This review is very late because of a series of unfortunate events, but I had to get it done! Dare I say I felt comfortable and didn't have to worry that I was being tricked or over charged? Yes! My experience here was pleasant even though car issues and maintenance cause me to feel anxious. I worked with April and she had compassion during every step of the process. I felt that she was concerned for my safety and well being. When I freaked out thinking something was still wrong after the repair, she rode with me to assess the vehicle. The customers that were waiting with me were all given frequent updates about their vehicles and all questions seemed welcome and received thorough and timely answers. At no time did it seem that any of the employees were bothered, or overworked even though the place was booked and busy. If possible I plan to take my vehicle their for any future issues. The management here does read the reviews and theu take customer service very seriously. I def recommend coming here if you are trying to choose which dealership to use.

This was my first time buying a vehicle and I worked with Gregg Briggs. He made me feel so comfortable and was amazing at explaining things in a way I understood during the entire process. He was patient with me and I was in and out in less than an hour. He definitely has my business the next time I need a vehicle!

April kept me updated on the status of my car, met me at my car when I arrived before I could even exit the car, and notified me a day in advance that my car was ready for pick-up. That was a huge surprise!!! She truly is a miracle working professional.

I've had to have several repairs due to recalls and normally it seems like a trick to get you in to do a full diagnostic and tell you all the things wrong with your car in hopes to get a little money out of you.
This time around, however, I was in and out in under an hour with none of that. Management must have changed. They are all good now.

Always review your vehicle contract and check online, if you know how dealerships work when it comes to "Scheduled Maintenance". It's amazing how they set you up with canned sodas and dollar tree snacks and coffee for hundreds of dollars 💵💰on your well invested vehicle. I'll give them 5 stars for consistency and performance, such a psychological approach to ease your wallet pain.😂🤣😂😅

Everyone at this place was very friendly. They have all made my car searching very easy. Mr. Greg Briggs was the car salesman that sold me my Nissan Rouge. Once I told him what I wanted and was looking for he definitely found many different options for me to choose from. I was able to find what I was looking for and he made it easy for me to get through the paperwork and drive out that day with my brand new car. The contract/finance manager was also great in preparing the contract and explained the warranty. The best buying experience we have ever had.The listing was correct and the car was clean. Rob, Assistant Manager, was great as always. I appreciate the personal touch he always gives when I bring my vehicle in for service. My vehicle's engine light came on and when I called Rob, he got me in right away. I was concerned because I drive a lot so I cannot risk a breakdown. He got me in and the service personnel worked to get me back on the road quickly. I appreciate Rob's attitude and professionalism which he displays every time I come in. In fact all of the service department staff is always friendly and professional. The service is always done well and I have no complaints.

Made an appointment for 10:30 am 5/21/2020. I arrived at 10:20 and was immediately acknowledged. Vehicle was taken in for oil change/tire rotation shortly thereafter. Service took approximately 50 minutes with a wash included. All employees were efficient, polite, cheerful and helpful. Excellent service was provided this visit.

The only thing I did not like was that they did a car wash and my tag on the front of my car was bent due to it. When I asked about it I was told it was nothing that they could do about it.

It was my first time going and I was very impressed! Everyone was so nice, the waiting area had free refreshments, and they even washed the outside of my car! I went in for an oil change and they ran a free diagnostic on my car. I love that! If they hadn't done that I would have never known my car belt was cracked. The guy that took care of me called us into his office and told me the results of the diagnostic and they took my car back and fixed it!

This was by far the most pleasant experience getting my oil changed. The service manager was extremely nice as well as the other staff. The waiting room was relaxing and stocked with both healthy and non-healthy snacks. Although they were busy, I still did not wait very long while they serviced my car. I highly recommend!

This facility is makes it easy to schedule and complete an appointment. The waiting area is comfortable with free wifi, drinks, and snacks. The office staff is also friendly.
My only complaint is that the services at the dealership are typically more expensive than if I were to go to a non-dealership location for services.

A very good experience. Called one day to discuss what needed to be done on my 2014 Altima with 60,000 miles. What I was told, along with several recommendations from the service tech, were valid suggestions so the next day I delivered my car to the Fernandina location and picked it up a half day later. The price was reasonable and almost exactly what had been quoted to me initially. It is a competent, honest and efficient service department and the employees are courteous and friendly.

i was referred to this dealership to buy a car after buying a car a month before. the sales associate was great. he didn't judge me by credit score. i had a 19% interest through Honda. and when the finance manager made a call i got my interest down to 7 and i don't have excellent credit. they can get you approved for anything i would recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a car. they work with down payment. they don't sell you in something you don't want. they don't get your hopes up and then drop them on you. this place should be rated number 1 for everything. i will be going back again to get my next car from this location.

Excellent professional customer service! They provide excellent service & technical skill servicing our vehicles! I just wish they could hear me better when I say, “I only want our vehicles serviced according to the Nissan factory schedule!!! The dealership offers Premium Services that are not reflected in the car’s recommended factory service schedule & they push them as part of there dealership marketing plan & are not needed at the frequency the dealership recommends them! I was ask by three different service personnel if I wanted the dealership additional (Premium) services performed!! Three times I had to explain that I followed the recommended services technical manual that came with the car for each mileage service requirements! When I entered the dealership I was met by a service technician & clearly explained the services I wanted do on my wife’s Altima! But, twice more I had to explain it to two more technicians...Having to go through this each visit...we have probably purchased our last Nissan!!!!

I have owned Nissan & Infinity products for over 20 years. Their service department continues to impress me! I recently dealt with April on some issues I was having with my 2013 Pathfinder. She, along with the service manager Duane, went above and beyond to make the financial impact of my needed repairs as easy on me as possible. I did make some phone calls and had another local repair shop look at my car before hiring the Dick Smith Nissan service department to do the work. I have 144,000 miles on my Pathfinder and it was in need of 3 major repairs which I needed to schedule over time, due to the cost. Not only was the initial Nissan diagnosis correct, but the final price I paid was less than I would have paid at another place, so I went ahead and had all 3 repairs done. Having the rental car available within the Dick Smith Nissan campus also made things very easy. They also completed the repairs in a much shorter period of time than I expected, and faster than anyone else could have done it. I really appreciate how they treated me. April, Benjamin, Duane, and the women I talked to at checkout and in the rental department were all very professional and I certainly would highly recommend this dealership!

My son's car broke down somewhere in Columbia, SC on a Sunday evening (he's attending college in University of South Carolina, we live about 160 miles away). Towed the car to your dealership. Car was looked at, fixed, and out the door in 48 hours (including the parts which needed to be installed - 4 coils, 4 spark plugs, 4 spark plug cables, and two new headlights- for a 2009 Versa). The person took care of us (Mr. Carter Welsh), was cordial, professional, knowledgeable, and diligent. My son was able to get his car back in two days with no issues. Very satisfied with the service, and the diligence of everyone involved, beginning with Mr. Welsh. Thank you.

I have been very happy with this dealership. The salesman, Del Wilkes was not pushy at all and came highly recommended from a friend. I bought a preowned car and he was very patient with me. He had two cars at least brought from other dealerships before I finally made up my mind. In the first month, there were issues with my navigation and satellite radio. They kept the car for 5 days because they were having trouble with issues with the satellite company. They gave me a loaner car to use the whole time. Del would call or text me everyday to keep me updated on the progress. This has been one of the best car buying experiences of my life!

Had an oil change and tire rotation and there was an issue with the button on the lift that would not work. The place was busy and I like the complimentary snacks and beverage. The waiting area was clean and they made me feel at home. Once the service was finished, Jess explained that there was a button I must have pushed to to lock the lift button. She took care of that and told me where it was. This was my first time at this dealership service center and I will make them my home from now on for all services to my Rogue. One more thing, the complimentary car wash was unexpected. Thanks Jess and the staff!

Rob went over findings and explained what was necessary and what could wait. Had to have a new belt, which is expected for a 2011 car. I ended up at this dealership's service department after an early morning start on a cross country drive from Jacksonville, FL to Saginaw, MI. My transmission cooler on my 2014 Nissan Rogue needed replaced. I was traveling with my daughter only and hadn't seen my family in Michigan in a year so I needed to get there. Everyone I encountered at this place was above and beyond kind and helpful. LaTrisa ended up making me break COVID-19 protocol and give her a hug at the end. They worked to make sure I got to my destination safely and as quickly as possible at as little cost to me as possible. (LaTrisa had to deal with my warranty company-yikes). They had comfortable accommodations for our wait and all the cold drinks and snacks you wanted! I even received a follow up email from LaTrisa personally asking if we made it safely. (LongPost) Be mindful I purchased my car from the orangeburg dealership, Since purchasing my vehicle from Nisan of Orangeburg (worst experience ever) I have be unable to get a successful oil change appointment, Besides the two free ones that came with the car! Every time I would call them no one answers in service department or they don’t have any appointments. So I took matters and reached out to the St. Andrews location located in Columbia SC the Staff in service department was very friendly and professional from the time I called and made my appointment two days before my actual visit! My arrival was over the top as the greeter open my door for me and asked me what services would I need today! My car was done less than a hour. While waiting on my car being serviced April called me in and went over my report from the service technician.. she was very knowledgeable and informed me on things that was supposed to be done being that my vehicle is over a year old. Comparing my old reports from the orangeburg location to the St. Andrews location was a complete difference. St. Andrews Nissan will forever get my business for my car!! I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue from the St. Andrews location and had a great experience. I worked with Mac and Mike. Everyone was up front about pricing, there were no hidden fees, and it was direct. There was no run-around like you get sometimes at other dealerships. The finance department was very thorough in their explanation of what you are paying for at the end, including the tax, title fees, warranty (if you want one), finance rates, and payments. Overall, would recommend going to them.

I gave three stars this time because I had one small issue this visit. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I recently had my back right tire plugged and asked that the techs mark it so I could keep track of its location on the car, just in case I had an issue in the future. Well when I got home I noticed that they marked the tire, but it was still in the same position. This lead me to believe that they had not rotated my tires. Upon closer inspection, my husband found that the plugged tire was now on the front-right, which means they marked the wrong tire. I requested that the plugged tire that was on the back-right of the car be marked. THE PLUGGED TIRE. Not just the back right tire. Why would I ask for that? It's laughable now, but at the time, I wasn't quite as happy. I guess I have to mark it myself, lol.

St.Andrews location. Guy that walked up to me didn't when I entered the bay didn't introduced himself. Lobby was very small but they did have snacks. A big plus is that you're able to use one of their tablets while your car is being serviced. Receptionist can use some customer service training for sure. Other than that I had a decent experience but I may go to another Nissan dealership to get my car serviced.

The lexington garage needs to learn and watch how the fernandina office operates. I was shocked that i was walking out with an oil change and tire rotation under an hour of arriving. With the lexington office, I was ALWAYS there for more than an hour for an oil change. In fact, when they would tell me it would take an hour, I could bet that it would take 2 hours. The last time i took my car to the Lex office to get the 30,000mile maintenance done for transmission, radiator fluid etc... they said it would take 3 hours but it took them 6. And, i live that the fernandina office has coke products for the customers.

Having problems with radio and Bluetooth connection to radio. I took a video of issue and showed it to service personnel. Because they could not duplicate the problem there, they would not do anything. Car does not have 10,000 miles and radio and navigation system not working properly. Nissan knows there is an issue with these radio systems but will not do anything. My daughter had the same issue in her 2016 Altima. I am not a happy customer right now. Service personnel always great but Nissan system is flawed. I showed them 2 videos of radio not working.

Way too much focus on up-selling unnecessary services that aren't cover by the warranty. Just try to discover ligitimate problems....if they EXIST while it's still under warranty. If you want to lecture someone about car maintenance just because they have a vagina, go sing that song to your wife... I work WAY too hard during the week to be spoken to in that manner on what happens to be common knowledge..... This type of thing isn't exclusive to Nissan so much as it's a regional thing...
