I've purchased quite a few cars over the past ten years and I was very happy with the level of service I received here. I came in to look into Blazers and B-rad met me at the front door. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and always asked me if there was anything he could get for me when he had to step away.
He was able to get me into a used Blazer to test drive but also mentioned a Buick option due to the price points for new vehicles. I was impressed with his ability to keep the pressure off while I was making decisions.
Ultimately I left without a vehicle but B-rad stayed in communication via text even after hours to answer any questions I had. He had multiple financial options drawn up throughout the next day and Ultimately was able to get me into an awesome 2021 Blazer.
He said he's relatively new to the sales floor but he is well on his way to reaching the top with his attitude and ability to talk to customers.
I also enjoyed my signing of documents that with Juan in their finance department. It didn't feel like it was just business as usual as he was personable and was easy to talk to.
I will definitely be referring friends to B-rad in the future and I look forward to being a member of the Chevy family now.

The salesman that I worked with was absolutely wonderful. He tried to get me the best deal for my money because he knew that I needed to stay in a certain dollar amount. He was very good at making sure I didn't need anything. And I am one of those people that likes to talk and luckily he was one of those people that like to listen. I was married to a salesman for quite some time and that's what it takes to be a good salesman somebody that will listen that way he helps you meet your needs. And my salesman was A 1 at listening. I had Pat Rice Jr. as my car salesman and he was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! He gave me all the advice he had out of the three cars I was interested in, he never once made me feel pressured to buy any of them and he was extremely knowledgeable about the location and the process of buying. He went over how much the car was, how much I needed down and how much the payment was. We came to an agreement. Finance was great, we had to change a few things, but it didn't take long. Our Service Representative was friendly, fair in his assessment and thorough. All of our questions were answered and there was never a time when we didn't know what was going on with our vehicle. Status updates are essential to the mindset of the consumer, especially when the repairs are already estimated to be in the thousands. Although a costly repair, Ted was always as "black and white" as he could be with us about it and offered a number of options for payment as well. We were raised in a family with over 50 years and still counting of Auto workers so we've had our fair share of run-ins with dealerships. This experience sits up there with one of the Best, THANK YOU!

Best car buying experience so far for me. Jordan sold me a 2020 Equinox, beautiful car. I was originally quoted $406/month and when I went in to sign the papers I was pleasantly surprised with a $366/month payment. They never stopped trying to find me a better deal. I don’t know any other places that would continue working after you agree to a higher amount.

Ryan was very congenial and helpful, and I appreciated John giving me a ride back to my house. I dropped off my truck for a Wednesday afternoon appointment, but they were unable to have a mechanic assess the problem until the following Monday, which seemed a bit long. In the end, they were able to resolve the problem under an extension to the warranty, so it all turned out well. I plan to return for service there the next time an issue arises.

My wife and I stopped in last night about 30 minutes to close. We had come from a different dealership where we didn’t feel very comfortable buying a used car. The other dealership also had us waiting 30 minutes between test driving cars. When we walked in last night we were immediately greeted by Erica Salisbury who made sure we were being taken care of. She didn’t waste our time trying to sell us something we didn’t want. My wife told her exactly what she was looking for and Erica pulled options right up and got us in a test drive within 5 minutes. She was also understanding of where we wanted to be on a monthly payment and tried her hardest to get it down to where we needed to be. Then, we went to work with Mark Baysinger, the finance manager, to figure out what our payment options were. He was able to extend our warranty for a slightly higher monthly payment to make us more comfortable about our used car purchase. I’m not sure how you can make signing multiple papers and talking about financing fun, but Mark was fantastic and had us cracking up after he had worked a long day (we were well past closing time at that point). After that, Erica was waiting for us in the lobby to give us the keys to our new used car. Again, well past closing time and she still took the time to show my wife all of the bells and whistles inside the car so she understood them before she drove off. She also gave us a trash bag to help us clean out our trade in faster 😄. I’ve been in the situation plenty of times in my life where it’s close to closing and associates brush you off or get temperamental with you. We obviously didn’t mean to be there that late, but Erica and Mark were absolutely fantastic to deal with. I hope the General Manager sees this review so Mark and Erica get some kudos! I may be back to look at the trucks for myself soon! Thanks Erica and Mark!!

I have a leased 2020 Buick Envision. My husband made the appointment. I usually take my car to the Buick Dealership. After they change the oil and do service work they always give me a complimentary car wash. The Chevrolet dealership did not do this. Also, the Buick dealership checks to see if I have credits on my GM account so I pay nothing or very little for an oil change. For me, having someone do this goes a long way in customer service and satisfaction.

The only bad thing was they broke my key fob when they replaced the battery and tried to have me purchase a new one. But that did not take away from the overall excellent service I received

The oil change cost of $75 was a bit much. I had expected no more than $50. I do want to thank you for fixing the engine issues and replacing the tires. Ted was easy to speak with and I appreciate his thoroughness.

They really helped me out with getting some faulty repairs fixed by another shop down the street from them, and even had the manager from the other shop to come into the dealership so they could point out the issues to him.
I've also had zero problems with the work that this location did, very courteous. Everyone seems to complain about what service costs at the dealership but sometimes it's definitely worth it.

After getting an oil change. They never reset the oil life. I was never shown how to do this in the car when I bought it. Now my car requires me to buckle my seat belt to drive since having my car serviced. Don’t know how to turn this off since the sales person never showed me the feature in my car. He was in too much of a rush to make the sale and get me out the door. When I go into the dealership, he mean mugs me due to receiving a bad review. The lady who checked me in for my oil change was great.

This was my sons first purchase. When we stopped at a gas station we also realized that the lower grill on the front bumper had been removed. The removal of the grill exposes the turbo inner cooler and allows debris to strike the cooler. I texted with the finance manager that did our paperwork and he went above and beyond to get our vehicle repaired. We are waiting on parts to come in but it sounds as if the dealership is willing to fix the situation.

Two other car lots including the one I bought my car from would not help me after my windshield wipers failed in a severe storm rendering my vehicle unusable. There's a warranty issue and a possible recall issue but neither would help me so my should be just about any of them You would have to pick one yeah just pick a color and I can give it a shot ye fiance called Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet in Columbus and Ryan immediately took action and found a remedy for the problem and had me bring my car in the next day when he found out that I was going to have to rent a car for 2 days while it was being fixed he talked to the shop and they were able to work things around and get my car fixed immediately. I just cried. I am so proud of this dealership for stepping up where the others failed miserably. My fiance and I have decided my next new car which happens next year we'll come from Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet because they stepped up when others failed and went above and beyond.

I was a little disappointed at the lack of curtesy vehicle (but I get it, just difficult to deal with when you have to be able to get to work and only have one vehicle). I found a used suv which had all the options I was hoping to get in my next vehicle. I was able to take it for a spin. I got decent money for my old suv as if I tried to sell it as is in a personal sale, I would have gotten a much lesser amount of money. I got double of what the KBB quoted as the current market value. Andrew M was my salesperson. He was very friendly and quite helpful. They have agreed to fix some issues I found while checking out the car and my test drive. The transaction was fast and easy. I got a good loan rate and a decent monthly payment. Bait and Gauge. The dealership lied on several occasions. Seems like bait and switch is common at Mark Walburg 700 E Dublin Granville Rd Worthington, Ohio. Dealer advertised 2014 Mercedes at $36, 997. lie#1. My credit score was 725 to 750 offered me 10%. I said no. I go to get my own Financing which approved me at 5%. Dealer gets the spread between 5 and 10%. Lie#2. The car was underpriced so if I bring my own finance price goes up 3k. Dealer refused to sell me they car ate listed price with my own financing. Lie#3 car will be repriced at Midnight if I dont finance with them. Run from them. Advertised prices are subject to change based on Financing. Really????

We bought a used vehicle and it immediately had issues driving it off the lot. They fixed a transmission shudder and got us back on the road within 48hours of buying the car. While also giving us a loner while waiting.
No one wants to buy a bad car. It's why you go to a reputable dealership, but the dealership fixed the issue quicker than any shop I've seen before without charging us.

I got 4 new tires on my Impala, oil change, multi point inspection, damper actuator replacement, fuel sensor replacement, cleared diagnostics and a front end alignment costs less that tire companies wanted for just the tires! I was not impressed toward the end of the Bobby Layman era, but Mark Walberg changed the game. I'll never get my Chevys serviced anywhere else!
Update! Mark Evans moved across the street to Mark Wahlberg GMC. The service doesn't seem right without him in the Chevy garage, but I still got excellent service.

They were able to order the part over the phone from my VIN number saving me the trip to the shop. The part was there the next day. The staff was great very friendly and courteous. The checkout process was annoying. I think I was overcharged. I think one of my keys could have been salvaged, but they said neither could be. I had to pay for two keys to be made they couldn't make just one,and then they charged me a shop Fee on top of the 500 bucks they had already charged me and said it was because of shop supplies
What shops supplies do you use to make keys? They told me it is a standard 10 % fee they charge everyone that has services provided in the shop. I feel after charging $176 for the keys and $309 for labor was an insulting! Needless to say I was between a rock and a hard place and they got me back on the road by making me the keys I needed.

I had taken my Equinox to where I purchased it to have oil change, rotate my tires, etc. The very next day I had warning message that tire was low. For four days I had these low air reading everyday and had to put $2 & $3 everyday for air. Anyway it was too far for me to go where I had purchased the car so I asked about Mark Walburgh on W. Broad. I went in and explained to my service man Mark who took over completely, had me go to lounge and within the hour he had my car ready to go. Mark was very courteous, confident and a nice gentlemen over all. Whenever I need any service on my Equinox I will be coming to the W. Broad St. location. Like everyone else though they have raised their prices a little too much. Last service visit for oil change & tire rotation cost me 49.00 and this time it cost me 69.00...That's a price increase that I believe is a little overboard.

I needed a new key fob programmed for my car. We stopped in without an appointment and Ted took great care of us. He said there was one person ahead of us and that it could be up to an hour and forty minutes. A little over an hour later he came in saying it was ready to go. I found Mark Wahlberg by accident, I was online looking for a new vehicle and their website came up, they had a much bigger selection to choose from than any other dealer with the same car. I traveled an hour to visit their dealership, I was amazed at the attention I received. I did not get the car I originally went there looking for, but I got one that I love and would have never considered had I not seen it in person. The staff was friendly, very attentive, and not at all pushy. After taking possession of my car I noticed a blemish within the first 2 days. I called the dealership and my car was repaired within two days no questions or hoops to jump through. Paul was so kind to have dropped what he was in the middle of doing to help me get my car checked in for servicing and when I asked how long he said about an hour wait. I headed over to the lobby and waited within maybe 30 minutes Paul came in and let me know he could get my car in and out as quick as possible I was so happy. Tim serviced me this time and was amazing. I did have to pay quite a sum this time but they they changed brakes and rotors on front and back plus cleaned my fuel system and changed my solenoid. Everything seems to be great! I will continue to go here and recommend to anyone.
