Omg, where do I begin? Yesterday was so stressful for me. After having issues with my vehicle and needing to return it to the dealer, I felt like my options were limited. I called American car center and the manager Matt set an appointment for the next day for me to meet with Hal. I came in after getting off from a very tiresome nursing shift, and I was greeted by Hal who took amazing care of me from start to finish. He made sure that I understood my options, he made his suggestions, but ultimately left everything up to me. I never felt persuaded or pressured, and he even helped me with a cheaper way to utilize insurance for the vehicle I chose. My stress level went from a 10 to a 1 expeditiously.My down payment was only $750, and I still had money left over from what I thought I would be spending lol. Matt wanted no credit for anything, and made sure that Hal received all credit for taking care of me. However, finishing up my paperwork talking to Matt felt like talking to an old friend. These guys truly treat you like family, and if you are in need of a vehicle that will get you from point A to B, and quick, honest service please come see them. Ask for Hal or Matt, and tell them Leanda sent you. First class service from start to finish!

Super easy process. Straight forward. Clear communication. Jay did his job well! Update: Not even two weeks later, car needs a new engine. I’ve been sold a lemon. Yes the car has warranty but who wants to wait for an engine swap right after the car was bought. At this point I need my money back and keep the trash cars where they were bought at! If I wanted to purchase a junk car then I would have went to the junk yard.

Rico got me rolling In a matter of minutes. Seriously y'all my luck has been bad lately and I honestly didn't think I could finance a car. Rico assured me that the impossible was possible.
