Since 7/18/22 I’ve been looking for a vehicle. I couldn’t find one at all in the budget I was given. I almost gave up until My aunt recommended going to twins and talking to Jennifer York. She helped me find the perfect car for me and my son! Paperwork was fairly easy to do. I’ve never been so happy with services in my life! A big *** THANK YOU *** to Jennifer York! I had traveled two hours from West Virginia to buy a Chevrolet Volt from Twins, but it wasn't what I'd hoped for. Jennifer found another Volt nearby that was a year older but in amazingly good condition at a good price. I've since put over 1000 miles on it, and I love this car to death! Didn’t felt pressured to buy and they just wanted to show me the cars we asked for. Only “complaint” is the detailing of the vehicle. I don’t know who they use, but the car looked like it came straight from an auction. Floors weren’t vacuumed, & car looked like it was only touched by rain water from a week ago. With that said, even though I was buying a brand new truck, the man in the Golden room I was dealing with was apparently the used car sales manager. This individual made the buying process less than desirable and really needs some customer service training. Treated us as though he didn't need or appreciate our business. Mind you, we were buying a $67k truck... which really should be a non issue. I would have expected to be treated with some level of customer appreciation whether the vehicle was 1k or 100k. He almost lost the deal because of his attitude towards us. At the end of the day, we got a great truck and my experience outside of the used car sales manager was excellent. They rest of the staff, the owner, and my salesman made sure we were happy with the vehicle and have continued to support us since the purchase.

I got my car and I’m super excited!!! So I thought. Dee Jones did me so dirty just to make a sale. I had no driver’s license, no insurance and they let me drive off the lot. Not only was it an inside job for the insurance approval, they gave me insurance that was not fully what I needed. I needed an SR22 and they put on the paperwork that they did. Had I been pulled over, I don’t have the correct coverage, and that would have been my fault. They gave me a lower deductible no rental car no SR22, and did not put gas in the vehicle when I signed the papers. I pulled off the lot on fumes. The insurance, financing, and car lot work together for just the sale. If you don’t have license or insurance they can get you in a car, make sure you tell your friends!

The nice thing is they really don't care if you buy a car or not, so there is no pressure. But therein lies the rub. They don't care. I like the car I bought and overall it is excellent. The main issue is when we looked at the car, took it to lunch, and came back, it was in great shape. We signed everything, and they sent it to "detailing". This is where I believe the problem happened, but I can't be sure. As I drove it home, I noticed that the passenger side mirror had been broken. However, it was not broken when we drove it back from lunch. So I am guessing it was broken sometime between detailing and being returned to us. I addressed this with them, but of course, as I mention, they don't care. Also, the manual was missing. I didn't notice this until a week after I had the car. When I wanted to read how to use a few things, it had been there when we took it to lunch. The car is nice, so I can't complain about it, but I don't appreciate that they damaged it after I bought it. But, of course, I don't expect them to admit to anything. My suggestion would be to take lots of pictures as you look at the car. And inspect it before you leave the lot. Although they will say as I have read from others complaints. " The customer was offered an extended service contract and refused it at the point of purchase. The reason we offer every single customer a service contract is for situations just like this." hmmmmm?

I explained my motives to both Drew and Judd, and was immediately offered a buy out price and a very fair price at that (Praise God!) I found a car on auto trader I was interested in seeing. I went in and found another potential buyer eyeing the car I had driven an hour to look at. The salesman named Brandon asked me if I was just interested in the one car. I said yes. He said well lets let the other guy take it for a spin and if he doesn't say yes then you will get a chance. I wasn't pressured into looking at anything else which was nice. To my surprise they guy came back and said let her have a chance. Side note I went in looking like a complete bum asking to test drive a newer Audi. I wasn't treated as a bum, I was treated as a potential buyer. I ended up buying the car that was a great deal had 2 minor glitches of a non working key fob and the backup sensor not working properly. Guess what Twins is making and appointment at an Audi dealer to have it fixed for me free of charge. Now that's service! I couldn't believe how kind I was treated as I most certainly didn't look like someone who could afford a car of that caliber when I walked in. I would definately recommend Twins as they are kind people, everyone was friendly and we were treated like royalty from the moment we walked in. They have a large selection and great prices. My wife and I had a really great experience test driving Encores here. We visited separately, on different occasions, and spoke to a few members of the sales team, including Brandon and Jennifer. Everybody was exceptionally friendly and helpful. And they were not aggressive or pushy at all. We had a particular trim and color in mind, which they didn't have in stock. Rather than try to persuade us to take something else, they sat down with us and made a list of what options we were looking for. Then they panned an online database to give us an honest estimate of cost, to make sure our numbers all worked out. They then gave us contact info for their buyer, who told us he'd look around and let us know when they could get what we were looking for -- likely in a few days. It was a quick, easy, transparent process. We later realized that we have extended family who sell Buicks, and that we should probably purchase from them, lest we have some awkward holidays. So we didn't even buy a car here for personal reasons. But my wife and I both had such a positive experience here that we felt compelled to leave a review. This place is probably one of the best car dealerships we've visited. Keep up the good work.

I purchased my 2016 Buick Enclave Leather here. Great all around experience and would buy another vehicle here! The vehicle was priced right with minor dings and normal use. It was a used car in great condition but nothing is perfect even when it’s new and their price reflected what I was purchasing. I financed the vehicle from my credit union and the credit union was slow on processing their letter of intent. So my sales girl Sara took the lead and we went to my credit union and made it happen and it cut threw all the time that could have been wasted. Also one of the tires was the incorrect size and I didn’t notice that till after I purchased the vehicle and they made it right and put a new tire on at no cost to me for that tire. Overall... They go out of their way to get it done and make it right . They are also not down your throat trying to pull every dollar out of you for extras like service plans/warranties, GAP coverage. Two small things they could change would be hiring a better photographer who straightens pictures and doesn’t have allow for camera shake. Some photos looks like they were shot on a camera phone and the lighting is not good! If you need a car photographer shoot me an email because that’s what I do! The second small thing would be cleaning the insides of the vehicle more thoroughly. I steam cleaned out pop stains in the headliner and there was buildup that was caked on in the rear seats cup holders that shouldn’t have been over looked .

Soo, I bought a used car. Great sales person (Drew), who went above and beyond cleaning up the vehicle, and offering to try to help with a few small dents. The price is the price, no haggling. Still a bit of a headache to acquire a finance package, and a silly hard sell on the additional overcharge of a rarely used service agreement. Its a money grab and I don't like it. Did it anyway. The whole process took 3hrs, which is not too bad.

I was looking to buy a jeep for my son and Twins Buick had what we were looking for. The jeep had to go through inspection which is protocol so we could not look at it right away. The last thing Steve said to us was, “I will keep you updated and you will be the first I contact when it’s ready…” My initial thought was, well ok. Every day for five days Steve contacted me to let me know the progress of when the vehicle would be ready to be looked at. The day it was ready, he contacted me. A day after I purchased this truck I noticed a coolant leak. Contacted the dealership about it and was asked to bring the truck back in to be inspected.
