Came here in need of a nice, reliable car with affordable payments. Out the gate the team has rolled out the red carpet for me. I was a nervous wreck and didn't know if I was going to get approved. Robert Carter was patient with me and encouraged me through every part of the process making sure I had a full understanding of what to expect. The finance person was also very supportive through the process to. I left same day and worked with me even though I did not have my max down payment. Good for low rates and low credit check, but don’t be 1 minute late on payment or car will get towed. They don’t have a grace period so nobody cares about your personal matter ms just if the payment will be made or not. Even tho services are cheap you will be waiting even if you have a appointment. Besides that I love my car works great and has been very reliable.

Tre is still a good agent but the finance company is unorganized first we had an approval and I put the car on my insurance and everything then come monday we don't have an approval do to verification and then they couldn't even tell me what they were trying to verify.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Terrance was very patient and understanding. We have some major credit issues and we were still able to come home with a car. Yes the prices are high but if its your only option like it was ours this is definitely where you will be treated and taken care of fairly and patiently. Good luck everyone, being without a vehicle now a days really sux. Uber is cheaper than a cab but it's still expensive as often as you need a ride every where. Now that money goes toward my own car!
