Don’t book a time online. It doesn’t work and then they are rude when you show up to drop your car off. They were rude to my husband when he called them, but then extremely nice when we picked up my car. And they fixed it quickly.

Husband and I were sort of "window" shopping for a vehicle. Went to a couple of competitors up the road and had absolutely no contact or acknowledgment from them. I'm not even sure if employees were working that day. Drove back down to Tyrell Doyle, where Dale was ready and available. We were able to trade in a pick up that was purchased from them, and he and Paul were able to get us into a smokin deal that we just could not refuse for a brand new pickup. Not sure why we bothered stopping somewhere else before. Tyrell Doyle will continue to receive our business for future vehicles!

We were hauling a load from Denver to north Idaho behind our 2015 3500HD truck when it threw a DEF code as we rolled into Cheyenne despite being freshly filled with DEF the day before. We found the nearest Chevy dealer, Tyrrell Chevrolet, was only 1.8 miles away from us on the interstate so we headed there. What a great experience. Seriously. Pulled in front with our ginormous load, salesmen came out asked how he could help. I told him I had a problem with the truck and he literally said, “We don’t care why you’re here, we’re just glad you came.” and escorted me back to the service manager. Service manager (Brent?) heard my sad story, dropped everything, walked out to the truck with his porta-scanner and determined he couldn’t do anything about it with the magic wand. We walked back inside, he grabbed a mechanic off the line, and that dude fixed it like he spent his whole life training for this moment. And then they wouldn’t charge me. They were so nice I felt guilty. It was the most positive auto related experience I’d ever had. In less than an hour we went from “plans might be dashed” to driving away in relief. TLDR summary: if you need to buy a Chevrolet or have one repaired, go to Tyrrell Chevrolet in Cheyenne, WY.

Purchased my pickup back in September from Tyrrell. Peter was extremely helpful and I have to commend him for going above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied, even after the papers were signed and the sale was complete. Even Bob in finance was very friendly, and a fellow cruise enthusiest. I've also been back multiple times for service for my pickup and Camaro, and I have to compliment them as well as their shuttle drivers. Justice in service sets the bar for what customer service should be, and their shuttle drivers are always professional and friendly. This will be my go to dealership for anything as long as I'm here.

Had an 8 am appointment for oil change. It was busy that morning and it took 15 minutes to get helped. Not a big deal. I asked for new wiper blades. After waiting for over an hour for the the oil change to be completed I went to check out. The total was over $140. I was charged $50 for wiper blades, which was find but also charged $50 for them to be put on. I have never heard of being charged to put on wiper blades. If I would have known I would have gone to Advanced Auto where they do it for free.

The overall turnaround time was good. I wish I would have been told that I could give them the insurance check to hold my place. I should have only paid for 8 days of a rental, but I ended up paying for 25 days. Most of which my car just sat at the dealership. So the lost money on the rental was upsetting. Otherwise I am happy with my experience.

Making the appointment was easy. Checking in at the appointed time & confirming what was needed was also easy. I could wait or leave while work was accomplished. I elected to wait in a comfortable waiting room where they had both coffee & cold bottled water. The price for materials & labor were quite reasonable. And my vehicle was washed to boot.

Initially I came in to check out a vehicle two weeks prior that the owner lent out to someone, and the salesman at the time was too pushy trying to get me to buy it sight unseen. I left and returned two weeks later to get Katie. She took the time to go over every aspect of the vehicle, a 2021 Tahor Z71, and made sure I understood each feature before moving on to the next. This was done in a walk-around of the Tahoe, then she drove it to Little America where we swapped seats and she left me drive it and test it how I wanted. Even made sure that it was comfortable for someone with a fused back. After deciding I wanted the vehicle, she made sure I got what I wanted for my trade-in, and was pleasant the entire time. Getting me an energy drink to stay awake, since I drove in from my job site 800 miles away to make our appointment. A day later, I contacted her about the issues that started up after attempting to go to DIA to pick up someone from the airport. She got me in touch with Justice in the service department who towed it in and has been keeping me informed of everything that is going on. It is a known issue with GM and Katie and Justice are doing everything they can to make it as pleasant as possible. 10/10 for these two women. 0/10 for GM not having enough parts to fix it quicker.

Travelling from the Pacific northwest to the midwest and had a potential alternator disaster on the road. This was the closest gm service dealer. We pulled in and they were pretty much booked out 2 weeks but did their best to fit us in. 3 hours later we were back on the road! I was expecting to at least have to overnight. The service department rocked it, especially during the holidays.

We went to Tyrrell looking to get a vehicle quickly and the staff did not disappoint. We test drove the car I wanted, and they got to working. This was the fastest car buying experience my husband and I have ever had and probably the absolute best. I want to add that I felt that they actually cared about what we wanted and took into consideration our budget and our less than perfect credit. We weren’t pressured into something we didn’t want or a higher payment and that was appreciated. Alexa was amazing and made us feel welcome. Bob was great as well! We will most definitely be back in the future. We had a fantastic experience!

Took my vehicle in to get the throttle body looked at that was the whole reason I brought it in(my vehicle is under warranty) they fixed my air bags which were recalled, did a 27 point inspection and oil change, sat for about 4 1/2 hrs assuming it was all fixed only to find out nothing was done about my throttle body. Not once did anyone come talk to me in the 4 1/2 hrs there about what was going on with my vehicle. Today 10/4/2021 was on and off the phone with Justice. She was super helpful. The throttle body will now be fixed. Kinda wish I would have dealt with her from the beginning. Definitely will bring it back in the future(warranty or not) to get worked on here.

I had a check engine light come on in my Silverado. I was going to pass thru Cheyenne on my way home to Chicago, so I called Justice Stehlin at Terrell Chevrolet. She was able to get me in the next morning, and I was on my by lunchtime !! I've been to this dealership before when my truck went into limp mode. Mike Calvetti, and Tim Schermerhorn took great care of me. I love this service department because when they do the repair, I never have that issue come back. Wish you guys weren't a 1,000 miles away from home. Great place!! Highly recommend !!!

My wife and I were in town for Frontier Days. We pulled a camper with our Avalanche. When we got within a couple hours, it started losing power and had trouble making it up hills. I made an appointment and took the camper with me. They said it sounded like the fuel pump. They put a gauge on it and we drove it for the better part of an hour. It had the problem, but no problem with the fuel pressure. They ended up deciding it was just the 27% less oxygen due to the higher level of oxygen than at home (Alabama) causing a reduction in horsepower. Sure enough, once we got a couple hours back out of town leaving, we haven't had any more problems. They could have charged me to replace the fuel pump and I never would have known the difference. The best part, NO CHARGE for checking it out. I highly recommend them. They were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for helping to make our Frontier Days experience great!!

We went to check on prices for a used truck for my husband. We were just thinking of our plans for the future. We spoke with Mario and Ed and discussed our options. The next day we got a call from the Ed asking if we could come out and test drive a vehicle. We met with Harry, who was a great guy that made us laugh and made our visit and test drive enjoyable! Harry and Mario did an awesome job! We didn't even realize all they did in preparation for us. We got there and not only did they have a NEW car for us to test drive... They already had all the paperwork ready for us to drive it home the same day!!! We just had to agree and sign the paperwork. We never got a NEW car before and are in love with it! I hadn't had my car a year, and I had to replace my transfer case twice. Come to find out the salesman that sold me my car originally, new that the MKX had that problem. I ended up going to Tyrell to look to trade it in. I wasn't even in Tyrell two hours and I already had a new car lined up with everything that I needed on it. Every single one of the employees came to introduce themselves and offered to show me around to all the other departments along with the people that worked in them. I have had such bad experience before with buying cars but now, I only go to Tyrell for any and all my questions. Thank you Dale Lynch for everything that you did. I had a Civic that I wanted to upgrade. We had a number of bad experiences with dealerships in the past, and we were only going to upgrade if they could meet our criteria. Our salesman worked very hard to dot all the "I"s and cross all the "t"s, but it was the same old shell game as they presented us our first offer well outside the criteria we set. As we explained that we were not going to make the upgrade unless they met our established criteria, they sent us on our way while they "played" with the numbers some more. They called us a couple of hours later and we did end up upgrading my Civic, (Which I LOVE) The salesman,Terrel,l did a good job juggling us and and another couple through the grueling purchasing process. But I was unimpressed with the condescending behavior of the two financial officers. They were trying hard to make sure we were satisfied with the deal they had arranged, but it was the unnecessarily strong handshake and the little side comments that almost sunk this deal for this dealership.

He took his time to explain our options and he worked hard to get us the best financing possible. The service advisor, Shawn, was very prompt and friendly and the work I had requested was performed in a timely manner. When I got home I noticed that the service ticket said that the mechanic had replaced my oil with 6 quarts of "0W20 SYN". My truck uses 5W30. I called Shawn back regarding this and he called me back and said he spoke with the mechanic who assured him he used the correct viscosity oil and the error was in typing only. I hope that is the case and that I don't have to return my truck for free engine repairs at some point in the future. Gary Hall
