Hands down one of the top two buying experiences I’ve ever had after more than 30 purchases!!! Keenan was a huge help. Answering every question I had. Sent me photos, videos and updates and delivered me a truly epic off road vehicle. Now for the real shocker… delivered the car at no additional cost. Checked it over top to bottom and replaced the tires at no cost just to make sure it was safe. And the day after I got it it threw a simple code that was a $200 fix and Golden Motors covered the cost just out of principle of making sure I received a great working car. If you are thinking about buying these guys are everything that most dealers aren’t. Honest, caring, and go the extra mile for the customer. As someone who used to be in the car business I’ve never seen a dealership go this far above and beyond. I’ll buy from them again and again and tell you if you want an awesome experience to do the same. Congrats Golden Motors you’ve made a fan for life!!!

Most amazing experience buying a vehicle ever!!!! I’m from Atlanta Ga and Worked with Kegan all week on the purchase of our new Jeep and he was amazing great customer service, very professional, and really showed he cared! The trade in process with the live appraisal and auction was such an original and awesome idea and worked really well. Andrew made paper work a breeze and in and out quickly. They even gave me a tour of the facility and meet with Morris in the shop where they do the add ons really great people. I would by a car there anytime awesome job!!!

The experience that you get from this place is awesome. I couldn’t explain how happy I am with the service I received for my truck. I went in and needed someone to steer me in the right direction on what’s the next steps on how to get my truck to drive better. Spoke with Chris and Warren in parts and they made everything that I wanted to do possible. Everything was reasonable and wasn’t expensive as most definitely places now a days try to take your head off. The tech Shaw that worked on my truck stayed pass hours till 9pm just to get everything done so I would have a vehicle the next day. That is over the top service there. I most definitely recommend Golden Motors for anything you need. Those guys are awesome and as long as I have a truck that place will be my home for everything. Go check them out, I promise you will walk away happy and won’t look back.

Let me tell you, the customer service at Golden Motors is absolutely IMPECCABLE. I would highly recommend them to anyone, whether you’re wanting a new vehicle, or interested in modifying your current one. We bought a used BMW convertible from Golden and it was a great experience. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Their pricing was well below market pricing and they had a nice selection of cars. The car we selected had a couple of minor issues and Golden worked with us to resolve them. They changed out the tires and worked with BMW to resolve a proximity sensor issue. They then delivered the car after a really nice detailing. Many dealers would have stuck me with the sensor issue but they were determined not to deliver the car until they resolved it…. At a significant investment in cost and their time. Daniel regularly updated us as they worked out the issues. These guys are honest and committed to customer satisfaction. Don’t hesitate to take advantage of the great deals they offer.

Look at this “Beastly Monster” that Golden Motors created for us! This truck is “Bananas”!!! Warren and Shane definitely made our “Vision” of what we wanted our truck to look like…..come true!!! We wanted it lifted with a nice lift kit, we wanted bigger aggressive looking, rugged tires and also wanted rims with spikes installed. They MORE than made our vision come to fruition and exceeded our expectations! We couldn’t be more happy and impressed with the end product! The entire experience from start to finish was exceptionally phenomenal. Starting with the initial consultation with Warren, the viewing of particular products put up on big screen tv to choose from, the walk through of the bay to show us somewhat of what the tires and equipment would look like, that’ll be placed on our truck, text messages and videos sent to us of the status and progress being made on our truck and numerous machine testing and drive tests to ensure the specs, drivability and everything was correct! Again, throughout this entire process Warren was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very informative. We felt very at ease and trusting of him and everything he was offering us. Shane the installer was exceptional in his expertise of installing everything and ensuring he went above and beyond in his work! Great experience! These people are sales professionals! I wanted to sell my 2018 Toyota minivan, at all the market would bear, without having to do test drives for tire kickers. In less than 2 hours I had a check for a good price, well above KBB and they gave me a ride back to work. Plus they had Keurig coffee and water, Minus - no Splenda. Casey Sutton was great! From what I saw around me, they ALL were. Maybe I was lucky, but I don't think so. The reviews are true!, I'm going to be honest, I have NEVER had such an easy experience with a car salesman. Daniel, provided me with all the information needed. He was patient with me and my family and what I like most about the experience was both his computer monitors were facing us as we worked on number. Golden Motors provides full transparency. I would just like to add one thing, When buying it would be great if there was at least a 45 day warranty on the vehicle being sold. I really don't know how to explain to people who may read this how much I enjoyed buying my truck from Golden Motors. There was no back & forth haggling on price, it was already below Kelly blue book and NADA. No issues with the truck, even at over 80,000 miles it was flawless inside and out & the lift and all terrain Nittos were included in the window price. I've had my truck for nearly a year and I still get an occasional compliment on how good it looks. Not everyone can afford to buy a new $40,000 truck, and most of the bigger dealers only have the new expensive trucks or older over priced trucks. Golden Motors had current model trucks (1-5 years old) at great prices. As long as Golden Motors is around that's where I'm buying my trucks. Update (8-15-2017): I will have my truck paid off in less than a year and I have to say I've had NO major issues. I'm currently at 188,422 Miles and couldn't be happier. I just wish I would have bought a crew cab. Just performed some standard maintenance (Oil Pressure Switch, Oil/Filter, Plugs [gap to .040 - preset plugs are not right gap], SP Wires, Cleaned intake & throttle body, outer tie rods, uca ball joints, struts, and sway bar links after putting 100k miles on it. (bought it with 88,000) and it rides/runs like new. Unfortunately for Golden Motors, as long as she's running this good I'm in no hurry to buy another one.

Chris actually took time out of his schedule to let me come in and look at the rims I had ordered 2 weeks before I was scheduled to have them put on just because I was worried I might not like them. Then, when I had my truck there to have a lift, wheels and tires and step bars put on he took the time to make a 1 minute video of what my truck looked like with everything on it and sent it to me a day before I could pick it up. The work they did was top notch. I don't typically do reviews but I am so impressed with GM I couldn't not do one. Huge shot out to Golden Motors! Ya'll are awesome! Definitely would recommend them for anything from purchasing a vehicle to factory or aftermarket services.

The process was quick and easy, and I ended up getting more for my car than any dealership offered. Additionally it was fun and exciting watching the bidding on my car. I really liked the transparency of the whole process. No negotiations or wondering if the dealer is really giving your their best offer. Purchased a 2019 Buick Encore, Ive had it about two months now, check engine light came on first time I really had a chance to put it on the road. Spoke with Andrew and a guy in service. Andrew def wasnt helpful, service did try to help..but basically told me to take it to the dealer. Ive put less than 1000k miles on the vehicle since i bought it, 1005 miles out of warranty. Stay away, they sell junk and make no effort to help afterwards. *Update* Turns out it was the turbo intake hose, covered under the remaining warranty, which i thought went out at 60k. Hopefully this will be the only issue. Make sure you invest in an extended warranty..Still love my car. Give 3 stars because they did reach back out to me.

I waited 2 months to write this review. We received a 2013 4Runner Limited from John and Golden Motors. Purchasing online from a different state, not laying our own eyes on the vehicle, and not knowing if it was as clean as shown was a bit stressful. Best and most honest car service shop in town! These guys are amazing! They repaired my car today, did not quit until they found out what was wrong with it, and only charged me a third of what the Ford dealership and 2 other car shops in Lexington had previously quoted me. The minute you walk into Golden Motors you are greeted with a smile. These people will go above and beyond to make sure that you feel at home and that you are taken care of. I don't know if this happens to me because I am a woman who usually takes the car to the car shop by herself, or what, but...do you know how, when you take your car to get an oil change, they "magically" find something wrong with your car and a simple service turns into an expensive repair? Or how they try to tell you that you need new brakes, or tires, or a transmission fluid flush, and you have a feeling you really don't? Well, Golden Motors is not like that at all! They will explain everything to you, show you the parts they have replaced, and not charge you a dime more than they have to. I must admit that I am a repeat customer and that my husband bought a truck from them a couple of years ago, but I am convinced that, even if this had been my first time dealing with John, Patrick and their team, I would have been treated with the same honesty and fairness as I was treated today. Definitely a top place to consider when you need your car serviced or repaired, or when you are looking for a nice truck!

Please read if you have the time, but this review is LONG overdue. I bought my dream car from Golden Motors (Challenger SRT with added bells and whistles) a while back and people need to know how awesome these people are! Keenan in sales did not sell me a vehicle, he simply showed me what I wanted and made the car buying process as comforting as possible. Here is what Keenan did... 1. He noticed a crack in the front valance below the bumper and wouldn't sell it to me until they replaced it new. 2. He saw the tread was a little low on the race slick tires and offered to give me a fresh new set of tires for FREE whenever they were ready to upgrade. 3. He gave me a price that no other dealer could match on a standard Challenger, let alone an SRT of the year it was made. .......... 4. When it came time (6 months later) to put on new tires, there was an alignment issue with the steering wheel after install (likely causing uneven wear to the tires in the first place). Golden Motors did their best to adjust this issue but it turns out it was going to require a Dodge Dealer mechanism to adjust the alignment via laser. 5. NOT A PROBLEM, I was at Galeana Dodge the next day for a $200 repair. When it was time to check out, I called Keenan (as instructed), and I handed my phone over to the Galeana teller and he paid for the repair on the spot. .......... 6. Lastly, a year later, my wife was looking to buy a vehicle from a dealer in Augusta, Georgia. We came across a challenge that involved paying our SC vehicle property tax on her vehicle she is trading in, to avoid a larger cost of doing so with the newer vehicle. We were 1 month out from paying about $400 in property taxes, and the new vehicle would cost about $1,200. I called Keenan, explained the situation prior to going to buy her new vehicle, and he walked me through the steps needed to pay our vehicle property taxes earlier to save money on our new purchase. He didn't have to do this, but that is who they are. They are not your Manufacture Dealer--they don't care about selling high volume and making manufacture quotas...They also aren't your stereotypical used car lot that are desperate to make a dollar. Keenan and the entire Golden Motors team are much more than that!
