The experience was rather great. The staff have ALWAYS been very good, and very professional. There has never been an issue with them. I received my car because it was brought to me by the sales agent, which was absolutely amazing. The only, and biggest issue was that my car had an EXTREMELY loud, strong smell of smoke all over the car. I tried cleaning and spraying disinfectant, and deoderizer all over, but that smell is extremely potent. So I ended up paying $140.00 to have it professionally cleaned after I just bought it. That was my only issue. The transmission is running well all together, but it will probably need to be replaced in a few months, because I can feel when the gears do not shift evenly, and smoothly. Otherwise, it is pretty good.

Very fantastic service, staff, and good sales rep. My mother bought a 2017 Ford edge Titanium EcoBoost last year because her 2004 explorer transmission was "acting up" due to the fact that 3rd gen Explorers are the worst. She's satisfied with her Edge and I am satisfied too!!!!!! God is good!!!! EDIT: My mother wound up trading in the 2017 Ford Edge on January 3, 2022 and she got a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder SL. The service guy had corrected a stuck rear climate control button and a squeaky driver side window prior to purchase. Good staff!!!

Looked for a Jeep for months with nothing but aggravation from other dealers. Decided to look at Enterprise and noticed they get new inventory daily. I spoke with Nathan and to my surprise he was not pushy but extremely helpful! I told Nathan what I was looking for ( I was pretty Specific on color and options) and he said he would definitely keep an eye out for me. A week later Nathan found my perfect jeep! We had it shipped from St Louis MO to Columbia SC. Less than a week for shipping. The Jeep arrived in excellent condition. Enterprise makes purchasing so easy, their Vehicles are maintained and extremely clean and nice! The Best part is no outrageous hidden fees and already great prices. I can’t say enough about the Enterprise Car Sales buying experience! Not only did I have genuinely positive interactions with Elvis as we communicated about vehicles I was interested in, but when I arrived at Enterprise, I felt at such ease. The feeling of ease was almost unsettling because I was so used to pulling up to a dealership and having SalesSharks lurking outside in their business casual outfits, competing to greet me first so they can get their next sale. I did not feel that sense of anxiety when arrived at Enterprise. No salespeople waiting around! I walked in and waited to be greeted. I worked with Elvis and Natasha to show me the car I had been inquiring about. Although it had just been sold, they persistently texted me to let me know what cars were on the way so I could test drive it ASAP. Recently bought a car from Enterprise. Alex was the person who sold me a car and I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable about alternatives for what I went into the dealership wanting...I am very very satisfied with my car and what I paid for it is comparable to the MSRP of similar cars at dealerships where you do have to consider additional fees. I had been very anxious about stepping into the car buying market given the pandemic, chip shortages, low inventory (especially of my preferred car(s)), and shiesty salesmen. I know that some online car resources don't always recommend going to no-haggle dealership because the price of cars are marked up but the price of cars are marked up everywhere, used, new, it's kind of a moot point. The peace of mind of knowing exactly what you're paying for is so important and I really appreciate Alex for all her help.

Very helpful ans friendly people here. She ended up with this a Nissan Sentra which made her happy because the car that was wrecked was a Sentra. VERY low stress car buying process. The salesman really listened to what I needed and found me the perfect vehicle. There was no trying to "up sell" me into a car I didn't want. The process of trading in your car for another one has never been easier. Nate, our salesman was great. His relaxed demeanor made the process better. I definitely reccomend that people go check them out and get you a car. UPDATE: My car only lasted 29 days, it's in the shop already, and I've been without a car for a week, even though I have the warrenty to get a rental. Getting the car was so easy but getting it repaired has been a real hassle, which is ridiculous, that's why I have the warrenty. I've never got a car that didn't even last 30 days. I've been getting the run around, I've ask to speak to the owner but couldn't get a number or anything . I was told I couldn't get another car even though this one broke down so soon after I got it. So I suggest that people not get a car from this place, because I dont want anyone else to have to go through this.

The experience was smooth and worth while. Our sales-rep, Jermaine, was professional, knowledgeable and interested in establishing what we wanted to test drive. Once we picked out our vehicle he was equally proficient in guiding us through the financing and registration segment. We went just to look and scout out possibilities and drove home in a different vehicle. Very positive experience. After visiting various car dealers in the Columbia area, the reason I finally ended up going back to Enterprise Car Sales to purchase my car was because of Arthur Williams! I'm not dismissing the fact that Enterprise turned out to be what I consider the best place to buy a good used car. They offer, by far, a fair, no-nonsense means of purchasing good quality used cars at reasonable prices, but I hope they know what an asset Arthur Williams is! What a friendly, easy-going fellow! Of the two weeks I spent listening to fast-talkers and a few who were going on the assumption that I was absolutely brainless, Arthur was just so refreshing! And don't be afraid of buying a car that was a previous rental. I purchased a rental car in 2005 and drove it for 15 years! So I knew buying a rental car was nothing to fear. I also found a car I really liked at that other 'rental car sales' place and their price was very similar. The only difference between Enterprise and that other place? Enterprise is smart enough to hire salesmen like Arthur Williams! Maybe that's why they outshine their competitors.Thank you, Arthur, for such a fair and pleasant experience!

I was amazed at the selection of nice vehicles for sale with low mileage and certified by professional certified automobile technicians. I was looking for a small to mid size SUV and discovered a huge selection at Enterprise. I chose to purchase a Nissan Rogue because of my prior experiences with Nissans. The sales representative Brian P. Hunter was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles and walked me through the purchase process in a professional manner. This is my second time buying a car & I love both cars & everything about them features and all. I would have to say make sure the car has all the things you like & need inside. If it doesn't ask beforehand. Like car mates etc. The staff is wonderful very friendly & patient to the customers. The only thing I would suggest is that you ask questions before they run your credit as far as how many lenders they are sending the info too. If anyone is rebuilding, you all know the more inquiries more points you lose. If you have good credit you still should ask especially if you plan to do something else using credit later. I think they ran mine on 3 different days, which is crazy cause one of my scores was blocked but I still got my new car. In addition the cars have low mileage are a non smoking 🚭 & are well maintained. Overall a Great buy with warranty if purchased. 💯 I'd buy there anytime 💯

Since my previous car would go no more and being a female, I was dreading this task; I didn't want to hear the BS salesmen like to use, hoping you would THINK they are really interested helping you achieve this goal. Wish I could bottle his energy, sincerity and humbleness. Tyler started with the why of Enterprise Car Sales. Okay, that didn't hurt too much. He followed that with turning his attention to my daughter and I, leaning in towards us and listening closely. He questioned what are the priorities, a little about my driving habits, why I choose a small car, etc; not to increase his commission but to make sure I was choosing a car that fits MY needs. We took the car for a test drive. Never had I had so much fun on a test drive. Instead of telling me all the features(sales tactic), he stayed on the ones that my daughter and I told him were important and let me enjoy the driving; it was as if we were going out to dinner/movie, etc. When we got back, he did show us other features that I would like.I was more excited now than when I entered the parking lot. My dream car existed. Tyler was as excited as my daughter and I. Not a professional happy, a truly excited customer happy. After we went thru the application progress with Shawn, he told us we were Tyler's first customer and had to cut his tie. Shawn assured me Tyler would be disappointed if I didn't.; I cut his tie, took pics,; it was a party. Enterprise, I don't know what robotic actions/dialog you teach your salesmen to use, I sincerely believe Tyler Huddle an awesome asset to your brand. Andrea in Augusta laid the groundwork and found me the SUV I was looking for. She was knowledgeable and efficient. She showed me what she had on the lot, then showed me other cars in nearby cities that could be transferred without any fee or obligation. One was a Suburban that she had transferred from Charleston- Great car but too big for the wife. She then recommended a Tahoe located in Columbia which had a clean Carfax with local service history which I really liked. Andrea had the transfer scheduled for early the next morning and also had my trade-in appraised. (Very good, competitive value) I had a lot going on the next morning so I decided to go to Columbia to look. Great car all the way around and the salesperson there was knowledgeable and customer driven. He said he could work it out where I could take the car that evening and "credit" would be worked out with the management teams. The paperwork process was horrific. Had to wait while two other parties were ahead of me. Then like closing on a new house, I had to sign at least a dozen documents. About a 2 hour "after-hours" process. ...but worse than that, I'm not sure that Andrea got the well deserved credit for the sale. If I would have known it would take so long and there was jeopardy in Andrea not getting credit, I would have stayed in Augusta and waited on the transfer. I never thought Enterprise would have such great cars. Of the 3 I looked at, all were very clean with no weird smells, unlike other "rentals" I looked at (every dealership has them). Mileage a little on the high side but definitely a great value. ...and people like Andrea are far and few between (great service, and great attitude. If you use Enterprise in Augusta, seek her out.

Great car/truck selection. Best experience I had in buying a new truck. The finance manager made my sale happen. He argued with the lenders and spent his entire day on getting me in a new truck. My credit was poor Credit Karma Equifax score was like a 583. When my fico lender score was pulled by Enterprise car sales my actual score was 563. My wife and I spent entire day there while the finance manager argued with lenders on certain things I had on my credit report. He really knew his job well.
