I had a fabulous experience here today. From the moment I drove on the lot George was awesome! He was very informative and attentive. Once they introduced me to George the Greek, who was awesome, the process was smooth. He understood what I wanted to do and he made that happen! Lastly, manager Martize was very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I'm so glad that I came here because I had gotten the run around at another dealership. Thanks guys for giving me exactly what I wanted!!! I will be back!!!

We wanted a different car because our current one was too large and a pain to park and drive in the city. We came in to look at the options for a Camry and really liked a new 2022 model but we're pretty sure it wouldn't fit our budget and we're pretty sure we'd pass on the offer. We were actually ready to leave and call it a day. Dustin gave us some good options, such as leasing, which was something we hadn't considered. The car wasn't initially offered as leasable so that was nice to have that as an option. We ended up leasing the 2022 Camry and are happy with the purchase, payment, and lease. We'd buy another car from them when we need a new one.

I came in to look at a Camry and George took his time and helped me the entire day to make the deal and make sure I was taken care of. Even if the car that I was initially interested was sold just 30 minutes before I arrive George found me a better one. Great experience!!! Was treated like family when I was there and was glad to spend my money there. Everyone I spoke to including the manager Manar was professional and took the time to explain every detail to me. Even days later he is helping me set up service and make sure I’m happy and taken care of. Highly recommend George the Greek and Toyota of Lincoln Park.

I bought a 2022 Toyota GR86 in Trueno Blue Lincoln Park of Toyota had with a manual transmission (a very hot car and extremely hard to come by) and put down a non-refundable $2,500 deposit. Throughout the process, my salesman, Nick Marsili was absolutely fantastic and very willing to accommodate what I was looking for. We made an agreement and I put down the deposit, thinking nothing of it as I wanted the car so badly. Later, I luckily found a used 2022 Subaru BRZ with a manual transmission that fit my needs that I purchased. Out of curiousity, I came back to the dealership to shoot my shot and see if I could get my $2,500 non-refundable deposit back. I was very fortunate to have met with Ash the general sales manager who said he would speak with the General Manager (Derek) and get me my money back. Ash held his word and Derek was kind enough to agree with Ash and I was able to get my money back after coming back and having another pleasant experience with my salesman, Nick. We chit-chatted a little bit while we filled out the refund request which I now I have in my card. HUGE shoutout to Toyota of Lincoln Park for refunding a non-refundable deposit on such a difficult to obtain car. They didn’t have to do this, but doing this shows that they have integrity and empathy and care about their customers. If I am ever in the market for a Toyota again, this is the first place I would go to hands-down! Thanks Ash, Nick, and Derek for your help in getting my deposit back and I hope you sell that amazing car for a good price to someone who deserves it. Legends.

You guys truly came through and it was fate when I saw my new Corolla 22 Hatchback that just came in. Everywhere else we went had long back orders or the lots were cleared. We thank you for staying late to make sure we could get everything in order and getting the car programmed. Erik Ochoa, Kosta, Sarah, Wayne, Chad, Oscar, Jorge - Best dealership I have worked with ever, everyone was patient and understanding. Erik gave many test drives for all the vehicles I asked for which helped me to make decision faster about my next car purchase and gave me best trade in value for my existing RAV4. There were lots of car in inventory so lots of cars to choose from color wise which is very rare in this market. Erik walked extra miles and kept my car ready with leather seats by coordinating with parts and service department as I had asked for once I came back from vacation. After driving car for 2-3 days, I found couple of issues (again nothing major but wear and tear of used car) which are expected for used car but Chad and Wayne both were very fast and professional to get them fixed asap so I was impressed with the after sales service they provided and the way they stand behind the car they sold. Dealership also handled Toyota recall very well and fast with email and phone follow-up. I will be going back to Erik & team for all my future car purchases. Everything was really easy and fast! I had a great experience this week at Toyota of Lincoln Park. My service advisor was Christa, and she was excellent. She was very sweet and patient throughout the process, and even apologized when her team forgot to tell me it was going to take several days to complete the repair (not her fault!). I was caught off guard by this because I need a car for work, but despite this I’m keeping the 5 star review because of how nice they were to work with. I would just recommend they make sure to be clear if the repair won’t be done same-day. Overall great!

He explained every item in the estimate clearly, and when other repairs needed came to light, explained those, too. His texts kept me informed and he was gracious and friendly throughout. I drove into the dealership in my ‘03 Pontiac and drove out in a ‘18 Equinox. It was a bitter sweet moment to part ways with the only car I had for my entire adult life. I did not have an appointment. As soon as I pulled up Victor, one of the sales associates, greeted me right away. He was friendly, very attentive and patient, and I could tell he wanted to offer the best customer service possible. I was there to view one car only and when he pulled up in Shadow (that’s his name. Lol) I knew he was coming home with me. The car was clean inside and out, and the ride was smooth and on point. My uncle gave him a bit of a hard time but he was looking out for my best interest in making sure I was getting the best deal as possible…that is what family does. There were a few minor issues/details with the car that needed to be worked out but Victor did just that. Overall, Victor was awesome and worked with me to make sure I drove off in the car I wanted! Kudos to Victor!!

When I tell you they helped me with my trade- in on my vehicle that I was unfairly quoted on, and gave me a way better deal all while being so welcoming and considerate, this is hands down the best experience of Toyota that I have ever visited. Erika Stone-Miller was amazing. She stopped our test drive to pull a full class of kindergartners out of a burning building then she offered to donate me BOTH of her kidneys. I don’t even need a new kidney! For real though: Erika was transparent, direct and gave honest input and opinions about the cars we looked at. She didn’t pressure me at all to buy a car on the spot (even though that was my intention) and she fully respected the original parameters we set for a vehicle and didn’t try to upsell us at all. Had a wonderful experience … many thanks to Krista Freeman as she helped me through, what I consider, a huge challenge! An object hit our bumper as we were driving and broke the parking sensor. We ended up needing about $1300 in body work and sensor calibration. It was very upsetting and the process was particularly difficult ..car is only 1.5 years old! Very happy with Krista and Randy who both were very supportive and helpful during the whole process. Thank you so much!! ☺️.

I let the dealership know and was contacted by Liam, who was very energetic and informative. He even sent us a video explaining the features of the Camry SE before our test drive. When we arrived, we decided to test drive the limited edition RAV4 first. During the test drive, he made sure we tested all the features. After driving both cars, we found that the RAV4 was a better fit for us. We negotiated the price with Liam and his boss, but in the end, the cost was still out of our budget. They were understanding and even promised to let us know if a similar car came available in our price range. Overall, I highly recommend Liam and his boss for their excellent customer service and listening to our needs.

The sales rep was friendly and wasn’t overly pushy, but the manager he brought in to “try to close me” was super rude when he realized that I wasn’t going to buy a car that day. I took my car in to get appraised (per their request, mind you) and then when I reiterated that I wasn’t going to trade in for a new car, they gave me a super low ball offer to try to convince me to trade it in (for a slightly better low offer). They were kind enough to put some air in my tires since my low pressure light was on, but they didn’t put air in all of them so the problem never actually was resolved. I had to go back later that week and after they insisted it was a sensor error (again to try to get me to spend more money) I asked them to just check the tires one more time. After waiting for 30 minutes for someone to help me (not bc it was crowded, but because their service employees couldn’t be bothered to even ask why I was there) they finally checked my tires and shocker, they just needed some more air. Not a good experience with this dealership aside from my interaction with Edgar. He was nice at least.

He helped me determine the issues with my car which were very hard to diagnose. He also was able to help me navigate the cumbersome process of dealing with a third party extended warranty. Cannot say enough about Derek Heath in the service department. My back side window had been smashed in and I was really worried about how much it was going to cost to fix it. Derek went out of his want to find options at different prices and helped talk me through what each option meant. He was open, honest, and so kind about everything. And I had unrelated questions about my tires - he took the time to answer all of them, and wrote out a chart so I had info for the future about when I’d need to replace my tires and what to look for in those tires. For the first two years of the complimentary Toyota Care maintenance coverage, I've gotten my car serviced at this location (where I also bought my car) and got upsold once on a service I didn't need because I was naive and gullible about cars. I appreciate the free car wash as part of the service too. Once Toyota Care had run out, I've tried a dealer closer to my home for oil change and tire rotation and regretted it because of the horrifying service treatment, long wait (3-4 hours), and no car wash. So today, I went back to Toyota of Lincoln Park and was very pleased with my service advisor, Carlos Magana! Despite my cautious and skeptical demeanor, Carlos was friendly and patiently explained the services and packages to me without being pushy or threatening me with scary tactics like other "stealership" have. He kindly printed out the details of prepaid maintenance package and waited while I independently did the math to see if it was worth it. Within less than 2 hours, my car was serviced and came out shiny freshly washed. Next time, I have to remember to bring my wax and Rain-X! Other neat things about getting your car serviced here are that the service center is located in a shopping and restaurant district and there's a lot you can do or get errands done while the car is being service. The waiting room and bathroom are clean, coffee / cappuccino machine is good, free WIFI is available.

I recently purchased a vehicle from here and my experience was mixed, but overall good. I'm no expert on how dealerships operate, but the way the place runs felt a little chaotic and disorganized. Maybe they are a little short staffed, but I spent a lot of time sitting around and waiting, which was a drag. The saving grace of my experience was Ahmad, and the main reason this review is 5 stars and not 3 or 4. Ahmad provided an engaging experience while we talked through my needs and wants in a vehicle, and finding one that works for me, from the moment I walked in the door up until it came time for the aforementioned waiting on other departments to take over my paperwork. Then during my waiting period, Ahmad continued to be attentive to my needs and periodically checked in with me to ask if I needed anything. He even offered to contact me when everything was ready for me if I wanted to step out to grab something to eat or something, which, if I were to do it again, I'd take him up on that offer. (I should mention, the rest of the staff I interacted with were perfectly pleasant as well, Ahmad was just a rock star!)

For the past 6 months or so I've been trying to find a Rav4 in the specific trim and with the bells and whistles that I wanted, but was not really having much luck. Erika saw my request for details come through their website and promptly got back to me to get additional information around my must haves. Within a few hours, she had found an exact match and was able to acquire it from another local dealer for transport to the LP location. When I arrived to the dealership, Erika was friendly and extremely helpful in answering all of my questions, getting me additional details around line items, and helping me feel comfortable with making the purchase.
