Had a very positive and memorable experience at Germain Toyota. My salesman was Russ Carman. He exemplified what it means to create a very smooth and enjoyable experience when we all know buying a car can be stressful. Russ went out of his way to ensure I found the right truck for my family and even was able to get it in my price range. I traded in my previous truck and Germain gave a very fair deal on my trade in which was above average from other dealer offers. If you are looking to trade in or in the market for a pre owned vehicle definitely go see Russ. He will make you feel right at home!

Fantastic dealership - can't say enough good things about this place. Everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable and helpful. Spoke with Chaz on the phone & we hit it off right away. Super sharp, friendly and low-pressure guy. He held the vehicle for us so we could travel three hours to come check it out. When we got there, everything about the vehicle was perfect, and we ended up making the purchase that day. We then drove the car 7 1/2 hours that weekend without a single issue or regret. It was clear that they had put in a fair amount of work to get it ready to go. All told, we're very happy with our experience, and we will be back again!

I bought a 2020 Hyundai Elantra on the 23rd of December, and I had a great experience with the team. Specifically Kaleb “Salesman” and Tom “Business Manager” . Kaleb was very honest up front and didn’t cut any corners. My front windshield had a small crack and he was able to schedule an appointment with no extra cost to fix it! Tom was also very helpful with the financial side of things. As a young person it is harder to get approved for loans but he was able to help me get approved at a great rate. Highly recommend getting a car from Toyota Germain!!

after buying a 2022 Tacoma Saturday, when leaving they told me the second key was lost. left 3 messages and two emails.as of yet I have response from anyone.at $300 to $350 A key, I feel better communication, with there customers would be #1. update . they honestly went above and beyond, I received two phone calls , both by managers. They apologized for the mix up and are dropping a key in the mail. I was told to give it a week ,and if there is still a problem. a replacement key will be made. definitely recommend them.

Cristiano was the salesman who helped us and he was amazing. Really attentive and either had or got the answers to all our questions. Not at all pushy (my first experience purchasing a used car at a dealership). It was late when we arrived and he stayed way after to make sure we were able to make a decision we were comfortable with. Thanks to Preston Jenkins, you guys were able to keep my business. He gets 5 stars from me! I’ve been loyal to Germain for my past 3 vehicle purchases. The 2nd car I bought. I left feeling taken advantage of. The lady made the whole process confusing and after I signed the paperwork. They doubled the price of the car on me. I almost never went back. I hated the car she talked me into. I spent 4 months trying to force myself to like the car. I just couldn’t. I felt trapped and completely taken advantage of. I don’t know how people can sleep at night, taking advantage of people but anyway… I ended up seeing a Toyota Camry I liked on the website and spoke with Preston Jenkins. I set up an appointment to see it and I’m glad I did. He laid everything out for me. He had me feeling like family and not just a dollar sign,like my previous saleswoman did. He made sure I knew what I was getting into. Nothing was smoke and mirrors. The previous purchase did make the trade in very tricky because of the overinflated price of the previous saleswoman. This review is not for the entire dealership but Jared in particular. He helped my wife and I pick a car that would be a good mix of what both of us wanted. He really made sure we got everything we wanted down to the color and so quickly. We left with our brand new 2022 RAV4 hybrid on Feb 1st. Quite crazy in these times. The man (forgot his name sorry) in sales was also super patient, he explained everything and answered all our questions before we got to signing the contract. And they remain helpful to this day: when we needed help installing the license plate, they took 2 mins to help and didn't make us feel dumb (it's really not that hard lol, now I know). when I forgot my sunglasses in the car we traded in, Jared made sure they were safe until I could get them back. when we needed a quick wash and no one was free to do it, Jared cleaned our car himself. And whenever we have a question he's never ignoring our texts/phone calls. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Thank you again so much :)

Although in the end I did not end up purchasing the car that I initially contacted this dealership about. Preston my salesperson was by far and away one of the better sales people I have ever worked with. He answered all of my questions, gave me detailed photos and a detailed video. He definitely went above and beyond with his customer service. My circumstances changed and I ended up not needing to purchase the vehicle, but if I need to purchase a vehicle in the future I would absolutely not hesitate to call them and I would work with Preston directly.

Last week, My wife and i went to see a Honda Civic 2012. We make an appointment to see Courtney Smith and he was very helpful and patience with us, and he indeed is on "our side" in getting a good deal for us. He was patience and not pushy. He truly wanted you to get the price and car you want. It was easy and didn't feel pressure at all. We were there for about 1 hour and walk out of there satisfied both in price and car. We live about 28 miles from the dealership and my wife cant drive that far, so Courtney offer to drive and drop the car off to my house. I will go see Courtney next time if I need a car again.

After testing driving the van we had concerns and he said that he would have it looked at if we bought the van. Unfortunately we didn't end up buying because the car wasn't exactly what we had hoped (not the fault of the car or dealer but because my husband thought it was a bit too small for him to comfortably drive every day) D'Lacy worked hard to find us something that may work for us and he was by far the most professional, polite and sincere sales person we've dealt with in a long time. Recently purchased a new vehicle from them and had to bring it back in to have some surface scratches buffed upon that were made during shipping or what not but after buffing they area is covered in swirl marks and looks terrible. Have been trying to work with them and talk to someone for over 2 weeks now. Spoke with a sales manager who said he would call me back after seeing when they could get it into the body shop for an overnight repair, have not heard back. Super frustrating to deal with on a brand new vehicle!

I have dealt with every Service Advisor at this location and every one of them have always taken care of me. When you purchase a vehicle at a dealership, I recommend you servicing your vehicle at the dealership. My most recent experience was with Billy. I contact Billy directly regarding an incident I felt needed immediate attention however needing more of a recommendation instead of a service appointment not knowing if a technician could even assist me. Billy told me to bring my vehicle in the next morning at 7am. I was out by 7:25am. Billy met me in the morning and told me “I’ll take care of this”. I have known Billy for years. He always makes his way to me when I’m in the dealership. You just do not find this type of service in today’s world. I think the maintenance work here is good but...Purchased my Corolla 2015 here in 2014. I really like the car even 7 years in. Overcharged but that was due to my own inexperience with car buying. I suggest you don't pay for anything extra except maybe gap insurance if you want that piece of mind b/c you probably won't remember to take advantage of anything else without setting a lot of reminders. Unfortunately almost a year into having the car I ran into an employee from the service center who noticed the recent oil change sticker on my car from another company and asked why I paid for that since they provided free oil changes for sometime after every purchase but no one had told me about that service and the 2 times I called to inquire I couldn't get anyone to return my call. Then I had to rent a vehicle for one hour (no loaner for recall maintenance) to keep an appt while my car had a recalled CVT check/repair. I actually had to sign something stating I wouldn't smoke in the rental car which was hilarious b/c I found the car was so smoked out smelling and noxious that I had to drive to my appt and back with the widows down on a cold day...with asthma.

I have only interacted with the service department here. The quality of their work is good, and I trust them with my vehicle, but be careful about them doing additional services without proper explanation. Last year I had them replace two bulbs while there for other services, thinking that the price they quoted when asking for approval was for the entire job. Instead, it was the price per bulb. They were apologetic when I complained, but that was it. The staff are nice and the work is good, but if you have a tight budget than I would be careful going here. Edited to update: I had commented on being charged for an air filter I didn't approve before, and just received a call from their office looking to go over the receipt. The price charged was correct for an oil change, it was just higher than last time I visited and the service fee breakdown was unclear to me. She wasn't seeing the REPLACED AIR FILTER message that I was, but assured me it wasn't completed and she would look into why it's on my copy, might have been a computers error or something that they didn't catch because the charge was accurate. Good follow up and customer service, so I'm increasing my rating.

My fiancee and I were on our way out of town this last weekend to see Garth Brooks. 10 minutes into our trip my 2018 Camry hit a pothole and blew a tire. Luckily I was close to Germain Toyota (who handles my service anyway), so I slowly limped there. I was panicked because it was after 12pm and we had to be in Pittsburgh PA by that evening. I ran into the service department panicking, and they jumped right into action. They pulled the defective tire, and put on my spare for me. We ended up taking my fiancee's vehicle but Germain made it possible for me to get home to switch cars. They were absolutely amazing, and had us in and out in less than 20 minutes. We made it to the concert and it was a happy ending thanks to their AMAZING service reps and department. I returned Monday to have my tire fixed and they even remembered me. Chris even asked me how the concert was. They will continue to get my business and they just gained a customer for life. Germain treats you like family and not just a number. I recommend them first and foremost. Thanks again for saving the day!!!!

I had warranty work done on my Prius 5/13/2020 After I returned home I received a call from Chris in the repair department, he was concerned about my oil change they had noticed oil drops from where I picked up my car. I offered to bring it back in the morning but he insisted they would send someone to my house to pick it up and take it back to make sure there wasn't any problem. I bought my new Toyota here. I really liked these sales service that I received. They got me a great deal. I also received a great reliable car. I am very happy with my car and the deal I received. My only complaint, is there mechanic service. They have a lot of sales people there, but they need more mechanics. I came in at 630 to get a replacement key, and it turns out that they couldn't even give me a replacement key. I have to make an appointment on Saturday to get a replacement key. The key has a chip in it for security. I should not have to wait to make an appointment it should just be a walk in. so, I am very unhappy with the mechanic service that I received, and there's only one person there that knew how to do it.I'm not sure if it's this dealerships fault, or if it is Toyota's fault for making a key so time in intensive to duplicate. And also the key cost $125 for a key copy. This is a lot of money which I am willing to pay, but they need better customer service and make it instantaneous so I do not have to wait.

The sales staff were very accommodating. and this is where the good stops I have yet to accept delivery of said vehicle due to some things the dealership was supposed to repair namely the side view mirror, the tires needed replaced and the car needed to be certified so in addition to those fixes it also needed some body work to repair a couple of dents and a few scratches on the body of the vehicle. the sales representative that I spoke with on the day of purchase stated that the vehicle would be ready by Monday 7/13/2020 which was fine with me as I wanted the repairs to be correctly finished. However after giving them a week I called this morning to find out what the deal was about the vehicle and when it would be finished the salesman told me it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow 7/18/2020 I have been paying insurance on a vehicle I don't have. The 45 day tag has been issued the day I signed the paperwork. In addition the 45 day deferral on the first payment is also ticking. If this car is not ready by tomorrow morning I will be searching elsewhere for a vehicle there are plenty of Toyota dealerships in the area in which I can purchase a vehicle. If someone tells me something will be done by a certain day and time I plan for that if they would have told me up front it would be a week that would have been different. I will update the review based on future experience with this dealership UPDATE: the vehicle was delayed due to some unfortunate and unforseen circumstances however I was able to accept delivery of this vehicle on 7/18/20 and it is a beautiful car. However the detail on the inside of the vehicle had some room for improvement after thoroughly cleaning the vehicle and windows still evidence of the previous owners being smokers the surfaces of the car had remnants of yellow staining however overall not a horrible experience.

I came to this dealership for a used 2012 Audi A4. Beautiful car and bought it for a great deal, everything checked out and the mechanic (my own) said the engine looked great and was true to the car fax. I bought the vehicle with no warranty. 5 days after I bought it, there was an engine oil leak (over a quart a day) and smoke everywhere and the car hesitated. Of course, I freaked out and called them! Even though this vehicle had NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, the manager of the used department was just as shocked as me, and said that Toyota stands behind what they sell and value their reputation. Not only did they immediately (and I mean, next day) take my car in, but he gave me a personal loaner vehicle from his own stock of nice newer-used vehicles that same day. They fixed it and immediately got it back to me, nothing out of my pocket. Turns out it was some seal for the engine oil that was compromised, nothing major. Basically, this dealership will stand behind what it sells. Of course there is always a gamble in used cars depending on how it was taken care of, but Germain did not let me walk away unsatisfied and let me walk away with what was advertised. Haven’t had a problem since, and I am very grateful that a dealership would do this for me. You can trust this dealership.

I had been looking for a used Highlander for about two months. Trent stayed in touch with me to let me know when they received a vehicle that I might be interested in. He was always very friendly, not pushy and was honest and professional from the start. Luckily, he contacted me last week to let me know they had received a Highlander that was in very good condition. Since they just received the vehicle, the dealership was not willing to go down on price quite as much as I'd like (out of Trent's control), but we still agreed on an overall fair price -- without a lot of haggling/stress to me. I was very thankful for that. The financing employee that I dealt with (Steve, I believe) was also very helpful and friendly. My only disappointment and why I rated a 4-star instead of 5-star for the dealership is that I realized the day after I purchased it that the rear wiper blade doesn't work. I was hoping they'd catch it on the inspection but mistakes do happen. I'm not sure what it will cost to fix it. I would rate Trent though a 5-star PLUS and would not hesitate to recommend others to have Trent help them find a used car!

I received an email with a coupon for an oil change from the Germain service department so I decided to take advantage of the offer. I scheduled an appointment quickly over the phone and when I arrived I was greeted by the service personel. My service advisor let me know that although the coupon I intended to use wasn’t valid for my vehicle, (it was for conventional oil and my Sienna uses synthetic) she would be willing to net the discount for the more expensive oil change. She then directed me to the customer lounge which was very clean and comfortable, there was coffee, water, and snacks available. While I was waiting my service advisor came out and let me know I was due for a 60k service and a new cabin air filter, she wasn’t pushy at all when I declined the 60k service, and let me know they would be finished shortly. While I waited for my service to be completed I was greeted by the service manager who simply wanted to ensure I had everything I needed. I was in and out within an hour and they even washed my car! Suffice to say I’m not the kind of person who generally gets service at the dealership, but I did feel a higher level of quality and customer service at Germain than I ever have at my usually quick lube place in the past. I will continue to shop for and purchase my vehicles at Germain and I will keep them in mind for service in the future.

I went to Germain Toyota the evening of Tuesday Sept. 15 to look for a 2012-2014.5 Camry, as that was a specific body style I’ve always loved (I didn’t like the 2015-2017 models). I test drove a 2012 LE and a 2014.5 SE and purchased the SE from Cody Close. Cody was an amazing no-pressure salesman who walked me through the process and answered all the questions I threw at him, as it was my first time buying a car with financing. I wound up purchasing the SE, as it was my favorite color and it was more affordable than the LE. I also dealt with Demetrius in Finance; he was amazing and helped me understand why GAP insurance is so needed. He also sold me protection plans that will come in handy (wheel/tire as well as electronics) later on. I would recommend dealing with Cody and Demetrius when going to Germain. They also let me borrow a loaner vehicle while I had brake work done on the SE the next day, instead of me having to pay for the rental out of pocket. Finally they also helped me get a windshield repair scheduled at no cost to me. If you need a Toyota dealer in Central Ohio to work with, Germain Toyota is the right choice!

About a month and a half ago, I found a 2016 Toyota Camry on Germain Toyota's website that I really liked. After reaching out to Tony in the used car sales department, and coming in for a test drive, I was pleased with the customer service and with our purchase! Unfortunately, I noticed a problem with the alignment upon driving the car home a long distance, almost 2 hours away. I contacted the dealership and Greg said they would be able to reimburse me for the work that my local mechanic needed to do on the alignment. The reimbursement took longer than I thought it would and I had to reach out via phone and email to Greg and Aimee both two and four weeks after sending in the invoice. Finally, 5 weeks later, I was sent the reimbursement check. Although I would like that part of the process to have gone faster, I am really happy to have done business with individuals who were good on their word!

I had the bug to purchase a daily driver after my current vehicle was starting to show it's age after 12 years. I called around to several dealerships to setup test drives with multiple cars because I wanted to get the car I like the most. I went to Germain Toyota for my first test drive that morning. When I got there, the car was already in the garage ready to go. The test drive lasted about 20 minutes and I was given the chance to drive the car on streets as well as the highway. After the test drive, we went inside to discuss the price of the car. I let the salesman know that I had other test drive appointments that day, but I would let him know when I made a decision. He had absolutely no problems with this, and did not try to keep me at the dealership. After going to a few other dealerships, I felt absolutely haggled at them. They tried different techniques to keep me at the dealership despite telling them I had other appointments to test drive other cars. One dealership actually offered to let me drive their car, to a different dealership that I was headed to for a different test drive. It was very off-putting, and I wasn't happy about it at all. After finishing up all my scheduled test drives, and being haggled with most of the day, I called Germain back and let them know I was interested in purchasing the car I tested out that morning. It was evening by then, but they told me if I had time they were still open. I drove back over to Germain, and was out the door with my new car in a little over an hour. Everything was quick, accommodating, and everyone was really friendly. Will certainly be sending friends and family to them in the future.

Had a pretty positive used car buying experience. Joe Kelly was friendly but not smarmy, and familiar with the vehicle. When I made an offer, I only had to wait a few minutes for a reply from the sales manager (unlike a past experience where it took 20-30 minutes). The finance guy didn't push extended warranties too hard once he saw I wasn't interested. Additionally, when I texted Joe with a question two days later, he responded promptly.
