period. They came through. Sure, it costs a little more, but for all the right reasons. My car has been extremely reliable (over a year now). They have mechanics available for routine maintenance (extremely affordable), and for warranty maintenance. They finance you themselves, but you still have the option to refinance elsewhere. They provide flexible payment options, that fit your income. Not to mention, their superior customer relations skills. Always answer the phone promptly, they’re courteous, and diligent. I'd declined one of the cars they showed me due to payments being too much and unfortunately left without a car that day. A few days later I got a call from Nick saying he had new inventory and wanted to show me what he had. I went into Byriders, looking for a van, I saw on FB. My credit is less than perfect & they finance. Darrell was awesome! He not only, DIDN'T pressure us, he did what was NEEDED to get us into the vehicle we were in search of. Darrell was very easy to talk to & even made my kids feel comfortable. The vehicle I wanted needed an alignment & they stood by their word & got us in, at my convenience. Even after the alignment, my car shimmied a bit & they squeezed me in, immediately taking care of the problem! If I ever need another vehicle, I will go back to Byrider. Ten Stars in my book! Thank you Darrell! **Edit .... every time I have an issue that pops up, as with any used car, I call the shop, they get me in quickly & problem is resolved usually within a few hours. And since mechanical work is covered in the contract, all I pay is $25 co-pay.** As a single mom, I appreciate this part. No add-ons or pressure to "fix" things that are unnecessary. Thanks again! Honest & reliable.

I recently had my car serviced for an oil change. During the oil change the mechanics found that the Timing needed to be fixed yet I HAD taken an offer for work to be at a different location up in Cheyenne! I had no other way of transportation there or get to and from my hotel when up there! Josh the Shop Manager was amazing and offer me a loaner vehicle til I come back and for them to be able to receive the parts in that time for my car! They truly moved mountains to help me out! I spent approximately 3.5 hours there. I'm very satisfied a happy with my car. Update: now that I've had the car for awhile, I've taken it for servicing and have been very satisfied with the service that I've received. Bobby, the service manager, is very helpful and makes sure everything is done right. New update: Not only has the service department resolved a sensor issue that took several visits to pin down but, today, 7/21/21, Josh got me in as they were closing for emergency service and replaced my battery. Byrider continues to do right by me and I greatly appreciate them.

Everything was going really well. Nick the salesman stated to me that as long as I show him my car insurance card I would be able to drive home with my new car. So I was signing the paperwork and the lead lady who was training a new employee told me I'm unable to the car of lot until I showed my insurance. We were having a difference of opinion. I stated that I had full coverage so any car I drove I'm 100% covered. This went on for 30 to 40 minutes. So I finished signing my paperwork. She tells me to hold on 1 more time she then tells me I can take the car off the lot.

Okay so here's the deal, most negative reviews dont understand the way the (BHPH) process works, you dont get to choose the car your in 80% of the cases. They have a decent selection however you are limited by what they can sell you. I came in late and they really wanted to "close my deal" fast but thats how they work. They are not a new car dealer, you arent there on your own free will, you are there typically because no one else will finance you. you are going to pay typically a mark up of 75-85 percent above FMV (my van books out to under 6,000 , but my contract is 11,200) but you have to understand these are short term 3 year max loans and are designed to be paid off quickly. The sales guy i had was a great person to work with,was friendly, was to the point with no BS, which I liked, was even nice enough to throw some fuel in the van before it left the lot ( however it should be full, for almost 12k you'd think they'd at least give you that) Now to the star rating I gave, The car had zero attention paid to its detail job, i had to spend about 8 hours getting what ever nastiness, was left in it from the previous owner ( probably a dealer or auction house) and it still needs a re shampoo and vacuum badly. ( I was promised it would be re-done before i picked it up* it never was* ) Maybe im just more picky then most, but if you take the time to detail a vehicle properly, they sell and stay sold ( granted the default rate on most of these loans is pretty high) but the little extra effort goes a long way in my eyes Expect: Sorta friendly staff High payment amounts Decent vehicles ( dont let mileage scare you off) A slightly salty taste after the buying experience, once you get home and realize what you've gotten yourself into. In closing: "It is what it is, and thats all that it is:"

The sales and financing department are great. I purchased my car a little under one year ago and it was a wonderful and pleasant experience. Unfortunately I've had nothing but trouble with car and it seems to be in the mechanic shop there A LOT! I've even done some of the work and repairs myself. I'd say within a year my car has been in at least 6 times. Probably closer to 10 though. The engine light is always on and this car has left me abandoned on multiple occasions. Calling the service department takes at least two days to return your call. Then the work done seems a little sketch. They do a cheap quick fix even if it means you'll be back. In three weeks my car has been in twice now and I had to replace my collant reservoir at home 7 days ago. That would be three times in the shop in just 3 weeks. My car is falling apart and I barely drive it. They don't seem to care as long as they can get you in and out quickly and get your money.

My last vehicle had some issues under warranty and they were resolved. I gave 3 stars instead of 5 because there were many vehicles on the lot one of which I was very interested in but it had a sticker as well as the many other enticing vehicles that stated it wasn’t for sale. Therefore the selection this day was very limited.

This dealership is professional courteous and efficient. I went in and did not tell them that I've worked in the automotive industry before and they were able to pass all of my tests. I can't say enough good about this place. If you have questionable will credit like me this is the place to go. They will work with you and explain what's going on and you will drive out with a vehicle. They have great resources for financing. I came here with terrible credit in desperation for a car. Nick was incredibly helpful with finding me something to fit my budget while meeting my standards. I had a small mechanical issue after purchase and the service department was quick to both set me an appointment and take care of the issue. The 30,000 mile warranty is hard to beat :) Mark, the finance department manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process. Kind people, wonderful service. Will likely return for another car in the future. Only advice to buyers: thoroughly research the car you want. If they don't have what fits your needs, the inventory changes fairly often so keep an eye out. (They had something that fit my needs better about a month after I bought mine, that's life :P)

Oil changes, brakes and such are less expensive here. The day after Christmas my car broke down. I needed a new engine. I drive a ton of miles so warranty was out. I called Jdbyrider about three weeks ago to see if I stood any chance of being able to be financed for a new van for my family. I was drawn to them because they take care of all of their lending inhouse. I spoke with Darell and he was able to get me prequalified for a used town and country with in only an hour. Fast forward to today. I went in to pick up my car and do my test drive, and I got a huge surprise that i was not expecting. I originally was looking at a different one then the one I got, because the one I got was originally already sold. I found out that the one I was looking at had too many problems and their mechanic did not feel comfortable selling it to me. I was then told that the one I had originally wanted had the previous buyer fall through so I would be getting that one. I was beyond excited and even more excited to find it that it had far less miles on it than I thought. I would say the only down side was that I got the one detailer that is a perfectionist so it took them 3 hours to detail my car as I waited to test drive it. But even that wasn't that bad. Darell was so helpful and made the wait for the car so enjoyable. With all of the extras you get at little to no extra price, why wouldn't you want to buy a car from this location (64th and Federal). I will be coming back for any car that I may need and will be suggesting JDByrider to everyone that asked for a great dealership.
