Miss April

I had a part for my truck that I had to wait for at least 30 days. But I'm going to give a shout out to Miss Angela (service manger), Mr. Melvin (higher up), and Mr. Talon (mechanic) for helping me out. Miss Angela was behind it all and push to get the part sooner because I was already staying at least 5 days, at the hotel. Great service here! Also I had to take pictures of the Yellow Pages Telephone books. Good old days were customer service was simple! And you can just look someone up in the phone book.

These folks were great! Dave, the service manager, couldn't have been more helpful and involved. Katelyn at the parts counter was also very friendly. I would definitely recommend McCandless Truck Center for all of your trucking needs!!

I got my truck into McCandless with some electrical issues and they got me in right away. The repair didn't go quite as planned and when I said nope it isn't fixed they stuck with it and got it repaired. Turned out to be more than electrical had to order a part but made every effort to get it asap. And finished the repair promptly. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, even offered a ride to the hotel. Does anyone "enjoy" being brokedown? Of course not but my experience with McCandless truck center was top notch. Thanks everyone for getting back on the road!

Had my truck towed to McCandless Truck Center in Cheyenne, Wy. and as busy as most shops are today they managed to get my truck in their shop and repaired and got my driver back on the road. Angela and Justin were my contacts there and they were helpful and professional, Thanks for your help.

Very helpful, friendly, clean and quick service. My diesel pusher RV alternator was needing replaced. We just dropped in without an appointment, both service managers, Angela and Dave put a rush on the work. And the technician Mark did a quick replacement. They are a great company and I am very happy with the service and the work

I went recently to Mcandless in Cheyenne with a performance issue on my Truck. (Which i had for a long time). After visiting other dealerships with no sucess and spending a lot of money, i stopped off at their shop. I was impressed and surprised with their knowledge and professionalism. In little time they discovered the problem which others were incapable of and got it fixed in just ONE day. I would suggest that The Summit group send their staff there to see what competence and professionalism means. I can only recommend highly this dealership and would like to extend my appreciation for the fast and excellent service.

Did great job!!! I arrived while service advisors were at lunch and parts guy went out with computer and got things started to hurry process along. Got a sensor replaced and air line fixed. They got me done faster than they quoted. Extremely friendly staff!!!

I can always go in and get what I need.. counter sales can always punch enough buttons that they can come up with 3 different ones.. with 3 different prices.. but at least I have a choice.. I always go OEM..can't go wrong with factory...

Friendly and reasonably fast. But less than quality work. They did not fix everything that was on the list of broken. And what they did fix way broken again a week later.
