I cannot say enough good things about Todd Judy Ford and their entire service department. I had a driver in the area with a mechanical failure. On board that 2018 Transit 350 HD was precious cargo of 29 puppies being delivered from Virginia to Maine! Samantha shuck. Answered my phone call. She took the driver right in! They helped transport the puppies out of the vehicle while I was being repaired and even played with them in the grass! There waiting area is impeccable spotless clean with lots of refreshments at no cost. They treated us like family! Everybody from the service writer to the mechanic that made the repair. If you're in the area and ever need anything from this dealership I would highly recommend them! Samantha thanks for all your help and everything your crew did! So now that I can post a true review, so I can say that I was very well taken care by the initial sales department and Corey done an excellent job on taking care of me during my experience here, I mean I drove out of the dealership with my dream car and it was a good to decent enough experience. However, I’d recommend to future customers that shop for their next vehicle here to be careful when you go to pay for it however. It’s easy to get wrapped up in the feeling of buying a new vehicle and the excitement of it that you just might not be necessarily paying attention to all of the details; an extra $3,000.00 warranty was added to the ending purchase of my vehicle that’s not exactly needed. I felt like it was pushed on me because it was added and no one even explained the warranty process of what it covered. I guess direct commission goes to someone selling the warranties or something. After reading the paperwork when I got home the bold print said “you are acknowledging this warranty is optional” well I’m here to tell you that it didn’t feel like it. It felt like it was snuck in on the final sale amount. 3 stars. Everything else went just fine and was a good experience, that part however really had me feeling some type of way.

No one likes to come in for service, but when I have to, I very much enjoy the amazing lounge and employees that service the lounge. Specifically, Melissa went above and beyond for me today to ensure I was able to connect to the internet to conduct work while I waited on my car to be serviced. This lounge is better than a continental breakfast at a hotel: slushies, pastries, candy, variety of juice, water, coffee, and soda. My only recommendation would be adding a table or desk for people that want to catch up on work.

I came in for service on my car today, also hoping to see if someone could help with my financial situation ,with the car, and I was greeted not even a minute after walking into their show room by one of their employees named Ben, friendly and genuine are his traits, and that’s exactly what I needed because they may not have been able to do what I wanted, but he helped me find options I didn’t even know I had. And even when it came down to the end and I’ve given up, he didn’t. He tried his best and kept trying and he did get me in a better place. We ended up leaving with a used RAV4 that had 240 original miles on it, and a bumper to bumper warranty for 84 months or 75000 miles. A day later we're still happy with the entire transaction!

Just purchased a nice new f150 super crew from Jason Bell on Satarday at Todd Judy Ford. My husband and I had been looking for another vehicle for quite a while!. He had some credit issues from the past so we weren’t having any luck finding anywhere we could get approved without paying half down or cash. Oddly enough, we broke down upon arriving and with 2 little children so we were feeling desperate to get approved. Not only did we get approved but we had options for a change and got to pick our down payment to monthly payment plan. Not super happy with them. Transmission went out in my car took a month and a half to get it back. Was told only had to pay 100 dollar deductible because it was covered under warranty then the day it was finished 300 extra bucks was added on for transmission fluid and bolts. Told them I didn't have that much. They did however take what I had which was 160 bucks which is all I was supposed to pay in the first place and the only reason I'm giving them three stars.

TLDR; (for Repair Service only) expensive and negligent, although still accommodating. Towed my car in after the water pump went out, rendering it completely stationary. Quick diagnostic confirmed the problem, said they could fix it immediately and quoted me about $1300. I didn’t have it. Asked about a payment plan, nope can’t do it. Fair enough. They were kind enough to secure my vehicle for me until I could gather the funds. I do, and give them the green light to make the repair. I go to collect. They’ve taken care of some manufacturers recall stuff, specifically relating to the door (this is important). I go to my car, first thing I notice is that the drivers door doesn’t open. Open it from the inside and it works okay, but the outside handle is a no-go. It’s no longer connected I guess. Second thing I notice is that the steering wheel is now rotated about 90 degrees to the right for the wheels being straight now. It wasn’t like that when I brought it in. But the water pump works and the car runs now! I didn’t talk to them about it because the door handle not working and the steering wheel being rotated so far are obvious things they would have had to have seen when moving the car from the bay to the lot where I picked it up from so they knew and just didn’t care. (Also I was broke and definitely could not afford my car being ‘repaired’ any longer than it had been) A little under $200 in parts but almost $900 for labor 😬 and added some new problems to deal with at a later date. A Star official for each problem added, I feel like that’s fair.

I bought my truck in June 2021. The sales part was great but the finance team is hard to get a hold of after the deal is done. However I met someone at my place of work that got what I needed done in no time and she deserves to be recognized! Her name is Naomi and I believe works with customer support. She has been the biggest help when all else seemed failed. Got me everything I needed and has been such a big help! Please give Naomi a raise and keep her. I do still recommend this dealership!

I had the most amazing experience with John Lanier with the body shop at Todd Judy Ford. He and his staffer, I'm not certain but I think his name was Steve, turned a bad day into a wonderful day. Despite a backed-up schedule, they agreed to look at the scrape on my brand new car and were able to make it look like new with just a quick mixing of the right color of paint and using a tiny paintbrush. Instead of a three-day job and replacing the entire bumper at a cost of $1500, I was in and out in probably 20 minutes. Good people really do make a difference. In addition to being kind to me, I was grateful for the way John Lanier spoke about the employees on his staff. I prefer to go places where employees are respected and appreciated. I live in Morgantown but travel frequently to Charleston. Because of this very positive experience, I will continue to go to Todd Judy Ford when I need work done on my car. I will be very careful not to scrape it again, but if it gets banged up for any reason, I will go there and ask for John Lanier. I recommend everyone do the same!

I probably shouldn't even give them a 3 star..i live and hour from Charleston called to make sure a truck meaning the new 2022 Maverick was in just wanted to check it out..got there, the outside of the truck looked great i believe it was the area 51 color..the salesman came out that I spoke to and He looked to be mid twenties stood there talking for a while We discussed the price it was an XLT model it was used with 2000 miles on it and they wanted $43000 for it ..I finally asked him can I see the inside of the truck.. He said let me go get the keys anyway he took 15 minutes came back out And advised me that the other salesman who has already left took the keys because it was possible a potential sale the next morning.. We talked a moment longer and I said it has a keypad do you know the numbers.. he said no it hasn't been programmed yet. but as he told me before the truck was used.. so I thot this guy is full of something.. he tells me another truck will be in bout a week ..I asked why are the trucks that expensive, why is wva price gouging..I can go to Virginia Or Ohio or north carolina and get the the same truck for 26000.. any way he kind of went quiet. Gave me his card and said come back in the morning and give it a test drive and maybe you will buy it if the other guy don't.. and I left.. and no didn't go back..

My family and I were making our way from a week long vacation in Florida back home to Ohio. We have a 2005 Ford Explorer. On our second day I noticed that the engine throttle was stuttering. The check engine light came on. I had noticed that we had passed a Ford dealership about two miles back and decided since we still had three and a half hour drive left, we’d turn around at the next intersection and have them check it out. We never made it to the exit. The throttle was then unresponsive and the car just died. I called the dealership and they said they’d be happy to take a look if I got it there in the next hour and a half since they closed at 5. Within 3 minutes a state trooper pulled up behind my car which was on the shoulder with hazard lights on and asked if he could help. He then proceeded to call a tow truck. Within a few minutes the secretary from the towing company showed up to take my wife and 3 kids to the garage while I waited with the car for the tow truck. It arrived promptly. They got the car to the garage about 15 minutes after closing time. I dealt with Mike Hicks who waited with us and told me he’d give us a ride to a hotel several miles away. We contacted Mike the next morning, gave him my info so he could enter it into the system. A short time later Mike got back to me with a diagnosis that a wiring harness came loose and was on the exhaust pipe and melted the wires causing shorts and blowing several fuses. He said he’d have it fixed by noon. He had it fixed by 10:30. I couldn’t believe it. He then said he’d send an employee to pick us up from the hotel to take us back to the dealership. Mike couldn’t have been any nicer or more professional. I thank god we got stuck where we did. It could have been a lot worse. We made the trip home safely thanks to Mike and his team at Todd Judy Ford in Charleston West Virginia. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. Top notch service. Thanks again Mike!!!

Another good experience with the service dept. Very personable service writer. Did the work (simple oil change, tire rotation, and inspection) but didn't charge me due to a longer-than-normal wait time. The extended time was because they had to reflash the computer to resolve an issue with the auto stop feature which is now fixed. One concern was that they did not provide me a copy of the inspection report upon leaving which I didn't notice until I'd gotten home.

I was quickly approached by a young man named Jacob Collins, who assessed what I was looking for and showed me a car to fit my wife's needs. I was able to work the numbers and negotiate a fair price quickly and get back to work on time. Mr. Collins prepared the paperwork remaining, had the car detailed, filled with gas, and delivered to my house within hours. All my wife had to do was open the garage door and sign a couple papers. Buying a car and having it delivered was easier than ordering a pizza. Also, I stopped by the dealership after work to thank Mr. Collins for all the help. I was amazed to see the owner, Mr. Judy, working on the showroom floor well past 5pm. Great service. Glad I made the trip to Charleston to look for a new car. The dealership was very nice and professional. After three weeks, I twent to the carwash. There was a leak on the passenger side. I call the dealership for an appointment to have it checked and fixed. That was on Thursday, as of today (Sunday) I have not received a call back with an appointment. Also, it rained on Friday and there was a puddle of water from the leak in the floor mat on the passenger side. If you can help me get this resolved, I would highly appreciate it. My car was fixed and no more problems. Their service department is so nice and tell me everything they are going to be doing. They gave me a free rental to use until my car was repaired. I have had no more prolems. The service department is great.

Originally 1 Star, but after my experience today I also realized most of my issues were with the seller who no longer works for Todd Judy. Received excellent customer service today. The Gold Coverage Plan is WORTH IT! I bought my car here in September 2019. A 2017 Toyota Yaris iA with only 34,000 miles on it for a reasonable price. The seller told me the battery was in good condition despite unusual amount of corrosion. Within two weeks, had to have it replaced at Ball Toyota as it was still under manufacturing warranty. My other big issue with the seller was that he lied and said my car did not qualify for their lifetime tires. Under normal circumstances, okay - he lied. But my tread was down to 2/32 8 months out after purchasing. Now my compressor and condenser need replaced, but I don't believe that pre-dates the sale. Incredibly thankful for their warranty plan or else I wouldn't be able to afford to fix my car at the moment. 4/5 stars. Again, my only issues are linked to a seller that no longer works there.

I had an alternator go out on one of my antique cars actually at Todd Judy’s dealership. Usually a new car dealership isn’t where you want to have work like that done, but the service manager Josh said he would take care of me. Kalib, a young service tech, did a fantastic job with it. The car Is actually older than he is being a 1985 Cadillac, but he knew his stuff. In the end they ended up doing the alternator and an AC compressor, and charged me a much more than fair price for all they went through. Everyone at that dealership from Todd himself down are first class.

After having what was probably the worst month of our married lives, my husband and I were helped out by a certain Cowboy (not kidding: when we walked in and asked for him, a coworker said, “you know the tall new guy with slicked back hair, dresses like a cowboy”). From 7am this morning until well after closing, he and the finance team at Todd Judy Ford worked to put us in a safe, new vehicle, knowing we were living with a rental and no car of our own, driving two kids and a husband back and forth every day. I cannot thank them enough. To top it off, they made sure we had an extended warranty, lifetime tire changes, powertrain, and state inspection for as long as we own the vehicle.
