After months of looking for a Pathfinder Nissan North told me there was one coming in that could be held for me with a small refundable deposit. I was happy to to this because after looking at every dealership in Ohio as well as surrounding states this was the only one not adding onto the sticker price. No games with finance restrictions or dealership add ons. The sale went very smoothly. Kevin was my amazing and knowledgeable sales person and Nathan patiently walked through the finance. I can’t thank Nissan North and Greg Arnett enough for making my recent purchase a great experience! I was traveling 5 hrs and was only going to be in Columbus for one day. Prior to my trip, I had picked out a 2019 Murano that I was interested in. Unfortunately, something was discovered in their service check that would need to be corrected, so the car wouldn’t be immediately available. They gave me the option to still purchase that vehicle after it was up brought up to their standard, and they also offered me a 2020 Murano with 30,000 fewer miles at a huge discount for my inconvenience! Wow! That car was almost brand new (9,200 miles). Also gave me a very fair offer for my trade. Greg was awesome to work with. No hassle, no pressure, very polite! The Sales Manager and rest of the staff were also awesome! Overall a great day. Thanks!

Posting for my father who bought a new 22 Titan from Hasan at this dealer. Dad found the truck he wanted on a Saturday. A week later he had the truck delivered to him out of state. Hasan worked a great price and overall the buying process was pretty easy. My dad lives in WV and never had to visit the dealer to buy the car. Scott Bean, the GM, was also very helpful. Overall, my father would deal with Nissan North again. If you all haven't taken a look at the Titan, do it. I own a new F150 and I'm jealous. Very surprised.

I was in an accident about a month and a half ago. The insurance company decided to total my car- a first time experience for me- and I was faced with having to buy a vehicle 2 years earlier than I had planned to. I haven't had to buy a car in over 10 years, so a lot has changed - not to mention the fact that we are apparently in a used vehicle shortage... ... ... After doing my research, I settled on a Nissan Rogue and started looking for one that fit my list and budget. Multiple internet searches, multiple phone calls, and 2 visits to other dealerships later, I found myself at Nissan North talking with Jeremy Mullins. He actually listened to me, showed me what they had at that time, and- most importantly - didn't 'mansplain' at me or try to push all the frills on me that are supposed to be appealing to the female demographic. I left without a high pressure "what will it take to get you to buy this car today?" schpiel, his business card, and time to think. I went back 2 days later and bought the car. He walked me through the process, took the time to explain things to me, and even paired my phone to the vehicle and showed me how to use some of the bells and whistles. A week later he sent me an email asking how I like the car and if I would like to schedule a time to go in for a tutorial! That is service that you can trust. If you need a car, at least go talk to Jeremy for an honest evaluation of your situation!

This is the famous Nissan shorten on the north side of Columbus as name suggests. This is on 23 and clearly visible from the road. They have showroom, service and used car sakes here. The staff are friendly will help in buying or selling the cars. The place is next to the road abs convincer for customers. They got enough parking for everyone.

I would like to give a shout out to several people. First, Greg Arnett is the salesman that has sold me 2 cars that we love. I bought a 2014 Maxima and brought it in for service. Rory gave me a call and informed me the oil plug was stripped by a cheap oil change store. He also told me a manager walked by my car and noticed the tires and brakes were bad. Since the car was a certified car the tires and brakes were covered.

Dilli was attentive and knowledgeable about the Jeep Compass we were looking at. He went above and beyond any of our expectations + more. Any questions I had he was readily available to answer both during the purchase process and after. I would strongly recommend anyone to come to this dealership location. They give fair trade-in value (more than we even expected) and they care about the used cars they put on their lot - making sure things have been inspected, repaired (tires, breaks, etc.) before allowing them to leave their lot. When I called for an appointment for a recall, the rep set my appointment and said I would get a free oil change and tire rotate, very nice. When I dropped off my car, service said the free work was not correct, I guess the new BDC shouldn’t have offer that. Service ended up getting the approval for the free oil change.

I don't write off businesses just because of one less than admirable experience as I've used this location a few times before. That being said, I was informed about 30 mins into my oil change that my engine air filter and windshield wipers needed replacing. I said I could change the wipers myself but after that there wasn't any mention of the EAF. When I went to pay, the I saw on my report that in addition to the EAF still needing immediate attention (red indicator) that my Cabin air filter required immediate attention as well. It was my fault for not questioning that more at checkout but it wasn't mentioned at that point and it was just remarked upon during the service. So we have a lack of communication from both ends. Understandably, there may have just not been time or some other circumstance where those couldn't be handled during this visit, but I did leave feeling uncomfortable driving away without discussing of a follow-up appointment or why they hadn't initiated conversation as to why those indicators hadn't been dealt with.

I was in the market to buy a new truck after having mine for over ten years. i was very nervous with dealing with another dealership that wasn't ford since I had always been loyal to the ford brand. I found what seemed to be a great deal on an f150 at Nissan north and decided to check it out. I sent an email to the dealership about the trucks availability and received and immediate response from the dealership and they set up a time for me to come check it out. My sale rep Pam couldn't have been better. she had the truck pulled to the front door for me as it was a very wet and rainy day and we took a nice test drive. After chatting and getting to know Pam and getting great service and what I felt was top dollar on my trade in I decided to purchase the truck. Pam had the truck washed for me and gassed up the next day and the finance manager Brian was excellent and went into great detail explaining everything to me and not rushing me through the process. Nissan north deserves much credit for there staff and service and i feel confident that If i have any issues they will care about me and help me, that isn't something I can say about a lot of these businesses these days. If you wait there while your car is being serviced, they are great at providing updates and communicating with you about what’s being done/cost/etc. I have been having some trouble with my gearshift sticking and I called today and Lee was able to schedule a service appointment for it AND help me get it unstuck over the phone. If you want quality service this is the place!

I am changing the review I had last from a one-star to a 5 because of the person. At the dealership reached out to me and asked me what happened I told him they asked for the receipts he said it could take a couple weeks to get me a refund but I did ask instead of the refund can they fix the window he said yes they fixed the window took them a couple days to do which is fine. They gave me a car rental for a day since I had to get more parts but as of right now the window is fixed so I'm changing it from a one star to a five

Very nice employees to work with. Disappointed when vehicle arrived. It was not clean on the inside. Ton of pet hair from previous owner. Did not have a full tank of gas (quarter tank) and no owners manuel.

The top of the gear shift on my son's Sentra broke unexpectedly so we drove up to the dealership and spoke to Lee. It was late Friday afternoon and we did not have an appointment scheduled. Although they could not help us that day because a part needed to be ordered, Lee got back to be first thing Monday morning and we had it being repaired by Tuesday. While we had the car in for the repair, we were also able to get the oil changed and the tires rotated. Everything was done very well and Lee was great about getting us scheduled quickly and keeping us updated throughout the process.

This is quite a lengthly review but this dealership is well worth your time and their customer service is above and beyond. We didn't actually buy a Nissan here. We bought a used 2017 Mazda Mx-5. We had probably the best experience possible with a dealership. Coming from out of state, we talked with Amira over the phone about the vehicle and asked for an out the door price, pictures of the soft top, and the wheels. Within 10 minutes at most, we got a phone call back with the price and pictures. We talked about getting a hold put on the car, they were able to work with us and allow the hold on the vehicle to be longer then the normal 24-48 hours since we were not able to make it out to Ohio for at least a week but didn't want to lose the chance on the Miata. Once we arrived in at the dealership, the Miata was sitting under the covered area. We took it for a quick test drive, once we came back they had all the paperwork ready to go and done. We signed the papers wrote the check and headed back for home. We were in and out so fast, I think it may have been record breaking. They were all on top of everything it was great. The whole drive home, I received multiple text messages from Amira and others asking how the drive was going and if we had questions about anything. Thank you Nissan North!!

We were looking for a vehicle to tow a travel trailer and found a 2019 Nissan Armada on the website. When we contacted the facility, we were told that Greg would bring the vehicle to us to test drive and get the information on our trade ins. Kevin Bolden was terrific! My family went to the dealership on a whim on a Saturday afternoon to check out a vehicle and Kevin took great care of us even went out of his way with the Covid 19 protocols to accommodate my wife and daughters. I went to Nissan North on Oct 17th after checking out their inventory online. I wasn't 100% sure what kind of car I wanted though. I appreciated not being hounded as I walked through the lot, if I need help I'll look for it. Anyway, once I was sure that the car I wanted was one I saw online my mom approached someone inside, and that someone was Courtney. Super friendly, no pressure, and enthusiastic is your first impression of her. This was my first time buying a car, I'd been driving my brother's hand-me-down since I was in high school. This car was 20 years old, lol. I was majorly due an upgrade. Anyway, I test drove the car and really liked it. Courtney answered all the questions I had and not too long after I was on my way. The car hadn't been serviced yet so she scheduled an appointment for me too. I was so excited that I didn't even notice that my car had no rugs. That was quickly resolved with a text to Courtney who made sure I got them on Monday. Car was serviced on Friday the 23rd, everything looks good and I am one super happy newer car owner! I am giving five stars to the dealership and one star to the manufacturer, Nissan USA who made the stupid decision to manufacture a front wheel drive only SUV. I unfortunately purchased a front wheel drive only SUV when an all wheel drive (AWD) SUV is what I needed. To the Dealership: Nissan North, Please ensure that when you purchase SUVs from auctions you are selecting SUVs with all wheel drive that comes standard and not front wheel drive only SUVs. My 2014 Nissan Murano SL is a joy to drive in the summer time but a real POS to drive in the winter time over snow and ice. As soon as I make the last payment I will trade this SUV in for the all wheel drive (AWD) SUV that I need, especially given that I live on a hill and can not get this front wheel drive only SUV up the hill when there is snow and ice. Regarding the dealership, the staff in sales and service are awesome. I highly recommend the dealership.

Nissan North did a good job and met my expectations. Nissan as a company is not even in the same class as Toyota and Honda. Nissan is trying to compete with world class companies and have failed miserably. I am very disappointed in my 2013 nissan Altima, as at 84,500 mile the CVT transmission failed. I got rid of my 2004 Jeep grand Cherokee, with 175,000 miles on it, which I drove 60 miles every day and never had a lick of problems with it, and kept the Nissan because of age and mileage. This was because I thought the nissan would be more reliable, man was I wrong. I have read enough stories and reviews to realize that the Nissan CVT transmission, Gen1, Gen2....Gen 45 are all garbage. There should be a class action law suit against Nissan. Any car in this day and age that cant make it to 100,000 miles, without major issues is not worth buying and there should be restitution to the consumer. I will never, ever, ever purchase another nissan, and I will post on every format possible how terrible this company is.

However, the most recent time (a couple of months ago), I was sold a certified pre-owned 2018 that was NOT detailed. My salesman was well aware and assured me it would be done when I brought it back in the following week for cosmetic fixes. I left it overnight for that, and when I picked up the car it was still not detailed...I mean it was visibly dirty. This would never be acceptable, but especially during a pandemic. I even called the service center directly after trying to get it scheduled with my salesman several times, but got voicemail, so I ended up doing it myself. Very disappointed - feels like they didn’t care after they closed the sale.

I live in Michigan and I saw a vehicle on the site at Nissan North. When my wife and I decided to move forward with trying to obtain this vehicle we first spoke to them through text messages. We had a trade and feared we would not get the amount Kelly Blue Book appraised it as. The guys at the dealer told us to take photos so they could see the car to help them figure out if it was worth the 3 hour drive. Long story short they gave us the blue book value and the approval process was done before I could even get in the car. This was on Saturday and they mentioned they were open ON SUNDAY.... My wife and I looked at each other like wow. In Michigan this is unheard off. Nonetheless I drive and got to the dealer where the car was prep, paperwork was ready, the last inspections, wash, oil change and some many other things were done before I took delivery. On top of all this and other things the dealer did to make sure I was a satisfied. I could go on and on with my story but it’s obvious this was my best car buying experience ever. When I got home and talked to the wife about everything, she told me when are we going back because it was incredible. If I could give more stars I would in a heart beat #bestdealerever. There are many great things your service department does. However getting in during convenient times or having more availability of rentals would be nice. The customer service is too notch and the rewards program is nice. The only complaint I have is depending on who is inspecting your car, you may not get 100% feedback on what all is wrong. Also just having someone make recommendations based off of recommend maintenance is useless unless they confirm if the customer already had it done or not.

I started my day at to a different dealership test driving multiple vechiles. After driving the Nissan Rogue I decided that this was what I wanted. However the dealership I was at was unable to find a vechile with the features I wanted and within my price range. So I left feeling extremely disappointed. After going home and doing some further research I found a later year model with all the bells and whistles at Nissan north. I called in and spoke with Jason. He was very understanding that I did not want to have to settle for a car, if I could not get what i wanted i would stay with what I had. Its an open secret that one is ready to spend the money when searching for a new car. But Nissan North management and Sales worked in a way it felt like win-win. Other's I worked with were Tyler and Eric. Special mention to their support. Never seen a finance services manager ( in this case Eric) work with customer and explain different scenarios where the cost of ownership could be lower. I am pretty positive that if you made your decision to buy Nissan , you must safely consider that Nissan North is the BEST place. No hassle and no pressure. I first saw the used vehicle on one of the car websites and sent an initial message to inquire. Brandon Overcasher responded fairly quick and it has been a great sales to buyer relationship since then. I asked if I could come up to see the vehicle, which seemed to be on the lot for about a day at best. Still had the dirt on it from Canada where they got the vehicle and needed to be serviced. I didn't care much because it was the truck I have been seeking for many years. Brandon was super nice, informative and treated me like i can only assume how he would like to be treated if he were in my shoes. It was a good environment. He gave me the respect one should to a potential buyer. When I came back a couple days later they had the vehicle cleaned inside and out, even after I purchased the truck, it was cleaned and refreshed even further. Obviously this should be standard, but I purchased a vehicle from Germain Ford on Sawmill and did not get close to the same quality. The person I dealt with was the typical used car salesman providing little info to me at time of purchase and just wanted me to buy and get out of the door. Best part about Nissan is that they want you to be satisfied, the bug deflector was broke and Brandon asked his sales manager to replace it and they didn't seem to put up a fight at all about it. I called back to let them know I hear a sound coming from the rear (bad bearing possibly) and they want to fix it. Brandon had the service guy call me to set up an appointment. I told Germain that I had an minor issue with the car and the sales guy response was "well I don't know what you have done with it since you've had it for the past few days?!?" When I did come back to get it taken care of he said he had a customer to handle and pushed me off to someone else. I never got this attitude from Nissan and the sales team. Very helpful! They also washed my truck afterwards when I asked them to take a look at the sound it is making. They made it easy and fun to buy a vehicle (which never seems to be the case) when looking to buy a car. I would recommend this place to anyone, it has been a fantastic experience so far and has the customer service you just don't see in many lines of business, especially regarding auto sales.

We found a 2017 Kia Sedona online and called to see if it could be held until the weekend when we were able to come see it and test drive. This is a fantastic dealership. I had been looking around for a few months for a good used vehicle experiencing some pain along the way. I then looked at their reviews which were outstanding they even scored highly on Yelp which can be brutal on businesses. One day I noticed a really nice 1 owner 2007 Infinity G35X on their site which caught my eye. I was down to Infinity,Acura and Lexus. I chatted with the internet sales department which was very accomodating and they set me up with Pam Dayo as my sales contact. When I first went to the dealership for my first look everyone was so friendly and down to earth. I felt immediately comfortable with Pam and the staff. That is very important to me as I had visited previous dealerships and the reception was lukewarm at best. Anyway the Infinity I purchased was fabulous. It has exceeded expectations. It's a runner and very classy. The compliments I have received about this vehicle make me feel great. I have even received follow up calls from Pam to check in on me to make sure everything is OK.
