I was a bit hesitant about buying a new vehicle. I’ve got majority of my life either being driven around or riding the bus and train because I live in the city. As a mother with two kids I decided I needed my own car and we came to this dealership and Huxley Belazire helped me find the perfect car with everything that I wanted. This is my first car and my entire experience was wonderful. He helped me with pricing finding the different features of the car that I wanted and he made sure that I was comfortable with the car before I left. My husband finance two cars through Huxley and he knew my first car buying experience would a good one if Huxley help me and he was right! Everyone at this location was warm and welcoming! I felt like I won the lottery! 10 stars all around!!!

Alex & Rich are two of the nicest people you could ever meet. Service was done immediately, was in and out in less than an hour on a busy Saturday afternoon (some dealerships I've been @ for over 3-4 hours for the same service). My service was scheduled right away. It was performed as was expected. 2 issues beyond the regular fluid maintenance were identified and were corrected at no charge because they were factory defects. I used 3 coupons for the service Martin Nissan performed which helped lower the cost as well. No other Nissan dealer in the area offered the coupons I used. I was very pleasantly surprised.

This is where I purchased my car a few years ago. For as long as I have my car I get free car washes whenever I want. Besides that, the staff is very helpful/professional but not in a pushy way as many car dealerships are. Salesman named Joe Kilich (probably misspelled last name. Sorry Joe) is the one who sold me my Nissan Altima. He made the entire process very easy. I'd recommend this place to anyone who's looking for either a new car or a quality used one. 2022-10-03: This was my first service visit to Martin (took the car there on 9/30). I needed to have the front drivers seat replaced (manufacturers defect - it happens) and a malfunction light checked out. Martin provided a loaner car and no cost (just return it with same amount of gas) and while driving back to Wisconsin, Richard my service advisor called me with the initial issues. Talk about fast. Three days later on 10/3 I had my car back. The seat was fixed and they couldn't replicate the malfunction light issue (hopefully that doesn't happen again). I got into my car and there was a complimentary bottle of water, and that was really appreciated as I was thirsty. I can't highly recommend Martin enough and other dealerships could learn a thing or two from them. This is how you treat your customers! The folks at Martin are top notch. They had the exact model car with the color I was looking for. They kept me informed throughout the buying process which only took one day, yep one day. PLUS they delivered it and drove away the car I used for the trade and I'm in Wisconsin. How's that for service! Outstanding!

Through the years we have leased multiple cars and also bought multiple cars with Dario Cardella. Dario’s experience makes this an easy process. We have always received excellent service at Martin Nissan. A couple of years ago, my son’s car had a problem that was extremely difficult to diagnose and correct, but Martin Nissan worked hard to make it right and corrected the problem. My son is still driving the car.

He drove me 20 miles to my destination after I brought the car in for the sale. Carmax told me they would call me a cab. I had service completed last visit. I had everything run smoothly until I got an estimate to have additional services performed. The first estimate had was $350.38 which I approved. However, after few minutes I was notified by a staff that he had made an error and did not include total pricing on all of the estimated services required on my car. $541.32 was my new estimate which was higher than first do to error from a staff.

Martin Nissan purchased my 2013 Altima after finding it posted online. The price they offered and eventually paid was very good. However, the transaction was more tense than it should have been. My wife and I arrived with the car and the clear, unsigned title in hand. After the inspection they honored the price they offered over the phone and we should have been out the door fifteen minutes later. However, since there was "no one in the store to sign a check" that day their expectation was for me to leave the car, keys and the signed, transferred title and return several days later pick up the funds. Wait, what? When I withheld the title and pushed for a check that day or alternatively that we should close the deal later, Alex carried on like he was the one being put out and being asked to do something really stupid and unreasonable. At this point his attitude became unpleasant and we were treaded like nuisances. Ultimately after waiting an hour for a check we left with one in hand. I'll never know where the signer eventually materialized from and at this stage it really doesn't matter. The bottom line is the all's well that ends well but I'm not sure I'd want to relive this experience.

I didn’t plan to go to Martin Nissan, as it is a bit far from my house. But the day I’ve planned to visit some dealer in my area, plans changed and I had to drive my wife to Skokie. So, being in that area and google showing me Martin Nissan as closest dealership, made me go there. And I’m so glad it happened as that visit, and people I’ve worked with there, became some sort of measuring bar for me when I was visiting other places. I was in the marked for a 3 row SUV for my family. Among car I’ve considered were Nissan Pathfinder, Toyota Highlander, Honda Pilot and Mazda CX-9. And I did drove every one of them. And only at Martin Nissan they were give me test cars with no additional questions and no hassle. And they did it 3 times (I wasn’t able to make my decision about the color and trim) including an extended test drive when I had a car for 2 days. I worked with James Culpepper as my sales consultant. This guys is great. Absolutely not “pushy” as usual sales man would be. He didn’t just want to sell me the car and forget about my existence next day. He listened to me, and tried to always give me what I was looking for. And when I was saying that I need this car in this color and trim – he would get it to me, and upon my arrival to the dealership I was able to see the car parked and waiting for me already. Simple yes? But to my surprise not everyone did that in other dealerships. When it came to price negotiation – the process went smooth. He didn’t try to advertise how great the car is and he is already giving awesome discount that I wouldn’t be able to find anywhere else. No, sales crap at all. Conversation was reasonable and after several trips to his manager we’ve settled on the price, which was good enough that I was able to afford buying slightly more expensive car. Special thanks to Sam – their financial manager. After we’ve agreed on the price and I’ve sign the papers it was already past 8 PM. But she was more than happy to assist with financing my new purchase, even though it was end of their day. Kind enough, she explained everything to me and showed all the options to choose from. For the person who was buying brand new car with financing for the first time it was really helpful. She did go over some additional thing I can buy, but was not pushy at all and didn’t try to make me buy those. I’ve told her that I’m looking for low monthly payments and she honored it. I have to admit I was not prepared to leave the dealership with the new car that day as I was sure the process would take much longer (and it was already closer to end of the day when i walked in). I didn’t even bring down payment that day (had to return next day with cashier’s check which was fine as I was picking up my old car anyway). But everyone stayed longer, were supper polite and happy for my new purchase – 2017 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum in Minding Black edition. Thanks Jason and Sam for patience and professionalism.

My family and I came into Martin Nissan hoping to get a new car and we were told that we could be helped no matter what, but we were also very skeptical because we had just been turned down by another dealership that told us the same thing 5 minutes before we came into the dealership. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Brian who was ver nice and welcoming. He sat us down at his desk, and we told him our situation, how much money we have with us, and what we were looking for. Brian was concerned with how we were treated at the other dealership and wanted to make sure we left happy. At this point the financial manager Chris over heard how we were treated at the other dealership and came over to get more information and told us he was going to make sure we left with something. Both Brian and Chris bent over backwards and did as they promised and got us in to a newer car than what we were driving. My family and I will definitely be repeat customers, because the people at this dealership look past your income and credit score and see their customers as people and that makes all the difference.

Second time purchasing a car from Martin Nissan and working with Dario and I would definitely go back for any future purchases but I’m absolutely in love with my rogue!! Dario was very patient with us when we couldn’t decide on color and model. He answered all our questions in full detail and even demonstrated the cool features multiple times until I felt comfortable doing it on my own. Another gentleman we worked with was Chris in finances. Very friendly guy and he also did a great job in answering our questions regarding our old car and the whole process with our insurance. We had the best experience at Martin Nissan on Saturday, August 22nd. I called to make an appointment at 1pm and spoke with a very friendly and welcoming person named Julissa. She confirmed our appointment via text. Upon arrival, we were greeted by two Martin Nissan employees, one being Joe L. who walked us in and Julissa explained he would be our salesperson that day. Everyone was wearing masks and were practicing social distancing guidelines! Right away, Joe was so friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Never once did we feel the awful pressure of buying a car from him that you get at so many other places. He let us look at a bunch and test drive anything we wanted until we found the perfect Rogue for us! We also had such a good experience with Chris, the finance guy. He was so pleasant and friendly and very knowledgeable, too! We love our new Nissan Rogue and we will be back for future car purchases! My transmission went out and I went to several mechanic shops and other Nissan Dealers . Martin Nissan was the only dealership that actually help me. I ran out of warranty but were able to cover 100% of the cost bc it’s a very common problem for Nissan transmission to go out. All I paid was the sales tax. The experience I had at Martin Nissan was far from what I expected. I was greeted by Tom Hoyland when I arrived, and he invited me to have some food while I waited for him to pull up the one car I was interested in. As a young woman, this was my first car purchase and the first stop on my list of dealerships that day. The car was super clean (inside and out), which was reassuring because I arrived without scheduling an appointment. I did not buy the car that day, but by giving them a deposit, the car was marked as "sold" for an entire week while my third-party financing was completed. Through the whole process and delays, Tom worked with me and was patient. The next Saturday, I arrived ready to make the transaction. I had asked Tom a bunch of questions up until this point, and he had answers for me when I followed up. I test drove the car once more just to be sure. Tom is very considerate and even prepped me on the things I would be offered when I went to the finance manager. Jim was very helpful in working out the numbers! Overall, I don't think I would have gotten half of this experience at another major dealer. I had a great sense of peace in doing business with Martin Nissan. It just felt right.

Brought my car in for a new turn signal light. Didn't know they would do it right away, plus fit in my routine maintenance. Since it was an unplanned emergency visit, I had my 60-pound dog with me. Both my Salesman Tom Hoyland and the Sales Manager Joe Zich made an effort to get me a price on it I thought was fair. There were a couple cosmetic items with the truck and they took care of it really fast to put my mind at ease. Everyone is very friendly and not obnoxious like 99.99% of other new/used dealers. They were still helpful and friendly after the sale when I was having issues getting the plates registered in Wisconsin. I live about 2 hours away but will look them up when it's time to replace another vehicle. I'd highly recommend going to them...which I never thought I'd do for a dealer.

Found this place thru a mutual friend and was interested in purchasing a used car due to the fact my current one keeps giving me problems. The car i wanted was 22,900. I was gonna put down 3,500 and finance the rest. I was approved within minutes and was happy until I read the contract! My payment was 580$ for 72 months and that's without insurance!! Over 41k for a used car. Could they have came with a better deal, probably, did they, no. My credit is a lil over 660 so it might not be the best but unless you have 720 or better stay away or get hit with the same offer.

I already submitted a review but, because the service I received far surpassed any former experience at other dealerships, I'm willing to repeat: The service individual greeted me immediately, checked to be sure I had an extended warranty (which I'd forgotten about) to alleviate my concerns about potential cost of AC repair, and gave me a loaner car. The repair was relatively quick and when my car was brought around, I was astonished to see that my (formerly embarrassingly dirty) car was shiny clean in and out. I dread the dealership buying process. I've owned lots of cars and been through all the typical BS that seems to be an expected part of buying a car. I was pleasantly surprised when I made a purchase from Martin Nissan in March (2021). At the time of purchase I had not yet rec'd my Covid-19 vaccination and being high risk, did not want to be in inside a dealership or sitting in a small finance office for extended periods of time. Fortunately, Martin made it easy. They delivered my new (9 miles!) fully detailed car to my home, brought all the sales and finance paperwork to me and was willing to do a Zoom call if there were questions or documents needed explanation. My salesperson Kacper went above and beyond to make the transaction easy, painless and willing accommodated my health concerns. I never thought I would have a positive new car purchasing experience, but Martin & Kacper delivered. I'm a fan!

I bought a car here last week, did multiple test drives and quote checks on 2 to 4 nissan rouge sport available at this dealership. The sales person gave me a good deal and we finalized the quote But when it came to signing the e-documents(CAREFUL) , they have added couple of EXTRA THOUSAND DOLLARS on the final e-quote, in the name of service maintenance(not mentioned by sales person) and reduced the quoted rebate amount in final itemization document. since it was a e-document I was shown the signature screen and that person pasted my signature at all other areas, hence I did not get a chance to review each document (DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO PASTE SIGNITURE IN MULTIPLE DOCUMENTS) Once I received the e-doucment , I went through all the changes and sent them an email to dispute about the price differences and there was not response. It was awful I Hope nissan takes this into consideration as to how this dealer broke customer trust even after finalizing the quote

From the start, Brian was super friendly and personable and answered every question we had about the vehicle thoroughly. When we arrived it was a torrential downpour but he went out in the rain and found the vehicle I was interested and pulled it into the garage so we could take a look at it without getting wet. His friendly demeanor won us over. I found similar vehicles at other dealers, some of which were even cheaper, but I knew that based on Brian's personality and customer service I would buy from Brian and Martin Nissan. Update 11-29-2015 The owner and Jim reached out to me and were very kind, agreed to pay for a replacement key that was missing when I purchased the vehicle. They told me to go ahead and go to a Dodge dealership, get the work done, and they'd replace the key. Very surprised and happy with the outcome. -- I stopped over there to take a look at a 2015 Dodge Challenger. I worked with a sales rep named Robert. Very nice guy, told me all about how great Martin Nissan was. While they're were some annoyances along the way, overall-- satisfied. Took awhile, but went home with a shiny mostly new 15 Dodge Challenger! When I was pulling away, I asked my sales guy where the second key was. He said it only came with one. That is kind of a big deal as its not like I can just get a copy for $10... its a $400 part! I was exhausted and told him I would followup with the sales manager in the morning. I got in touch with Jim P. Jim, the sales manager, reached out to the last owner and tried to get the key but I understand they're at he mercy of a third party.

Took my car in due to emission fail, took my car to an auto parts store and they ran a diagnostic check and they were pretty sure it was the maf sensor and we almost bought the part, that would've been money lost because we wouldn't of been able to return the part. Let me start by saying Gary in Service was great, my issue is that I called on Thursday to get new tires, the earliest I could get in was Monday morning, I asked that they order the tires so they were there for my appointment. They did not order them so when I brought my car in , they were going to have to keep my car all day instead or the hour or so they were supposed to. I needed to get to work. Needless to say, got my free oil change and took my car. I will be buying those same tires.....and cheaper too. He and his team really impressed me, I came in to explore options for my work van as it needed to be replaced. Coming from what I thought was the best van on the market, a smart business partner had recently had a good experience there so trusting him i went to see. Expecting the pushy sales and typical arrogance you've come to expect, but to my surprise I was very pleased with how well I was treated and how they actually listened to my needs.They showed me what options i had and were patient, as I have a hard time just making a decision of this caliber, So long story short i was blown away with the van and service both. I honestly have nothing but good to say about Martin Nissan. We bought a car their yesterday and were stunned with how nice an experience it was, and let's be honest, normally buying a car is not fun. We live over 2 hours away and found the car we wanted online. I called to make sure the car was there and they assured me it was and would let me know if something changed since we were coming from so far away. The price listed was a little more than we could afford, so we weren't too hopeful-- but figured "you never know" and figured it would be good to see the car in any case. The car was great and after running the numbers we were pretty far away from where we needed to be. After just a little discussion we apologized and said we would have to think about whether we could swing the difference over what we had budgeted. Our salesperson, who gave us no pressure, told us to hold on and came back right where we needed to be. We were stunned and accepted, saving us a lot of driving around or going 2 hours home empty handed. We were financing through our own bank and the finance guy didn't pressure us at all. He did mention that we should be getting a certain percentage based on our credit score. That number was lower than what we had so we let him check some more banks and saved us a lot on the interest rate. The dealership is clean and professional, there were no obvious tricks, gimmicks or pressure, and they even had snacks and water to keep our kids occupied. The sale included free car washes and oil changes, even though our car was on the lower end of the price spectrum; that's a great benefit. Tom Hoyland was our salesperson, the finance guy was Fred, and the manager (I think it was Jim) were all kind and professional. We will plan to drive back there to get our next car, even though it's 2 hours away.

We found this dealership online that was advertising a used Pathfinder that had the specs we were looking for. We set up an appointment for a test drive and went to the dealership. This is the second time I have leased a vehicle from Martin Nissan and I can honestly say, without a doubt, that they strive to give the very best in customer service! My lease was getting ready to expire February 29, 2020, so in late January my wife and I went into the dealership after work and were greeted by Brian Ferguson. He became our "go-to guy" as we transitioned into a new 2020 Nissan Sentra SR: A process which would prove to be somewhat of a challenging experience. Nissan began shipping the new Sentras in the middle of February, and so at first it looked like it would be a smooth transition into my new car. Unfortunately, the Premium SR package in the color I was looking for, was extremely hard to come by in the initial shipments. Brian did an excellent job keeping us up to date with everything that was going on as he tried his best to locate the car I was looking for. He went to bat for me when they were unable to find my car by the official end of my lease and Martin Nissan paid the cost for a 1-month extension. The challenges would continue into March when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Brian was furloughed for a few weeks at the end of March but the dealership continued to work hard to find my car. People like Julia Gertsman and Joe Zich were instrumental in keeping the lines of communication open in Brian's absence. When my new car could not be secured by the end of my 1 month extension, Martin Nissan gave me a 2020 Altima loaner (at NO cost) for me to use. Everything had a storybook ending when my car - a 2020 two-toned gun metallic/black Nissan Sentra SR - was finally delivered at the end of April!! Brian came back to work just in time to make sure I got into my new car with all the latest bells and whistles for the same monthly cost as the 2017 Sentra I had leased over 3 years ago. Thank you Brian and Martin Nissan for the excellent service and keeping me as a highly satisfied customer through some difficult times!

Preface: I loathe shopping for cars! I researched which car that I wanted and checked the inventory of all local-ish dealers so I had an idea of what I was willing to pay for a used car. Tom was my salesperson. We did some negotiating but we came to what I believe was a very reasonable price (amazing price compared to a new vehicle). The car had very few miles (5500) and was in spectacular condition. Tom is a really pleasant sales person and I was super comfortable with the deal. They also will do free oil changes for a while and free car washes forever. Awesome bonus. I would buy from there again. I, of course, will update/change this review if anything goes awry with the car but it is still under warrantee (certified pre-owned: the way to go) so I'm not really that worried. Tom was more than willing to show me the CPO mechanics notes.

I have nothing but the highest praises to say about Jason V., Fred, and the whole Martin Nissan Team of Skokie. My wife and I bought a 2013 Nissan Sentra SR last Saturday. I took it for a test drive and it was great, however I had some questions about the car which was answered appropriately and he said not to worry because if I do choose the car, I can have Martin Nissan look at it and everything will be taken care of. I took it in today and they replaced all 4 tires with no cost. The car is running great! They offered a great deal on the car and extended warranty! Martin Nissan also has complimentary grilled food for lunch every Saturday, which is also great! The atmosphere is awesome and the staff are superb. In conclusion, Jason V., Fred, and Martin Nissan are true to their word. If you were to look for any car, I highly recommend Martin Nissan with no doubt! Thanks again!

I went to Martin Nissan a few weeks back to "browse", and compare some prices I already had on a Nissan Xterra. As soon as I got out of my car I was surprised at how large the place really was. They truly had a pretty wide variety of vehicles. It also happened to be Saturday and I was informed they have cookouts/barbecues every Saturday. It was really a nice touch. Especially since they offer free car washes and oil changes for the life of your purchase. I will have to make sure my scheduled visits are on Saturdays I suppose. After a pretty thorough search I found almost the exact vehicle I was looking for. The salesmen never pestered me or breathed down my neck. He stayed visible for me to ask questions but kept a comfortable distance which I found refreshing. After visiting a couple dealerships I was starting to get annoyed with the "pushy salesmen" types. Our particular salesmen Tom Pazienza was really a nice guy. No nonsense, no pitches. He helped with what he could and stayed realistic about what he couldnt. I ended up purchasing a gently used 2013 Xterra with all the extras that I desired. And I got it for a nice price. Honestly it was purchased for a nice chunk of change under what my research had me expecting. Another huge bonus is that it didnt take the entire day to get the deal done. It was pretty cut and dry from start to finish. Its almost been a month now and I have absolutely zero complaints. I would definitely tell anyone in the market to do themselves a favor and visit Martin Nissan.

I just bought a new Nissan Rogue SL from Martin Nissan, James Culpepper was my sales rep. I live near by so I just dropped in . Before I placed my hand on the door ,James was out to greet me. I asked to see Rouges and he took me via golf cart around the dealership. They estimated what my 2002 Toyota Avalon trade in would be and it was more than I anticipated. James spent 2 hours with me and never made me feel rushed. I took in all the info and called him back the same evening ,to confirm I was buying from Martin Nissan. I did test drive the Rouge and I also went to Subaru and test drove a Forrester in the same day. The sales rep at Subaru was smug, nearly arrogant and too laid back. Not the same service that I received from Martin Nissan. The rouge has all the latest safety technology,ect. They worked with me within my budget, and I have 0% financing for 5 years ,due to my excellent credit rating. All in all ,I am very pleased with the time and attention I received and the purchase of an absolutely beautiful SUV.

Last week I purchased a used 2006 Titan from Martin Nissan. The salesman, Joe Loconsole, was terrific and very easy to work with. Initially, there was another Titan nearby I had planned on looking at, but the excellent condition of the truck and price that was negotiated rendered that unnecessary. During the test drive of the Titan I noticed a gauge wasn't operating properly. The mechanic in the shop immediately jumped on the job, which was a $30 sensor, and had it fixed before the paperwork was done. Unfortunately, I live over 3 hours away so I won't be able to take advantage of their impressive free lifetime oil changes. After my experience at Martin Nissan I would recommend anyone go there in search of a vehicle. I purchased a great vehicle, from a great salesman, at a great price. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than that.

I purchased a new Sentra in 2009. I was promised free oil changes for life as part of the purchase deal. There was talk about charging a new fee with each oil change but after discussing with their manager they agreed that it would proper to not change our original deal. I think it is wise to hold true to the deals you make with your customers.

Have been looking for a new/used Mercedes ML350 for several months. Went to the MB dealers in my city (Milwaukee) and finding the vehicle, color, options and condition was difficult so widened the search to include northern Chicago suburbs using True-car. Found three that could work if they were as presented. Ileana @ Martin Nissan reached out immediately and was great at following up to get me to come to the dealership and meet their team as well as see the vehicle. Started at Martin Nissan where the sales manage, Jim Pigoni, greeted me and introduced me to Daniel Alonso a member of his team. Daniel brought the vehicle into the service area so we could look at it inside and after a through check we went for a test drive. Daniel was professional, engaging to be with and allowed time to give the vehicle a good test drive. Returning to the dealership I explained that I was in the area to look at three vehicles so making a decision wasn't possible at that time. Daniel conveyed understanding, asked good questions to really understand what I was looking for and took extra time to show me the car fax report, the dealership vehicle inspection report and the MB vehicle listing that showed the option packages with the original prices as well as the final "all in" retail price. Daniel Jim back in front of me to reinforce their willingness to work with me once I did my other dealer calls. The other two vehicles had lower milage due to they're being one year newer but the dealership / sales person experience lacked energy, enthusiasm and essentially allowed me to move the transaction forward or not. I was looking at a high end product that has potential for future service related work let alone a possible second sale if a newer vehicle became part of their inventory. In addition both dealerships lacked "energy" . . . . you could feel a different vibe at Martin Nissan that wasn't evident in either location. Called Daniel and Jim back to put a deposit on their vehicle so we could take things to the next step and complete a mutually beneficial transaction. I didn't open the price conversation with a "low ball" offer because I did want to do business with them. The final price was reasonable and allowed both of us to feel good about the deal. When I returned to complete required paperwork it just got better. Daniel and Jim were professional offering additional services without being aggressive and the last part of the transaction with the finance office - Fred Kodroff was great to work with and added value to the experience and brand Martin Nissan presents to the marketplace. They offer free oil changes to all of their customers and I plan on returning to take advantage of this benefit even though its 75 miles form where I live. This dealership is a gem in the world of customer experience and a credit to leadership / ownership. Thanks Daniel, Jim and Fred for a really positive auto purchase experience!

I have nothing but high praise for Gary DeWig and the entire service team for keeping my car running for these past 16 years. Roza and Jackie at Martin Nissan were AMAZING. I reached out to Jackie in December about a vehicle I was interested in. Due to certain circumstances I myself decided to wait a few months before purchasing a car. Both Jackie and Roza kept in contact with me. Once I was ready to make my purchase I came in and Roza showed me the vehicle that I wanted to see. She was very friendly and informative. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. After falling in love with the truck I seen I decided to go ahead with the purchase. The price of the truck was a great deal. I didn't even feel the need to try to negotiate a lower price because I felt like I was already getting a great deal. I told her how much I wanted to pay and there was no back and fourth haggling. They were very straight forward. I was very happy with the payments that were presented to me. While waiting for the paperwork both me and my wife were able to eat some delicious food from the BBQ that they had going on for there customers. They had a nice relaxing area for customers to sit and eat at. I was extremely happy leaving with my new truck. Roza even called me a few days later to check on me and make sure everything was going good with the truck that I had purchased. I bought my 2014 Honda Accord here 10-11 months ago. I never like to leave reviews right away just in case. Jason from the sales team helped me, extremely knowledgeable. Samantha Ingles helped me do my financing. She was able to tack on a couple of things like gap insurance and another policy to cover my key fob and other things. Those policies made my interest rate go down. Im paying the same amount I would have been without those coverages and I've already used a key fob replacement and had a rock chip repair done on my windshield. Both were at no cost due to the additional coverages. Thank you for all your time and helping me find the right vehicle! Also I found a similar vehicle listed in Lafayette Indiana for just over $3,000 more than main Nissan had it listed for.
