(Another update) I was quick to lower my review so I want to be quick to up my review after my issue was solved. There was a lot of confusion about a past car loan being paid to get me into my car. That since has been resolved and they cleared everything up. Julian was the manager we talked with and fixed up all the misconceptions. Went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong and to fix it. Overall a good experience with Lex our sales rep as well as Julian and an apology to him with how my mother dealt with the situation.

So I purchased a vehicle from this location a few days ago and I must say overall my experience was very pleasant. I traded my old vehicle in and I worked with the sales associate Derrell and he helped me find the perfect vehicle for me (a Chevy Malibu LT 😊). I had another vehicle in mind initially but Derrell showed me pretty much any vehicle that caught my eye. He made it clear up front of what the process was and I’m a very detailed person and he answered all of my questions thoroughly. Buying a car can be strenuous and exhausting but I was definitely satisfied with the customer service. Even down to the sales manager Reshena (don’t hate me if I spelled the name wrong lol), she was mad cool and called me the next day to make sure I was still happy with my vehicle. The other salesman Trey was cool, he and I chatted for a bit while Derrell was getting the contract prepared. If you wanna look for a vehicle or not sure what you’re looking for, I’d definitely recommend going to DriveTime on Greystone Blvd. They’ll take care of you and make sure you don’t leave unhappy. I only have two thumbs but I’ll give it three thumbs up!

Reginald Peterson is the General Manager there, and he will give the kind of customer service that seems to be quickly vanishing these days. First he acknowledges that you are important to the company, and it's future. He was compassionate and caring after we had experienced a lot of negative outcome from the original vehicle we had leased in March of 2014. He went above and beyond the day we came in to get another vehicle after the first one was irreparable because of the engine. I am giving a shout out as well to Haywood White who assisted Mr. Peterson that day. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable.
