Drive smart has been one of the best buying experiences I have ever experienced. Every person in the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable with this purchase. Glenn, my salesman talk to me several times on the phone prior to even coming in helped me understand everything I needed before making a final decision. Mike, the finance manager, was right on top of everything and explained everything in words easy to understand and was very friendly as well. I was unable to get off work early so as I arrived to close the deal on my vehicle it was time for them to close. But everybody there was willing to stay and was friendly and smiling despite the fact that they stayed overtime just to help put me in my pretty new car. The next one I buy will be Drive smart. If you're looking for a comfortable and reasonable buying experience with a good selection bring yourself to drive smart on Garners Ferry. Talk to Glenn he's the best.

So fast forward….I took my vehicle to be serviced on 12/2/22 and the purpose of a vehicle 🚗 is to drive it right? I admit we had only that vehicle which was a 2012 Buick enclave..took it for an oil change and for the issues that was going on to be looked at. Well we left it up to the machanic. He told us it was only the “battery” that needed to be handled. I paid a pmt of $300 old dollars and paid for a $200 battery…plus filled the tank up $45 & bought a new tire (as suggested by DS machanic) $75!! All in one day with Christmas right around the corner. My husband and I have 4children so money didn’t need to be wasted like it did. We drove it and round 6pm, we’re on the side of the road with 2 of our children with a blown motor. In my opinion if the vehicle was looked at correctly then I believe this would’ve played out differently. In my feelings, yes bc that was a waste of time and money! If the Machanic would’ve LISTENED he probably would’ve gave us the proper diagnosis which would’ve saved my money. I must say they’ll work with you as far as making pmts but if you run into machanic issues and if you want your money’s worth….mmmm!!! Y’all understand!!

Listen I was so excited to get a car especially knowing my credit not A1 and was referred to drive smart for a vehicle after my previous one I was making payments from Toyota was total loss…. After they sold me the vehicle I was having problems since literally and every time I took it back or even called the vibes was off from everyone like they know it was something wrong with my Chrysler 300…. Until the point when we came up there nobody greeted or anything it felt so odd since I thought at all times employees suppose to greet customers when they walk in….. I gave it 2 starts even now as I’m writing this post my car is at the shop because it wouldn’t go in gear and when it did it didn’t move at all had to keep cutting it off letting it sit until we got it to drive smart since we are down the Street…. Everyone in my family told me to get my money back my dad believe it’s the transmission which we was told they just put a used one in but my dad stated it don’t matter it’s used it can be bad…. The only how I gave this a 3 point star because Jeff every time we call does tell us to bring the vehicle up there to check it out and also when I lost my card they didn’t mind my payments being a little late do to it so them 2 factors made my experience with drive smart a little better but I have kids and can’t even get on the high way because my car also won’t go pass 40 or 60 sometimes it really have its own mind and I feel I’m paying 10,995 for a 2005 Chrysler it should run better than that but to each it’s own we all will not have the same outcome unfortunately mines not good……..
