What a great group of people, I got to the dealer all stress out because my truck was making noises, Cary, Brayan and Doug the girls in the front desk and the mechanics are all true professional, while still maintaining a professional environment they make me feel like if I knew them all my life, they went to work on the truck and diagnose what was wrong with it and fix it, comunicación thru the whole process was on point, check out Cheyenne peterbilt and you would see for your self the caliber of people and business they’re.. Very helpful people. Needed a fuel cap that got stolen, when I called them at first he told me that did not have one. Then we spoke for a moment and he said let me look in a different area and to my luck he found one . The last one they had. I really appreciate them going the extra mile.

Alternator was going bad. Stopped in and they had one but told me that they had a little more amperage one. Purchased it but the service shop was booked for 2 days...bummer. 🙄. Went ahead and did it myself in the parking lot and the service shop changed the pulley for me. Would have given 5 stars, if they could of worked me in. Professional service otherwise. 🚛

Parts guys(Dan,Mike,Erin and Glen) are awesome and willing to help you find what you need. Very knowledgeable also. Skyler in service is also awesome and always has a positive and polite attitude no matter how many calls she takes in a day(I've heard her while waiting for my truck to get repaired). The tech, Doug, is very knowledgeable and does his best to answer any questions when the front desk can't help. Been going here when I lived in Cheyenne and still try to stop by when I pass through town.

I am so happy with my repairs I feel I need to rate them. Mechanic was very helpful and informed. Service writer was overly nice and accommodating. They have a shower and laundry and even offered me laundry soap. Don't forget the free lunch at your choice of 4 places. I stopped here by chance. Next time I'll stop here by choice.

Had a great experience at this store. Heater core on my 14 T680 KW started leaking really bad right around Cheyenne on a Friday night. Neither the KW or Pete dealers had a replacement heater core in stock (hence the 4 stars, as I feel like that’s a part that should be stocked since it’s the same for many models). Dave in parts was very sympathetic towards the situation and really showed me the care to get me sorted and at least back on the road. Came out to look at the hose routing and suggested on how to run a bypass. 20 mins and we had it sorted and me back on the road. One can only hope the rest of the shop is as caring as the parts guys. Thanks gang!

I found this dealership to be among the best I have " visited". The employees are all very friendly and I was kept informed about my repair status frequently by the girl at the service desk. You seldom get that from other dealers. They have a laundry,showers and a very nice drivers lounge. Also they give you a free lunch from Wendy's. They are also open on weekends.

Attention Paul, parts manager. This is the second time we traveled from Loveland Co, to pick up parts you said were in stock! Once we get there one of your other parts guys are scrambling to figure out what the hell you did wrong? (You happen to be gone the first time and now you're on vacation.) This last time I monitored the conversation between you and my parts lady Vanessa. She was very clear and had all numbers even stock Peterbilt built part#...you clearly stated these parts were in stock. Went to ask about bushings and pins you said they came as a set and I could not believe it because of the price and she asked you again and you confirmed again. So here we are once again! 2- 1/2 hours gone Fuel expenses, no parts for customers truck. Really ticks me off. (I would give it 2 stars because Aaron the other guy helped Vanessa greatly, twice now!) My next update will be once I communicate with Paul after he's back from his vacation. Dan "Trip" *Update* Paul called rate away and took care of business. Even squared up with the driving and delivered are parts to the shop. Upped 3 stars for customer relation and retention. Professionalism, and self accountability. We all make mistakes forgiven and forgotten. I'm going to leave one star open for our next order😉 sure looks to be a five-star business. Lets make it happen team!

Had to have a seat replaced air ride seat blew out! My shop manager called one day had me in the next day in the afternoon took about 2 hours. They had to work me in but they did a great job. The girl working the service status was a real Peach 🍑! Overall a very good experience! Thank you Peterbilt of Wyoming!!! …

Had a problem two other mechanics enroute couldn't find or fix. Slow coolant leak making a mess under passenger side of engine and all over frame. could not find where I was coming from. Rolled into Cheyenne Peterbilt around 15:30 on a Friday night. just knew I was going to be there all weekend+. But, in less than an hour one of their mechanics told me he found the problem, AND he already fixed it. (Some cracked Y pipe hidden where even Houdini wouldn't find it.) I was very impressed with that mechanic for not being afraid to get in there and find the problem, especially on a Friday night. Great job Cheyenne Peterbilt!
