This is a wonderful dealership. I’ve had bad dealership experiences before and I was very nervous. From the moment I walked in they worked to make me feel comfortable, I never felt pressured, and they got me in a much more reliable car. All my questions were answered, no BS sales pitch, and I went from having an aging, slowly dying car to a safe, dependable car in just a few hours. Highly recommended!!
We’ve purchased 3 cars here and we’ve received a good fair deal each time. Their employees all have great attitudes, including the service department folks. Chris Allen is the sales manager we saw last time and he is fantastic! Definitely a Subaru family over here who loves their local Subaru people!
Buying our Subaru Ascent at Halladay Motors has been the best experience we have ever had in buying a car. Getting the car serviced, recalls taken care of and the friendliness of all of the staff has been a breath of fresh air. They also spoil our dog when we bring her with us when we wait. I would highly recommend Halladay Subaru if you are in the market for a car.
My Subaru completely broke down on me, I was able to get it in the following Monday after dropping it off Sunday night. They even got it in first thing in the morning even though my appointment was in the afternoon. Additionally, they were SO HELPFUL. As a broke college student I knew this was going to take a chunk out of bank account. They worked with me over the phone to figure out what was in my price range at the moment to at least get my car up and running again. Great people, great attitude, I will forever be taking my Subaru to this dealer!!
Friendly , courteous staff. Jennifer, saleswoman, was very knowledgeable on features of the vehicle I bought. Spent a lot of time with me explaining them. New facility is very nice!
Everyone worked so hard to help me get in a new car! I really appreciated how thoughtful everyone was. The financial department worked really hard to find me the best rate. Chris did a great job explaining everything once I got in my new car.

Halladay Subaru of Cheyenne is great. Service is quick and reliable. I had an issue with the hatch of my car not closing. Because it wouldn't latch the car constantly beeped a warning. Since I live outside of town I knew I had to get it fixed so I drove (slowly) to Halladay figuring I might get my car in that day. A young employee asked me he could look at it. It took him about five minutes in the parking lot to show me how to get the latch to work. He was really kind and thoughtful! Thanks for getting me on my way!
Mr. Marcelli was excellent! Very helpful and informative about the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. As it had not arrived at the dealership yet, he allowed my husband and I to test drive a similar model and explained the differences that we would see between the two. We decided to put a hold on the vehicle. The car was estimated to arrive before labor day, but it came and was processed a week early. As soon as the car was ready, Mr. Marcelli called us and told us it was available, which was perfect since I would be out of town the weekend it was supposed to come in. Excellent experience!
The team at Subaru were awesome!! I went in and purchased a used VW Tiguan. Chris Allen was my salesman and he and the team really went above and beyond for me. They even delivered my car to my house because I had a family emergency come up. Definitely recommend!
This place is amazing! I stopped by here to fix my car during a road trip. Made my reservation in the morning because I was on a rush. They still managed to squeeze some time out of their schedule. Few hours later, my car was all good and I am back on the road. It is literally a WRC pit stop!
Very simple and streamlined process. Sales personnel, sales manager, and finance were all very helpful. They answered all our questions and demands, even when we might have seemed like difficult customers trying to ensure we understood every aspect of the deal and trade negotiations. We have not shopped locally for a car in a very long time. We typically purchase in Colorado due to more inventory and willingness to make a deal. Our recent experience at Halladay motors has made us reconsider staying local for future car purchases.
Great helpful and patient people. I had a number of complications with purchasing my vehicle (not their fault) and they spent many hours helping get the purchase done. When we realized it'd take a number of days to for the payment transaction to clear, they let me use a loaner car during that time so I wouldn't be carless. Glad I decided to purchase from them.
They're always really nice when I go the service department.
I enjoyed the ease of choosing what to test drive and did not feel swayed toward one car or the other. Jennifer was very patient with me and walked us through every feature. The process was not confusing and was explained well by Mike. We appreciated the time and care we were given. We feel lucky to have been able to find a car and join the Subaru family!

I drove 90 miles one way to have my oil changed, tires rotated and 4 wheel alignment. Staff was very pleasant and professional. No problem with oil change and tire rotation. However the alignment equipment was not working so I pretty much wasted 180 miles. I was really disappointed to not get everything done in one trip.
When none of the dealers in Northern Colorado had what we were looking for, I decided to look at the inventory at Halladay. After seeing they had exactly the car we were looking for, I reached out. From my first phone call, Jennifer was polite and helpful and made the process as easy as it could be. Everyone else involved was great as well. We especially liked that when discussing additional financing options and add-ons, when we decided to not choose any, there was no additional pressure to buy into them and our answer was accepted the first time. Overall, just a great buying experience. Would recommend to anyone.
I wasn't sure I was buying a Subaru; it was the first of many makes and Halladay was the first dealership I visited on my new car quest. Jennifer hosted an excellent test drive, and I learned all the features and benefits of the new technology. Never felt rushed, returned a month or so later to make my purchase. Traded my Crosstrek for the new Outback and it was a very smooth transaction! Andrew is amazing! This is the 2nd car I got with Andrew's help and it has always been an amazing experience. I've been to different dealerships and it's the best experience with Halladay and Andrew. He's very helpful, responsive and really knows his craft. He'll always give you an update about your vehicle's status. Signing with John from finance has gone very smoothly as well and he'll explain everything you need to know. 100% recommended!
Andrew was SO helpful. From start to finish, this was by far the easiest process I’ve ever had an any dealership. Not only was he helpful, he was so knowledgeable on all the amenities that came with the car. You could tell he’s genuinely happy about what he does, as he was as excited as I was. I went in here yesterday to look into leasing options. Hayden has been talking on the phone with me the week previous to my visit. I feel like I called him a thousand times with a million questions, he was very responsive, helpful and informative. I really appreciated how he acted very professional and nice when helping me. You could tell he wanted what was best for the customer and not trying to up sell me for a more expensive car. He was great! Ask for Hayden for all your Subaru needs!
Everyone was great! Especially Jennifer she was extremely patient and made sure I knew everything there was to know about my new Subaru before I drove away. She also involved my 6 year old and provided a coloring book and colors to occupy him! Paula was great also and made sure I knew all my purchasing options. John L made the signing smooth. This was by far the smoothest and best experience buying a car Ive ever had!
I just had my car serviced there and it was cheaper than going to one of the quick lube places. Additionally, when they were checking my tire pressure they found a hole in my tire and fixed the flat for free. They also wash your car as part of the oil change process. I don't know of others that do that.
This is the second Subaru we have bought from Halladay. Always an outstanding experience. Our sales advisor McKenzie was the best I have ever experienced. I got in a car accident one day and less than 24 hours later Hayden had me in a Brand New 2022 Legacy with no money down and a similar payment! I'm on my 3rd vehicle from here, love the Subaru, just bought a 2022 Outback Wilderness in 2021. Service is great, always ready to help. In November I had this vehicle for a year. Not one issue straight from the factory.

I traveled all the way from South Dakota to the Cheyenne Halladay dealership at the recommendation of a friend, and I'm glad I did. Very professional and friendly staff. I left feeling like I got a great deal and also felt like the team at Halladay had truly supported me through the process of buying a new car. Great customer service. Clean showroom and matenience area, can pull right into the garage when you arrive, can make an appointment before arriving so they are ready to do the work you need done right away, have a hot coffee or water while you wait in the comfortable chairs, informed of what they find as they are working on your car, courtesy vehicle if you would like to run an errand, clean roomy bathrooms, friendly staff my fav!
I loved the friendliness of your staff (not just the person selling the car). But what I liked most about this car buying experience was how the Kyle leveled with me. He was honest. That, and he and the sales manager did everything in their power to get me into my new car. I'll definitely be sending any friends/family/coworkers to Halladay Subaru!!

My daughter purchased her first car there last week assisted by Mathew Wilson. When she arrived at the dealership they had the car that she wanted ready for a test drive (they had to bring it from Fort Collins). Negotiations were fair and quick. Same thing can be said for the closing. Not your usual dealership. Definetly recommend!
Ryan, the car salesman, was a pleasure to work with!! He was VERY professional, knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy, and was truly one of the top reasons we ended up purchasing the car. I bought my Subaru Crosstrek in November. I know I’m a little late on this review but honestly I had an amazing experience there. Tre was the best salesmen I’ve ever dealt with. For my first car buying experience, it went so smoothly, I was in and out in probably just a few hours. I’m not from Wyoming so getting all my paperwork transferred to Texas was so easy. I didn’t have to take care of anything, they did everything for me. I highly recommend this Subaru dealership
Jamie W was great to work with! She was informative, she didn’t put on the pressure to buy or settle. She worked with me on a great price that fit my budget! It felt so easy and I’m so happy with my car!
Everyone was very polite and friendly. The technician took extra time to duplicate our concern. They didn't recommend replacing something that didn't need replacing. I used the shuttle and the driver was prompt, courteous and an excellent driver.
Customer service experience was amazing. Thanks to Shelby, Steve, and Aguardo. They all were very busy but made sure to do the job right. They replaced an engine in my son's car promptly. I only have 4 out of 5 stars due to the service manager ( Mike Teets).
He is definitely CANCER to this shop and to his employees. The first time I came in for an oil change. He was rude, aggressive, and argumentative. The way he treats his employee's is shameful!!!

But Shelby saved the day, made everything better. That girl is amazing.
Love this dealership and the service department. They find all the little things on my old beater and are happy to show me the latest models. I will definitely be coming to Chris for my next vehicle. Picked up a used Suburban for hauling the kids around got a great deal with all the perks.
So very appreciative of Mike taking care of our orange Crosstrek that needed repainted (from factory paint chipping). We had a few trips and issues (paint and body shop) that needed addressed, but Mike really took care of us - above and beyond!
New tires, new front window tint, new windshield, new paint job....and we've had a couple of oil changes done here also. Will always look forward to handing my keys over to Halladay Subaru for maintenance.

I’ve gotten more than I expected on my Forester Subaru 2015 purchased at Halladay Motors in Cheyenne, Wyoming. I trust all my vehicle service needs to the Subaru maintenance department. Fast friendly service! Appreciate car evaluation check lists at end of each service appointments.
Consistently cheerful staff. The mechanics keep great track of your service schedule but never make you feel pressured to have maintenance performed right then and there. I have always had excellent repair outcomes, too.
As much as I love suburu I am disappointed in the Cheyenne dealership. I bought my forester last summer around the beginning of August. Upon checking out and completing the paperwork they showed me a big scratch on the drivers door. They promised to fix it and I was told just bring it in sometime, I would get a loaner and they would make it easy for me. So within a few weeks I was returning to Cheyenne, which is an 80 mile drive, I called and they said, oh no, you have to come on a Wednesday. So I was expected to take a day off work to bring my car in for something they let me drive away with and promised to fix. Well, I finally have a Wednesday off. I called a couple of days ago to set up having my car fixed and they said come on down. I arrive and was informed that they don't know when the guy who fixes scratches will be in! Also a piece fell off the hood by the windshield, they ordered it, but cannot find it! I kind of feel like after they got the money that I didn't matter as a customer. I am so disappointed. I am single, a cancer survivor, and had to work very hard for this car.
Addition to my review: more than one person reached out to me after writing my review yesterday. I received an apology and a two year service contract! I feel like they definately want to make things right. So far I am very satisfied with this, after all it's the treatment of customers that is important. I definately feel much better!

We were extremely happy with Halladay's sales-man and the lady handling the payment - we told him our target price and vehicle price and within a day he called us with the used car model type we wanted - we bought it immediately. Awesome. Keep up the good work. My daughter loves her car and we are going to buy another vehicle and are giving Halladay first shot at our next purchase.
Although it was the first big snow of the season, the crew at Halladay was all present and working and gave me my oil change for FREE as I had to wait 20 min past my appointment to be seen. Will definitely return to them!
The service department was able to get me in quickly and they got my car fixed and oil change done in a timely fashion. The only downside was that my car did not get vacuumed like it usually does and it really needed it! But they did wash the outside and everything else was good!

I do own a Legacy. I was treated with respect and professionalism and pleased with outcome of my last visit to Subaru Service.
Paula Cruz was professional, but also enthusiastic about the car. Mike G. then efficiently and directly processed our final paperwork. Both of them are very likable and knowledgeable in what they do, and they both made the experience seamless and even enjoyable.
Service Department provides excellent and timely service. Shelby is a great asset. She does not over-promise nor under deliver. She is always cheerful and attentive.
Jared Williams is probably the most nicest sales person I've ever met! He wasn't pushy or impatient as I looked at car after car to find the perfect one. He was very knowledgable about the features in my new 2015 Outback and even stayed waaaaaay past quitting time to make sure I understood everything before I drove it home (almost 9pm!). He even went out of his way to escort me from my car under an umbrella into the dealership when I pulled up in a crazy rain storm. He's class all the way! Since I bought my car in a storm the dealership offered to wash it and spiff it up when the weather was nicer which was a thoughtful touch.
Marcelli was amazing! He answered all our questions and if he didn't know he would find out the answer. He showed us all the amazing features of our new vehicle, which those were a huge factor in our purchase decision. Not only was Marcelli very helpful but the manager and the detail guy were above and beyond on honesty. The detailer found a couple scratches so we are bringing it back at a better time for us for him to buff the scratches out.

My Subaru Outback was crashed when I was broadsided by a hit and run, we went looking late one evening for a replacement and went to the used Subaru lot where we met Jamie Wittmann. She insisted we take our time and we drove 3 vehicles and said we wanted to sleep on it, she was not pushy and extremely knowledgeable! The next morning we decided to go with new, but I wanted Jamie as my sales person which was doable. I was very specific about what I wanted from 2 options on color and the rest of the details were must haves. Within minutes she located a car exactly as I wanted and said I could pick it up the next morning, her knowledge on new was just as great. It was the most enjoyable purchase I have every had on a car, and I have owned many many cars lol. I highly recommend Jamie Wittmann for any car purchase, go see her you will love her too! Thank you Jamie Wittmann, keep up the good work :-)
Everyone at the shop is helpful and knows what they are doing. Shelby Dial helped me figure out what was needed on the maintenance list in addition to the oil change. Keeps the Subaru up and running fine.
We were heading home from a cross country vacation and suddenly had 4 error lights appear on our dashboard. Halladay Subaru got us in immediately, reset our codes, and comped us a quart of oil. Thank you Halladay Subaru
Its no longer a Suzuki but Subaru dealership and they did an awesome job getting me a good deal on a new car. They worked with my to ensure that everything was done right and the service department had the modifications I needed done, done in a day. Good staff.
We were in the middle of a nightmare scenario—our car broke down in the middle of nowhere, 100 miles north of Cheyenne. We were towed to Subaru of Cheyenne and the problem was quickly diagnosed. It was what I suspected, a burnt out differential. We arrived towards the end of the day on a Tuesday, and needed to get back on the road ASAP to get home to San Francisco. Everyone there was helpful and got us rolling by Thursday afternoon. This was about as quick as I could realistically expect the work to be done. Additionally, they transferred a tire from a damaged wheel to one I provided. This was done free of charge. Finally, my spare tire was returned to its storage space—even though the cargo area was full with our luggage.
The folks there helped us make the best out of a bad situation.
Went browsing cars. Talk with a.sales man named Trystan. Really enthusiastic young man. Really eager to show and explain my options. Would definitely recommend stopping in and speaking with him about your car needs.
I just became a owner a year ago where Haladay Suburu employees from sales person to management have been more than accommodating to me since I live 2+ hours away. The Mechanics are top notch and know their product. Now I'm 2 cars into Haladay

In 2014, my son drove his 2005 Outback to Wyoming (UW in Laramie) from Connecticut after just having the engine rebuilt. When we came out in November for a parents weekend, we brought it to Halladay to check it out. They found a few things and coordinated with the Connecticut dealer to get fixes made under the warranty. And they kept me posted all along, educated my son when he picked up the car, and coordinated everything 2000 miles and 2 time zones away. I felt so much better when they would check it out after arrival and before departure for the cross-country trip each year. Last summer, my son stayed in Laramie and he, 3 friends and a dog piled into it for a camping trip to California and had the time of their lives (Subaru cliche, I know!). He graduated this Spring and is now back in Connecticut. While I love our local Subaru dealer, I'm kind of bummed that the car will no longer receive Halladay's care. They truly gave this mom one less thing to worry about while her son was almost 2000 miles away in college!
I was stranded in Wyoming when my car broke down and the people here did everything possible to make sure i got home safe including finding me a hotel, buying me food, and driving me to the rental place. These are some of the kindest people i have met.
Steve in the Parts Department is excellent. Steve is very knowledgeable and extends wonderful customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my business back to Halladay Subaru.
Nice salesman, not a fan of the guy who finalized the sale, great cars, great prices. They even fixed our car for free after we realized there was an issue less than a week after purchasing it.
Shelby, as always, listens and delivers as asked. She shares knowledge of the problem and the circumstances at the time of the servicing so I know what to expect.
If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I've been a Subie owner for 5 years and have dealt with 4+ service depts. This one BY FAR is the best I've encountered. In the midst of driving across country from Oregon to Florida with 2 dogs & 2 cats in the car, we found ourselves with two headlights out in the middle of a snow storm in Wyoming. Miracle of miracles, we get off I-80 and there in the distance is the Subaru sign (ahhhhh!!!) I swung in thinking they would push me off to the next day but they immediately pulled in our Subie, with the pets secure inside, and we had new headlights in under 40 minutes which is amazing bc our model of Subaru requires the tires to come off to change the headlights (nuts). I really can't express how grateful we are to Halladay Subaru for taking care of us so swiftly and treating us like VIP customers. So rare in this day to find cheerful service oriented people. If I lived in WYO we would def buy our next Subie from Halladay. You guys are heroes!!!
The staff were friendly, quick and honest. The techs got the work done much faster than I anticipated, even after I came back to add a service that I had forgotten to ask for.
I've been traveling to see grandchildren this summer. I knew I would need an oil change on the road somewhere. I called, they said come right down and my oil was changed, the car cleaned and it didn't take a big chunk of my day.

I went for a oil change with an appointment in a few days to check a problem. They were able to take care of the problem with the oil change. Pleasant surprise as they did not even have to check it.
Warning light came on as we were passing through town on a Friday afternoon of a holiday (get it?) weekend. They topped us off and we were on our way in 20 minutes. All of the stars.

I've never had a more thorough rundown of a vehicle prior to leaving a dealership. I've always had to stumble through learning everything on my own and at times not realizing a feature was there until years later. Chris spent as much time as we needed to answer all our questions and make sure we were comfortable with everything, even with it being well after closing.

Edit: The diag charge was rolled up into cost, but I got no true documentation for my records. I didn't feel comfortable bringing it up since I was getting mean mugged by some big employee with Tyler on his shirt when I went up to get my invoice and settle payment. Still going to Colorado.
I highly advise to go elsewhere for diagnostic and repair work. Every dealership I have ever dealt with rolls "diagnostic fees" into repair costs once the problem has been identified. The main purpose of this "fee" is to guarantee the work is done at the same shop. As a transplant to the area, I thought I had found a good subi dealer. Guess Im Colorado bound for all future service and repair needs.
